I will be sharing with you exactly how you can pave your way to success. What this means is there are certain formalities for ways that we can apply what is called intentions and intention is like a will or determination to have something and it's like a declaration that you will either have it or you already do have it. Intentions are where the power really is. The thing is most people don't have intentions.

Most people aren't steering the direction of their lives in a powerful way. Therefore, they're thinking the same thoughts. They always think and thus get the same results they've still got. Most people aren't all pilot, and I say this not as like the top of the king of the hill and being like, oh, everyone else is like this. I get like that too, and I have been like that for most of my life.

The difference is now I'm aware of it, and I'm waking up to understanding more about how I can consciously go in the direction that I want with using the power of intentions, and today I'm going to be sharing with you my daily practice for it and how it will totally transform your life. For this process, understand that intentions in a way are sort of like outcomes. What do we want in life?

What do we want out of our day? When we become clear as to what this is, we allow what is called the probability of whatever we focus on to increase. What quantum physics shows us is that the only moment that exists is this moment right now and we're coming to learn more about what is called parallel realities. Understanding that we are constantly shifting through different parallel realities that what we think of as time is the movement through these parallel realities and into different perspectives.

Like I was saying before, everything we think is on autopilot. We think on average 70 to 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day and of those over 90 percent of them are recycled from the day before. You may get up on the same side of the bed that you get up every morning. You may go into the bathroom and brush your teeth in the same type of manner.

Thinking about maybe the same type of thoughts. You may drive the same route to work. You may go to work and talk to the same people normally about similar. What this does is because we're constantly thinking similar thoughts, feeling similar emotions, doing similar things, we create the same things over and over again.

We become in a way in reaction to whatever the environment is and the key and the power of intention is it allows us to direct ourselves away from the stimulus of the environment into the direction that we want and when we are focused on a certain outcome, a certain intention, we increase the probability of that actually happening and it can be something small.

The intentions could be I'm going to have a safe drive on the way to the gym or on the way to work. When I get to work. I intend it to have a good conversation with people and to feel connected to other people and to listen when other people talk. You're like, okay, you're paving your way and you're increasing the probability that those things happen. Just that we usually just go to work, get on the phone with someone. There's no intention to get stronger. Maybe there's an intention to go to the gym, but sometimes it gets on autopilot.

 Perhaps we're not focused on the growth or pushing ourselves or whatever it is, but in general, think of that intention as something that increases the probability.

When we set intentions, we increase the likelihood of something happening tenfold.

That's actually the first secret of intention is that when we set intentions, we increase the likelihood of something happening tenfold and this could be something as small as driving safely, it could be something significant such as creating a certain type of abundance in your life.

When you set these intentions and somebody asked me once, they said, what is the difference between desire and intention? Desire in itself is not powerful unless it is realized or translated into that of intention. I think about it. If I have an intention to put up my hand, I just put up my hand. If I have a desire to put up my hand, I may have the desire, but I may not actualize it.

It may not turn into an intention, am I sit there as a desire? Desire in of itself is not powerful unless there is movement involved or unless there is turning it into intention. The intention is the declaration of that desire is declaring that I wanted this, I have this or I will have this, or I am this. That's the difference and when we do that, we increase the probability factor tenfold.

They've done experiments before with this in quantum physics using the power of intention and one of them that reminds me of when I read it in the book. I think becoming supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. He talks about and talks about this experiment and what happened in this experiment is they took all bunch of baby chicks. What happens when baby chicks are born?

They hatch out of the egg outcome. The baby chicks, what they do is they pair with whoever's in their environment, they normally pair with their mom, which means they pair with it. They follow them on around or you're seeing a mom, a chick or a mama chicken, and then all bunch of baby chicks just following them on wherever they go.

Wherever she goes are clean and shit. When they're all walking around and falling around that mom, they've paired with the mom. What they learned is that you can pair a baby chick, which just about anything, you could pair it with a person, and you've seen that before as well, or someone's walking, and the baby chicks are pairing with it.

Well, that's because the baby chick doesn't have the chicken mom, so it's apparently the human or you can even use objects. It could be an actual inanimate object. The baby chicks will pair with it if it thinks it's their mom. It's like that book growing up. It's similar to that. What they did is they got a what is called a random generator machine and they put it in an arena.

What this random generator machine would do is it would randomly turn with no systematic pattern. It would randomly turn left or right, and what they do is they put it in this big arena. They would put it. They mapped out the kind of form it would make and it would go in a certain direction, and it would look like all bunch of scribbles everywhere.

It would just go in some random direction. It would cover pretty much the whole amount of the arena over the course of whatever it was, like 10 minutes. It would go everywhere. What they did is they paired it with the chickens, the baby chicks, and what they did is they caged out the chicks only and to a certain part of the arena and what happened was the machine that was moving around, all the sudden it pairs with the chicks, the chicks that are following it, so by the chicks focused on it.

The only place that the machine really would be is in the one general section of where the baby chicks are. Even though the machine could still go everywhere, but the baby chickens couldn't. What happened was is that showed that the intention and the focus of the baby chicks influenced the random number generator machine to an extent to where it stayed on to have this big arena in this little small section majority of the time.

That's interesting because they've also done this with people when it comes to looking for certain numbers in random number generator and machines where they will look for certain numbers, and the numbers statistically show that they will come out more often. If you're focused on it, well, the thing is both probabilities exist at the moment, but what they are seeing, they are bringing it into reality as the one that is more in alignment with their intention, with their desire.

That's where intention is powerful is because it increases the intention of something happening. How can you apply this in your life and how do I apply this in my own life? Think of it like this in the beginning, it's going to seem like a little bit of work. It will get easier though I promise you that with momentum, everything will get easier. Here's what to do and here's what I do.

Would you want to do is you want to prepave your way to success? What I mean by this is you simply set more intentions in your daily life, and these intentions can be very small. One intention, maybe I'm going to have a safe drive to work today. Every time you get into a car set this small intention, it just takes two seconds. It's not like you have to think, I intend and do some mantra, although I'm sure those can be powerful too, what you can do is set the intention.

I intend to drive safely, to work, to enjoy my drive and to have easy flow through traffic. That simple, set that intention before you get to the car. Then what you do is in the next segment, this is called segment intending. Something that Abraham Hicks has taught for many years. Segment intending means that there are certain segments of your day.

A segment could be you driving to the gym. It could be you being at work. A segment could be you going to lunch at work. A segment could be you go to the gym. These are all individual segments, but if you set intentions before you go into them, you increase the probability of whatever your setting to actually happen.

This is the thing. This is the power. If you do this for a week, two weeks, a few weeks, you start to develop momentum to where eventually you don't have to do it so much because when you get into your car, you've programmed yourself to think subconsciously of driving safely to work naturally. When you go to the gym, you prime yourself to think of having a great workout naturally.

When you go to work, you naturally think of how to connect with other people or how to be very efficient. This starts to go on autopilot after a while and now I don't have to set as many intentions because it's all a part of who I am.

You could say it in the future tense, but present tense as powerful as well. Either way, he didn't say, I'm going to have a safe drive, which is future tense, or you could say, I'm driving safely to work flowing in and out of traffic and an easy way I feel, and I'm enjoying this time driving. Some simple like that takes a second or two, but over time this will lead to more and more momentum. For any level of success, what is necessary is a combination of both focus and a level of belief, believing in yourself, believing in it as possible, but when you focus, that's where the power is because whatever you focus on grows.

In general, when you're doing something you're passionate about, it is so easy to focus on it. Some people ask me because they see that I work a lot, whether I'm on Instagram stories or whatever it is, they see that I work a lot, but I love what I do and it doesn't feel like work, but I also understand the more I focused on what I love to do, the more that grows in my life. It's kind of like a win.

I don't have to try to do it. It just naturally happens. In the same way, what you can begin to do is to become clear as to what you want. What are your outcomes and segment intended those throughout the day knowing that it will get easier and easier and easier to do because it just goes on autopilot?

The third secret of intention that I have to share with you has to do with understanding certainty and how to note it is done. What do I mean by this? Well, sometimes people never see that. There was an interview with Jim Carrey where he was talking about how hope is a beggar.

I hope this happens. I hope this happens, I hope is a beggar. You don't want to be hope. Maybe a better emotion than maybe lower emotion, so perhaps it's part of the process, but then move beyond hope into a knowing, not knowing like the ego has to do everything and I know I'm the best and I know I'm the king on top of the mountain.

No, that you can trust the process because if you know you can trust the process, things will happen for you. A lot of times we think the ego must do everything. The ego must intend to them. Ego must have every part of this puzzle figured out, but the key is also to trust the process because what if the universe, whatever you want to call it, source, has such a better plan for you, and if you were open to it, you could then experience the greater plan that the ego can't even imagine.

The more we become aware of what this is, the more that will become our certainty that we can put into what we do. There are certain things that you're particular about. There's an area of your life that you feel certain in. It could be relationships. It's that relationship.

Could be a career, is that a career could be a connection with your family. If it's not, your family could be a connection to spirituality. It was your spirituality could be a connection to something that you're good at. You have certainty about something.

The key is to pay attention to how you feel with that certainty, knowing that you can treat your intentions the same way when I have my goals, whether it's a certain type of goal, like I have a goal in the next few months I'm going to be doing public speaking, or I'm going to be doing seminars. I treat it with certainty as if it is done as if it's almost destiny.

Of course, I have free will, but I treat it that way because then that certainly makes it and allows me to move forward with that strong energy and it increases the probability that things happen. If I hope it happens, think about it. How does this feel? Which one feels better? I feel certain that I'm going to be speaking in front of a large number of people.

I'm going to be doing seminars and the other one I hope I can maybe speak in front of people. I hope I can maybe do some seminars, which one feels more in alignment when I say it? The certainty because the certainty is the one that will bring it about. I can also trust the process. Does it mean I'm like the ego at certainty? It is done. My ego did it all. I feel powerful on top of the mountain top.

I like how I keep talking about the top of the mountaintop, but the key is to understand. You can also trust the process, but I have certainty that that's the direction I'm moving into. These three things that I share with you right now are the game changers when it comes to intention.

Understand first off, the parallel reality version of you that is successful and not successful is this right now. If you set intentions, you move in the direction of making that more probable, set your intentions and you increase the probability. Secondly, set intentions through certain parts of your day, knowing that as you do, that you increase the likelihood of certain things happening and that at the same time you create a powerful momentum that eventually goes on autopilot. It's like you naturally create those things in your life.

Then thirdly, the focus and the certainty. If you're doing what you're passionate about, it's easy to focus, have certainty that these things are coming to pass, trust the process, this balance of trusting the process as well, and you'll find that things happen easier for you.

Something else that I have for you that will help you to raise your vibrational set point. This is something that makes intention much more powerful is when you intend it from a higher level of consciousness. I used to feel like on a scale of one to 10; I was about a three year to five with the 10 feeling amazing. One feeling not so great. Once I went through and applied to what I teach, or I show in this meditation, I went to a seven to an eight out of 10, and I can help other people do that through the meditation.

The reason so much changed was because I saw that I was capable of so much more than I was probably living at the level I was living at, and for the same thing, I want you to imagine a goal right now. Imagine your goals and imagine what you want to experience, and one of the first steps to the process, one of the first steps that so many people forget. Is that an important part? Are you ready for it? I know I'm hyping up the anticipation. Here it comes.

What you have to do is you have to know first off, that what you want to experience is possible. I know that sounds very simplistic, but here's the thing. If we don't believe that we can actually accomplish that, which we want then we experienced a whole bunch of subconscious blocks. This was something I realized when I was paying attention actually to believe it or not, I've been paying attention to. I've been learning a lot about marketing and I've been learning about the psychology, the way people work and what I'm learning about it.

There's a couple, there's a couple thing that really has a profound impact on people and I was learning from this guy who owns this company called Clickfunnels, which is where people have sales pages and stuff through and learning about it. There's this idea now I know what I used to do is when I would like sell products and stuff, right?

I know this isn't like marketing podcasts or anything, but I was always focused on the what I was focused on, what I was like selling, right? I used to be a salesperson in general as well. Keep in mind there's a negative connotation around selling for a lot of people.

The stuff that I sell is stuff that transforms people's lives. Like that's the intention behind it. That is the primary intention. The sales pages are just ways of displaying the products that people see it and they go, Whoa, that looks like a really cool product added. Like to have that in my life.

And through studying it, something that I noticed was what I would always do is I would focus on the what, what are they getting? Well, you know, my Reality Transurfing Academy, they're getting Q&As twice a month or getting a whole bunch of premium coaching videos.

They're getting a whole. They are getting a that have guided meditations that are on YouTube. They're getting premium bonus content. They're getting a mastermind group like they're getting all that. I just focused on the what now with the breakthrough for me was realizing that people don't want to hear the what now as much as you would think that they do what people really want to hear and not even what they want to hear.

But will it really will resonate with them is when you show them, and you break down the belief that they may have had about the way the process works or a belief that is a little bit counterintuitive. It's the way that we view the process. What I learned is, okay, I thought about this and then what I did is I implemented it. I put it into one of my pages and I showed them what I did it.

I showed people how desire blocks manifestation, which it actually does. Like this is all true. Like the stuff I'm sharing, the stuff that I actually believe and it's just a different angle of the way of me explaining something that I, that I have in my life, which is, of course, my Reality Transurfing Academy.

What I did is I, I then explained it from a way of understanding desire and how desire is blocky manifestation because it does, anytime we desire something we are seeing energetically, we don't currently have it, and the vibration of the desire is different than the vibration of actually having it. And what I do is that is a little bit counterintuitive.

That kind of breaks apart people's beliefs because they're like, well, I learned from the Law of Attraction and the book think and grow rich. That desire was a good thing, but the desire was only a good thing to get people into the vibrational state of them taking action and then they forget about the desire because they begin to edge closer and closer to having it.

But that's a lot of trying. That's a lot of resistance that's created in the process. The key to this though is understanding our beliefs in general. What do we believe to be true? Because what we believe to be true will have a very powerful impact on the kind of a way we relate to the process in general. A lot of times people will be focused on what they want to attract, focusing on it more and more.

But the thing is if we think that the process is hard, things don't happen easily. If we don't even aren't even sure that we can change or we can experience what we want or believe it's possible for us, then we block it at from the get-go right from the get-go, from the get gate, we block it from the beginning, from the start, because we already don't have a process that can show us that it does work.

We have a process in our mind that's going to create. Think of it like this belief we have in our mind of a firewall that blocks it from happening. What I'm saying is I know I'm using this kind of like marketing thing to show you how it works.

But it is so much more powerful to first off, get to the core of what we believe to be true about manifestation in general, and then break down and understand this one idea that I'm sharing with you right now.

This one idea that I want to share with you is that what you want to experience is possible and not only is it possible, but it is probably when you start to focus and you start to focus on having it rather than focus on wanting it. First off, understand that you are not a static being.

You are not something that's exhibit like what we think of as matter. Like I can bang on this table right now and I could feel it's so real. It's so real. 99.99% of it is empty space. The perception of it that I experienced through my senses may make it appear real, but that's just an interpretation.

In the same way, what we can begin to realize is every single day there are billions of cells in our body that are dying and being reborn, but yet we think of ourselves as a static been. I'm very similar to that. I was yesterday, but that's a story that we tell our self, and we tell ourselves. It's so consistently and because we think the habits that are in alignment with that self-image so consistently and because we do the same things every day in and out so consistently we experienced and get the same things in our life consistently, but that's just a story.

That's just a patterned way of being and the key to this is knowing that nothing is set in the way that everything is materialism. Everything is solid. Things are only solid if we think they are solid and even if we think they're solid at the fundamental core reality, they're not actually solid. Their vibration. Everything is constantly changing.

You are a completely different you than you were a month ago. You may say, well, it's pretty darn similar, but there is a subtle difference that makes all the difference in the same way. You may be heard me talk about parallel realities before. If I were to stretch out and editing some film, right? Stretch out the film and you're like, say you're watching a movie and we already get the film Strip from that movie and we were just stretched out.

Some of the frames may look very, very similar to each other, but they're still completely different frames. The image may look similar, but that's just an illusion of continuity. The truth is things are always changing and when you become aware that life is not as set as we priorly thought that what we experience in life if we go depends on how deep you want to go down the rabbit hole, we can.

Well, we could do is realize that as we go down the rabbit hole, that what is real in our life is an illusion. Life is a form of a dream that we experience life and what we think of as real as solid is 99.95 empty space. The experience of it is what is real, but the actual solidity of it is not. The reason I say this is because what I'm doing right now is I'm just telling you that I am helping break down the beliefs that you have.

That reality is solid because the belief that reality is solid makes you think that reality is fixed, that you can experience what you want. When the truth of the matter is you can experience anything that you want. When you become aware that it already exists, you don't have to create it.

That's something in my teachings I think that making it a little bit different than some of the other teachers. Maybe you've heard is most people I create your own reality. Create your own reality. I'm telling you, don't create your own reality because you don't have to. It already exists because there is an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and there's an.

There's a parallel reality version of you that is doing exactly what you want to be doing, killing it in life, doing everything at the right moment, at the right time in the perfect relationship. Live in abundance of your dreams. That version of you exists right now and using your imagination, you can begin to tap into that version of you and you can begin to know that you can develop the thought patterns of that you.

Because if you can imagine it than it is possible, your imagination will never give you anything. If you are even thinking of something that is one of your goals, you wouldn't even have that goal in your mind unless it was first off as possible. If it weren't possible, then you wouldn't even be able to conceive of it.

If you can believe it, you can achieve it!

If the old cheesy saying is so true, if you can believe it, you can achieve it. It's true. If you can, if you can, if you can see it and you can visualize it, then it is something that is possible, but the key to this is breaking apart your belief patterns that say it is not possible.

Here's the thing. Have you ever seen that, that that round, it's like a circular pie chart almost, and in it, there's like what we know there's the market will be labeled what we know, what we don't know, and there's a certain percentage? That's what we know. It's a very, very small sliver of what we know in reality.

Think about it. We perceive of the vibrations in reality that are of what we think or what we can taste, touch, smell, hear of our five senses. It's a very small sliver of the infinite reality that exists. There's actually way more vibrations are this, that we can only perceive of that which our body can interpret. There's what we know and then there's what we don't know and what we don't know as much greater than what we know, but then there's also an even greater apart.

That's what we don't know. We don't know. There's stuff that we can't even conceive of because we're not even aware of it, but the key to this is once we become aware of it, once we learn more, we didn't have more reference experiences as something we can pull too.

Let me give you an analogy of this or something. I'll make it easy to see how you can practically apply this because I'm all about practicality. Theories and stuff are cool, but you know, it's cooler. Practicality. How can you practically apply this?

Well, I'll tell you, the way you can almost apply this is by knowing that if there's a certain way you want to be, there are other people that have paved the way before. When I say, okay, I want to be an amazing public speaker, I want to be someone that travels the world, that speaks does on stage, that has this kind of influence that helps people to transform their lives.

I can look around and I could see that there are other people that had done it before. Of course, I'm going to do it in my own unique special snowflake way. I'm going to do it my own way. However, I can look around and say, okay, look at that Tony Robbins guy. That's the guy that to me represents the symbol of the kind of influence I want to one day have.

Knowing that I can see that he's done it, I can then look at what he has done before to see the patterns he has done because then I can see that there's a lot of what I don't know. I don't know, but I started to realize there are ways of bringing that into my sphere of what I understand by studying the seminar business, studying, traveling and helping people, studying how to get people results, studying kind of what he's already accomplished, but doing it in my own way.

But as I learned about that, I learned more about it. Let's say you wanted to learn how to open up your own art gallery. You're like, well, I don't know how to do that. Okay. We'll read about ways of opening your own art gallery. Meet up and go to the places where there's an art gallery, talked to the owner, get to know him or her, and then as you get to know her or him, what you could do is then start to tap into their mind.

See how they think. Read books by people that have art galleries or about books, about people that have done amazing things with art, and you start to find out more and more than aware of what you don't know you don't know and then you start to get yourself in the sphere of what is possible.

These are all ways of increasing what is possible and as you start to see that reality in of itself is not fixed, you will then start to experience more of what you want in your life.

The truth is even if we think things are always remaining the same, that is nothing but an illusion of continuity.

What we think of as time is the movement through different parallel realities, all separate individual frames and you can shift to the vibration you want by choosing it, not creating it, you can create it, but think about how much trying comes with creating your own reality. You got to create your own reality because it doesn't already exist. You got to bring it from the theoric realms into that to the material.

That just sounds, it sounds like a lot, and to say it, it's not possible. What I'm saying is there's a more natural way to do it and it's the awareness that that parallel reality already exists and it's just about getting into the vibrational frequency of it and when you start to tap into it, everything in your life begins to change what you have.

First off, have to know what's possible. I believed in myself and I realized when I was looking at people like Ralph Smart. If you've ever seen his, his channel on YouTube from infinite waters. I looked at some people and I was watching their videos and they've done amazing things, but as I was watching them, I'm like, their perspectives are very similar to like, I have my own perspectives of that.

I got watching a video of him. I'm like, okay. I liked how he explained it, but I have my own unique perspectives. Actually, completely different than the way he said it, but if he's done it and he's a game, that kind of success that he has. I’m going to put in the effort to. I know it is possible.

Anything you want to accomplish, you can see other people that have also accomplished it and the key to that is deciding and knowing that it can happen for you, so you have to get to the core of what you believe is possible for you.

How do you relate to manifestation? How do you relate to the process? In general, because as you become more of how you relate to it, as you become more aware of it, you can then see if there are any blocks there and you could choose to let go of the blocks because the truth is you are capable of more than you can even imagine.

That's one of the most important parts of the process is simply knowing and breaking down the beliefs that don't serve. Breaking down the beliefs that say you're not worthy. Breaking down the beliefs that say there's special. No one is more special than you. It's just that someone may have already put in the effort and put into desire and put in the intention and transformed that desire into intention and then move forward in that way.

All you have to do is decide that you are worth it. Decide you can make that decision right now before this blog is over. You can make the choice that you are going to not only think about it, but you're going to believe and know that if other people have accomplished what you want, then you can do it as well.

I was listening to this podcast with Coby Brian the other day and it's called. It was on the Mamba mentality. He's called the Black Mamba and in it, he was talking about what makes him so special. You want to know what he said makes them so special. It's not a talent, it's not a skill, it's just that he focused on perfecting what he does.

He focused on always being better. He focused on getting down and doing the work and putting in the time, putting in the work and that's what he said the secret was when he was 14 years old, from 14 to 15 is when he went from not scoring a single point in a game when he was in high school too.

Then scoring 60 points and a call in a high school game and he went from a nobody to a. somebody in the perception of his peers and a perception of him probably even himself and the way he did that is he focused. Instead of looking around at everyone else's focusing every day on what they want for two or three hours a week. He said, I'm going to do that every day, and from doing that every day, he focused on it. He focused on becoming better.

He knew it was possible for him and he kept doing it. He became the best at what he does and now he's left a legacy for himself. In the same way. It's just about you knowing as possible for you. I made that choice about a year and a half ago when I decided I was going to go daily on YouTube. I knew that if I just committed myself to my vision and I had a vision by committing myself to it, it will eventually happen, but I had to say persistent with it because it's almost like as I choose it, it was a choice.

It wasn't a matter of, oh, I kind of hope for this. I kind of desire this. It was like, no, this is who I am. I am somebody that creates daily content on YouTube because I am someone that adds value to another people's life. I am this person. It was a choice I made in that choice, changed my life forever, and you can change life as well, and the way you can do that is by deciding right now that you are worth it and decide that it is possible for you.

Get rid of the stories that say that someone else has special. I'm not special because I've done what I've done. I've just followed my heart and I've known that if I add value to other people, that comes back to me and the more value I add, the more I helped to change the consciousness of the planet.

That's what drives me is I believe that more and more people become aware that they create their own reality and that drives me to help people to do that for themselves because I know how much has changed my own life. In the same way, break up, break up the belief patterns that say you can't do it because those belief patterns are probably not even your own beliefs.

They're beliefs of societal conditioning, their beliefs of your parents, their beliefs that have to tell you, "Oh, you're not good enough. Oh, you got to do this." There's a certain path you have to go like you have to go to college, you got to do this, you have to do that. You want to go to college, go to college, but make sure it's what you want. Make sure it's your path, makes sure it's your desire, and as you do that, you start to tap into your way.

You don't have to model other people and copy them. You can do it in your own special way, but just simply knowing that other people have done it before, makes you know that you can do it in your own way. Break up the belief patterns.

No, is it possible for you? It is possible and not only know it decided to claim it right now, but there's also something I'm going to eventually make and it's going to be a program that people go to. It's going to be a live in person event. It's going to help people to transform their lives from making them go from where they are to where they want to be. Helping them in the body the vibration of what they want and a major part of it is simply deciding that they're worth it and that they can do it.

Deciding that that's who they are. That's it. That's the name of the game. No, it is possible for you. Make a choice and then move forward in that direction and then the universe will begin to support you, but you have to make that choice. If you don't make the choice that remains in the ethers, it remains something you kind of want. It remains this cool idea of something you could have done one day. No, it is something you are worth being and it exists right now.

Claim it because it is yours. You are worth it. It is something that you can tap into right now in this present moment by making the decision and my intention for you reading this blog today is for you to make that choice today. You are worth it. It is possible for you. This isn't motivation. This isn't like, oh, wouldn't it be nice? This just makes the decision. Make the choice. That's when this shift happens. That's what changed my life is I made the choice that that's who I am and as I did that, everything in my life began to change.

That's the choice you have right now. I want you to know that you are worth it, that you are special, that you are capable of experiencing whatever you can imagine. If you can simply imagine it, then it is possible, and as you begin to tap into this, you will begin to feel more momentum than you have ever felt in your life. As you begin to do and you begin to be persistent with it, the universe will conspire to make it happen. For you. Tap into your greatness. Tap into this understanding of who you are because you are more than you can imagine and you are even more.

Then you can imagine. You can imagine. Let's go deeper. Don't know that I was going with that, but just know that you are more than you could possibly imagine and other than that, that's it for today. If you haven't already, follow me on Instagram. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you a new perspective. Something you may not have heard before, maybe something you've intuitively known would be my guest, but you don't hear many people talk about this and this is something that's always been on my mind at least for the last four or five years now.

I've been very aware of this even though I didn't ask intellectually give it that much thought. I always kind of intuitively knew this and this is what I always had a feeling about and to help illustrate this point.

Once again, my handy-dandy notebook and what I'm going to do is I'm going to kind of share the way that I viewed this whole process. In general, a lot of times we think that our thoughts, we think that because they're invisible, which means we can't see our thoughts, we don't see our thoughts until they're materialize, but in that buffer of time, before they're materialized, we assume that those thoughts are not existent.

It's not that they're nonexistent, they're just invisible to the eye spectrum. Our thoughts actually have an electromagnetic pattern and have an electromagnetic form. When we're thinking and we're thinking thoughts, this is us, so stick figure dickie thoughts. We have these thought forms. We think that these thoughts are just nonexistent, but in actuality, they do exist.

They just aren't within the light spectrum. Here's the thing, say we have over here, we have a certain location. We'll just do it all of the planets right now. Say it's just the planet. It's like my continents, whatever. Say the planet is spinning and around the planet there is a grid of energy. This is also sort of like the electromagnetic energy of the earth.

This is a little bit different than the atmospheres, but what it is there's this layer of energy that goes around the earth and what happens is there is a grid of energy, so this grid of energy that goes around the earth keeps a lot of the information in its stores, a lot of the information around it and what happens is certain points on the earth, depending on what people lived there.

How many thousands of years ago and the kind of thoughts that have been consistently there, that's the energy that has been imprinted into that location, so knowing that, and you can feel this too, if you go to certain places on the planet, there are certain places that have a higher-level energy than other places or just a different energy.

When I go to Sedona, Arizona, every four to six weeks, one of the reasons I go there is because the energy is a very high frequency, especially around certain places. In Sedona that I go, I go to a place called Bell Rock. Quite often, very high energy there.

Some people say it's the vortex. I believe there is definitely a higher energy there. You could feel it, something you could feel, but in general, there's this electromagnetic energy and this grid around the planet. Well, what we could do is by going to certain places on the planet. You can feel sometimes there's a more spiritual energy.

You can sometimes go to places where there's been war and negative energy. You can feel that. I've heard that if you go to some places in the Middle East that you can feel that dense energy because I know that because my brother was in the army and he mentioned it.

There are different levels of understanding this part, but in general, there's the thing of it like this as well. Anytime we move, when we're moving, we're leaving a trail, a pattern trail of our emotions and our thoughts. Being aware of that, we can then see that when we go to certain places, there's been an imprinted trail of the other people that have also been there.

That's something we could start to become more aware of because this is the thing. If we want to create something in our life and we aren't of the vibration of it, one simple way to do that is to go to the location of the people. We want to be similar to maybe we want to become professional, a basketball player. Then we would go to an actual place where professional basketball players are. Their energy will be there.

If you go to a place to where there's a say you want to go and you want to have your own art gallery, your own art gallery, a gallery, you go to convention or there are art gallery owners there because being around them, you're going to be around the trail of energy of those people and you're going to begin to tap into it even at subconscious levels.

Another thing you could do is something that I've seen people do before is going to places that may be a can't afford right now. Maybe what you do is you go to a mall and go to a very nice luxury store. People might do that because by doing that it is imprinting into them that this is the kind of person they are.

The key is to be aware of how you prefer to be and to do that, be aware of the desires you have and a lot of times I'd say break this down to more than your passion more than the things they'll get instead of going to a luxury store.

You can do that, but that can help you rebuild yourself image and letting go of the uncomfortableness that maybe you feel going around the store like that. But in general, think about it like being of the vibration of the way you prefer. For example, for me, I could go places where maybe other people that do seminars go.

Perhaps I can go to convention halls even though I'm not given a convention tomorrow. I know I'm going to be doing them over the next three months and then from there just going on and that's probably what I'm going to be doing every month is conventions.

And when I go to do seminars or conventions, I'm going to do them in a convention hall and I would, I could do is go to those and see what it's like and pay attention to how they are orchestrated, pay attention to how they are ran, and as I'm bringing this awareness, this vibration into my being, as I'm soaking that in, that's becoming more of a part of who I am.

Understand that there are always things and always ways that you can optimize your own vibration because we always get a reflection in our life that which we are vibration equal to if that makes sense. Whatever vibration we're equal to is what we will experience as the outer reflection.

We can use this awareness by knowing that there is us with these thought forms and that there have been millions and billions of other people that have these thought forms that go around the planet. But in specifically certain locations, there's also certain what is called the shock grow locations of the earth.

Many different places have a very certain energy, very specific energy there, and they could be places that people go to that people travel to and it opens them up at levels they don't even maybe understand.

There was like, “Oh, I'm on vacation”, but they go there and then they come back and they're like, “Oh, they have much more spiritual perspective.” Or they start to change their habits somehow. This energy is powerful. And I was actually reading or listening to an audiobook of Sadhguru.

If you guys ever heard of Sadhguru. He was like this well-known guru guy in India and it's got really great information and he was talking to one of his books about how you go to these specific patients and there's a spiritual energy there, and that has the ability to influence you in a powerful way. And they got me thinking because this is something that I've known for a while. This whole energy and cultivating the environment.

Here's something interesting that also science has shown when it comes to how someone will turn out. What they have found, is that more powerful than the genetics of that person more powerful than the genetics of the person is that of the environment they grow up in, and I was listening to this yesterday on the different audiobook.

What was the quote? It was something about by the time a, a child that grew up in the middle class or middle class grows up by the time they're 18 years old. They've had you know, 400,000 impressions of either positivity or negativity if they are.

If they grew up in a new wealthy environment, they've had 500,000 more impressions of positive type encouragement and if they grew up in a poverty environment, they've had like a million impressions, more negative impressions by the time they grew up.

There are ways of busting out of that, but what I'm saying is the environment has a lot to do with the influence over our subconscious mind, over how we view ourselves, and unless we become aware of that, we don't actually change it.

This why awareness is powerful and that's kind of the purpose of this blog is becoming aware of the locational energy of where you are and how you are and your thoughts having more than just these little, these little invisible things they aren't visible.

Invisible just means you can't see. It doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And then understanding that does exist and the honesty of some I. that's the reason I chose this house. I chose this house because of the energy of it and it was a very good open feel. Uh, you maybe you've seen my house tour before where I kind of show around, but the reason I chose this house just because of the energy. Here's something else that I do.

I've never really shared this before, but what I do is, you know how some people sage a house. That's one way you can clear the energy of a place. That's something that's been around. You could think of it like that's in the collective belief system, sage of the native Americans, which were very spiritual people and what happens is because that's in the collective thought from around the planet because number, there's a thought from around the planet and that's something that has been working with intention.

It's easy for us to do because when we do it, we link up to that same intention. We link up to that same ability but remember the power is always within us. It's not necessarily always just in sound like it's just in the sage. It's coupled to sage with the energy and the intention as well.

Something else that I've done is I've set the intention. What I do is I bless the area, which means simply that I put out the intention that I clear the energy of the people that used to live here because I've only lived here like a month. I clear the energy so that it's mainly more of my energy than the people that lived here before because they lived the into this house.

They're the owners of the house. They lived in the house until literally a week before I moved in, which means their energy was still very here, so I saved it and I cleared it so that I could start to create my own imprint, my own trail, and by me having a knowledge that could have positive energy here I'm cultivating more and more positive energy.

I knew this about my last place that I lived into. I lived in, in the last place. It was a nice place. I put in. It took me about a week to get the energy right, to feel it and to really know that I could increase the vibration of it with intention.

And that's something that I did. I remember I went to one of the places I looked at living at was these luxuries. They're like these luxury high rise condos, and they have this really nice view, very their lofts. They were really nice. However, I remember going there and I go to this place. When I go, and I'm looking around, and I go into the tour, I get a tour of one of the lofts, and I get tour something else, and I remember walking in, and I immediately felt a constriction.

I felt like it was hard to breathe. I felt like to get a deep breath felt difficult and I could not figure out why, but what I figured it was the energy. There was lower dense energy. It was like immediately I got there I got the vibes. Like this is not the place for you.

Even though I liked the way it looked, it looked really cool, you know, having a loft with these big windows with like overlooking Vegas. That had been really nice. But I just knew that vibrationally that wasn't what I was looking for. I went there, looked at it, and I like, okay, nope, I could feel that constriction. I could feel that energy and I don't know why.

Maybe I walked into something but in general they. There is an energy grid that is around certain locations and that could have been a certain type of person that lived there, a certain type of activity that was going on, who knows what it is, but I'm very mindful of what that is and almost to where I live, I have to let go of it a little bit because I know I had some family members come over and they started arguing I'm in the house, like they were looking around.

They were like kind of play arguing, but it was kind of getting loud and I was like, I'd tell my sister, I'm like, “Yo, not, not in my house, not, don't do that you can do at your house. Don't do that here.” And I didn't mean to be like rude about it, but at the same time, I'm just aware that the, uh, the energy we're putting out is leaving a trail.

And it was an, it was an unnecessary argument. It was just, it was like a really dumb argument. But it was like, listen, just don't, you don't have to yell at each other. Just this. Let's just be cool about it. Does not do that here, you know, and it's because I'm aware of this trail, this energy, this how it's cultivating the environment, very mindful.

Most people don't hold their space as sacred or as something that they value. It's almost like just whatever comes in, they let in whoever they want, they'll have a, you know, people over every single night. Nothing wrong with that, especially if they're your friends that are coming over every night. But I'd be very mindful of who you're bringing into your space because there is a certain vibrational imprint that is left there and when you learn this and you become aware of that.

But what you can do is begin to cultivate the environment you want by being aware of what you want to experience. There could be certain art pieces, certain types of music you put on in the background. You can cultivate a high vibration place and by doing that, that's going to link you more up to what you want to experience because then you are equal to the vibration that you prefer. The other part, as I was mentioning, is simply going into a place and going somewhere where you want to match up to the energy of that place.

You want to tap into the vibration of it because remember there is an imprint of everything that has happened in certain places. You go to certain historical landmarks I'm sure because there were certain people there that have been imprinted into it and you can almost pick up on the same vibes of it. Maybe even information, who knows?

But what I'm saying is that we just don't have all of the reality figured out yet, but this grid around the planet understanding there's our thoughts are not necessarily just nonexistent. Our thoughts have a pattern to it and electromagnetic form and when we become aware of what that is, what we can begin to do is we can begin to cultivate it in the way that we prefer.

That's something that I do. I cultivate the environment that I live in. I will often probably once every day or two, I will save it or do some type of Palo Santo, which is like the same type of thing and it's more of the intention, but then what I do is I also put the intention that it's a high-frequency place.

Music also has a vibration. When you start to put music, it uplifts your energy!

I put in good music. It's very relaxing. Music also has a vibration, so when you start to put music in that uplifts your energy, that will help cultivate the environment and then what you can begin to do is understand that wouldn't let you go to places that other people go that are of a similar vibration?

You start to tune up to their vibration, especially when you set the intention, so set yourself up this intention to go out to places where you want to be similar to if you wanted to own an art gallery studio, go to an art gallery convention or just go to an art gallery. If you want to be a and get a job somewhere, go to have the kind of place that you want a job at and just hang out there for a little bit.

Go around. If you want to be at a, you know, a certain type of shop, go to that shop and shop around, but feel what it's like so that you can start to be in that vibration that will help you to resonate with more of what you want.

Travel the world. Go to different spiritual places or whatever you want. There are different boards x's on the planet field, the high vibrational energy there. See how it cultivates and then grows the electromagnetic energy around your body. These are all things that I had been aware of. I just haven't shared because they're a little bit different.

Full Moon Guided Meditation for Increased Emotion with the Law of Attraction

Today, I'm going to be sharing a meditation that you can listen to any time we're anywhere close to a full moon, and what this will do is this will allow you to increase your vibration and also to increase the probabilities of whatever you want to happen or whatever desires you have to come into fruition.

Maybe you felt it before, maybe you felt it to where when you get close to a full moon, you feel that your energy starts to rise. That could be a good thing. It could be something where you experienced more positive or more of the negative, and that's because of what the moon does, is it amplifies emotion.

When you look at even just that of the tides, the tides, and the water and how the waves come in or go out, depending upon the moon, it has to do with the energy of the moon and the magnetic pull of how it pulls the waves one way or the other.

The earth is about 70 percent water and in the same way, our bodies are also about 70 percent or more of water, and it's about the same thing. It's as the increase of the energy of the water goes up, so does that have the emotions that we feel now, if we aren't aware of the feelings that we have, if we aren't aware of what's going on, then sometimes we may be feeling that negative emotion and not know why.

I know for a long time. Now and then what'll happen is it'll be a full moon and what'll happen is I'll feel kind of in a way unbalanced, or I'll feel like my emotions just amplified. Whatever it is, if there's a little bit of inconsistency, a little bit of negative emotion. It's almost amplified like why is this?

And then what I realized is I go out, and I'll see that it's a full moon and it's something that immediately what I do is I begin to re-center myself, uh, the things I'm going to be sharing with you in this meditation are going to help you to get more on track and also to let go. If you find that there is some negative emotion coming up, how to let go of that, how to observe it to allow it to be there, which was the paradox.

That's the secret to that old thing. Allow the emotion to be there. And as you do that, you begin to become more present to the moment. But in general, I find a full moon to be a very powerful time to focus on my intentions. A lot of times what I'll do is I'll go out into my backyard, I'll go into my grass and I will just stare at the moon for a couple minutes.

And what that does is that allows me, I use that as a symbol for me to get centered within myself so that I am then balancing out my own energy, but also as I focus on the moon, I focus on the different emotions, the different things I want to create in my life.

You could also use the moon as a benchmark because every 30 days or so when there is a full moon, what you can do is you can use that as a time to do a new cycle, which is called the new moon.

Then you set new intentions and then as you get closer to the full moon, it's like you progressively increase the vibration of your manifestations more and more so. The moon is a powerful reflection and it can also be a powerful tool if we use it in that way.

If we align it in that way and more the goal of this meditation as well as to help you to get more so instead of in the head, which is where sometimes we'll find that that polarity happens because the energy's increase to bringing it more so in the heart to bring it more so in the body because when we're more in the body than in the head, everything works itself out anyway.

We naturally will increase our vibration. We're less caught up and do it. We're less caught up in the left brain, right brain, right bad type mentality, and then we get more into a present state and then the present state.

That's where everything that we want manifests anyways because when we're present, we're in the now and in the now is where everything exists. If we're here right now, but we're thinking about the past or something that happened or think about the future, something that may or may not happen, then we're splitting our energy and as we split our energy, we do not have the energy in the now moment, which is where the power is and where we build momentum.

What this meditation is going to do, and I'm going to get into it in a minute, I just wanted to explain that so you understand a general basis for why we're going to be doing what we do and the power of it, and understanding that this is a powerful tool that we use. I recommend you do this meditation every single time where within about a week of a full moon, do it every single night.

Amplify the vibration inside of your heart, amplify the vibration and the probability of you achieving what you want with your intentions. Your focus is powerful, and when you guide your focus, especially when it's an optimal time when the emotion is increased, that's even more powerful.

There are two things, two main things that are needed for us to manifest what we want. One is an elevated emotion which has us feeling passionate, which is us with that emotion is what the moon will help to amplify and then increased intention.

Having an intention to experience something and having focused on something will help you to harness the power of the moon in a powerful way.

Having an intention to experience something, having focused on something and with this meditation will do is help you to harness the power of the moon in a powerful way and a meditation you can just put on, I recommend you use headphones or recommend you listen to this for about a week of the actual full moon itself.

What you could do is whatever full moon the date is, do this three days before and three or four days after and you'll find that what happens is you begin to raise your vibration and you start to tap into the power of the moon.

Right now, what I encourage you to do is we're going to do visualization. I encourage you to set at least to two intentions for the focus of this meditation intentions as far as what do you want to experience? What do you want to manifest? Because the thing is we're going to take whatever that thing is that focus that you have, and we're going to amplify the vibration within us.

We're going to harness the power of the moon to do so. Have the intention of what you want to experience and have one or two things and what those intentions are this now as we go into it, and what we're going to do now is we're going to go into the breathing part of it, which there is. I'm going to cue the music. We're going to breathe in, breathe out, and feel our body relax more and more. Let's go ahead and begin.

I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath in, deep breath out and with every breath, you feel yourself relax more and more. Take a deep breath in. Feel your body relax. I'm going to ask you to put your hands over your heart because as you put your hands over your heart with the heart math institute has shown that by doing this, the simple attention we put into our heart center begins to raise the electromagnetic energy around our body, and it begins to make us more present to the moment.

Let's take another deep breath in. Deep breath out. As you breathe out, feel your body begin to loosen up more and more. Go ahead and close your eyes. If you can and feel the sensation behind your eyelids, put the awareness in your forehead, feel a warm sensation, began to move now to your cheeks. Feel your facial muscles start to relax. Feel your jaw loosen up, relax more and more.

Put the awareness in your neck as it moves now down your left arm, your left hand, your right arm, your right hand. You're the sensation in your heart. I can feel the temperature of your hands in front of your heart. Imagine that right now. There is a ball of energy inside of your heart. Any color that you like and imagine that this ball of energy begins to spin in a clockwise position and imagine that the faster this ball spins, the more you feel this love inside of your heart.

The more you feel your energy increasing with that love vibration. Imagine it spinning faster and faster. The faster it spins, the more you feel this love. You can feel this tingling sensation now become more and more something you notice, I put the awareness in your abdomen. Imagine that part of you relaxing more and more, but the awareness in your left leg left foot. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through your feet, but the awareness in your right leg, your right foot.

Imagine a wave of relaxation carrying away anything that doesn't serve. Imagine your whole body as you were laying there few insides and imagine that there is this wave of relaxation that flows through your whole body and carries away with it. Anything that no longer serves, you can feel the energy-releasing through the heels of your feet. Set the intention to let go of what no longer serves you.

You are much more presence. Your vibration has increased. We are ready to begin now. Imagine yourself and I very relaxing and peaceful beach sand all around you. You can feel the sand underneath your feet. You can walk around and feel the breeze that's in the air. It's nighttime in the sky. You can see the stars; how bright the stars are.

As you walk around, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. It's a very relaxing and peaceful environment to be in. This is a place you can come back to want anytime by simply remembering this experience. Imagine that you're walking around. Pay attention to your environment. What do you see? Imagine those colors that you see. Imagine whatever becoming brighter and brighter.

What kind of sounds do you hear? Imagine those sounds becoming louder and louder now off about 10 to 15 feet away, you see a towel, a towel that we're going to lay on, and what we're going to do is we're going to look up at the moon because right now as you look up at the moon, you see how bright it is, how much vibrant energy is coming off of it, and what you are now going to do is turn towards that towel and we're going to take 10 steps towards that towel and every step that we take.

We're going to feel our body becoming more and more relaxed, more and more peaceful. Take a step 10, feeling your body begin to relax more and more and nine, feeling each foot hit the sand, and feeling everything feeling so loose. Eights, take another step. Your body is doubling with relaxation with every step seven. As you get closer to the talent now, six, five, getting closer for double the amount of relaxation. Three, almost to the towel now to one. We're on the towel. We feel so relaxed.

Let's go ahead and sit down at the tower. Lay down and look up at the moon and notice how vibrant it is at the moon has an amazing energy, and when we stare at the moon, what we do is we have the potential to connect to the energy of the moon.

As you see this full moon right now, you can feel the emotion begin to increase inside of your body and know that anytime you want and it's a full moon, you can look at it and once you can do, you can feel inside of your heart center because as we feel inside of our heart center, what we do is we increase the energy of our body and we take the energy out of the head, the overthinking, and we bring it into the present moment.

Begin to look up at the moon and notice how bright it is and think of whatever intention you have. Set an intention. What do you intend to experience? What is a goal that you have? Think of this goal and imagine you accomplishing it, how you would feel your body language. Imagine all of that from this scenario.

As you stare at the moment, I set the intention that whatever you experience with this coming to fruition is the best-case scenario for you and everyone involved. It creates a win. Win. Feel the gratitude in your heart for this coming to fruition. Pay attention to the emotion that you feel.

What we're going to do is as we look out at the moon right now, I'm going to count down from five to one, and with every number I countdown, you are going to see the moon come closer and closer and the closer it comes, the more you feel an increased vibration inside of your heart center.

The more you feel certain that this manifestation is coming to fruition. Imagine the moon all vibrant five. Seeing the moon feeling the energy of it for becoming closer. It doubles in size. You feel like the moon is becoming closer to the earth, and as it does you can feel the manifestation energy grow inside of your hearts for three, even closer.

Imagine that the moon looks double in size of what it was before you can feel connected to this part of you. You feel inside of your hearts, two, one. The moon appears to be four times its size. You feel this energy flow through your body. You know that whatever you set your intentions for, it's coming to fruition, and you can feel inside of your heart what it feels like to accomplish this.

Know that this is something that is natural for you to experience. Anytime you want, you can remember this meditation, and you can connect to the energy in your heart and the energy of the moon. Soak in this energy. What I'm going to do is I'm going to count down from 10 to one.

As I count down, you're going to feel yourself becoming more alert, more present to the moment knowing that your manifestation will come to fruition. You will feel this certainty inside of your heart. Feel this love, feel this increased vibration, and you'll simply know that from this point going forward, you have changed 10, nine. Feel yourself becoming more alert or present to the moment. Eight, seven, six, feeling inside of your body now feeling yourself feeling balanced. Alerts five for filling the aim body increase in energy.

Three, two, one. You can open up your eyes now and simply know that what you have done is you've increased the vibration of your heart and now things will happen easier than ever for you. You have now harnessed to the energy of the moon and you are allowing it to be something that impacts you in a powerful way. Just like the moon impacts the earth. The moon can impact us, but when we use it consciously, we then direct it in a powerful way.

As I said, I recommend you do this meditation for about three or four days before the full moon. In about three days after the full moon so that you can really tap into this energy and if you do this consistently, I think you will experience the results that you want. I read that there was a quote from Carlos Castaneda, I should have written it down, but it was in the book, power of intention by Dr. Wayne Dyer and he quoted that quote from Carlos Castaneda and it had to do with understanding that we are all sorcerers, where we create our life from source energy.

Source energy is unconditional love and bliss. It's a higher vibrational state of consciousness that we all naturally are and we could go as far as to say is that our life is in a way a dream. Sometimes we maybe even dreaming that we are separated from it, but in court of course we aren't, but it's about being aware that we can manifest from this source energy that when we do amazing things begin to happen.

We find that when we create from source energy, it's a such a higher vibrational state. The things just happen easier that when we're in this high vibe state, it's like things come to us. It's like we're in the right place at the right time. It's like we connect to the people we need to connect to.

Magical things happen when we connect to the source energy.

Magical things happen when we're connected to the source energy and of course the paradox is that we're always really connected to it. 

Let go of things that don't serve and start to embody more of who you naturally are. 

In order for us to feel disconnected from anything, we'd have to first off be connected because otherwise we wouldn't have a reference experience to know that we are disconnected, if that makes sense.

It's like we're always at some level connected. It's just how much of it are we letting in now. Even a lot of what I do on my YouTube channel, to be honest with you, it is. It is not necessarily Aaron that is doing it. That may sound kind of like. What do you mean by that?

Well, what I mean by that is when I connect to this larger field of energy, when I connect to this flow state that I get into, when I make videos, I get into such a flow state that there really is no ego me. It's almost like my ego kind of goes to sleep. I'll still use my ego. Of course. Understand there's always these two main aspects of us. There is the ego, us that reacts to everything. There's the ego that's identified with being someone.

There's the ego that always wants more, that ego, that wants to have. That's the ego. That's the little thing of that. Like the little eat, the little me, whatever you want to call it, the little version of us and there's a larger aspect version of us which I like to call the higher self just because it gives us, you know, it's like the higher self of us.

It's like the higher vibrational self of us, whatever name we want to give it, but then there's this higher-self version of us and when we're doing what we love, we are in a higher vibrational state of consciousness. This higher vibrational state of consciousness is being connected and merging with our higher self. One of the reasons that I love making YouTube videos so much is because when I do it, I get into this flow state.

I'm in it right now. Even now or they speak to you like I'm still using my ego to talk to you because what will happen is I'm going to tell stories and stuff. I'm going to talk about my own life experiences and when I do that I pull experiences from the ego's perspective, from the ways I identify myself. But at the same time, it's almost like I allow more of that energy to flow through me.

It's like the valves are kind of open to. There's no kinks in the hose and anytime we feel resistance or our ego gets triggered with something in a way we close in ourselves, we're still connected to our higher self. What we do is we kind of close in that hose a little bit and it's a little bit more constricted, a little bit more resistance. One of the main purposes of manifesting or the keys to manifesting from source energy is to let go of resistance.

When we let go of resistance, we allow more of who we really are in now. There is a book I'm reading right now and I just actually got done making a meditation. It's a meditation that I made. I've decided on my YouTube channel as well. Just so you know, just to keep you informed is I did a lot of meditations a while ago and I was real consistent with it.

And then I kind of stopped. But now I'm getting back into it again and I'm going to be doing more meditations because my, my vision is like my dream or vision or a goal or wherever you want to call it is. I want meditation to be something that people can actively do, not necessarily just a meditation that people like do and go to sleep, but like a meditation people can practically do that helps to wire in ideas so you let me know what you think of this idea, but I want to in a way merge education with meditation and I want to just.

I'm going to be doing a lot more of them, but like, so what I did today for example, is I made this meditation. If you've ever heard of the book by Dr. Wayne Dyer, Wayne dyers and amazing motivational speaker and he was an amazing teacher. He passed away like four or five years ago or less, I don't know. Time goes by so fast, uh, amazing guy though, amazing teacher in every way.

And he had a book that was called the power of intention, which is a very good book. And he talks about intention and how intention is a spiritual energy and tension comes from our higher self, from the higher vibrational state of us from source energy. And that's kind of what inspired this episode I'm doing right now.

And what I did today, for example, is I made a meditation that was the power of intention guided meditation, which is inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer, and what I did is I kind of summarized the book in the beginning in a very, like, in like a five, six-minute period.

And then I go into a guided meditation that wires in the idea and allows us to integrate into experience the teachings of the book so that it's not just an intellectual idea, it's something that we actually are able to be impacted by and it becomes more of an emotional way to learn. You let me know what you think of this. I recently did a meditation on the book. The feeling is the secret by Neville Goddard, which is also an amazing book. And in it, I just, I give the teachings that principles of it and I wire that I help people.

Why are that in into a daily practice that people can listen to every day as they're going to bed when and waking up in the morning. And that was a meditation I got amazing feedback from. I'm like, okay, maybe I want to, I want to make education, I want to just, I want to help people to make things more of an experience. I want learning and I want self-help to be an experience, not just an intellectual idea.

That's something that I'm going to be doing more of. And you let me know what you think of that. But what I'll do is I'll link to Dr. Wayne Dyer Meditation. It's, it's me leading the meditation by the way. But what I did is I just connected to the. I read the book a lot, like for an hour the night before. And I've read the book before by the way, but what I did is I read the book and then I, I absorbed the information and the main central teaching.

That this morning when I got up to make the meditation, it was just very fresh and it was something I felt like people could really connect to. The, so the, the main premise of the book, by the way, like I was mentioning earlier, it's that we are all source energy. We're all connected to it. And when we raise our vibration, what we do is we create from a much higher paradigm. And that intention is actually a spiritual energy that exists within all things.

Everything has intention. If you think about it, a flower as intention to grow. Maybe trees have an intention to release the into really be. It's really about being. It's not, you know, like a tree doesn't intend to become like a treat as intend to become like a, um, a flower. A tree doesn't intend to become like, you know, some type of other type of plant.

It doesn't desire to become like a cloud. A tree just is. And it's been in living the intention and the same way sometimes what we do is we get caught up in the ego's desires. We get caught up in the ego's manifestations and we try to intend to be something that we're not.

We're like, well, myself images right now that I can only make $50 a year and I want to make 100 k years, so I'm going to see myself as making 100 k a year, but what I found to be even a higher paradigm, because that can work from a certain perspective. We might create resistance. It can work, and we do have to let go of our 50 k a year mentality, but really what it is, it's about being authentically who we are and it's about more so being in this higher vibrational state of consciousness.

It's about being an existing from this source energy which means existing from our heart space. That's something I wanted to talk about as well because about six months ago I started to learn more about the electromagnetic of the heart. I watched that or I listened to that of the heart math institute and listened to and researched the.

The proof that there's the electromagnetic energy of the heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head, and when I came to understand this, it made me really understand and really feel that I've been going about it in a less efficient way. I was so focused on the head creating from the head, but what I realized is that the more I and the reason you'll hear in all my meditation is in the beginning of all my meditations.

We put our hands over our heart and we connect to our heart space because in the heart space and when we connect to our heart, we immediately increased the energetic field around our body, the electromagnetic energy, and we start to admit a more powerful vibration.

The key to this is really knowing and tapping into our heart center. Even right now, as you listen to us fuel inside of your heart center, put your, put your hands over your heart, and you can feel the electromagnetic energy inside of your heart. You can feel the warmth from your hands. Even right now.

You probably feel a little bit increase in tingling sensation, some type of sensation in your heart. Even doing this for just a minute or two a day, you increase the electromagnetic energy in your heart and you begin to feel more connected, and when you come from this connection first, before you set your intentions, things happen very magically because you're connected to that source energy.

The truth is you're always connected to source energy, but the more you do that prior to what you do, the more you'll find that things happen for you, that you're aligned with your heart. You know, I was kind of going about things a little bit more resistant. A long time for on the YouTube channel is like, oh, you know, fake it till you become it.

You know, not fake it till you make of a fake it till you become it, but like developed this new self-image and see yourself this, but that. A lot of that was being created from the ego's perspective. It's like what? What does the ego want? But when we tap into the heart center, we tap into the source energy of our soul and we create from a higher level.

Sometimes you might hear me say, it was like, well, are you telling me not to go for my ego desires? You're saying I can't have that nice house or that the wife for her husband. Are you saying I can't have any of those things?

No, I'm not saying that at all. I'm saying that when you get to the core vibration of your heart center, those things many times will manifest anyways, but it's about first off, coming from the source energy, the energy inside of the heart, and then going forward the intentions, but first off, having the intentions be connected to the good of all. Have any intentions to be a very spiritual type practice. You know, I view a lot of what I do on my YouTube channel as I like to merge worlds.

In a way, I kind of picture myself as somebody that merges the science with the esoteric that merges that of the Law of Attraction with this spiritual connection is spiritual awakening and really making this one concept one way of being that we can live from and when we begin to be ourselves, we can do beef from this source energy be from our heart center.

We find that all everything else begins to fall into place naturally. But if we go for the side effects, if we go for the ego desires, it's like we're not treating the cause. I've shared this analogy many times before, but it's kind of. It's so powerful for understanding. It's like going to a doctor and getting a pharmaceutical drug and then having to go back to treat the symptoms of the side effects of that pharmaceutical drug and it's never ending cycle.

But if you just go straight from the source, instead go straight to the source. Literally. And what you do is you go for the connection to your heart. You go for the emotion. You may find out that the reason you want that relationship is because you just want more love inside of your heart, but that it exists within you right now. You may find that if you want more money, you just really want to feel more free to be who you are, but if you just feel that now and you connect to that heart center, now those things happen.

Anyways, so I guess what I'm saying is this energy all exists within you now and the more that you connect to it is the more that that will then become something that is of your reality. There's a couple things I want to share with this, with, for my own life. And that is when I began to. One of the major changes in my life was when I chose that I was going to make daily videos.

And the reason being is because I started at the beginning. It wasn't as powerful in the heart. It's not like right in the very first day I made the video, I was like, oh, I feel this flow state more so than ever before. I'm going to make videos every day no matter what. It was more so I just had this intuitive knowing that my purpose in life was to share this message, just share these messages in some form and for me it seemed to video and I always wanted to be a speaker, so I was like, okay, I'm going to start making videos.

I started making videos and the more I did it, the more I started to tap into my flow state, but it came from practice because I had to learn how to let go of my ego. There were certain videos I would watch and I could tell how much of my ego was in it and the more I allowed in of this energy, the more I allowed in more of my higher self or whatever we want to call it.

The more that it became easy and effortless and some people look at me and I do get, I guess other YouTubers that are like friends of mine that reach out to like Aaron. I don't know how you make daily videos. I don't know how you come up with a new idea every single day. How do you do it? And there was one guy in particular that's a good friend of mine and I told them, I said, I kind of was like, he was kind of frustrated because he was trying to grow his YouTube channel and what I did is I explained to him and I said, “When I make videos there is no me.”

What I mean by that is my ego gets out of the way. I just allow in something that's beyond me. I allow in something that want a message that wants to flow through me and this energy, this flow. It's almost like you know that, that there is a flute.

For example, you were here, the beautiful music of a flute. It's not the flute that is making the noise. The flute is the instrument. There is a source energy that is flowing through the flutes that is flowing through the person that is playing the flute and that energy that flows through is what's really doing it in the same way I am like that flute. I am allowing the energy to flow through me for a message that wants to come through and as I get into that state, I don't really have to do that much.

In fact, the less I do, the better. As paradoxical as it seems, but there really is no mean. You'll find anytime you get into a major flow state, there really is no you. There is no little ego is what I mean. There's more of just a higher self. When you see some of these athletes do amazing things, a lot of times they get beyond themselves.

I've seen this before too, when I watched someone. I remember there was this one person that was in this cross fit game and in his cross fit games, she won this event and the reason that you could tell that side of herself, she saw herself as a winner and they do these crazy workouts. By the way, I mean they got to do all these different obstacle courses.

They going to lift all these weights and do all these crazy things that I've done cross fit workouts before. They were very intense. You're just drained and they just keep. They do. I'm like 17 over the course of a week, you know, it's an insane doors. This one girl though, and this documentary I watched on Netflix, I think it was called, um, what was it called?

It's called the fittest on earth or something like that. And there was this girl that her, her grandma recently passed away and she loved, loved her grandma's so much and she passed away within like the last year of her good doing this competition. And she did this. She did her whole competition and dedicated her competition to our grandma. She just kept thinking about our grandma and how she wanted to make her grandmother proud.

And in the documentary, you feel really connected to her. You feel like you can really feel her passion and it's mainly because she, she has this intention of, uh, in a way doing something that is greater than herself.

She has an intention of doing something for someone else, even if it's a spiritual type thing, and she taps into that flow state. She taps into that spiritual energy that exists within her and even though she may not consciously know it, she's tapping into that and all the sudden she does something amazing. She, she gets out of the head and gets into this been state because her why is much more powerful her why.

That's where all the powers, the powers and why we do what we do. You know I. The reason I do what I do is because I want to add as much value to other people because I believe that we're all unconsciousness and that when I help other people, I'm helping other aspects of myself. In a way, I'm being selfish. I'm selfish because I understand that we're all one consciousness and the mortar that I help you.

The more that I helped another aspect of me and it's not that I'm doing it because, oh, the, what did you put out is what you get back. If I do something good for you, then I'm going to get something out of it. It's literally at a deeper level of consciousness. We're all connected.

It's like you look at the fingers on your hand and we're all individual fingers that are connected to the same hand, so if it's like, if I can help and kind of help the other finger out, then it's going to help the larger consciousness of who we are out. That's the way I view it, but it's also just knowing that that's that beingness, that that's natural for me because I'm connected to us or synergy.

That intention that Dr. Wayne Dyer talks about, we're all connected to the spiritual intention and when we have a strong why for what we do, that's when we start to connect to it. There was another guy he played for the Celtics or plays for the Celtics. I don't remember his name. I haven't watched basketball as much as I used to, but it's like a year or two ago, he was in playoffs, I think it was last year. And his, uh, his mom or someone passed away.

No, like or is like a couple people pass away and his family is like two or three people in his family got in a car wreck and died and it was right at playoffs and he's very emotional. He's one of the best players on the Celtics and people didn't know how he was going to play for playoffs because it's like, oh, this dramatic traumatic thing happened. How is he going to be able to even be focused, you know, but he got outside of himself and he went in and he like won these.

He won, got real far with this whole in the whole playoff series. And eventually he didn't get, they didn't get to the end, but they won like against a team that they didn't think they were going to be and they just did amazing things and it was like he was getting beyond himself. You know, when you get beyond yourself and you have a strong why for what you're doing.

He was probably doing it for his family. You know, he wasn't doing it just for himself. And because of that, it's almost like he tapped you to a larger source of energy. But I guess the purpose behind this episode is for you to know that you are source energy, that all of us are simply dreaming. That this is who we are, the ego is who we are. And the only time that we really feel disconnected from the source energy is when we identify with the ego.

When we identify with these aspects of us and we identify with what we have, we identify with, um, controlling different situations. When we identified that's when we lower our vibration. And the key is knowing that we are naturally that high vibrational energy and it's not so much about piling on a new idea. It's about just naturally allowing more of us in by letting go of control.

What if you could let go of control? And what if by letting go of control, you allow it in so much more, what have you let go of needing to know everything, of needing the certainty. Because sometimes in the uncertainty is where the magic happens and you could simply trust the process more. You know, a lot of manifestation is about our level of vibration and we increase our vibration by one saying no to things that maybe don't serve us anymore.

Maybe this is a note of television shows that don't serve. Notice food that weighs you down. That takes a lot of energy to digest, low vibrational people that you're around. Maybe you just are around them less. You choose to be around more positive people around just be alone and he started to really go within and you started to connect your heart center. The other way is through the heart center.

Connect to your heart more just a couple minutes a day. Put your hands over your heart. You'll find that you increase the electromagnetic energy of your body and you'll find that from doing that, things began to change in your life in a powerful way. I've been bringing this heart energy into my body and into my manifestations more than ever before and it's amazing the things that have happened.

Literally, I'm having people reach out to me, people that I used to look up to and I still do look up to as amazing public speakers, entrepreneurs, people that I've watched for years on YouTube and they're reaching out to me because they watch my videos and they want to connect with me and I'm just like, wow, you know, I think it's, I'm so connected to who I am and I'm so connected to my purpose, my vision for the future of how I want to add value to people.

I think it's picking up with other people as well. And the reason I say this is because the source energy exists within you. It sounds something you have to seek. You know, there's a book, the alchemist and in the whole book it's like he's looking for something is going on this journey of self-discovery and he's looking at his journey for finding things and it leads them all the way back to understand that the whole time the energy was within. It all exists within the source.

Energy is already within you and the way you tap into it is by raising your vibration. The rate, the way that you raise your vibration is by letting go. It's by connecting to your heart, connecting to why you do what you do, and the more you connect to why you do what you do in, the more you realize that you are naturally this high vibrational state of consciousness.

You're just dreaming of this ego. You're just dreaming that you're this little version of you. You're really so much more than you can imagine. When you start to observe the ego, which means you observe the thoughts, you observe what you are thinking, that then you're able to let it go, and when you let it go, amazing things happen.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that you can move from the thinking and the doing. You can move into connecting to your heart center and by just knowing that there's this larger stream of energy, the source energy and that you at a deeper level are a sorcerer, a source or a magical source are connected to the source energy. That is what I recommend for you is to connect to the source energy.

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you more on understanding high-frequency vibration with manifestation and how we can implement it into our lives in a powerful way. This is something that when I began to apply, I began to leverage that of my actions because maybe you remember in the very beginning of my channel.

If you've seen my earlier videos it was all about hard work taking massive action. That was something that I talked a lot about but then what happened. When I went to Costa Rica and did his breath workshop this breath workshop.

What it did is it allowed me to let go of a lot of stored emotion that I subconsciously had stored in my body from years and years ago from my childhood from a lot of childhood pain that I went through. And when I did that, I remember I felt like I let go of just years and years of piled up emotion.

But what happened was as I let that go I felt free. I felt so much more free than I ever had in my life. And when I became aware of it, I developed like a belief pattern, that I thought that things had to be hard. I believed that almost I wasn't worthy of where I was. I had to work really hard to get where I wanted to be. And by me emphasizing that I wasn't already where I want to be.

That was causing a lot of resistance. What I learned how to do is I learned how to make the process easier by letting go of the outcome by letting go of the perspectives that were holding me back and by letting the process be easier than it had to be from that moment going forward.

I really started to let go of a much more powerful way. It's something that to this day I always bring myself back to because the thing is I absolutely love what I do. Some making videos and me spending a lot of time doing it's what I love. But at the same time, I've let go of the outcome in a completely new way that has allowed my vibration to raise.

This has to do with understanding who we are at a fundamental core level. All of us including you are so much more than you can even imagine. You and I and everyone here are just simply dreaming that this is who we are in our life for dreaming that this is a physical type experience that we're having when in actuality we're so much more than that.

But the reason this is important to understand is because sometimes we think that things have to be harder than they have to be. I did think that everything had to be like nose to the grindstone like mentality when in actuality for us to raise our vibration we don't have to pile on a new idea. We don't have to get some new epiphany.

I remember I was always looking for the next epiphany I get these epiphanies that just change my life. Certain things when I'm in meditation. That was an epiphany because I learned how to observe my thoughts and I started to feel totally different when I understood certain limiting beliefs I had that was another epiphany because I was there to let go of those beliefs.

And then my life changed because of that. However, another one understood that my vibration your vibration everyone's vibration naturally the core vibration of who we really are is so high that we can't even imagine it. Because here's the thing we at a higher level of consciousness exist right now.

But we're having a physical experience so we're dreaming that this is who we are. Some say, “Oh my name is Aaron I make YouTube videos this is what I do.” This is one aspect of my consciousness. And what happens is when we go to bed at night we wake up to this larger consciousness.

We wake up as this higher consciousness point of us but then when we wake up in the morning we in a way go to sleep to see most of that energy. We're able to still let in some of it but it depends on our state of being. It depends on a couple of things I'm going to be sharing with you today.

In general, the main point I want to help you understand because it's such a game changer is that you are so much more than you can even imagine. One time I was watching or listening to some because I listened to this like chill step music. It's like it's like relaxing music I'll put in the background or I'm working, and sometimes I'll hear Ellen Watts in the background or ocean in the background because like it'll be mixed in with the music. I remember hearing a quote by Osho and it was.

It had to do with understanding that enlightenment is not a realization or enlightenment is what it was. And like is a realization enlightens is not an attainment. It is not something you get. You don't become enlightened as enlightenment is a realization because the more you seek something the more you emphasize you don't currently have it. We are naturally enlightened. That was Osho’s point.

We are naturally enlightened and what we're doing and what enlightenment is letting go of the layers that no longer serve. And it's letting go of all the low vibrational energy, and as we let go of it, we naturally raise our frequency.

The key is knowing that that is true forever everyone. We don't have to try to become enlightened. It's just about letting go of what doesn't serve. Even if our focus isn't the Enlightenment, it may just be raising our vibration. It's the same thing. We don't need to. It's not like we're going to get some new idea I'm going to share some new idea that all of a sudden, we just are vibration raises so high it's more so. That within you right now you are high vibrational.

The key is not to be attached to thoughts that don't serve you to not feed into things that are bringing your energy down. Maybe not watch television that's bringing your vibration down to tailor your environment may be a little bit more but it's not about like oh I tailor my environment just a little bit more it's about letting go of what doesn't serve or letting go of the TV that is bringing you down.

The television shows the news these things all affect our vibration something that Dr. Bruce Lipton has shown is that more powerful than our genes and how our genes affect us is how our environment affects us and our environment is triggering us into low vibration energy into feeling angry sad depressed shame guilt. If our environment is causing us to feel those lower emotions then it's bringing our energy down.

But what we can learn to do is to tailor our environment are also at the same time to tailor how we relate to that environment because then as some people have to say well I live with this family member and this is the way it is and I can't leave them all. There's either we can change our environment or we can change the way we relate to our environment. Either one of those will change our vibration.

The main point of this video is to help you to understand that your vibration is naturally high. It's who you are. You are an immortal spiritual being living in temporary human experience, and you've chosen to be here right now for a certain purpose. The purpose may be to share your gift with the world. The purpose may be to be here at a time of transformation because there's a transformation that's happening on the planet right now more and more people are waking up to who they are.

We are in a way purging a lot of the lower vibrational energies out. You may notice that the government in many ways is falling apart in a very positive way but it's in a way that things just aren't working and the old system isn't working the way that it used to. People are becoming very aware of what you are becoming aware of the game that is played with politics in general.

People are becoming more aware and the reason I say that is that we become aware that that's a purpose that we came here we are naturally high vibration and the only thing that brings down our vibration is when we identify with things that are not to us. It's when we identify. With the lower emotions that we have the thoughts that we have that link to those emotions so the key is to become aware of what that is because the thing is once we raise our vibration when we then go to create what we want in our life.

Things happen easier than ever. My manifestation process used to take action move in that direction, and I got results with it but worked to eat what worked even better was when I learned. How to leverage my emotion before I go into the action which means I would first feel the way that I want any emotion we want we can feel right now because we choose to.

That sounds kind of crazy right. Well what about this-this and this happened. The thing is we have the power of using our mind and our heart and when we connect our mind or our heart. Amazing things happen. But remember life is not what happens to us.

And the most important thing is not what happens to us but it's how we respond to what happens to us and whatever we focus on we feel so if we focus on the negativity the depression things that have happened while we can begin to do is instead observe it and then choose.

Anything we focus on we feel so first off, your vibration naturally high. That is who you are. This process of reasoning your vibration is not about piling on anything it's about letting go of what doesn't serve and the way you let go of what doesn't serve as your first step always has become aware of what that is what is not serving you take inventory of your vibration because as you take inventory.

You could then see hey this shouldn't be here. And you could look at that and be like OK I see you. Thank you for that experience. And then what you can do is you can let it go. And when you just it can be just a conscious decision I let it go.

And then you'll find that these patterns begin to leave. You may have a little bit of momentum from prior energy, but you start to let it go powerfully. The vibration that is going we have in a pterodactyl field around our body. Our energy goes much further beyond than just our skin. We have a trophy that goes all the way around her body. And the electromagnetic energy of our heart is a thousand times more powerful than that of the head.

And in general, the thoughts and emotions we have are being recycled as we think them as we feel them we might think our thoughts don't have any form and we might not be able to see them with their eyes physically. But still, our thoughts are vibration they are a pattern they're going around our body.

The thing is that vibration is very high and very potent when we are holding on to things within our energy field that don't serve us when we let them go. The energy you will continuously replenish itself and it will raise and vibration so the reason I say this is to give you kind of a visual of the way it works.

And this is something that the heart institute has shown this is a parochial field that goes around our body. And well we can begin to do is not heat up the hose. Not when something comes in anytime something happens and we react to it there is a pattern and if we jolt and react in a certain way then that's a certain pattern.

But we can let instead what we can do is we can allow it allow it to go through allow it to go through observe the thoughts let the thoughts be there because as you do that the energy flow will begin to change. Something else you can do something that I do every day is this grass right outside my back door because I like to walk barefoot on it because it grounds the energy that I find will raise my own vibration.

What I'm encouraging you to do is to find things that are easier vibration. I take a cold shower in the morning that raises my vibration increases my energy that what I do is I will throughout the day after I'm on the computer I'm done editing this video. I'll go out and I'll walk on the grass and I will balance and ground the energy that will help me to raise my frequency and let go of what doesn't serve in the same way.

Find out what that could be for you. Remember your energy is naturally high. All you have to do is let the flow be there, to come in and go out. Don't hold onto the perspectives that aren't serving you because when you raise your vibration then things manifest easier than ever. It's really more about our state of being than anything else because when we're in the right state we are receptive of the good things in our life.

Imagine that everything exists here and now that's something that quantum physics is showing in the same way that thinks about it in the form of radio waves. Right now, I'm in this room. If I were to get a radio and tune into a certain frequency there are radio waves in this room that would pick up on a certain frequency and give me whatever's on that channel.

Say it's on 1 0 5 FM I can't hear what's on 2.0 7 am. There are different frequencies but they both exist now. The more we put ourselves in a higher frequency whatever radio station that may represent to you that is you being receptive to that reality word that is who you are.

One of the biggest hacks I have for you is to simply put your awareness you could do it right now put your awareness in your hands and put your hands over your heart and begin to feel the sensation inside of your heart. You feel just a little bit more than you did a minute ago. That you're at least aware of it it's already beginning to increase the energy flow in your heart center and by just doing this for a few minutes a day and feeling gratitude for something in your life.

You are increasing what is called the brain and heart coherence which is raising your vibration and what you can do is raise your vibration by putting your hands over your heart. Focus on the feeling and then take action. Then do what you want to do.

The more you bring awareness into your heart the more you raise your vibration.

The more you bring this awareness into your heart the more you raise your vibration like this the more things will happen in your favor. Your state of being is a very strong indication of where your vibration is. How do you feel if you're feeling negative emotions?

Here's the biggest hack. Allow yourself to feel the biggest the negative. It's like holding the kink When we're like Oh were we're realizing it. We're looking at it but then let it go. The key is to let yourself feel whatever you feel to let it go to understand that your vibration is naturally high and what you can even begin to do is then begin to put the focus on what you want. Have a vision for what you want to experience.

We are always moving towards something. It's just that most people don't know what that something is because they don't have a vision for what they want to experience become very clear as to what you want and then align these two things together like the intention with what you want the vision and line that intention with the emotion with the feeling inside of your heart with knowing that that's who you naturally are.

And as you begin to do that what happens is your vibration begins to raise when your vibration raises your state of being raises you attract opportunities into your life that you can't even imagine and things happen in a very powerful way so remembered that is who you naturally are.

You don't have to try. And each time you try you create resistance just be yourself. Be in that high vibration because it's who you are. Let go of what doesn't serve and everything in your life will begin to change. I'm going to be sharing with you that power of intention guided meditation inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer. With this process, let's understand a little bit before I get into it. Something new I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be doing more guided meditations on this channel and with that, it's going to be doing guided meditations that why you're in certain ideas and especially from certain powerful books.

Of course, the power of intention by Dr. Wayne Dyer is one of those books and there are going to be other books as I've done. The feeling is the secret guided meditation that I had a great response from, so I'm going to continue to do this and it's something I think that has a lot of value. Dr. Wayne Dyer, who passed away within the last three to five years.

He was a fantastic public speaker and amazing a person that helps so many people transform their lives. Someone I really looked up to as well. I think he's one of the best public speakers, motivational speakers I've ever seen. And with that, he has a way of connecting with the audience and he really powerfully speaks from his heart.

He wrote the book, Power of Intention and in the book, just to give it a bit of a summary, it has to do with understanding the power of intention from a totally new perspective, so normally what we think of as we intend to for things to happen now intention, think of intention as a declaration for something we want to experience.

Whatever we intend for that is the idexx aeration of what we want. The key to this though is understanding that many times that declaration, that intention comes from the ego. The thing is when it comes from the ego, it's not coming from a powerful place and that's what the book, the power of intention shows the intention.

There is actually a universal source intention. There is this source of energy that flows through every single person and this spiritual energy is the power of intention. This is a source of energy that everyone has access to. Everyone can connect to with the focus, with the decision, the choice to connect to it, and the more that we connect to this power, the more we begin to tap into who we really are.

The easiest way to understand this I have found is just understanding that of the ego and that have the higher self. The higher self is the one that is more connected to source the ego still connected to source as well, but the higher self in bodies that have the source energy and the body's who we really are and bodies that larger field and then the ego-self has the desires that it thinks the ego wants.

When we connect to the spiritual force of intention, we expand our energy and then a lot of times those ego desires will come because we're in alignment with who we are.

The ego always wants materialistic things and there's nothing wrong with that, but it's about being aware that when we connect to the spiritual force of intention, we expand our, our energy and then a lot of times those ego desires will come anyway because we're in alignment with who we really are.

Those things will in a way flow into our life because we will become so abundant. This is a totally new way of looking at intention rather than it is about what can I get or who can I connect to and all of these things at the ego might want. It's about who can I be, how can I be more connected to who I authentically am and my own life? I've found this to be very powerful because it also taps into an understanding of something that's called the outer intention.

It comes to an understanding the will of the universe. Every single type of thing on the planet has some kind of intention, some type of spiritual intention. You could look at a plant and it might have the intention to grow. You could look at that, have even a sperm cell and it has the intention to get inside that egg, and you have the intention of anything you can think of.

There's a certain level of intention within it. It's a fundamental force of the universe for some type of growth. In the same way, there is a purpose behind you and the intention that you have from a spiritual point of view of something that you can either add value to other people in the world or just something that you can do that is in alignment with you being used. It's a higher frequency.

The thing is for the power of intention to work, we must be in that high-frequency state of consciousness and that's when things become much more powerful. There are ways of setting an intention from the ego, but a lot of times those are short-lived, those don't last as long, and there were much more dependent on the outcome.

The key is understanding that when we raise our frequency when we start to exist in this higher dimensional state of consciousness, which is of the higher self, we start to create things in a much more powerful way.

This is about understanding who we are at the fundamental level we are source energy. There's even a quote in the book the power of intention that's about becoming a sorcerer. The idea of wizardry, but becoming the source or which is someone who uses the source, the source is that universal energy that we're all connected to, that love energy, that we can all embody that as we embody amazing things happen because we are in the flow with it.

We are in the flow of the universe. This is something that's dramatically changed my life. This is something that I wanted to share with you and that's why now what we'll do is we will get into that of the guided meditation. And what we're going to do is we're going to connect to our hearts.

We're going to connect to the source energy that we all have the connection to and what we're going to do is we're going to start to align with it and we're going to set intentions in that state, connected to our higher-self understanding that we can begin to merge with our higher self and to set intentions from this higher level of consciousness.

With that, let's go ahead and right now, take a couple deep breaths in and out, and I recommend you listen to this meditation with headphones if you can, and if you can't listen with headphones, that's fine. I recommend that you do listen to it when you're not driving, just so that you can really sink into it and absorb the information I'm about to share with you because this isn't just about the words that I say, but it's about also absorbing the experience of learning about the power of intention.

Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. Deep breath out and feel our body relax more and more. Three that out. Feel your body. Relax more and more. Go ahead and put your hands over your heart. Let's take another deep breath in. Deep breath out. As you breathe out, feel your body sink deeper and deeper into relaxation. Feel your body relax more and more. Let's put the awareness inside of our head. Feel the awareness behind the eyelids. You can close your eyes now. Feel the warmth behind your eyes. Begin to relax. Feel the sensation moving.

Now, to your nose, into your jaw, feel your jaw relax more and more. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through your head and bring the awareness to your neck with the sensation in your left hand, your left arm. Bring the awareness to your right hand, your right arm. Feel inside of your heart center, you'd feel the warmth, the temperature from your hands going into your hearts.

Understand that just by putting our awareness in our heart, we are growing the electromagnetic energy around our body, which is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. Imagine that there's a ball of energy inside of your heart in a color that you like, and imagine this ball of energy begin to spin in a clockwise position faster and faster, and the faster it spins, the more you feel this energy in your heart.

You can begin to feel it now, that tingling sensation, you can feel it start to speed up and the quicker it spins, the more you feel this love inside of your heart. The more you feel connected to who you really are. Imagine this ball of energy spinning faster and faster. The faster it spins, the more you feel this love. Feel it, flow through your whole body. Bring the awareness into your abdomen.

Fill your abdomen, relax, but the awareness in your left leg and foot, a little wave of relaxation flow through your right leg, your right foot. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through. Imagine that there is a wave of relaxation that goes through your whole body that carries with it and letting go of anything that doesn't serve and feel.

This energy released through the heels of both of your feet. I imagine that through the heels of your feet, you are letting go of energies that doesn't serve you. You're letting go of many stale energy and you're allowing in energy of love, fresh energy through the crown of your head. Imagine yourself in a very relaxing place. It could be in a room. It's going to be some type of environment that to you represents relaxation.

Can we eat a forest in a beach? Wherever you like. Imagine that you're in this special place, this Zen place where when you are, you feel relaxed at peace. Look around. What do you notice? Whatever you see, imagine it becoming more and more vivid, brighter. What sounds do you hear in this environment? Imagine those sounds becoming louder and louder. How do you feel? I notice it off into the distance by 10 or 15 feet away.

You see that? Have a door. This door is very special door. It's embroidered and gold and this door deep down know leads to somewhere very special somewhere you can go anytime you want. Walk up to this door and notice that on the door it is marked source. This is the door to source energy which exists within you. I noticed that this door, you can see the door cracks going around the door, a very light energy, very bright, no.

Go ahead and open up this door. Turn the knob and what do you see? Notice that there is a stairway that goes down to where that light is emanating from. What you're going to do is you're going to take steps down. There are 15 steps going down, and what you're going to do is take those steps down into the source energy.

This source energy, you're able to connect to your heart. This is you moving from your head into your heart. Go ahead and take a step down the stairway and notice that as you take a step, you feel the love in your body. Begin to increase.

You feel that magnetic energy of every step that you take as you get closer and closer to the source energy, which is who you really are. Take another step and notice how as you take the step and you can feel the lightness in your body, you can feel the buzz inside of your heart center begin to increase. Take another step.

There's 10 steps left for us to get to the bottom of the stairs. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You're going to take another step. You're going to feel the energy increase inside of your body.

You're going to feel double the amount of love inside your heart. With every step that you take, you're going to feel more connected to your heart than ever before. Take a step now 10, feeling the energy inside of your body begin to increase.

Nine, taking another step, feeling this love inside of your heart's feeling, this excitement began to increase inside of your body. Take another step, seven, six, feeling double the amount of love inside of your body, five for getting towards the bottom of the staircase.

Now, three. You only have a couple of steps left to feeling the increase of energy inside of your hearts, one and zero. You are within this source energy and you can feel this love flow through your body like never before. Soak in this energy. If any emotions come up, that is okay. Allow yourself to release anything you desire.

As you are in this room, you are being engulfed in your heart center. You are totally immersed in your heart. This is who you really, so set the intention that you connect to this part of yourself any time you want by simply remembering this meditation, set the intention that you connect to your higher-self right now in this moment that is also you set the intention that you connect to your higher self and that you connect to your higher-self connection of intention.

Right now, ask yourself this question. What are the intentions of my higher self? And pay attention to what comes up now. Ask yourself, ask your heart what is another intention that you have that emanates from your soul, from who you really are? Pay attention to what comes up now. Once again, ask for another intention of your higher self and see what comes up.

Make the choice that from this point going forward, decide an intended that this is going to be something that is easy for you to live from. You will be able to live from these intentions in a very easy way. Ask your heart and your higher self. If there's any message. Say you can come to know any messages from your higher self or your heart and pay attention to what comes up now.

Think in your mind of the intentions you have that emanate from your heart and think in your mind. I intend dot, dot, dot. What do you intend for state and declare those intentions. What I'm going to do is I'm going to count down from five to one at every number I count. You're going to feel an increase in these intentions flow through you.

You're going to simply know that it is done. Whatever your intentions are, you going to feel this certainty flow through your body. Five, feel this certainty. Begin to bubble up for double the amount of knowing that these intentions will come to fruition. Three, fueled increased through your body. Two new one.

Simply know that these intentions are emanating from your core. From this point going forward, I set the intention once again that you remember this. Anytime you want, in time, you do. You feel this energy inside of your heart right now and you connect to your higher self, into your heart in such a powerful way that influences every aspect of your life.

Carrying this source energy within your heart, go ahead and walk back to that staircase now, and what we're going to do is we're going to begin to take steps back up. Those stairs are going to take these steps back to our waking awareness, carrying with us the power of this intention that will powerfully change our life.

I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count you feel double the amount of double the connection to your heart and double the amount of awareness into the awake state. 10, take a step going up now, becoming more alerts, more present. Nine, eight, double the amount of love in your body. Double the amount of alertness. Seven, six, getting closer towards the top. Now, five for only a few more steps. Three, getting closer to the door now to one, go ahead and open up your eyes.

Knowing that you have just set powerful intentions that emanate from your core, these will powerfully have influenced your whole life and you will begin to see things transform in your life. With everything that just happened, this all exists within you. This core energy, this heart source energy.

You are a sorcerer and you are connected to your source and that's something I believe Dr. Wayne Dyer would want you to know now for this to really be powerful, it is recommended. If you've listened to this for three weeks, 21 days in a row, for you to really connect to this source energy and be able to use it more powerfully. It'll come on autopilot to where you start to embody this authentic expression of you, this connection to your heart and it'll flow through every area of your life.

You've probably seen the title of this blog so you probably already know so it's going to get right into it. It's on the higher self-manifestation process. Understanding how to link up to your higher self and how to manifest from a higher-level paradigm.

Anyways I figured I want to make videos. The video might be a little bit more esoteric but I'd like esoteric they don't need it. You don't need to dislike esoteric we just got to. The only thing I ask is to have an open mind about this conversation because it's coming from a very authentic place within me this is something I'm very passionate about because this goes into the deeper level of understanding who we are.

I remember when I went through my spiritual awakening back in 2012 it totally changed my life because before that I and I will go to the whole story. Maybe you've heard my story before where my use of the use took Adderall than I did the meditation that I never had to take again. And then I started to feel totally different about myself.

And basically, what happened is I started to feel completely different like I raised my emotional set point my emotional set point normally on a scale of 1 to 10 was probably at about a 3 to a 5 all of a sudden, it's out about a seven or eight out of 10 I started feeling really good and I didn't need to smoke I didn't need to drink I didn't need to do anything because I just felt so good all the time.

What really happened this what I think happened. I think I emerged with a part of my higher self. And what I mean by that is I emerged with a lot of my soul purpose which is something we're going to be talking about. But I also became aware of this idea.

I became aware that physical reality that we experience is an experience but that at a higher level of consciousness we exist and that we are simply dreaming that this is who we are here. This is very empowering because what this means is that the things we experience in our life it's an experience but it's not something to be taken so literal.

It's not something to be taking so harshly because this is coming from the guy that I went through a lot of stuff growing up. I went through a lot of pain. I had an ex-stepmom major in my story was before I had Max to the next stepmom who was very abusive. She had borderline personality disorder she still does.

I don't see her anymore but I just I feel bad for my sisters because they're going through it now. But she was my stepmom. I didn't have to. You know I'm not related or I'm not blood. My sisters their blood. They have to deal with them. But I grew up having to do between the ages of seven to 15 I wasn't allowed to go outside wasn't a lot of friends either earn.

If I wanted to go to a school activity like a band I had to give my brother a lot of time were locked outside to be drinking water out of a hose. We were not to eat very much we were allowed one bowl of cereal in the morning and barely any milk.

And then at nighttime we were allowed like one serving of food and a lot of times it was a TV dinner and me and my brother were locked in one side of the house which had a cage in it as weird as that sounds not like what you would think it was like it was a house being remodeled. But there was like a mother in law's quarters at this house.

I and my brother were working outside all the time that we were locked on that side of the house. We were allowed to watch TV. We were allowed to have friends. It was like a like living with like a sociopath. Mainly because my mom was a soldier or as a sociopath. And I don't mean that a negative way. I'm just saying calling it like it is.

And because of that, I felt a lot of pain and me for a long time given that a negative meaning that held me back in life. But that experience itself is what led me to eventually having my spiritual awakening and knowing that experience itself primed me because then at 15 years old my dad divorced her all of a sudden, I have all this freedom again. I had to learn how to gain my worthiness back. That's what led me for years I felt resistance.

And then eventually I learned meditation and that meditation totally transformed my life because I became aware and I started to tap into the spiritual part of myself. I started to understand at a greater level who I am. But at the same time who all of you know every one of you are an immortal spiritual being limited temporary human experience that's the first step to this process is understanding that you are not just the physical ego structure.

It is just a small part of who you really are at a larger consciousness point of view you are. You exist. And not only that but you exist in a higher state of consciousness. You are the unconditional love you are bliss you are Joy. That is who you are.

You're simply dreaming that this is who you are. I'm dreaming. I'm Aaron. I make a podcast episode and then you're on the other side listening to this and then we're playing this game of separation. But it is a game now.

Actually, what they've been showing as well with science is actual science. There's a there's a guy and listen to a lot recently. His name is Thomas Campbell Thomas Campbell and he is a physicist who is very smart. He's been around for 30 years he's been talking for 30 years about how we live in a simulation.

This is something that now is being taken very seriously and many scientists now believe that we do live in a simulation. This isn't this “woo-woo” thing from years and years ago but this doesn't have to be a negative thing. We don't think assimilation we don't get to be like Oh that seems scary and that we live in a computer.

It just means that we live within a reality that in a way we live in like a video game now it still has meaning. The experience of it is real but the actual physicality of it like they can't find the solidity and matter that you have Adam seeing the nucleus and all that but it's mainly empty space now in the same way all reality is so much more flexible than we can priorly imagine it is so much more flexible.

But the first step of this process is admitting that there is more to life than just the ego structure. There's more to life than just the physicality because unless we get there we'll be kind of in a way trapped within the materialism trapped within thinking that we must identify with what we have rather than identifying more with who we are as consciousness.

While it may seem a little bit out there I believe is empowering to know that we are so much more than we can imagine. If we exist now we will always exist and you can understand that even the pain you've been through that you may be through a lot of pain in your past and I want you to know that I went to a lot of pain as well so I can I can relate to you but also know that that pain may have had a purpose and maybe that purpose was for you to become much more solid with who you are.

Maybe that pain created pressure. You know if you're listening to my content at all then most likely you at a place to where you're open to this idea that you are more than your physical body, but when you become aware of that that's when manifestation becomes much more powerful because you see that you aren't limited to the ego structure, the ego reference experiences. There's a higher level of consciousness.

Here's the thing as well sometimes people experience blocks with the Law of Attraction because they eat their ego even my ego wants certain things I want to be known as this person I want to be the next Tony Robbins if I could just feel a certain way and if I maybe have the influence he has perhaps then I'll be enough. That's an ego desire, but at the same time, I have a desire to add value to people. I believe that that is part of my purpose.

Think of it like this your higher self before you came into this life before you incarnated and you chose your parents which maybe you don't want to hear that maybe you have very good relations with their parents but regardless you chose your parents.

It's something that you did choose a conscious at a higher self-level we choose a lot of the things we experience in life. We still have free will and many aspects but we do in a way agree to certain things happening in our life and our higher level our higher level our higher self-pays out certain reference experiences certain things we could call the soul contracts that we agree to happen in our life.

Here's where the disconnect happens sometimes the ego wants certain things that may be out of alignment with the higher self-projection of what we want to experience in our life. Now we may say I want to win the lottery but winning the lottery may go against what we want to experience as our higher self like our higher-self was like “Yo, I'm going to come into this life and have a great experience.”

This is going to have some challenges but it can make me stronger but then I'm going to do this and this and I'm going to come at it from the point of power. And that's how I'm going to become and build myself to become stronger and stronger. If we desire something and we want it just for the ego benefit over a long time I want it before I go on YouTube I wanted to be put on by someone I wanted.

Like I always had this vision of myself as like I'm going to meet like a professional public speaker or something they're going to see all this potential in me they're going to put me on and then I'm going to be very well known. But that's what my ego wanted because that was maybe the shortcut. Maybe that is the path of least resistance and I wouldn't have wanted to hear.

“Oh, Aaron you're going to you're going to create a lot of content and you're going to do it from scratch and you're going to build this brand you're going to build this into something big.” I probably wouldn't have wanted to hear that from the ego's perspective because I would've rather heard, “Oh yeah, you're going to be Tony Robbins he's going to look at you and spiritually just be like Gil you're the next me and I'm going to be like oh my god yes I know.” And then from there, I'm just going to like travel with him and he's going to mentor me like GoAir and this is the way he's going I called me his young grasshopper and stuff and I'm going to be like, “Yes I'm going to be there eventually and eventually be on his level.”

That's what the ego me wanted. But here's the thing when I eventually had to do is I eventually had to be like you know what I'm going to do this I'm going to pay my own way and that I think was part of the higher self-type agreement that I had that I was going to come in here and I was going to figure out a way even if it didn't involve Tony Robbins taking me under his wing and be like, “Hey Aaron you know kind of nurturing me along the way.”

If you like young grasshopper you got this and it's just now I've had to develop it but guess about the person I've become in the process is so much more worth it because now that I have I have put out a lot of content and I have learned marketing I've learned how to market my ideas and have people resonate with it and help people transform their lives.

That I've done that I can do that in so many different ways and I can help other people to do that which I do as well help other people share their message. In the same way, sometimes the path of least the path that we think our ego wants isn't always the path of the higher self. It's is about getting in tune with the higher self. How do we do that? Well, the first way that we do this how we manifest from the Higher Self perspective the first way we do this is through merely following our passion.

As cliché as this sounds I know it sounds cliché. I think I talked about this in a recent episode as well. Forgive me if it sounds of the repetitive but honestly this is the secret to my whole success has been me following my passion. I love making videos. I love sharing my ideas I love helping people I love getting in front of the camera. I love getting to that flow state.

Because of that what I do is I focus on how I can more so do that more and more and that leads me. I usually think my ego is like, “Oh, yeah I want that nice house I want the nice this I want the nice that.” But the thing is if I go for the passion first and foremost what then happens is by going for the passion. First and foremost, those things come anyways.

But following the passion in the way you higher-self communicates with us is through the thread of passion when we feel passionate that is our body. Translation Our body telling us “Aaron keep doing this keep doing, this keep doing this, and then I keep doing it.”

The key to this is understanding that aspect understanding the higher self-part of us the way our higher self-communicates with us is through the thread of passion. Let me ask you a question. Are you doing what you are passionate about? If not why not. Why don't you do that? Why don't you start going for your passion? And I know it sounds like I'm being kind of sarcastic here but for real. Go for your passion. Start asking and you don't know it yet ask yourself what is my passion and tend to find out what your passion is.

Start to go for it because the body is a translation that frequency is who you really are. It is so natural for me. I work I work honestly people think sometimes it's contradictory because I talk about the Law of Attraction stuff but I work like 12 14 hours a day because I love what I do and it doesn't feel like work.

People like you should be able to just like be the magician to sit in your chair just manifest things with your mind. But here's the thing I love what I do so much I can't do it. I can't take action because I'm such a high frequency when I'm doing what I love. Start to ask yourself the question, “What are you passionate about.”

Maybe you can start off small. You know I'm passionate about eating the sandwich right now. I'm passionate about is going for a walk with my dog sort of small things and then let it lead to the next best thing the next best thing the next best thing. And you will eventually get there but you have to start off somewhere.

That passion is the link from you to living as your higher self. The second way for you to manifest from your higher self is to understand your vibration your natural state of consciousness is unconditional love and bliss.

That is who you are. Anything less than is because of an attachment to a lower emotional state of consciousness. Maybe you've seen those charts of consciousness I shared many times from a book called Power Versus Force. If not you can look it up on google and this chart of consciousness has on the bottom of it.

Eventually, you move up to that of neutrality and for neutrality, you move into the upper emotions which are a willingness. Love bliss joy in the enlightenment at the top. Anytime we are attached to a lower emotion we're feeling shame fear or guilt. It's coming from memories it's coming from an attachment at some form. The key is to see and to look at those thoughts and to allow them to be there. They're just there they're just thoughts. We just think thoughts allow those thoughts to be there a lot of times we resist them.

And in the resistance of those thoughts we create more and more of that. They almost like that resistance of what we are thinking creates more and more momentum that then makes it so that those grow instead learn to observe your thoughts. My biggest change I've ever made in my life was when I learned how to neutralize what I was thinking by observing my own thoughts.

The more I observed my thoughts and saw them as neutral they're just there like a rainy day is a neutral idea. Some people like I love rainy days some people hate rainy days some people don't care about rainy days. It's a neutral idea. The way we relate to those thoughts is what matters. Learn to observe your thoughts learn to allow them to be there and if you allow them to be there.

The paradox is then they go away the negative thoughts will go away and you stop perpetuating the pattern and the resistance of them over and over and over again. That's what I've learned and I've learned how to observe my thoughts. I'm not perfect. I've not enlightened some people, some people pick up a light, and it's kind of funny honestly.

Observe your thoughts, neutralize your past, know your past may have had a purpose. When I look at my past it all had a purpose. Yes, it was painful. Yes, I went through some pretty hard times, but it was part of what I had to go through to create pressure that then came out. I mean to come through on the other side. The third way that you can manifest from your higher self is through connecting with your heart. This is something that I've been doing the last five or six months now and it's really powerfully changed my life.

Also think about it creative. The head is like creating from dualistic type nature where the left brain the right brain when you create from the head we create from polarization because as much as we want something we're also emphasizing we don't have it and as much as we look at good bad right wrong light dark those are all polarizations.

We have the left brain the right brain instead of creating from the head create from the heart because the heart is single the heart does not have duality the heart is also more electromagnetically powerful than that of the head. The heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. When we start to create more from a feeling in place and right now maybe you could do this I don't know if you're driving or what you're doing but if you can put your hands over your heart and just feel the warmth or the coldness from your hands.

Whatever it is and feel the energy inside your heart now as you feel it just simply put in your attention there for a couple of minutes a day you start to increase the energy inside of your heart and the vibration of your energy field begins to raise so become aware of that and the more you do that the more you will increase the vibration of your energy field in general and the more you do that the more you create powerful momentum in your life.

But this is about going straight to the heart to see a lot of times we look for the things on the outside like oh I want this I want that I want to experience this I want the relationship I just had the relationship I feel whole and complete. I just had the house the big house that I've always dreamed of. It feels good. I just did this and I feel good instead. If we just feel the love within us because that's who we naturally are we put the attention in our heart.

We can feel those emotions now and by feeling those emotions now we attract those things into our life easier than ever. That's something that I've been doing and a lot of my meditations as well maybe using some meditation is almost every meditation that I make on YouTube has at the beginning of it some level of this heart cohesion where we connect our brain to our heart and so that we get rid of the brain so that we get rid of the ego we just connect to it in a different way.

We connect to it from our heart from a level of compassion. And as we do that we find that we develop momentum in a way that we prefer. This is about having that awareness of who we are and knowing that we are at a greater level higher consciousness. We exist in a higher dimension imagine us right now. In the higher dimensions which are the higher dimensions, we can manifest whatever we want instantaneously.

We're not bound by space and time we feel unconditional love and bliss. And we just chill in the higher dimensions doing higher-dimensional stuff. Could be traveling instantly that Harry Potter stuff you know I love Harry Potter, so I read that in now and then. Imagine that's what we do. But here's the thing. We can instantly have whatever we want. We think it's there. There's not as much learning with that.

Sometimes what we say is we say, “Ok, I'm going to incarnate in a system of reality a virtual reality that is this virtual reality on earth. I'm going to incarnate into this system forget who I am to see if I can remember who I am.” Because we feel disconnected from source even though we're not disconnected but we feel like we are. We don't remember who we are.

If I can go through this game and remember that in this game of life that I am so much more than I probably thought. We're all going to play different roles. Someone is going to be enemies in my life some are going to be people I love in my life some are going to be soulmates I'm going to be too enflames whatever label we want to give them.

And I'm going to go through this life and experience these things because I can learn so much more when things are slow down a bit when there's this physicality when there's momentum to my thoughts when things don't happen instantaneously I can really mold what I want. I can really let things come to fruition and we say okay at a higher level of consciousness at a higher-level point of view. That's what I want to experience.

There may be some pain or maybe some pressure but that will lead me to experience more of who I really am. This is all about understanding who we are at a greater level consciousness understanding that we are so much more than we can begin to connect from this higher self and that when we connect to our heart instantly more connected to our higher self. When we follow our passion instantly we start to embody more of the Higher Self Consciousness part of who we are.

That is the communication from our self and then the other part is understandingly neutralizing negative thoughts feeling the unconditional love and bliss which is who we naturally are and as we feel that unconditional love and bliss things happened in her life in a much easier way. I want you just to know that reality itself is a form of a dream that you are unconditional love and bliss.

 You're meant to have fun in this life.

3 Secrets of Vibrational Alignment that Makes Manifestation So MUCH EASIER

Think about it. This is the easiest way that I think about it at least is when it comes to what we want to experience in our life. Think of it as a television station and our television station, television channel, TV channel, and think of it like there is a certain channel on channel 54.

That's a certain thing, and then another channel in 27. It's a different thing and what happens is when we're looking at one channel to the other channel, the difference is simply the vibration. It's simply the frequency that it is.

When it comes to vibrational alignment, when we are the highest vibration, it means we are in alignment with who we really are, and then what happens is as we tuned to the vibration of who we really are, not only does our vibration raise, but what we perceive of is then equal to what we are putting out.

For example, if we're feeling abundant, fulfilling, great for filling, excited, we're going to experience a certain television channel, but if we're feeling low, we're feeling the lack of that vibration, then we may experience something more like the news or something more negative. The key to this is asking ourselves the question, what am I turning into and what channel am I vibrating with?

What am I experiencing in my life right now?  This isn't even one of the secrets I'm going to share, but the main fundamental core that I found in my own life with this whole process is understanding that when it becomes about our passion, doing what we love doing, that raises our vibration the most. If you are going to ask me, I do what I love and that is making videos.

For example, I feel in a very great state. I feel very good when I do that and because of that, you know, normally it was like back in the day I would focus on the things that I wanted from what I wanted to experience. Like the reason we get into vibrational alignment is because then we get all of the things that come with that.

It's like when we get the reflection that is equal to what we are putting out, but the thing is those things aren't very fulfilling and when we focus on those focus on those things first, we ended up a lot of times blocking our natural vibration from coming through.

What I am saying is if we make the vibration, the passion primary, those things come anyways. It's a funny thing because now I don't have to focus on abundance and money because I'm so focused on my passion that those come anyways. But back in the day, I thought it was going to be like, oh, I have to focus on the money. I got to focus on all this kind of stuff.

  1. The balance

The first secret that I have for you actually has to do with the balance of all different areas of our life. I'm somebody that puts a lot of what I do into my passion. It seemed a little bit, I guess, ironic that I would mention something like this, but I do realize how powerful it is because of every area of our life influences every other area.

If we're out of alignment with one area and that's weighing down on all the other areas, what we can begin to do is to let go and allow things to be as they are. I'll talk about that in a minute as well. But what we begin to do is we begin to naturally raise our vibration. I was just yesterday listening to an audiobook by Sadhguru if you guys ever heard of him.

And he was talking about how enlightenment within the light. It's necessary to have it balanced out in all areas of life. You must have the body aligned with the intellect aligned with the, uh, aligned, with the energy aligned with all the different aspects, the Chakras. All these things must be aligned, but sometimes what we do is we overdoing and we burn ourselves out in certain ways.

Like imagine like I just bought this thing, for example, this thing is called a whoop. And what it does is I wear it and it tracks my heart rate and it, it knows when I'm sleeping, it does all of these things. It optimizes and tells me how often I'm sleeping, what kind of deep sleep it is when I'm working out how many calories I'm burning, the intensity of my workouts, it looks at everything I do with my health so that I can optimize it and see how much more time I need for recovery.

This thing gives me all those different metrics, and it lets me know what I am doing and what I need to switch up. Think about it, if you were to work out and burn yourself out, not get any sleep, wake up the next day or not wake up because you didn't get any sleep, but if you were to like get up, the next day was only an hour sleep.

For example, you have to go straight back into a really hardcore workout. Your body wouldn't be happy with you and in the same way, if we burn ourselves out in certain ways, that will affect other areas of our vibration. What I recommend is becoming aware of the food that you put into your body because the foods you put into your body literally has to break down to become a part of you, and if it takes a lot of energy to break down your food, then that will help drain the energy.

Anytime it comes to manifestation. What I've noticed in my own life is the more energy I put in a certain direction, the more that grows. Now, if my energy is low and I'm not putting a lot of energy into something like as much as I could be, then it won't manifest to the degree it could in general for us to create amazing things in our life that requires energy. It doesn't mean it has to be hard. It just means that when you're in a high vibration, there's more energy flowing through.

Diet I found for me, eating healthier, eating nutrient-rich foods has allowed me to feel much better and there's an intimate correlation between what we put into our body to how we feel, to how that affects our brain, and that's something that really has changed my life is eating. I eat very clean now, a lot of nutrient-rich foods, lots of spinach and Kale and stuff like that.

Every now and then I'll enjoy myself with what they call a cheat meal, but even then, it's normally somewhat healthy and it's something that allows me to have a high vibration. I meditate to balance out all of the action I take with me doing what I love with me, making videos with all these other things, balance it out in many different ways that you find you have low energy, could be the diet, it could be what you're focused on.

 Maybe you're too old, you're identified with your thoughts. It could be certain things that are fatiguing you like doing something you're not passionate about. Maybe go to a job that you're not passionate about and in to balance that out.

Balance is the key to keeping your vibration high.

Do something you are passionate about when you're not doing that, reward yourself and when you are moving towards your dream or whatever it is, but what I found is that balance is key to keeping vibration high and especially when it's all the way around.

Things are feeding into each other. Everything. What I've noticed, I've been applying this in my own life. However, you do one thing is how you do everything. That's a philosophy that I've really kind of adopted in a way, and when I wake up in the morning, it's going to sound kind of weird, but I believe that waking up and making your bed is one of the best things you could do right when you wake up.

Because when you make your bed, what you do is you tell yourself or in a way, you just start your day off right, and when you do that, the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. If you do one thing and you are kind of not in it. You might do everything else in your life, kind of in it, kind of not in it. You may have a relationship that you are kind of into kind of not into. You may have your relationships with other people. You're kind of into kind of not into.

You may kind of a passion that you're kind of into kind of not into. The way you do anything is the way you do everything when it comes to your vibration. Align with all the different areas of your life. And it doesn't have to be that hard, just be aware of what you put into your body and how you feel of the different activities you do to how you feel and all these things will help make it so much easier for you.

  1. Letting go

The second vibrational secrets, as you may have not heard of before, has to do with understanding that many times we think that we need to pile on a new idea, maintain and raise our vibration. But it's actually more about letting go. This is an important idea because the thing is we naturally are having a very high vibration, so they give it like this. We naturally have a very high vibration. We resonate at a very high frequency as a soul.

What we do is we decide that we're going to come to earth. We say, “Yo, I'm going to go to earth because things are a lot slower there and I can experience and learn a whole bunch of stuff in a very short period of time because we only live 100 years here.” Things go by like that. I'm going to come to earth.

I'm going to learn a whole bunch of stuff and when we come here, we forget who we are, so immediately we're disconnected. We feel disconnected whenever really disconnected from this larger source of who we are and what we do is we come here, we forget that that's who we are. We forget that we have a very high vibration and we come here and then it's like we have these life experiences and the purpose of life is to remember who we are.

The purpose of life is actually really to let go of all the things that we are not because we accumulate all these things growing up or on earth and it's like, oh, these things happen. We get treated a certain way. We develop beliefs and these things weigh us down and the key is knowing that this natural high vibration from up here is who we naturally are and when we go to bed every single night, what we do is we wake up as this higher level of consciousness.

We simply don't remember it because if we did remember it, it might not be really relevant. Imagine you remember when you're waking up every morning that you exist in a high-frequency state of consciousness where it's unconditional love and bliss, and then you wake up here and you might look around and be like, where's that unconditional love? Was I just experiencing? Was that real or was that just a fantasy dream?

It may not be relevant, but there are ways of remembering and it's about understanding though, that that is who we naturally are. We are there every night. We are simply dreaming right now that this is who we are. It makes it easier for us to know that vibrational alignment is a natural part of life. When we see that, are we doing what we're passionate about? That's an important part of the process, and the other part of this is just simply letting go.

I remember I had my spiritual awakening experience back in 2012, and what happened was I started meditating. I started to observe my thoughts. I remember that as I was observing my thoughts, I saw all of these thoughts that no longer serve me. I became aware. It was like, man, I think that I have ADHD because I was told that I was taking a prescription for it and stuff is 2012, and I was like, oh, uh, that's a belief that I have. I became aware of that belief.

I observed that thought itself and I had an epiphany that I didn't have to believe that didn't have to have that be my truth anymore. I started to do an inventory of all the beliefs I had and was like, man, I have all these limiting beliefs about myself. I felt unworthy because a lot of the things I went through as a child and what I did is I looked at it, I observed it, and then I started to allow it to be there allowing and actually starts to go away.

It's funny how that works, but as I did that, I started to feel totally different within a day or two. Within about two or three days of meditating, I was walking around my room and I felt so euphoric that I thought it was good. I thought the film was going to go away. I'm like, what is this feeling? Why am I feeling this way? It must be too good to be true.

The thing is it wasn't too good to be true. It just became my natural set point and that is how I felt ever since. Of course, it's still going up and down. It's what happened was is on a scale of one to 10, I was on average feeling about a three to a four to a five out of 10, which means I wasn't feeling that great one feeling not so great, 10 feeling amazing, and then all of a sudden, I started feeling at a seven or an eight out of 10 and all the sudden I was like, that became my natural set point.

Of course, it's still going up and down a little bit, but in general, that is a totally different level, a totally different reality than before, but since then it's been so easy for me to be in vibrational alignment because I'm aware of these things. As they come up, I'm aware of these negative thoughts. I'm aware of them.

Not always, but many times I can catch them because of the pattern is just keep going through and I'm like, Oh, yeah, let go. Oh yeah, and that's changes so much. With vibrational alignment, understand that you may have a lot of beliefs that come up, you may have a lot of perspectives that don't serve you, observe them, and then simply let them go. They don't have to control you right now in the present moment and that your vibration is naturally this high vibe. This is who you are.

  1. The power of momentum

The third secret of vibration has to do with understanding the power of momentum. I used to work a sales commission job at Nordstrom's selling woman's shoes that eventually I worked at Barneys New York, also selling woman's shoes and it was like high-end luxury stores, right? Like the shoes there. I worked in salon shoes at Nordstrom's price point. It's like three to 500 and then at Barneys New York has like seven to $800,000 a pair of shoes.

There was a certain vibe there in a certain level of the type of customer as helping A. There's a certain level of is all commission, so I only got paid based on what I sold and I remember that there was a direct correlation. It what made it really cool is this was after I learned, you know, right.

When I learned the Law of Attraction, I was able to go into work every single day and see an intimate correlation between what I think and what I feel to what I've experienced because if I go on a certain day, you have a negative mindset or I'd be attached to the outcome, I'd have a not such a great day and go into another day, be loose, not attached to the outcome.

Having an amazing day. Here's something I learned though in the process there is something called momentum. When it comes to the vibrational alignment, the more momentum we have, the more we unstoppable. We become.

There are times I go to work, I just pick up every customer, which means I helped them and they would buy. I'd help them. They buy, helped invite it, get to a point to where every single person I help with the pyramids by or if they didn't, it would lead to like the next customer buying or like I was in the right place at the right time. It was just kind of.

It was weird the way it works, but it was very powerful. On the other side of that, there'll be times when there'd be the opposite momentum. I'd go in and every single customer would walk me, meaning they didn't buy anything and I would just happen over and over again.

And then what I realized though is a delicate switch is what made the switch from vibrational. What I had to do, and this is what I learned over years of doing this, is what I would do is have to let it be okay that a customer comes in and doesn't buy anything and not be attached to the outcome and help them and have a great attitude even while in helping them.

Because as I started to be okay and just joke around and have a good time, even if they didn't buy, my state of being would go up and as my state of being would go up, I will then start to pick up the customers that did buy. You see it was kind of a funny thing. You have to let the energy drain out. You have to let the momentum go. But the way you do that is by observation, not by resistance.

Because I would get mad, I'd go like to a customer and I'd be helping them. And then once I figured out they were going to buy anything and get kind of like, I wouldn't say anything of course, but I'd get kind of like really short with them. But okay, thanks. Have a great day. You know? And it was because I was being attached to the outcome and I wasn't a trusting the process. Trust the process and know that there's going to be a certain momentum that's going.

But the secret to changing that momentum is observing it, letting it be there and then simply deciding to then choose. And to have a good state of being anyways, remember, the key to vibrational alignment is not to control the outside environment. It's not to even control the television station to key, you know, like the television station, that of what we are experienced in equal to the vibration we're at.

The key to it is knowing that as we increase our state of being all of those things on the outside change anyways, so if you make the primary focus, your state of being and how you feel and you're just there to have a good time, you're there to have fun. You loosen up.

Then things begin to happen in a very powerful way. I'll leave you with one more thing. I was reading this book or I was listening to this summary of this book called the as if principal very similar to the act as if principle and the principle is that if you simply as if you act as if your body and your physiology changes.

Many times, we think that when we're happy, where we will smile, but in actuality, if we smile, we were then happy. The physiology of our body changes how we feel, so for vibrational alignment, what I recommend you do is to simply play a little game with yourself, act as if you're in a peak state, act as if you're in a peak state.

Simply be it and watch how everything begins to align with it. They've done science experience after experience, the experience of testing this where they put electrodes on someone's face and what they did is they had. They had to smile to put these electrodes on. Those people that kept smiling would naturally feel more seller tonin and dopamine and the people that weren't, even though they had no idea going into this study, that that was the focus of the study.

They thought it was just putting electrodes on their body for some other reason, but it's so many different ways. They've proven that physiology changes how we feel and when you change how you feel, you change your vibration. When you change your vibration, which changes the television channel that you're looking at, whatever is equal to.

That is the key. With all that, another thing I have is, like I was saying at the beginning or the middle of this blog, raising my vibration and raise my vibration from a three to a five out of 10 to a seven or eight out of 10, I've created a free guided meditation that will help you to get the same result. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you the truth on your higher self and understanding this larger aspect of manifestation that hardly people tap into and when you tap into this level, everything changes because you begin to manifest from a higher vibrational state of consciousness. I'm going to give you some tips and tools as to how to find out what that is and what to actually do to be living from that higher-self level of vibration.

In order to do this, I decided I have my handy dandy notebook today, which is this big post-it note like from Blue's Clues if you remember that. Anyways, so the way that I want to explain this as understanding really who we are, once we understand who we are, we then see why sometimes certain things we want to manifest doesn't come into fruition.

Maybe you see, sometimes people are like, oh, they want to manifest something, and the thing is also they're focused on the things they want to get the focused on. Oh, I want this type of car. I want this. I want to win the lottery. There's nothing wrong with this, but the thing is being aware of how that fits into the larger picture of what we agreed to experience in our life.

Because if it's out of alignment with the true desire of our soul, then sometimes those things won't happen or it will happen and in a way different than we expect it to, but that's why as well, it's always more important than the things we want to manifest in the car or whatever it is, is the person we will become is the kind of person we prefer to be.

Because that's at the deeper root than anything else. But let me show you this understanding. I think this will really clear up a lot of the Law of Attraction, confusing in general, and understanding why something's happened the way that they do now. Imagine it like this. We are immortal, spiritual beings live in very temporary human experiences, and when we chose to come and have an earth experience to be here, we agreed to certain things. We agreed we were up here.

We could call this the higher dimensions. We were up here in the higher dimensions, which I always use stick figures. We're just a little bit more holy or a little bit more, a higher vibrational or have a higher vibrational level of consciousness. We're up here and what we're doing is we're looking down here on earth and what we're doing is we're. We're like, okay, I'm going to come here and when we go to Earth, what we do is we know that we're going to forget that this is who we are, that we are immortal, spiritual beings living a temporary human experience.

We're going to forget that and one of the purposes of earth, because earth is in a way like a school, we're going to have the intention of learning and remembering who we are at a greater level, so that's one of the intentions that we have is to remember who we are because we have this veil of forgetfulness. When we go from here to here and what happens is our higher-self call this, the higher self is making choices with other guides, with other aspects of ourselves.

Deciding what do we want to experience so it could be, could call this like a contract, some level. There are certain things that we agreed to and we say, you know what? In life, these are the challenges I'm going to have. These are the things I want to experience. I want to be and have a relationship with this type of person or this person, this soul in general, and what we do is we decide that according to this checklist right here, imagine this is a checklist.

We're going to have a veil of forgetfulness and then we're going to come to earth. Then what happens is we're on earth, we forget who we are, and then we have our ego self. The ego doesn't necessarily remember that at a higher self-point of view, we agreed to many of the things we're going to experience in our life and there's a certain layout for a kind of intentions that we had.

Maybe it was to be a certain type of person. Maybe it was to accomplish something specific and we had the intentions to accomplish these things. However, what sometimes happens is we get lost in the game of life. We get lost for getting that. We are immortal spiritual beings because this version of us is beyond any the vibration we can even imagine.

And here's the cool thing. Every night when we go to bed, we wake up and we're so connected to this version of us, but then we come back and we remember when we wake back up, when we're sleeping and we wake up in the morning, we forget this because this doesn't have any reference experience for who we really are. What I mean by this is we interpret the world with our ego. The only knows and interprets through the five senses so the brain has the brain, but it has the five senses that we interpret reality through.

That's the Avatar and what happens is we can't even imagine what's happening in this higher vibrational state of consciousness, and because of that there is sometimes we don't remember these aspects of ourselves. When we go to bed every single night, we're connected to it, and then when we were before we were born and after we die, this is really who we are.

What we're doing is we're just dreaming that this is who we are on earth. When we go, we go through a veil of forgetfulness. We forget that this is who we are. Nonetheless, we are more of the higher self than anything else because this is a dream of life experience. Earth is a place that we go to. It's like a master class. It's a place where we go to learn a lot of the understandings of how we can stop negative patterns, how we can grow earth is one of the places that's very sought out because we can grow so much in such a short period of time up here, we're up such a high vibration that we don't fit.

We don't feel negative emotion. Maybe you'd say, oh, that's a great thing, and it is, but we learned so much when we have this dense energy here and what we do is we have a body that can buffer that. This is about being aware of these dynamics.

Here's the thing, we have certain intentions that are solely decided to have before we came here. Certain contracts, if you will. These contracts may be flexible. They may be things like, I'm going to have a relationship with this person. They may be things like, I'm going to go through, you know, like I, for example, I went through certain things growing up that were very painful at a certain level. I'm a bit of soul contract because those things got me to a place of pressure that eventually led me to a spiritual awakening.

And that spiritual awakening just means that this is my ego self. And I just remember this. I remember this. I remember the being present to the moment and more of this understanding of the spiritual awareness of being immortal, spiritual beings, having a temporary human experience. That's what they call a spiritual awakening.

The way this relates to manifestation is when we come to earth, there's another aspect of it that we agreed to but we might not even be aware of. Maybe what I'll do is, uh, maybe what I'll do is turn this thing around really quick and I'll show you this different aspect. When we come to Earth, what happens is we have this. Let's say we're on earth.

When we come, we decide that we're going to be part of a collective consciousness. Because we're going to become a part of the collective consciousness when we're born here, there is this matrix around the earth. Let's say that this is the earth right here. This is the earth. There is this grid around the earth. We can call this the.

You can call this avail. We can call this a bubble, whatever you want to call it. Nonetheless, the thoughts that we think, the emotions that we feel are constantly carrying a trail in reality. For example, I could walk over here, I could walk over here. There was an energy pattern that's been instilled into the spaces that I'm at on earth.

These are invisible to the eye, but then still exist. Us having that of our thoughts. We think that our thoughts are something that we have. That's a thought for him. We think that the thoughts that we have are just. They're just. They don't really exist. They're just in the ethers, but they actually have a form. It's just we can't see it. The thing is when we're born into the earth, what happens is these thought forms are everywhere from everyone else.

That's already here, so many times we will pick up the thought forms of other people thinking and saying, oh, these are my own thoughts. When a lot of times are the thoughts of the social conditioning that the thoughts of the collective consciousness, so you may have a lot of groups of people that live in certain countries or whatever it is that I'm thinking of certain things, and then we may say, oh, that's my thought.

For example, we may be really emotionally mad if a certain football team loses, but also there's a lot of other people that are also mad that have a thoughtful and we were at the football team losing, so if our thought links up to that, we ended up feeling into that collective manifestation, that collective feeling. This about being aware of these different energy dynamics. The key is to realize that our natural vibration is very, very high.

When we attach herself to these thought forms around us and we even think our own thoughts when many times they're not, then we end up lowering our light quotient. We end up lowering our vibration. In general, like I was showing in a minute ago, when it comes to that of our vibration, our vibration is naturally very high.

Our vibration is unconditional love and bliss, but we are buffering it in the earth because of these thought forms, because of this social conditioning. Here's the main part of this blog. The key to us accepting this as the first author accept and that we are more than our physical bodies. We are more than the ego and then knowing that there's this higher-self version of us and what we can begin to do is to connect to it. The bridge that connects us to this is our passion.

The translation that is telling us this is who you are. Our higher self is emitting a frequency to us at all times and that frequency is that of unconditional love is a frequency of passion. And when we follow our passion, which we just simply mean in every moment we do the most exciting thing we can do than what we do is we end up bridging this, we end up low raising our vibration, and we are letting go of things that don't serve us.

Those other thought forms may come up, but the thing is if our vibration is high, it doesn't, and those are lower vibrational thought forms. It doesn't even affect us because we have raised our vibration. The key is to actually allow more of this higher self through in a way that we do that is by connecting with our heart.

A way that we do that is not by being not attached to the outcome. The way that we do that is by understanding first and foremost, this is who we are and there are certain things that we've agreed to. There are certain things that we've agreed to in the sense we may say, I want this thing. I want a Lamborghini, I want to win the lottery.

Some of those things may be counterproductive, mean, for example, I used to think, wouldn't it be so cool to win the lottery, but here's the thing. I know that my purpose in life is to speak in front of people. I know my purpose in life is to do what I'm doing right now, but a year or two ago it would've been nice to have $100,000,000 and not have to do anything, and I could say, well, maybe I'd have a $100 million dollar and I would still want to speak.

I would just have more than enough, but honestly, probably not. Probably I would have $100,000,000 and at the version of me that it took. See, the thing is two years ago, the version of me that would have happily taken the $200, million dollars wouldn't have been moved into what I do today. The version of me now would do that because I know that that's my larger purpose.

 That's what I agreed to. However, the person you become in the process of this passion of this bridge is everything because now that I've become the kind of person I am in a way merging these two together, it's an experience that can't be taken away from me and I can always recreate things from this level of awareness.

The key to this whole blog is understanding that you can begin to connect to your higher-self using this bridge of passion, understanding that this is who you are.

On a scale of vibration. This would be over a thousand. There's a scale of vibration of consciousness. It goes from zero to a thousand and at a thousand that's considered an enlightenment. Joy, peace. The thing is that's who we naturally are. We are a natural high vibration. We've gone through the veil of forgetfulness to be born on earth.

Earth is a game. Earth is a short temporary time. We are only here for maybe 100 years and the key is knowing that this is just a school. This is a school where we go to let go of a lot of stuff that doesn't serve to work through things at a much more accelerated way because in the higher dimensions we have abilities. You can't even imagine.

We're able to do things. We're able to travel at very great distances. We have the technology we couldn't even imagine. We have technology that interfaces with consciousness, so it's not like, oh, we have a little iPhone and we're looking into it.

It goes much further beyond that, but this is who we naturally are. High vibrational beings of love and light. We have simply gone through a veil of forgetfulness to come to earth. The key is connecting with our passion because when we are connected to our passion, passion is our body's translation that is telling us, hey, Aaron, go in this direction. Hey, whatever your name is, go in this direction. This is who you really are.

This will lead you to be in more and more of living your life purpose. If there's anything that we agreed to and we want things we want, the things that we think we will get from things in life, we need to be aware of more. It's about who we become and also align it to the things that happened and knowing that challenges that come up, it's okay to part of the life experience.

It's a part of letting go of what doesn't serve. And as we begin to do that, everything in our life will begin to change. This is about the awareness of your higher self. Instead of making the goal Lamborghini and making the goal, the lottery, make the goal of connecting with your higher self and connecting to passion. Because when you get into this passionate feeling, it is such a high vibration that things will manifest anyways things happen easier than ever.

Because I am connecting to my higher self. I'm not kidding you. I've had more abundance in my life and the last six months than I would have made in 10 years in the last job that I had two years ago. It is a level that is indescribable and I don't say that as I'm on top of that. Imagine tap. I'm perfectly integrated math my yourself and um, uh, you know, that's not what I'm saying.

What I'm saying is I can tell you from experience that connecting this bridge, amazing things begin to happen. I encourage you to tap into this yourself to understand that you are much more powerful than you can imagine. That is a high vibrational state is who you naturally are, that you can remember some of this right now. That's part of the purpose of life.
