Today, I'm going to be sharing with you more on understanding high-frequency vibration with manifestation and how we can implement it into our lives in a powerful way. This is something that when I began to apply, I began to leverage that of my actions because maybe you remember in the very beginning of my channel.

If you've seen my earlier videos it was all about hard work taking massive action. That was something that I talked a lot about but then what happened. When I went to Costa Rica and did his breath workshop this breath workshop.

What it did is it allowed me to let go of a lot of stored emotion that I subconsciously had stored in my body from years and years ago from my childhood from a lot of childhood pain that I went through. And when I did that, I remember I felt like I let go of just years and years of piled up emotion.

But what happened was as I let that go I felt free. I felt so much more free than I ever had in my life. And when I became aware of it, I developed like a belief pattern, that I thought that things had to be hard. I believed that almost I wasn't worthy of where I was. I had to work really hard to get where I wanted to be. And by me emphasizing that I wasn't already where I want to be.

That was causing a lot of resistance. What I learned how to do is I learned how to make the process easier by letting go of the outcome by letting go of the perspectives that were holding me back and by letting the process be easier than it had to be from that moment going forward.

I really started to let go of a much more powerful way. It's something that to this day I always bring myself back to because the thing is I absolutely love what I do. Some making videos and me spending a lot of time doing it's what I love. But at the same time, I've let go of the outcome in a completely new way that has allowed my vibration to raise.

This has to do with understanding who we are at a fundamental core level. All of us including you are so much more than you can even imagine. You and I and everyone here are just simply dreaming that this is who we are in our life for dreaming that this is a physical type experience that we're having when in actuality we're so much more than that.

But the reason this is important to understand is because sometimes we think that things have to be harder than they have to be. I did think that everything had to be like nose to the grindstone like mentality when in actuality for us to raise our vibration we don't have to pile on a new idea. We don't have to get some new epiphany.

I remember I was always looking for the next epiphany I get these epiphanies that just change my life. Certain things when I'm in meditation. That was an epiphany because I learned how to observe my thoughts and I started to feel totally different when I understood certain limiting beliefs I had that was another epiphany because I was there to let go of those beliefs.

And then my life changed because of that. However, another one understood that my vibration your vibration everyone's vibration naturally the core vibration of who we really are is so high that we can't even imagine it. Because here's the thing we at a higher level of consciousness exist right now.

But we're having a physical experience so we're dreaming that this is who we are. Some say, “Oh my name is Aaron I make YouTube videos this is what I do.” This is one aspect of my consciousness. And what happens is when we go to bed at night we wake up to this larger consciousness.

We wake up as this higher consciousness point of us but then when we wake up in the morning we in a way go to sleep to see most of that energy. We're able to still let in some of it but it depends on our state of being. It depends on a couple of things I'm going to be sharing with you today.

In general, the main point I want to help you understand because it's such a game changer is that you are so much more than you can even imagine. One time I was watching or listening to some because I listened to this like chill step music. It's like it's like relaxing music I'll put in the background or I'm working, and sometimes I'll hear Ellen Watts in the background or ocean in the background because like it'll be mixed in with the music. I remember hearing a quote by Osho and it was.

It had to do with understanding that enlightenment is not a realization or enlightenment is what it was. And like is a realization enlightens is not an attainment. It is not something you get. You don't become enlightened as enlightenment is a realization because the more you seek something the more you emphasize you don't currently have it. We are naturally enlightened. That was Osho’s point.

We are naturally enlightened and what we're doing and what enlightenment is letting go of the layers that no longer serve. And it's letting go of all the low vibrational energy, and as we let go of it, we naturally raise our frequency.

The key is knowing that that is true forever everyone. We don't have to try to become enlightened. It's just about letting go of what doesn't serve. Even if our focus isn't the Enlightenment, it may just be raising our vibration. It's the same thing. We don't need to. It's not like we're going to get some new idea I'm going to share some new idea that all of a sudden, we just are vibration raises so high it's more so. That within you right now you are high vibrational.

The key is not to be attached to thoughts that don't serve you to not feed into things that are bringing your energy down. Maybe not watch television that's bringing your vibration down to tailor your environment may be a little bit more but it's not about like oh I tailor my environment just a little bit more it's about letting go of what doesn't serve or letting go of the TV that is bringing you down.

The television shows the news these things all affect our vibration something that Dr. Bruce Lipton has shown is that more powerful than our genes and how our genes affect us is how our environment affects us and our environment is triggering us into low vibration energy into feeling angry sad depressed shame guilt. If our environment is causing us to feel those lower emotions then it's bringing our energy down.

But what we can learn to do is to tailor our environment are also at the same time to tailor how we relate to that environment because then as some people have to say well I live with this family member and this is the way it is and I can't leave them all. There's either we can change our environment or we can change the way we relate to our environment. Either one of those will change our vibration.

The main point of this video is to help you to understand that your vibration is naturally high. It's who you are. You are an immortal spiritual being living in temporary human experience, and you've chosen to be here right now for a certain purpose. The purpose may be to share your gift with the world. The purpose may be to be here at a time of transformation because there's a transformation that's happening on the planet right now more and more people are waking up to who they are.

We are in a way purging a lot of the lower vibrational energies out. You may notice that the government in many ways is falling apart in a very positive way but it's in a way that things just aren't working and the old system isn't working the way that it used to. People are becoming very aware of what you are becoming aware of the game that is played with politics in general.

People are becoming more aware and the reason I say that is that we become aware that that's a purpose that we came here we are naturally high vibration and the only thing that brings down our vibration is when we identify with things that are not to us. It's when we identify. With the lower emotions that we have the thoughts that we have that link to those emotions so the key is to become aware of what that is because the thing is once we raise our vibration when we then go to create what we want in our life.

Things happen easier than ever. My manifestation process used to take action move in that direction, and I got results with it but worked to eat what worked even better was when I learned. How to leverage my emotion before I go into the action which means I would first feel the way that I want any emotion we want we can feel right now because we choose to.

That sounds kind of crazy right. Well what about this-this and this happened. The thing is we have the power of using our mind and our heart and when we connect our mind or our heart. Amazing things happen. But remember life is not what happens to us.

And the most important thing is not what happens to us but it's how we respond to what happens to us and whatever we focus on we feel so if we focus on the negativity the depression things that have happened while we can begin to do is instead observe it and then choose.

Anything we focus on we feel so first off, your vibration naturally high. That is who you are. This process of reasoning your vibration is not about piling on anything it's about letting go of what doesn't serve and the way you let go of what doesn't serve as your first step always has become aware of what that is what is not serving you take inventory of your vibration because as you take inventory.

You could then see hey this shouldn't be here. And you could look at that and be like OK I see you. Thank you for that experience. And then what you can do is you can let it go. And when you just it can be just a conscious decision I let it go.

And then you'll find that these patterns begin to leave. You may have a little bit of momentum from prior energy, but you start to let it go powerfully. The vibration that is going we have in a pterodactyl field around our body. Our energy goes much further beyond than just our skin. We have a trophy that goes all the way around her body. And the electromagnetic energy of our heart is a thousand times more powerful than that of the head.

And in general, the thoughts and emotions we have are being recycled as we think them as we feel them we might think our thoughts don't have any form and we might not be able to see them with their eyes physically. But still, our thoughts are vibration they are a pattern they're going around our body.

The thing is that vibration is very high and very potent when we are holding on to things within our energy field that don't serve us when we let them go. The energy you will continuously replenish itself and it will raise and vibration so the reason I say this is to give you kind of a visual of the way it works.

And this is something that the heart institute has shown this is a parochial field that goes around our body. And well we can begin to do is not heat up the hose. Not when something comes in anytime something happens and we react to it there is a pattern and if we jolt and react in a certain way then that's a certain pattern.

But we can let instead what we can do is we can allow it allow it to go through allow it to go through observe the thoughts let the thoughts be there because as you do that the energy flow will begin to change. Something else you can do something that I do every day is this grass right outside my back door because I like to walk barefoot on it because it grounds the energy that I find will raise my own vibration.

What I'm encouraging you to do is to find things that are easier vibration. I take a cold shower in the morning that raises my vibration increases my energy that what I do is I will throughout the day after I'm on the computer I'm done editing this video. I'll go out and I'll walk on the grass and I will balance and ground the energy that will help me to raise my frequency and let go of what doesn't serve in the same way.

Find out what that could be for you. Remember your energy is naturally high. All you have to do is let the flow be there, to come in and go out. Don't hold onto the perspectives that aren't serving you because when you raise your vibration then things manifest easier than ever. It's really more about our state of being than anything else because when we're in the right state we are receptive of the good things in our life.

Imagine that everything exists here and now that's something that quantum physics is showing in the same way that thinks about it in the form of radio waves. Right now, I'm in this room. If I were to get a radio and tune into a certain frequency there are radio waves in this room that would pick up on a certain frequency and give me whatever's on that channel.

Say it's on 1 0 5 FM I can't hear what's on 2.0 7 am. There are different frequencies but they both exist now. The more we put ourselves in a higher frequency whatever radio station that may represent to you that is you being receptive to that reality word that is who you are.

One of the biggest hacks I have for you is to simply put your awareness you could do it right now put your awareness in your hands and put your hands over your heart and begin to feel the sensation inside of your heart. You feel just a little bit more than you did a minute ago. That you're at least aware of it it's already beginning to increase the energy flow in your heart center and by just doing this for a few minutes a day and feeling gratitude for something in your life.

You are increasing what is called the brain and heart coherence which is raising your vibration and what you can do is raise your vibration by putting your hands over your heart. Focus on the feeling and then take action. Then do what you want to do.

The more you bring awareness into your heart the more you raise your vibration.

The more you bring this awareness into your heart the more you raise your vibration like this the more things will happen in your favor. Your state of being is a very strong indication of where your vibration is. How do you feel if you're feeling negative emotions?

Here's the biggest hack. Allow yourself to feel the biggest the negative. It's like holding the kink When we're like Oh were we're realizing it. We're looking at it but then let it go. The key is to let yourself feel whatever you feel to let it go to understand that your vibration is naturally high and what you can even begin to do is then begin to put the focus on what you want. Have a vision for what you want to experience.

We are always moving towards something. It's just that most people don't know what that something is because they don't have a vision for what they want to experience become very clear as to what you want and then align these two things together like the intention with what you want the vision and line that intention with the emotion with the feeling inside of your heart with knowing that that's who you naturally are.

And as you begin to do that what happens is your vibration begins to raise when your vibration raises your state of being raises you attract opportunities into your life that you can't even imagine and things happen in a very powerful way so remembered that is who you naturally are.

You don't have to try. And each time you try you create resistance just be yourself. Be in that high vibration because it's who you are. Let go of what doesn't serve and everything in your life will begin to change. I'm going to be sharing with you that power of intention guided meditation inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer. With this process, let's understand a little bit before I get into it. Something new I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be doing more guided meditations on this channel and with that, it's going to be doing guided meditations that why you're in certain ideas and especially from certain powerful books.

Of course, the power of intention by Dr. Wayne Dyer is one of those books and there are going to be other books as I've done. The feeling is the secret guided meditation that I had a great response from, so I'm going to continue to do this and it's something I think that has a lot of value. Dr. Wayne Dyer, who passed away within the last three to five years.

He was a fantastic public speaker and amazing a person that helps so many people transform their lives. Someone I really looked up to as well. I think he's one of the best public speakers, motivational speakers I've ever seen. And with that, he has a way of connecting with the audience and he really powerfully speaks from his heart.

He wrote the book, Power of Intention and in the book, just to give it a bit of a summary, it has to do with understanding the power of intention from a totally new perspective, so normally what we think of as we intend to for things to happen now intention, think of intention as a declaration for something we want to experience.

Whatever we intend for that is the idexx aeration of what we want. The key to this though is understanding that many times that declaration, that intention comes from the ego. The thing is when it comes from the ego, it's not coming from a powerful place and that's what the book, the power of intention shows the intention.

There is actually a universal source intention. There is this source of energy that flows through every single person and this spiritual energy is the power of intention. This is a source of energy that everyone has access to. Everyone can connect to with the focus, with the decision, the choice to connect to it, and the more that we connect to this power, the more we begin to tap into who we really are.

The easiest way to understand this I have found is just understanding that of the ego and that have the higher self. The higher self is the one that is more connected to source the ego still connected to source as well, but the higher self in bodies that have the source energy and the body's who we really are and bodies that larger field and then the ego-self has the desires that it thinks the ego wants.

When we connect to the spiritual force of intention, we expand our energy and then a lot of times those ego desires will come because we're in alignment with who we are.

The ego always wants materialistic things and there's nothing wrong with that, but it's about being aware that when we connect to the spiritual force of intention, we expand our, our energy and then a lot of times those ego desires will come anyway because we're in alignment with who we really are.

Those things will in a way flow into our life because we will become so abundant. This is a totally new way of looking at intention rather than it is about what can I get or who can I connect to and all of these things at the ego might want. It's about who can I be, how can I be more connected to who I authentically am and my own life? I've found this to be very powerful because it also taps into an understanding of something that's called the outer intention.

It comes to an understanding the will of the universe. Every single type of thing on the planet has some kind of intention, some type of spiritual intention. You could look at a plant and it might have the intention to grow. You could look at that, have even a sperm cell and it has the intention to get inside that egg, and you have the intention of anything you can think of.

There's a certain level of intention within it. It's a fundamental force of the universe for some type of growth. In the same way, there is a purpose behind you and the intention that you have from a spiritual point of view of something that you can either add value to other people in the world or just something that you can do that is in alignment with you being used. It's a higher frequency.

The thing is for the power of intention to work, we must be in that high-frequency state of consciousness and that's when things become much more powerful. There are ways of setting an intention from the ego, but a lot of times those are short-lived, those don't last as long, and there were much more dependent on the outcome.

The key is understanding that when we raise our frequency when we start to exist in this higher dimensional state of consciousness, which is of the higher self, we start to create things in a much more powerful way.

This is about understanding who we are at the fundamental level we are source energy. There's even a quote in the book the power of intention that's about becoming a sorcerer. The idea of wizardry, but becoming the source or which is someone who uses the source, the source is that universal energy that we're all connected to, that love energy, that we can all embody that as we embody amazing things happen because we are in the flow with it.

We are in the flow of the universe. This is something that's dramatically changed my life. This is something that I wanted to share with you and that's why now what we'll do is we will get into that of the guided meditation. And what we're going to do is we're going to connect to our hearts.

We're going to connect to the source energy that we all have the connection to and what we're going to do is we're going to start to align with it and we're going to set intentions in that state, connected to our higher-self understanding that we can begin to merge with our higher self and to set intentions from this higher level of consciousness.

With that, let's go ahead and right now, take a couple deep breaths in and out, and I recommend you listen to this meditation with headphones if you can, and if you can't listen with headphones, that's fine. I recommend that you do listen to it when you're not driving, just so that you can really sink into it and absorb the information I'm about to share with you because this isn't just about the words that I say, but it's about also absorbing the experience of learning about the power of intention.

Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. Deep breath out and feel our body relax more and more. Three that out. Feel your body. Relax more and more. Go ahead and put your hands over your heart. Let's take another deep breath in. Deep breath out. As you breathe out, feel your body sink deeper and deeper into relaxation. Feel your body relax more and more. Let's put the awareness inside of our head. Feel the awareness behind the eyelids. You can close your eyes now. Feel the warmth behind your eyes. Begin to relax. Feel the sensation moving.

Now, to your nose, into your jaw, feel your jaw relax more and more. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through your head and bring the awareness to your neck with the sensation in your left hand, your left arm. Bring the awareness to your right hand, your right arm. Feel inside of your heart center, you'd feel the warmth, the temperature from your hands going into your hearts.

Understand that just by putting our awareness in our heart, we are growing the electromagnetic energy around our body, which is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. Imagine that there's a ball of energy inside of your heart in a color that you like, and imagine this ball of energy begin to spin in a clockwise position faster and faster, and the faster it spins, the more you feel this energy in your heart.

You can begin to feel it now, that tingling sensation, you can feel it start to speed up and the quicker it spins, the more you feel this love inside of your heart. The more you feel connected to who you really are. Imagine this ball of energy spinning faster and faster. The faster it spins, the more you feel this love. Feel it, flow through your whole body. Bring the awareness into your abdomen.

Fill your abdomen, relax, but the awareness in your left leg and foot, a little wave of relaxation flow through your right leg, your right foot. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through. Imagine that there is a wave of relaxation that goes through your whole body that carries with it and letting go of anything that doesn't serve and feel.

This energy released through the heels of both of your feet. I imagine that through the heels of your feet, you are letting go of energies that doesn't serve you. You're letting go of many stale energy and you're allowing in energy of love, fresh energy through the crown of your head. Imagine yourself in a very relaxing place. It could be in a room. It's going to be some type of environment that to you represents relaxation.

Can we eat a forest in a beach? Wherever you like. Imagine that you're in this special place, this Zen place where when you are, you feel relaxed at peace. Look around. What do you notice? Whatever you see, imagine it becoming more and more vivid, brighter. What sounds do you hear in this environment? Imagine those sounds becoming louder and louder. How do you feel? I notice it off into the distance by 10 or 15 feet away.

You see that? Have a door. This door is very special door. It's embroidered and gold and this door deep down know leads to somewhere very special somewhere you can go anytime you want. Walk up to this door and notice that on the door it is marked source. This is the door to source energy which exists within you. I noticed that this door, you can see the door cracks going around the door, a very light energy, very bright, no.

Go ahead and open up this door. Turn the knob and what do you see? Notice that there is a stairway that goes down to where that light is emanating from. What you're going to do is you're going to take steps down. There are 15 steps going down, and what you're going to do is take those steps down into the source energy.

This source energy, you're able to connect to your heart. This is you moving from your head into your heart. Go ahead and take a step down the stairway and notice that as you take a step, you feel the love in your body. Begin to increase.

You feel that magnetic energy of every step that you take as you get closer and closer to the source energy, which is who you really are. Take another step and notice how as you take the step and you can feel the lightness in your body, you can feel the buzz inside of your heart center begin to increase. Take another step.

There's 10 steps left for us to get to the bottom of the stairs. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You're going to take another step. You're going to feel the energy increase inside of your body.

You're going to feel double the amount of love inside your heart. With every step that you take, you're going to feel more connected to your heart than ever before. Take a step now 10, feeling the energy inside of your body begin to increase.

Nine, taking another step, feeling this love inside of your heart's feeling, this excitement began to increase inside of your body. Take another step, seven, six, feeling double the amount of love inside of your body, five for getting towards the bottom of the staircase.

Now, three. You only have a couple of steps left to feeling the increase of energy inside of your hearts, one and zero. You are within this source energy and you can feel this love flow through your body like never before. Soak in this energy. If any emotions come up, that is okay. Allow yourself to release anything you desire.

As you are in this room, you are being engulfed in your heart center. You are totally immersed in your heart. This is who you really, so set the intention that you connect to this part of yourself any time you want by simply remembering this meditation, set the intention that you connect to your higher-self right now in this moment that is also you set the intention that you connect to your higher self and that you connect to your higher-self connection of intention.

Right now, ask yourself this question. What are the intentions of my higher self? And pay attention to what comes up now. Ask yourself, ask your heart what is another intention that you have that emanates from your soul, from who you really are? Pay attention to what comes up now. Once again, ask for another intention of your higher self and see what comes up.

Make the choice that from this point going forward, decide an intended that this is going to be something that is easy for you to live from. You will be able to live from these intentions in a very easy way. Ask your heart and your higher self. If there's any message. Say you can come to know any messages from your higher self or your heart and pay attention to what comes up now.

Think in your mind of the intentions you have that emanate from your heart and think in your mind. I intend dot, dot, dot. What do you intend for state and declare those intentions. What I'm going to do is I'm going to count down from five to one at every number I count. You're going to feel an increase in these intentions flow through you.

You're going to simply know that it is done. Whatever your intentions are, you going to feel this certainty flow through your body. Five, feel this certainty. Begin to bubble up for double the amount of knowing that these intentions will come to fruition. Three, fueled increased through your body. Two new one.

Simply know that these intentions are emanating from your core. From this point going forward, I set the intention once again that you remember this. Anytime you want, in time, you do. You feel this energy inside of your heart right now and you connect to your higher self, into your heart in such a powerful way that influences every aspect of your life.

Carrying this source energy within your heart, go ahead and walk back to that staircase now, and what we're going to do is we're going to begin to take steps back up. Those stairs are going to take these steps back to our waking awareness, carrying with us the power of this intention that will powerfully change our life.

I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count you feel double the amount of double the connection to your heart and double the amount of awareness into the awake state. 10, take a step going up now, becoming more alerts, more present. Nine, eight, double the amount of love in your body. Double the amount of alertness. Seven, six, getting closer towards the top. Now, five for only a few more steps. Three, getting closer to the door now to one, go ahead and open up your eyes.

Knowing that you have just set powerful intentions that emanate from your core, these will powerfully have influenced your whole life and you will begin to see things transform in your life. With everything that just happened, this all exists within you. This core energy, this heart source energy.

You are a sorcerer and you are connected to your source and that's something I believe Dr. Wayne Dyer would want you to know now for this to really be powerful, it is recommended. If you've listened to this for three weeks, 21 days in a row, for you to really connect to this source energy and be able to use it more powerfully. It'll come on autopilot to where you start to embody this authentic expression of you, this connection to your heart and it'll flow through every area of your life.

You've probably seen the title of this blog so you probably already know so it's going to get right into it. It's on the higher self-manifestation process. Understanding how to link up to your higher self and how to manifest from a higher-level paradigm.

Anyways I figured I want to make videos. The video might be a little bit more esoteric but I'd like esoteric they don't need it. You don't need to dislike esoteric we just got to. The only thing I ask is to have an open mind about this conversation because it's coming from a very authentic place within me this is something I'm very passionate about because this goes into the deeper level of understanding who we are.

I remember when I went through my spiritual awakening back in 2012 it totally changed my life because before that I and I will go to the whole story. Maybe you've heard my story before where my use of the use took Adderall than I did the meditation that I never had to take again. And then I started to feel totally different about myself.

And basically, what happened is I started to feel completely different like I raised my emotional set point my emotional set point normally on a scale of 1 to 10 was probably at about a 3 to a 5 all of a sudden, it's out about a seven or eight out of 10 I started feeling really good and I didn't need to smoke I didn't need to drink I didn't need to do anything because I just felt so good all the time.

What really happened this what I think happened. I think I emerged with a part of my higher self. And what I mean by that is I emerged with a lot of my soul purpose which is something we're going to be talking about. But I also became aware of this idea.

I became aware that physical reality that we experience is an experience but that at a higher level of consciousness we exist and that we are simply dreaming that this is who we are here. This is very empowering because what this means is that the things we experience in our life it's an experience but it's not something to be taken so literal.

It's not something to be taking so harshly because this is coming from the guy that I went through a lot of stuff growing up. I went through a lot of pain. I had an ex-stepmom major in my story was before I had Max to the next stepmom who was very abusive. She had borderline personality disorder she still does.

I don't see her anymore but I just I feel bad for my sisters because they're going through it now. But she was my stepmom. I didn't have to. You know I'm not related or I'm not blood. My sisters their blood. They have to deal with them. But I grew up having to do between the ages of seven to 15 I wasn't allowed to go outside wasn't a lot of friends either earn.

If I wanted to go to a school activity like a band I had to give my brother a lot of time were locked outside to be drinking water out of a hose. We were not to eat very much we were allowed one bowl of cereal in the morning and barely any milk.

And then at nighttime we were allowed like one serving of food and a lot of times it was a TV dinner and me and my brother were locked in one side of the house which had a cage in it as weird as that sounds not like what you would think it was like it was a house being remodeled. But there was like a mother in law's quarters at this house.

I and my brother were working outside all the time that we were locked on that side of the house. We were allowed to watch TV. We were allowed to have friends. It was like a like living with like a sociopath. Mainly because my mom was a soldier or as a sociopath. And I don't mean that a negative way. I'm just saying calling it like it is.

And because of that, I felt a lot of pain and me for a long time given that a negative meaning that held me back in life. But that experience itself is what led me to eventually having my spiritual awakening and knowing that experience itself primed me because then at 15 years old my dad divorced her all of a sudden, I have all this freedom again. I had to learn how to gain my worthiness back. That's what led me for years I felt resistance.

And then eventually I learned meditation and that meditation totally transformed my life because I became aware and I started to tap into the spiritual part of myself. I started to understand at a greater level who I am. But at the same time who all of you know every one of you are an immortal spiritual being limited temporary human experience that's the first step to this process is understanding that you are not just the physical ego structure.

It is just a small part of who you really are at a larger consciousness point of view you are. You exist. And not only that but you exist in a higher state of consciousness. You are the unconditional love you are bliss you are Joy. That is who you are.

You're simply dreaming that this is who you are. I'm dreaming. I'm Aaron. I make a podcast episode and then you're on the other side listening to this and then we're playing this game of separation. But it is a game now.

Actually, what they've been showing as well with science is actual science. There's a there's a guy and listen to a lot recently. His name is Thomas Campbell Thomas Campbell and he is a physicist who is very smart. He's been around for 30 years he's been talking for 30 years about how we live in a simulation.

This is something that now is being taken very seriously and many scientists now believe that we do live in a simulation. This isn't this “woo-woo” thing from years and years ago but this doesn't have to be a negative thing. We don't think assimilation we don't get to be like Oh that seems scary and that we live in a computer.

It just means that we live within a reality that in a way we live in like a video game now it still has meaning. The experience of it is real but the actual physicality of it like they can't find the solidity and matter that you have Adam seeing the nucleus and all that but it's mainly empty space now in the same way all reality is so much more flexible than we can priorly imagine it is so much more flexible.

But the first step of this process is admitting that there is more to life than just the ego structure. There's more to life than just the physicality because unless we get there we'll be kind of in a way trapped within the materialism trapped within thinking that we must identify with what we have rather than identifying more with who we are as consciousness.

While it may seem a little bit out there I believe is empowering to know that we are so much more than we can imagine. If we exist now we will always exist and you can understand that even the pain you've been through that you may be through a lot of pain in your past and I want you to know that I went to a lot of pain as well so I can I can relate to you but also know that that pain may have had a purpose and maybe that purpose was for you to become much more solid with who you are.

Maybe that pain created pressure. You know if you're listening to my content at all then most likely you at a place to where you're open to this idea that you are more than your physical body, but when you become aware of that that's when manifestation becomes much more powerful because you see that you aren't limited to the ego structure, the ego reference experiences. There's a higher level of consciousness.

Here's the thing as well sometimes people experience blocks with the Law of Attraction because they eat their ego even my ego wants certain things I want to be known as this person I want to be the next Tony Robbins if I could just feel a certain way and if I maybe have the influence he has perhaps then I'll be enough. That's an ego desire, but at the same time, I have a desire to add value to people. I believe that that is part of my purpose.

Think of it like this your higher self before you came into this life before you incarnated and you chose your parents which maybe you don't want to hear that maybe you have very good relations with their parents but regardless you chose your parents.

It's something that you did choose a conscious at a higher self-level we choose a lot of the things we experience in life. We still have free will and many aspects but we do in a way agree to certain things happening in our life and our higher level our higher level our higher self-pays out certain reference experiences certain things we could call the soul contracts that we agree to happen in our life.

Here's where the disconnect happens sometimes the ego wants certain things that may be out of alignment with the higher self-projection of what we want to experience in our life. Now we may say I want to win the lottery but winning the lottery may go against what we want to experience as our higher self like our higher-self was like “Yo, I'm going to come into this life and have a great experience.”

This is going to have some challenges but it can make me stronger but then I'm going to do this and this and I'm going to come at it from the point of power. And that's how I'm going to become and build myself to become stronger and stronger. If we desire something and we want it just for the ego benefit over a long time I want it before I go on YouTube I wanted to be put on by someone I wanted.

Like I always had this vision of myself as like I'm going to meet like a professional public speaker or something they're going to see all this potential in me they're going to put me on and then I'm going to be very well known. But that's what my ego wanted because that was maybe the shortcut. Maybe that is the path of least resistance and I wouldn't have wanted to hear.

“Oh, Aaron you're going to you're going to create a lot of content and you're going to do it from scratch and you're going to build this brand you're going to build this into something big.” I probably wouldn't have wanted to hear that from the ego's perspective because I would've rather heard, “Oh yeah, you're going to be Tony Robbins he's going to look at you and spiritually just be like Gil you're the next me and I'm going to be like oh my god yes I know.” And then from there, I'm just going to like travel with him and he's going to mentor me like GoAir and this is the way he's going I called me his young grasshopper and stuff and I'm going to be like, “Yes I'm going to be there eventually and eventually be on his level.”

That's what the ego me wanted. But here's the thing when I eventually had to do is I eventually had to be like you know what I'm going to do this I'm going to pay my own way and that I think was part of the higher self-type agreement that I had that I was going to come in here and I was going to figure out a way even if it didn't involve Tony Robbins taking me under his wing and be like, “Hey Aaron you know kind of nurturing me along the way.”

If you like young grasshopper you got this and it's just now I've had to develop it but guess about the person I've become in the process is so much more worth it because now that I have I have put out a lot of content and I have learned marketing I've learned how to market my ideas and have people resonate with it and help people transform their lives.

That I've done that I can do that in so many different ways and I can help other people to do that which I do as well help other people share their message. In the same way, sometimes the path of least the path that we think our ego wants isn't always the path of the higher self. It's is about getting in tune with the higher self. How do we do that? Well, the first way that we do this how we manifest from the Higher Self perspective the first way we do this is through merely following our passion.

As cliché as this sounds I know it sounds cliché. I think I talked about this in a recent episode as well. Forgive me if it sounds of the repetitive but honestly this is the secret to my whole success has been me following my passion. I love making videos. I love sharing my ideas I love helping people I love getting in front of the camera. I love getting to that flow state.

Because of that what I do is I focus on how I can more so do that more and more and that leads me. I usually think my ego is like, “Oh, yeah I want that nice house I want the nice this I want the nice that.” But the thing is if I go for the passion first and foremost what then happens is by going for the passion. First and foremost, those things come anyways.

But following the passion in the way you higher-self communicates with us is through the thread of passion when we feel passionate that is our body. Translation Our body telling us “Aaron keep doing this keep doing, this keep doing this, and then I keep doing it.”

The key to this is understanding that aspect understanding the higher self-part of us the way our higher self-communicates with us is through the thread of passion. Let me ask you a question. Are you doing what you are passionate about? If not why not. Why don't you do that? Why don't you start going for your passion? And I know it sounds like I'm being kind of sarcastic here but for real. Go for your passion. Start asking and you don't know it yet ask yourself what is my passion and tend to find out what your passion is.

Start to go for it because the body is a translation that frequency is who you really are. It is so natural for me. I work I work honestly people think sometimes it's contradictory because I talk about the Law of Attraction stuff but I work like 12 14 hours a day because I love what I do and it doesn't feel like work.

People like you should be able to just like be the magician to sit in your chair just manifest things with your mind. But here's the thing I love what I do so much I can't do it. I can't take action because I'm such a high frequency when I'm doing what I love. Start to ask yourself the question, “What are you passionate about.”

Maybe you can start off small. You know I'm passionate about eating the sandwich right now. I'm passionate about is going for a walk with my dog sort of small things and then let it lead to the next best thing the next best thing the next best thing. And you will eventually get there but you have to start off somewhere.

That passion is the link from you to living as your higher self. The second way for you to manifest from your higher self is to understand your vibration your natural state of consciousness is unconditional love and bliss.

That is who you are. Anything less than is because of an attachment to a lower emotional state of consciousness. Maybe you've seen those charts of consciousness I shared many times from a book called Power Versus Force. If not you can look it up on google and this chart of consciousness has on the bottom of it.

Eventually, you move up to that of neutrality and for neutrality, you move into the upper emotions which are a willingness. Love bliss joy in the enlightenment at the top. Anytime we are attached to a lower emotion we're feeling shame fear or guilt. It's coming from memories it's coming from an attachment at some form. The key is to see and to look at those thoughts and to allow them to be there. They're just there they're just thoughts. We just think thoughts allow those thoughts to be there a lot of times we resist them.

And in the resistance of those thoughts we create more and more of that. They almost like that resistance of what we are thinking creates more and more momentum that then makes it so that those grow instead learn to observe your thoughts. My biggest change I've ever made in my life was when I learned how to neutralize what I was thinking by observing my own thoughts.

The more I observed my thoughts and saw them as neutral they're just there like a rainy day is a neutral idea. Some people like I love rainy days some people hate rainy days some people don't care about rainy days. It's a neutral idea. The way we relate to those thoughts is what matters. Learn to observe your thoughts learn to allow them to be there and if you allow them to be there.

The paradox is then they go away the negative thoughts will go away and you stop perpetuating the pattern and the resistance of them over and over and over again. That's what I've learned and I've learned how to observe my thoughts. I'm not perfect. I've not enlightened some people, some people pick up a light, and it's kind of funny honestly.

Observe your thoughts, neutralize your past, know your past may have had a purpose. When I look at my past it all had a purpose. Yes, it was painful. Yes, I went through some pretty hard times, but it was part of what I had to go through to create pressure that then came out. I mean to come through on the other side. The third way that you can manifest from your higher self is through connecting with your heart. This is something that I've been doing the last five or six months now and it's really powerfully changed my life.

Also think about it creative. The head is like creating from dualistic type nature where the left brain the right brain when you create from the head we create from polarization because as much as we want something we're also emphasizing we don't have it and as much as we look at good bad right wrong light dark those are all polarizations.

We have the left brain the right brain instead of creating from the head create from the heart because the heart is single the heart does not have duality the heart is also more electromagnetically powerful than that of the head. The heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. When we start to create more from a feeling in place and right now maybe you could do this I don't know if you're driving or what you're doing but if you can put your hands over your heart and just feel the warmth or the coldness from your hands.

Whatever it is and feel the energy inside your heart now as you feel it just simply put in your attention there for a couple of minutes a day you start to increase the energy inside of your heart and the vibration of your energy field begins to raise so become aware of that and the more you do that the more you will increase the vibration of your energy field in general and the more you do that the more you create powerful momentum in your life.

But this is about going straight to the heart to see a lot of times we look for the things on the outside like oh I want this I want that I want to experience this I want the relationship I just had the relationship I feel whole and complete. I just had the house the big house that I've always dreamed of. It feels good. I just did this and I feel good instead. If we just feel the love within us because that's who we naturally are we put the attention in our heart.

We can feel those emotions now and by feeling those emotions now we attract those things into our life easier than ever. That's something that I've been doing and a lot of my meditations as well maybe using some meditation is almost every meditation that I make on YouTube has at the beginning of it some level of this heart cohesion where we connect our brain to our heart and so that we get rid of the brain so that we get rid of the ego we just connect to it in a different way.

We connect to it from our heart from a level of compassion. And as we do that we find that we develop momentum in a way that we prefer. This is about having that awareness of who we are and knowing that we are at a greater level higher consciousness. We exist in a higher dimension imagine us right now. In the higher dimensions which are the higher dimensions, we can manifest whatever we want instantaneously.

We're not bound by space and time we feel unconditional love and bliss. And we just chill in the higher dimensions doing higher-dimensional stuff. Could be traveling instantly that Harry Potter stuff you know I love Harry Potter, so I read that in now and then. Imagine that's what we do. But here's the thing. We can instantly have whatever we want. We think it's there. There's not as much learning with that.

Sometimes what we say is we say, “Ok, I'm going to incarnate in a system of reality a virtual reality that is this virtual reality on earth. I'm going to incarnate into this system forget who I am to see if I can remember who I am.” Because we feel disconnected from source even though we're not disconnected but we feel like we are. We don't remember who we are.

If I can go through this game and remember that in this game of life that I am so much more than I probably thought. We're all going to play different roles. Someone is going to be enemies in my life some are going to be people I love in my life some are going to be soulmates I'm going to be too enflames whatever label we want to give them.

And I'm going to go through this life and experience these things because I can learn so much more when things are slow down a bit when there's this physicality when there's momentum to my thoughts when things don't happen instantaneously I can really mold what I want. I can really let things come to fruition and we say okay at a higher level of consciousness at a higher-level point of view. That's what I want to experience.

There may be some pain or maybe some pressure but that will lead me to experience more of who I really am. This is all about understanding who we are at a greater level consciousness understanding that we are so much more than we can begin to connect from this higher self and that when we connect to our heart instantly more connected to our higher self. When we follow our passion instantly we start to embody more of the Higher Self Consciousness part of who we are.

That is the communication from our self and then the other part is understandingly neutralizing negative thoughts feeling the unconditional love and bliss which is who we naturally are and as we feel that unconditional love and bliss things happened in her life in a much easier way. I want you just to know that reality itself is a form of a dream that you are unconditional love and bliss.

3 Secrets of Vibrational Alignment that Makes Manifestation So MUCH EASIER

Think about it. This is the easiest way that I think about it at least is when it comes to what we want to experience in our life. Think of it as a television station and our television station, television channel, TV channel, and think of it like there is a certain channel on channel 54.

That's a certain thing, and then another channel in 27. It's a different thing and what happens is when we're looking at one channel to the other channel, the difference is simply the vibration. It's simply the frequency that it is.

When it comes to vibrational alignment, when we are the highest vibration, it means we are in alignment with who we really are, and then what happens is as we tuned to the vibration of who we really are, not only does our vibration raise, but what we perceive of is then equal to what we are putting out.

For example, if we're feeling abundant, fulfilling, great for filling, excited, we're going to experience a certain television channel, but if we're feeling low, we're feeling the lack of that vibration, then we may experience something more like the news or something more negative. The key to this is asking ourselves the question, what am I turning into and what channel am I vibrating with?

What am I experiencing in my life right now?  This isn't even one of the secrets I'm going to share, but the main fundamental core that I found in my own life with this whole process is understanding that when it becomes about our passion, doing what we love doing, that raises our vibration the most. If you are going to ask me, I do what I love and that is making videos.

For example, I feel in a very great state. I feel very good when I do that and because of that, you know, normally it was like back in the day I would focus on the things that I wanted from what I wanted to experience. Like the reason we get into vibrational alignment is because then we get all of the things that come with that.

It's like when we get the reflection that is equal to what we are putting out, but the thing is those things aren't very fulfilling and when we focus on those focus on those things first, we ended up a lot of times blocking our natural vibration from coming through.

What I am saying is if we make the vibration, the passion primary, those things come anyways. It's a funny thing because now I don't have to focus on abundance and money because I'm so focused on my passion that those come anyways. But back in the day, I thought it was going to be like, oh, I have to focus on the money. I got to focus on all this kind of stuff.

  1. The balance

The first secret that I have for you actually has to do with the balance of all different areas of our life. I'm somebody that puts a lot of what I do into my passion. It seemed a little bit, I guess, ironic that I would mention something like this, but I do realize how powerful it is because of every area of our life influences every other area.

If we're out of alignment with one area and that's weighing down on all the other areas, what we can begin to do is to let go and allow things to be as they are. I'll talk about that in a minute as well. But what we begin to do is we begin to naturally raise our vibration. I was just yesterday listening to an audiobook by Sadhguru if you guys ever heard of him.

And he was talking about how enlightenment within the light. It's necessary to have it balanced out in all areas of life. You must have the body aligned with the intellect aligned with the, uh, aligned, with the energy aligned with all the different aspects, the Chakras. All these things must be aligned, but sometimes what we do is we overdoing and we burn ourselves out in certain ways.

Like imagine like I just bought this thing, for example, this thing is called a whoop. And what it does is I wear it and it tracks my heart rate and it, it knows when I'm sleeping, it does all of these things. It optimizes and tells me how often I'm sleeping, what kind of deep sleep it is when I'm working out how many calories I'm burning, the intensity of my workouts, it looks at everything I do with my health so that I can optimize it and see how much more time I need for recovery.

This thing gives me all those different metrics, and it lets me know what I am doing and what I need to switch up. Think about it, if you were to work out and burn yourself out, not get any sleep, wake up the next day or not wake up because you didn't get any sleep, but if you were to like get up, the next day was only an hour sleep.

For example, you have to go straight back into a really hardcore workout. Your body wouldn't be happy with you and in the same way, if we burn ourselves out in certain ways, that will affect other areas of our vibration. What I recommend is becoming aware of the food that you put into your body because the foods you put into your body literally has to break down to become a part of you, and if it takes a lot of energy to break down your food, then that will help drain the energy.

Anytime it comes to manifestation. What I've noticed in my own life is the more energy I put in a certain direction, the more that grows. Now, if my energy is low and I'm not putting a lot of energy into something like as much as I could be, then it won't manifest to the degree it could in general for us to create amazing things in our life that requires energy. It doesn't mean it has to be hard. It just means that when you're in a high vibration, there's more energy flowing through.

Diet I found for me, eating healthier, eating nutrient-rich foods has allowed me to feel much better and there's an intimate correlation between what we put into our body to how we feel, to how that affects our brain, and that's something that really has changed my life is eating. I eat very clean now, a lot of nutrient-rich foods, lots of spinach and Kale and stuff like that.

Every now and then I'll enjoy myself with what they call a cheat meal, but even then, it's normally somewhat healthy and it's something that allows me to have a high vibration. I meditate to balance out all of the action I take with me doing what I love with me, making videos with all these other things, balance it out in many different ways that you find you have low energy, could be the diet, it could be what you're focused on.

 Maybe you're too old, you're identified with your thoughts. It could be certain things that are fatiguing you like doing something you're not passionate about. Maybe go to a job that you're not passionate about and in to balance that out.

Balance is the key to keeping your vibration high.

Do something you are passionate about when you're not doing that, reward yourself and when you are moving towards your dream or whatever it is, but what I found is that balance is key to keeping vibration high and especially when it's all the way around.

Things are feeding into each other. Everything. What I've noticed, I've been applying this in my own life. However, you do one thing is how you do everything. That's a philosophy that I've really kind of adopted in a way, and when I wake up in the morning, it's going to sound kind of weird, but I believe that waking up and making your bed is one of the best things you could do right when you wake up.

Because when you make your bed, what you do is you tell yourself or in a way, you just start your day off right, and when you do that, the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. If you do one thing and you are kind of not in it. You might do everything else in your life, kind of in it, kind of not in it. You may have a relationship that you are kind of into kind of not into. You may have your relationships with other people. You're kind of into kind of not into.

You may kind of a passion that you're kind of into kind of not into. The way you do anything is the way you do everything when it comes to your vibration. Align with all the different areas of your life. And it doesn't have to be that hard, just be aware of what you put into your body and how you feel of the different activities you do to how you feel and all these things will help make it so much easier for you.

  1. Letting go

The second vibrational secrets, as you may have not heard of before, has to do with understanding that many times we think that we need to pile on a new idea, maintain and raise our vibration. But it's actually more about letting go. This is an important idea because the thing is we naturally are having a very high vibration, so they give it like this. We naturally have a very high vibration. We resonate at a very high frequency as a soul.

What we do is we decide that we're going to come to earth. We say, “Yo, I'm going to go to earth because things are a lot slower there and I can experience and learn a whole bunch of stuff in a very short period of time because we only live 100 years here.” Things go by like that. I'm going to come to earth.

I'm going to learn a whole bunch of stuff and when we come here, we forget who we are, so immediately we're disconnected. We feel disconnected whenever really disconnected from this larger source of who we are and what we do is we come here, we forget that that's who we are. We forget that we have a very high vibration and we come here and then it's like we have these life experiences and the purpose of life is to remember who we are.

The purpose of life is actually really to let go of all the things that we are not because we accumulate all these things growing up or on earth and it's like, oh, these things happen. We get treated a certain way. We develop beliefs and these things weigh us down and the key is knowing that this natural high vibration from up here is who we naturally are and when we go to bed every single night, what we do is we wake up as this higher level of consciousness.

We simply don't remember it because if we did remember it, it might not be really relevant. Imagine you remember when you're waking up every morning that you exist in a high-frequency state of consciousness where it's unconditional love and bliss, and then you wake up here and you might look around and be like, where's that unconditional love? Was I just experiencing? Was that real or was that just a fantasy dream?

It may not be relevant, but there are ways of remembering and it's about understanding though, that that is who we naturally are. We are there every night. We are simply dreaming right now that this is who we are. It makes it easier for us to know that vibrational alignment is a natural part of life. When we see that, are we doing what we're passionate about? That's an important part of the process, and the other part of this is just simply letting go.

I remember I had my spiritual awakening experience back in 2012, and what happened was I started meditating. I started to observe my thoughts. I remember that as I was observing my thoughts, I saw all of these thoughts that no longer serve me. I became aware. It was like, man, I think that I have ADHD because I was told that I was taking a prescription for it and stuff is 2012, and I was like, oh, uh, that's a belief that I have. I became aware of that belief.

I observed that thought itself and I had an epiphany that I didn't have to believe that didn't have to have that be my truth anymore. I started to do an inventory of all the beliefs I had and was like, man, I have all these limiting beliefs about myself. I felt unworthy because a lot of the things I went through as a child and what I did is I looked at it, I observed it, and then I started to allow it to be there allowing and actually starts to go away.

It's funny how that works, but as I did that, I started to feel totally different within a day or two. Within about two or three days of meditating, I was walking around my room and I felt so euphoric that I thought it was good. I thought the film was going to go away. I'm like, what is this feeling? Why am I feeling this way? It must be too good to be true.

The thing is it wasn't too good to be true. It just became my natural set point and that is how I felt ever since. Of course, it's still going up and down. It's what happened was is on a scale of one to 10, I was on average feeling about a three to a four to a five out of 10, which means I wasn't feeling that great one feeling not so great, 10 feeling amazing, and then all of a sudden, I started feeling at a seven or an eight out of 10 and all the sudden I was like, that became my natural set point.

Of course, it's still going up and down a little bit, but in general, that is a totally different level, a totally different reality than before, but since then it's been so easy for me to be in vibrational alignment because I'm aware of these things. As they come up, I'm aware of these negative thoughts. I'm aware of them.

Not always, but many times I can catch them because of the pattern is just keep going through and I'm like, Oh, yeah, let go. Oh yeah, and that's changes so much. With vibrational alignment, understand that you may have a lot of beliefs that come up, you may have a lot of perspectives that don't serve you, observe them, and then simply let them go. They don't have to control you right now in the present moment and that your vibration is naturally this high vibe. This is who you are.

  1. The power of momentum

The third secret of vibration has to do with understanding the power of momentum. I used to work a sales commission job at Nordstrom's selling woman's shoes that eventually I worked at Barneys New York, also selling woman's shoes and it was like high-end luxury stores, right? Like the shoes there. I worked in salon shoes at Nordstrom's price point. It's like three to 500 and then at Barneys New York has like seven to $800,000 a pair of shoes.

There was a certain vibe there in a certain level of the type of customer as helping A. There's a certain level of is all commission, so I only got paid based on what I sold and I remember that there was a direct correlation. It what made it really cool is this was after I learned, you know, right.

When I learned the Law of Attraction, I was able to go into work every single day and see an intimate correlation between what I think and what I feel to what I've experienced because if I go on a certain day, you have a negative mindset or I'd be attached to the outcome, I'd have a not such a great day and go into another day, be loose, not attached to the outcome.

Having an amazing day. Here's something I learned though in the process there is something called momentum. When it comes to the vibrational alignment, the more momentum we have, the more we unstoppable. We become.

There are times I go to work, I just pick up every customer, which means I helped them and they would buy. I'd help them. They buy, helped invite it, get to a point to where every single person I help with the pyramids by or if they didn't, it would lead to like the next customer buying or like I was in the right place at the right time. It was just kind of.

It was weird the way it works, but it was very powerful. On the other side of that, there'll be times when there'd be the opposite momentum. I'd go in and every single customer would walk me, meaning they didn't buy anything and I would just happen over and over again.

And then what I realized though is a delicate switch is what made the switch from vibrational. What I had to do, and this is what I learned over years of doing this, is what I would do is have to let it be okay that a customer comes in and doesn't buy anything and not be attached to the outcome and help them and have a great attitude even while in helping them.

Because as I started to be okay and just joke around and have a good time, even if they didn't buy, my state of being would go up and as my state of being would go up, I will then start to pick up the customers that did buy. You see it was kind of a funny thing. You have to let the energy drain out. You have to let the momentum go. But the way you do that is by observation, not by resistance.

Because I would get mad, I'd go like to a customer and I'd be helping them. And then once I figured out they were going to buy anything and get kind of like, I wouldn't say anything of course, but I'd get kind of like really short with them. But okay, thanks. Have a great day. You know? And it was because I was being attached to the outcome and I wasn't a trusting the process. Trust the process and know that there's going to be a certain momentum that's going.

But the secret to changing that momentum is observing it, letting it be there and then simply deciding to then choose. And to have a good state of being anyways, remember, the key to vibrational alignment is not to control the outside environment. It's not to even control the television station to key, you know, like the television station, that of what we are experienced in equal to the vibration we're at.

The key to it is knowing that as we increase our state of being all of those things on the outside change anyways, so if you make the primary focus, your state of being and how you feel and you're just there to have a good time, you're there to have fun. You loosen up.

Then things begin to happen in a very powerful way. I'll leave you with one more thing. I was reading this book or I was listening to this summary of this book called the as if principal very similar to the act as if principle and the principle is that if you simply as if you act as if your body and your physiology changes.

Many times, we think that when we're happy, where we will smile, but in actuality, if we smile, we were then happy. The physiology of our body changes how we feel, so for vibrational alignment, what I recommend you do is to simply play a little game with yourself, act as if you're in a peak state, act as if you're in a peak state.

Simply be it and watch how everything begins to align with it. They've done science experience after experience, the experience of testing this where they put electrodes on someone's face and what they did is they had. They had to smile to put these electrodes on. Those people that kept smiling would naturally feel more seller tonin and dopamine and the people that weren't, even though they had no idea going into this study, that that was the focus of the study.

They thought it was just putting electrodes on their body for some other reason, but it's so many different ways. They've proven that physiology changes how we feel and when you change how you feel, you change your vibration. When you change your vibration, which changes the television channel that you're looking at, whatever is equal to.

That is the key. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you the truth on your higher self and understanding this larger aspect of manifestation that hardly people tap into and when you tap into this level, everything changes because you begin to manifest from a higher vibrational state of consciousness. I'm going to give you some tips and tools as to how to find out what that is and what to actually do to be living from that higher-self level of vibration.

In order to do this, I decided I have my handy dandy notebook today, which is this big post-it note like from Blue's Clues if you remember that. Anyways, so the way that I want to explain this as understanding really who we are, once we understand who we are, we then see why sometimes certain things we want to manifest doesn't come into fruition.

Maybe you see, sometimes people are like, oh, they want to manifest something, and the thing is also they're focused on the things they want to get the focused on. Oh, I want this type of car. I want this. I want to win the lottery. There's nothing wrong with this, but the thing is being aware of how that fits into the larger picture of what we agreed to experience in our life.

Because if it's out of alignment with the true desire of our soul, then sometimes those things won't happen or it will happen and in a way different than we expect it to, but that's why as well, it's always more important than the things we want to manifest in the car or whatever it is, is the person we will become is the kind of person we prefer to be.

Because that's at the deeper root than anything else. But let me show you this understanding. I think this will really clear up a lot of the Law of Attraction, confusing in general, and understanding why something's happened the way that they do now. Imagine it like this. We are immortal, spiritual beings live in very temporary human experiences, and when we chose to come and have an earth experience to be here, we agreed to certain things. We agreed we were up here.

We could call this the higher dimensions. We were up here in the higher dimensions, which I always use stick figures. We're just a little bit more holy or a little bit more, a higher vibrational or have a higher vibrational level of consciousness. We're up here and what we're doing is we're looking down here on earth and what we're doing is we're. We're like, okay, I'm going to come here and when we go to Earth, what we do is we know that we're going to forget that this is who we are, that we are immortal, spiritual beings living a temporary human experience.

We're going to forget that and one of the purposes of earth, because earth is in a way like a school, we're going to have the intention of learning and remembering who we are at a greater level, so that's one of the intentions that we have is to remember who we are because we have this veil of forgetfulness. When we go from here to here and what happens is our higher-self call this, the higher self is making choices with other guides, with other aspects of ourselves.

Deciding what do we want to experience so it could be, could call this like a contract, some level. There are certain things that we agreed to and we say, you know what? In life, these are the challenges I'm going to have. These are the things I want to experience. I want to be and have a relationship with this type of person or this person, this soul in general, and what we do is we decide that according to this checklist right here, imagine this is a checklist.

We're going to have a veil of forgetfulness and then we're going to come to earth. Then what happens is we're on earth, we forget who we are, and then we have our ego self. The ego doesn't necessarily remember that at a higher self-point of view, we agreed to many of the things we're going to experience in our life and there's a certain layout for a kind of intentions that we had.

Maybe it was to be a certain type of person. Maybe it was to accomplish something specific and we had the intentions to accomplish these things. However, what sometimes happens is we get lost in the game of life. We get lost for getting that. We are immortal spiritual beings because this version of us is beyond any the vibration we can even imagine.

And here's the cool thing. Every night when we go to bed, we wake up and we're so connected to this version of us, but then we come back and we remember when we wake back up, when we're sleeping and we wake up in the morning, we forget this because this doesn't have any reference experience for who we really are. What I mean by this is we interpret the world with our ego. The only knows and interprets through the five senses so the brain has the brain, but it has the five senses that we interpret reality through.

That's the Avatar and what happens is we can't even imagine what's happening in this higher vibrational state of consciousness, and because of that there is sometimes we don't remember these aspects of ourselves. When we go to bed every single night, we're connected to it, and then when we were before we were born and after we die, this is really who we are.

What we're doing is we're just dreaming that this is who we are on earth. When we go, we go through a veil of forgetfulness. We forget that this is who we are. Nonetheless, we are more of the higher self than anything else because this is a dream of life experience. Earth is a place that we go to. It's like a master class. It's a place where we go to learn a lot of the understandings of how we can stop negative patterns, how we can grow earth is one of the places that's very sought out because we can grow so much in such a short period of time up here, we're up such a high vibration that we don't fit.

We don't feel negative emotion. Maybe you'd say, oh, that's a great thing, and it is, but we learned so much when we have this dense energy here and what we do is we have a body that can buffer that. This is about being aware of these dynamics.

Here's the thing, we have certain intentions that are solely decided to have before we came here. Certain contracts, if you will. These contracts may be flexible. They may be things like, I'm going to have a relationship with this person. They may be things like, I'm going to go through, you know, like I, for example, I went through certain things growing up that were very painful at a certain level. I'm a bit of soul contract because those things got me to a place of pressure that eventually led me to a spiritual awakening.

And that spiritual awakening just means that this is my ego self. And I just remember this. I remember this. I remember the being present to the moment and more of this understanding of the spiritual awareness of being immortal, spiritual beings, having a temporary human experience. That's what they call a spiritual awakening.

The way this relates to manifestation is when we come to earth, there's another aspect of it that we agreed to but we might not even be aware of. Maybe what I'll do is, uh, maybe what I'll do is turn this thing around really quick and I'll show you this different aspect. When we come to Earth, what happens is we have this. Let's say we're on earth.

When we come, we decide that we're going to be part of a collective consciousness. Because we're going to become a part of the collective consciousness when we're born here, there is this matrix around the earth. Let's say that this is the earth right here. This is the earth. There is this grid around the earth. We can call this the.

You can call this avail. We can call this a bubble, whatever you want to call it. Nonetheless, the thoughts that we think, the emotions that we feel are constantly carrying a trail in reality. For example, I could walk over here, I could walk over here. There was an energy pattern that's been instilled into the spaces that I'm at on earth.

These are invisible to the eye, but then still exist. Us having that of our thoughts. We think that our thoughts are something that we have. That's a thought for him. We think that the thoughts that we have are just. They're just. They don't really exist. They're just in the ethers, but they actually have a form. It's just we can't see it. The thing is when we're born into the earth, what happens is these thought forms are everywhere from everyone else.

That's already here, so many times we will pick up the thought forms of other people thinking and saying, oh, these are my own thoughts. When a lot of times are the thoughts of the social conditioning that the thoughts of the collective consciousness, so you may have a lot of groups of people that live in certain countries or whatever it is that I'm thinking of certain things, and then we may say, oh, that's my thought.

For example, we may be really emotionally mad if a certain football team loses, but also there's a lot of other people that are also mad that have a thoughtful and we were at the football team losing, so if our thought links up to that, we ended up feeling into that collective manifestation, that collective feeling. This about being aware of these different energy dynamics. The key is to realize that our natural vibration is very, very high.

When we attach herself to these thought forms around us and we even think our own thoughts when many times they're not, then we end up lowering our light quotient. We end up lowering our vibration. In general, like I was showing in a minute ago, when it comes to that of our vibration, our vibration is naturally very high.

Our vibration is unconditional love and bliss, but we are buffering it in the earth because of these thought forms, because of this social conditioning. Here's the main part of this blog. The key to us accepting this as the first author accept and that we are more than our physical bodies. We are more than the ego and then knowing that there's this higher-self version of us and what we can begin to do is to connect to it. The bridge that connects us to this is our passion.

The translation that is telling us this is who you are. Our higher self is emitting a frequency to us at all times and that frequency is that of unconditional love is a frequency of passion. And when we follow our passion, which we just simply mean in every moment we do the most exciting thing we can do than what we do is we end up bridging this, we end up low raising our vibration, and we are letting go of things that don't serve us.

Those other thought forms may come up, but the thing is if our vibration is high, it doesn't, and those are lower vibrational thought forms. It doesn't even affect us because we have raised our vibration. The key is to actually allow more of this higher self through in a way that we do that is by connecting with our heart.

A way that we do that is not by being not attached to the outcome. The way that we do that is by understanding first and foremost, this is who we are and there are certain things that we've agreed to. There are certain things that we've agreed to in the sense we may say, I want this thing. I want a Lamborghini, I want to win the lottery.

Some of those things may be counterproductive, mean, for example, I used to think, wouldn't it be so cool to win the lottery, but here's the thing. I know that my purpose in life is to speak in front of people. I know my purpose in life is to do what I'm doing right now, but a year or two ago it would've been nice to have $100,000,000 and not have to do anything, and I could say, well, maybe I'd have a $100 million dollar and I would still want to speak.

I would just have more than enough, but honestly, probably not. Probably I would have $100,000,000 and at the version of me that it took. See, the thing is two years ago, the version of me that would have happily taken the $200, million dollars wouldn't have been moved into what I do today. The version of me now would do that because I know that that's my larger purpose.

 That's what I agreed to. However, the person you become in the process of this passion of this bridge is everything because now that I've become the kind of person I am in a way merging these two together, it's an experience that can't be taken away from me and I can always recreate things from this level of awareness.

Begin to connect to your higher-self using the bridge of passion.

The key to this whole blog is understanding that you can begin to connect to your higher-self using this bridge of passion, understanding that this is who you are.

On a scale of vibration. This would be over a thousand. There's a scale of vibration of consciousness. It goes from zero to a thousand and at a thousand that's considered an enlightenment. Joy, peace. The thing is that's who we naturally are. We are a natural high vibration. We've gone through the veil of forgetfulness to be born on earth.

Earth is a game. Earth is a short temporary time. We are only here for maybe 100 years and the key is knowing that this is just a school. This is a school where we go to let go of a lot of stuff that doesn't serve to work through things at a much more accelerated way because in the higher dimensions we have abilities. You can't even imagine.

We're able to do things. We're able to travel at very great distances. We have the technology we couldn't even imagine. We have technology that interfaces with consciousness, so it's not like, oh, we have a little iPhone and we're looking into it.

It goes much further beyond that, but this is who we naturally are. High vibrational beings of love and light. We have simply gone through a veil of forgetfulness to come to earth. The key is connecting with our passion because when we are connected to our passion, passion is our body's translation that is telling us, hey, Aaron, go in this direction. Hey, whatever your name is, go in this direction. This is who you really are.

This will lead you to be in more and more of living your life purpose. If there's anything that we agreed to and we want things we want, the things that we think we will get from things in life, we need to be aware of more. It's about who we become and also align it to the things that happened and knowing that challenges that come up, it's okay to part of the life experience.

It's a part of letting go of what doesn't serve. And as we begin to do that, everything in our life will begin to change. This is about the awareness of your higher self. Instead of making the goal Lamborghini and making the goal, the lottery, make the goal of connecting with your higher self and connecting to passion. Because when you get into this passionate feeling, it is such a high vibration that things will manifest anyways things happen easier than ever.

Because I am connecting to my higher self. I'm not kidding you. I've had more abundance in my life and the last six months than I would have made in 10 years in the last job that I had two years ago. It is a level that is indescribable and I don't say that as I'm on top of that. Imagine tap. I'm perfectly integrated math my yourself and um, uh, you know, that's not what I'm saying.

What I'm saying is I can tell you from experience that connecting this bridge, amazing things begin to happen. I encourage you to tap into this yourself to understand that you are much more powerful than you can imagine. That is a high vibrational state is who you naturally are, that you can remember some of this right now. That's part of the purpose of life.

What I want to be sharing with you the truth on why you being yourself deeper than ever without caring what other people think and you going forward knowing that as you're yourself, you're on the right path. How that influences everything around you and how that will, uh, help you to attract what you want easier than ever.

This is actually an idea. The purple cow is an idea from a book by a guy named Seth Godin. And it has to do with understanding this analogy. If you were driving along the street and on the sides and the valley that you see, maybe you were in a road or on a dirt road or you are going across country, you see an open field.

And in that open field, you see different cows. You see a whole bunch of black and white cows just like you'd normally see. Even if you saw the cows, all different shapes, all different sizes, a family of them. Then you wouldn't think much of it. You would just look at them. You would acknowledge it and you would keep on going with your day.

However, if you saw a purple cow that would shock you or be a pattern interrupt, you'd be like, whoa. Was that a purple cow? And then most likely, if you thought it was a genuine purple cow, you'd go around telling everyone about this purple cow that you saw, but nobody really recognizes all the other ones that look the same. You may notice them, but it's kind of in the blue. It's kind of in the peripheral. You're not really paying attention to it.

You're just driving to where you're going to go, but anytime you see a purple cow that startles you and causes you to pay attention. This is an analogy for understanding why being different is actually the key to success, to being put out there more so that people notice you. If your intention is to have a successful business because if your intention is to do and to be the best at what you do.

That will get you so far. But if you can be different than everyone else, that is much easier to do than to be the best at what you do, but you could also do both. You can be the best at what you do and be different because people remember different. Let me share with you how I've applied this in my own life and why it's allowed me to create my own paradigm.

In general, with the Law of Attraction, we are creating based on the rule sets that we have in our mind. We are creating from a level of what we think is possible for us and when we start to create our own rules. This is where so much beginning to change because when we're in social conditioning, we're doing what everyone else expects us to do. Even if we're trying to be the best at what we do, we're acting within a certain range of rules.

We're acting within a certain self-image. For the way that we see ourselves, but when we start to become the purple cow, we start to become different than everyone else, or are we just are more ourselves and by doing that we're different than other people. We start to create from a totally different paradigm that is not limited by the belief systems of society, of the social conditioning of society.

This is about being more aware of how we can take our power back and be ourselves. Now, this is a funny thing with me and my YouTube channel. For the longest time, I was afraid of getting outside of my little bubble by little bubble. I mean the way I saw myself. I started making YouTube videos and of course, my catchphrases expand their consciousness.

That's my catchphrase. That's what the intention of my channel is to help people expand their awareness. However, I kind of started to fit myself into a metaphorical type box because I was making videos on the Law of Attraction back maybe a year or two ago. I only had like two, one or 2000 subscribers and I started to make videos on the Law of Attraction because it's passionate about speaking about it and then people kept asking, well, what about this with the Law of Attraction?

What about this? We love your videos of the Law of Attraction. Please make more. Of course, I listened. I was like, okay, if this is adding value, then I'll. I'll do more videos on the Law of Attraction and I started to kind of fit into this niche of the Law of Attraction and I started to become known as the Law of Attraction guy on YouTube and I'd get a lot of it. I don't remember.

I went to a, a talk that I gave in LA and it was just very apparent that I was. People considered me an expert in the Law of Attraction because I made so many videos on it. However, I was intending and like trying to be in that knee or trying to almost as putting myself in a box and I felt limited. I felt like, “Yo, I want to be more than just that.”

I don't want to put myself into this box of making Law of Attraction videos. I want to make all different types of videos and that's when I started to step outside of my little bubble, my little box of the way I saw myself. I said you know what, I'm just going to be myself. I remember there was one video that I did and I did it in Sedona, and it was a video that I made on five things to give up to raise your vibration by things that you must give up, and I was a little bit nervous about putting that video out because that video was a little bit outside of my comfort zone of what I've talked about before.

I thought what will people think, well, they like it. I was talking about a book called power vs force, different levels of consciousness.

I was like, is this too out there? And I put that video out there and it started to go viral within like two or three weeks. It was getting hundreds of thousands of views and it was something. Anytime that happens to me, that's a sign anytime, like I'm afraid to put out a video, but I move forward instead and I put it out there.

It's a sign if it starts to do really well because I'm like, okay, I need to just go forth in my, in my message and not worry about what other people will think, but then what did that video also do? It set me apart from a lot of the other people that make Law of Attraction videos because it's more of a. It might be my unique perspective, but it's different. It stands out a little bit more now. In other videos that I did that actually is my top viewed video on my channel and now has almost one point $6 million.

The other day I was on my computer and I was doing something and I saw that had one point 6 million views. I was like, whoa. I didn't realize I had that many and that video are one of the most esoteric videos I've made. It was on understanding who we are at a greater sense in three things we forgot before we were born, of three things we agreed to before we were born and it's a very esoteric video, but it was something I was passionate about talking about and because of that I may have been scared.

I moved forward, made that video, and now it's one of my top viewed videos is brought so many people to the channel and it continues to this day. The reason I'm telling you this is not to brag or say look at all these views. I'm saying this because the more you step outside of the little bubble you might put yourself in, the more you're going to get rewarded.

Especially when it's something you're passionate about and it's just a part of who you are. Like for me to make those videos that are more esoteric, it was very natural because they're just things I already liked talking about. I think people felt that even if they're like, you know, this is kind of different than what I'm normally used to hearing. If that.

Even if they never heard me before, they're at least respecting that it's something that they can tell I'm passionate about and maybe they feel that off of the video that I do. The point behind this is being different is what allows you to create your own rules and puts you different than everyone else, so it makes you stand out so it actually ends up helping you. With the Law of Attraction, to give it like there's a lot of people that want to have successful businesses will.

In order to have a successful business, many times you have to be a known business or you have to somehow get out there. You have to somehow market yourself. There are many different ways to go about this, but be more yourself. I'm not saying that you have to try to be someone else because you don't think that you're cool enough already. You are already cool enough. You are already unique.

You are already a purple cow if you allow yourself to be. If you just in a way you don't care what other people think because you know this is who you are. The more I have become what is called this purple cow, the more I have embraced who I am, the more that ends up helping me because it makes me stand out from all the other people and that's what I want.

Sometimes being a purple cow, it's polarizing. Some people might see it. There are people that look at some of my videos, and they go, whoa. Like they. They think it's just too different for them or they think it's just too much energy. I get told that sometimes I just have too much energy now. I'm not going to tone myself down for the percentage of people that don't like how much energy I have, but being and maybe having that much energy or being perceived as that maybe that's not a bad thing. Even if it's polarizing, normally people still talk about it. Normally. It's still does marketing for you. If you think about it that way, and the reason I talk about this with the Law of Attraction is that being successful requires us to put ourselves out there to get outside of our comfort zone, to not care what other people think.

Whatever you focus on, you feel. If you focus on the percentage of people that don't like what you do, then you will feel that and that will be something that you start to emanate off of and then maybe even more people feel that off of you. It's kind of like a recycled type thing. The other part of this I want to talk about is the social conditioning part of it.

I’m going to bridge this with an understanding of the process that I've shared many times before called Reality Transurfing. If it is about understanding that there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist that we don't have to create our own reality because it already exists. There's an infinite number of parallel realities that do exist. We simply have to choose it by embodying the frequency of what we want right now in the present moment.

Reality Transurfing is a book that was written by a Russian quantum physicist named the Vadim Zeland. It's a book that will show you how to transfer through the alternative space, which means to shift to the parallel. Reality is knowing that already exists and part of the teaching of that, a Reality Transurfing of the book is understanding something called Pendulum. A pendulum is a metaphor, but it's an idea. That's the thoughts we have are not just these invisible thoughts.

They might be invisible, which means that our eyes don't see it, but it doesn't mean they don't exist. In the same way that we think thoughts, think about it, we're thinking thoughts right now. We have an electromagnetic energy around our body. The thoughts we're thinking are going around us. They're not just inside of our mind, inside of our head. They're going around us and they're in our energy field and we go out into the world.

We're projecting out this energy and people are linking up and opportunities are linking up to this vibration now in the same way that we are choosing our own reality. I was going to say creating, but just because that's how everyone understands it but choosing our own reality collectively. We also choose our reality together, which means based on the momentum we all have going, these thoughts link up and create a momentum.

There are pendulums, these pendulums, our thought structures around anything we could possibly think of. There are pendulums around being American. There are pendulums around any sports team you like. There's a pendulum around any political office. In any political party, there's a pendulum or on the president. There's a pendulum around absolutely everything. The thing is whether you agree with it or disagree with it. If you have an opinion in emotional charge one way or the other, you feed it.

This is why somebody like the president might, because even though there was a lot of people that very strongly disagreed with him, it's still fed that pendulum and whether you feed, whether you like it or don't like it, whatever side you're on, your feet in it, whoever gets more attention always wins the presidency. Whether it's good or bad, that's how it works because the attention feeds this pendulum, this thought structured. In the same way, there are pendulums. If you buy into will control your life. Many times, we think we think I'm having my own thoughts when really, we're having the thoughts of these pendulums. For example, you may be on the freeway on a major freeway turning. Somebody cuts you off. You could say, oh, I'm mad. That person cut me off. You may feel emotionally charged. It may not just be your own thoughts that say, I am mad.

It maybe you linking up to the thought form of many other people that have been on that street that had been made, that you are linking up to that emotion, that same thought, and because of that, you feel the negative emotion even more so. That is the pendulum and it's not just you that is the pendulum and is also influencing your energy field.

There are pendulums around many different things. For example, you've got to go to school, get a four-year degree, worked somewhere for 30 years, then retire to have a good life. That's a pendulum. Many people buy into that pendulum, ended up working jobs they hate because they bought into it. You can only do certain things or any type of belief system in general that many people have is a pendulum. When you become the purple cow, you become different.

You start to create your own pendulum. You start to detach from pendulums around you. You start to become yourself. You become more of an empty vessel where these pendulums don't have power over you. You may have heard of successful people before that was told no a thousand times, but they still became successful.

They didn't adhere to the pendulum that they couldn't do it. They didn't adhere to the pension that everyone else put them in that little box. Somebody like Steve Jobs has mentioned that kind of quote before, where you Steve Jobs. Who else? Um, the Kentucky Fried Chicken Guy, for example, was told no a thousand times before he actually had his idea and he was like 70 years old or whatever before he actually was able to move forward and be successful. He didn't adhere to another people's pendulum.

This is about understanding, creating our own rule set because when we create our own rule set, we create our own gravity. That's how I am operating. If people tell me something that they don't think is possible, why do you say that? Is that really something you don't believe it's possible? Or is that something your friends or family in the past has told you? Is that something maybe a skewed sample, one belief or one thing in the past showed you that and that's why you believe it.

 You see, we need to become aware of the beliefs we have and become aware of these pendulums, become aware of the social conditioning that we have and understand that as we like to have that social conditioning.

Being different is something that should be embraced because it makes you different and it puts you in front of other people.

We start to take our power back. Being different is a good thing and being different is something that should be embraced because it makes you different and it puts you in front of so many more people.

That is why I am moving forward on my channel was sometimes sharing in the more esoteric stuff I've talked before on my channel about how it's highly probable sciences have shown about reality being a simulation, and I talk about how that correlates with spirituality.

How that doesn't have to be some technological, you know, something where we think we live in a computer. We could think about it in a more empowering way and understanding that we are so much more than this ego avatar structure, but see that's a different idea as some people. That's polarizing. Some people will watch that and go, Ooh, that's too different for me.

I believe that this is my belief system that doesn't fall within my belief system, but guess what? Whether you agree with it or not, it still stands out more so than me just talking about, hey, with the Law of Attraction, he got up, let go. You have to desire it. You got to do this with the Law of Attraction. All these. You got to do it all with the Law of Attraction, but when I talk about these esoteric ideas, they pop out a little bit more and it's something I'm genuinely excited to talk about.

I love talking about higher dimensional aspects of consciousness, understanding who we are. I love talking about that stuff. It's not hard for me. It doesn't feel fake at all and I think even when people listen to it, even if they don't agree with it, they're like, oh, I respect that. That's what he likes to talk about. I respect that, these passionate about it, and that's the only thing that's really important is are you doing what you are passionate about?

Are you being yourself because by being yourself you set yourself apart from everyone else, especially when you don't care what other people think? This is what I encourage you to do is to be the purple cow. Don't be afraid of what people think. You may be a little bit more polarizing. That's okay. As a part of the process, not everyone's going to get you.

There are people that don't get me. I was watching a video on YouTube. There's this new software inside of YouTube now where I can see when other people post my videos and there was sometimes people will be commenting on my videos. They're like, it's like a pod hour and a half podcasts these three dudes are talking about.

A couple of my videos I found was interesting and they said it's some pretty nice things, but every now and then so one of the guys would talk about how I'm just too much for him and normally I could look at them like, oh, too much for him. Like I got to appease that one person out of hundreds and hundreds of thousands that watched my videos. Do you see what I mean? Don't focus on the one or two or the small percentage that isn't going to get it focused on the people that do get it.

Focus on the impact you can have on other people. Focus on how you being yourself, even if people don't agree with it, will encourage them to be themselves so you see this isn't about trying to be something you're not. It's about being who you really are. It's about not caring because you understand that if you aren't yourself, you're doing people a disservice because you're cheating them out from knowing who you really are and how special you really are.

Don't cheat people out. Be Yourself because people deserve to get to know the real you. By being the purple cow, you start to set your own rule set. You start to create from your own paradigm. You weren't a victim of social conditioning and by doing that you create what you want in your life.

 With that and other parts of this, if you want to learn how to become the best vibrational aspect of you that lives this purple cow lifestyle, a lot of that has to do the purple cow lifestyle. That's a funny little label, but what you can do is you can raise your vibration by doing that. That will help you to do this fearlessly.

#11: 3 Secrets of Intention No One Tells You (except for me)

Welcome back to another episode. My name is Aaron Doughty and were added again with another episode because I said I would do more than one a week. I'm up to bump it up to three a week. I'm thinking of doing Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays because it's like every other day kind of gives it, you know, I'll give you a data rest so you can listen to a podcast.

I'll give you one day to rest and then it's like to get right back on it and then. But, on the weekend I'll give you ends off though. How about that? I'm very compassionate like that because I've expanded my awareness to a point to where I can be passionate like that. Today’s episode is going to be on the three secrets of intention that no one tells you, no one except for me because I got your back. But really other people might tell you this too, and these aren't necessarily secrets that no one knows, but the title just sounded so good. I was like, I wrote it down and I was like, okay, that just sounds really good.

I think I'm going to go ahead and do that. What I'm going to be sharing you as a couple, a couple of ideas that I haven't really explained too much before, but really just understanding a larger scope of consciousness of a probability for maybe how things work in the world. And I want to explain also an understanding of, you know, I've been.

I've been making YouTube videos on the Law of Attraction for about two years now, consistently every single day for about a year and a half every single day. And from that there's a certain mentality that I've had that I kind of look at now and in a way, I look at it and I'm like, okay, I think that my perspective has kind of evolved past that point now that I'm better than it before.

But like there's a message that I think is kind of getting a little bit, a little bit strewed out of control a little bit and I notice it and almost the whole entire Law of Attraction community, and this isn't a bad thing. I'm not calling anyone out or anything like that.

But just in general, there's this, there's this almost presumption, there's this kind of like a premise that the best way to manifest something or to create something. It's from what we want. I've heard it being probably talk about desire before, but that's not what I'm actually talking about right now.

What I'm talking about is what we do is we create from the ego's perspective, we create from what do we want. But when we think of the way we think of the, the ego, we, we think of these stimulation we can get from what we want to manifest. And I'm not saying there's anything wrong with this. And the thing is though, is when we say that we want the car, we want the house, we want the relationship.

Although those things are great. However, when we make those, the primary focus, a lot of times we create resistance and what I found to be more powerful is to go straight for the thread that connects us to the higher-level aspect of our self. What do I mean by that? Whether there's this ego self and there's this larger aspect of us and this larger aspect of us is always giving us a signal of whether we are in alignment with it or not.

The signal that we get from our higher self, we call it our higher self, is the thread that connects us to who we really are. This isn't about like sometimes you hear in the Law of Attraction communities like fake it till you make it. And I used to say that, but I used to say it more like fake it till you become it. Because a lot of who we think we are is just conditioned thought patterns, you know, it's like, oh, this happened when we were young. We always thought we were worthy of this. And that ended up becoming our experience. Like there was a lot of benefit in that.

But what I'm realizing is it's not necessarily like faking anything, it's just about being and the way you be who you are is by this threat of passion, by doing what you're passionate about, knowing that when you're in this vibration of passion, the vibration of you being in your passion is a higher level of consciousness.

It's a higher state, it's a higher vibration, and all of those other things manifest anyways. It's almost like you would think it almost looks like at a certain level I say, and I show how we can manifest what we want from the ego's perspective.

1. Raise your vibration

But that's actually not the best way to do it. The best way to do it is to raise the vibration first and foremost. Because when you raise your vibration, all of those stings come anyways. But those things have itself are side effects. For example, the house I live in, the car that I have, all of those things. And when I say those things, I'm not trying to brag.

I saw a comment on YouTube yesterday and I kind of made me think like, oh, you have all this money now and all of this stuff and you like as if I sold out or something like that, and it's uh, you know, every now and then there'll be comments like that no matter what.

But the reason I share it is because I'm not saying to go for the house and the car, I'm saying to go for what you're passionate about me and what I've experienced as a complete side effect. All of the house, the car, all these things are a side effect of me doing what I love. But I've, I've even said before that they're not that you think they'd be fulfilling and maybe you've experienced success. I'm, I'm just saying in general.

But as I become more successful, I've realized that it really is true what they say. Like I remember hearing Jim Carrey say something like, Oh, you know, I wish everyone could become very rich famous because they'll realize that it isn't what you think. It's not the, it's not like the key to happiness. Not that I'm saying that I'm famous or anything, but I. What I'm saying is I've.

I've gone from a level of not having that much of abundance to having a lot of abundance and in, in relative, especially to what I had and when I look at it, it's and when I am in it, it's like it's not much different, but what is different is I can now just go from my passion as much as I want because I love what I do, but the thing is most people are focused on the perspective of the little us, the little, the ego us versus the higher self us.

The key in what I'm saying with this video is the thing a lot of people don't tell you is that if you go for the passion, if you go for the higher aspect of you, if you go for those desires which are also connected to your heart, all those edited things come anyways, so it's like, why not go straight for that anyways?

Because then you're also going to feel very fulfilled in the process. You're going to feel fulfilled because you're connected to your heart. The electromagnetic energy of the heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head and when we are connected to this thread of consciousness to this threat of passion, we find that things happen even easier for us.

It's almost like I use this analogy the other day, but it's almost like you're going to a doctor, the doctor gives you some pharmaceutical pills and you get these pills and you have to go back a month later and get new pills because you need to treat the side effects of those. The pills only treat the symptoms instead of going for the symptoms.

Like if we're like, okay, I want the money, I want the car, I want the relationship. That's a side effect. We're going for the side effect and said, go for the core. The core is for us to be who we are by following our passion is who we are naturally.

Okay, so I wanted to explain that because now what I want to talk about is this kind of new perspective is that we want our intentions to emanate from the being level now from the thinking level and not from the doing level and in the past. A lot of what I have been focused on is the doing and the thinking, but what I'm finding is the being level is the most important and the bean is us happening naturally when we are in the vibration of what we are passionate about.

It's when we get to the values of what we love doing in our life, like what, what makes us who we are, what do we value in our life? You know, one of my main values, things I love to do is I love to add value to other people. That's just, I, I view it as a larger consciousness system. I believe that we're all connected and that you are literally another aspect of me.

We think of ourselves as separate, we look at our fingers on our hands and it's like we're different fingers and what we do is we look at, or like one my index finger is me and maybe the thumb is addicted to someone else and the ring fingers, maybe you or something like that. And what we do is we assume, oh, we're all separate. We're all having our own individual experience, but in actuality we're all connected to the same palm and because of that we're all connected.

Whatever I do, like if I were to hurt another finger, I'd be hurting myself. But from the perspective of the fingers, I go, yeah, hurt their little finger. You see, but a larger perspective, a larger consciousness point of view is that we're all connected. That's one of the powers. That's one of the things that I've realized is so powerful is when we get to the core of who we are and we start to start to live from that passion.

Things happen easier than ever. That was something I wanted to share with you before I even get into the three secrets that no one tells you. Love. Intention is just understanding. It can be as simple as following your passion. As cliché as it sounds. Follow your passion. Follow your heart.

It is so true because when you do that, you're in a higher vibrational state. When you're in a higher vibrational state, things manifest easier than ever because you've elevated your emotion. When you elevate your emotion, things happen powerfully. The first one I want to share with you actually is the secret of intentions elevating your emotion prior to having the intention.

You maybe listen to this whole thing, like what exactly is intention? I remember I was on a podcast, uh, her name is, uh, just lively. She's, she's really cool. She has a podcast, uh, and I was on hers and I remember I was talking about the difference between she gave out. She asked me, she said, what is the difference between intention and desire? And it took me like, I know the difference between intention desire, but to put it into words, it's kind of difficult for me.

I remember kind of like; how do I word this? You know? And I remember after the interview, uh, I've been on her interview, her podcast twice now. I remember after the interview I looked at it again and I thought I was like, okay, this is the difference. I kind of got it all figured out, right? A desire is something that we have that we don't currently feel like we have, but it kind of moves us in a certain direction.

But the difference between desire and intention, his intention is a declaration that what we want comes into fruition. It's a declaration, desire just, Oh, I want this, but it's not really moving the energy in any way. Sometimes that may be calling forth the energy, but in the intention is the declaration. It's the pinpoint. It's pinpointing the energy on a certain outcome of what we call the future.

But we also view it in the present moment right now. That's what intention. His intention is a declaration of what we quote unquote want, but that want itself is the desire and a lot of times the want is emphasizing that we don't already have that which we want. Sometimes we end up creating resistance with that.

Knowing that that's a declaration, when we add that declaration with the first aspect, the first secret I'm sharing with you, which is elevated emotion, everything because it changed because we begin to raise our vibration. We begin to raise our vibrational set point. I remember for me, for example, I used to have intentions. I've always known that I wanted to be wealthy in my life and but remember that's a side effect, right?

But I remember since I was like 18, 19 years old, I was like, man, I want to be a business owner one day. Don't want people telling me what to do. Um, I want. I always knew that by 30 years old I wanted to be a millionaire. That was just kind of like a perspective that I had and that was what I was focused on. I remember years ago I was focused on trying to make money in certain ways.

Maybe they're not necessarily shortcuts, but I remember one of them was like kindle publishing for example, right? I got a kindle publishing course from this like entrepreneurial guy that I follow and I was learning how to, how to do that. There's nothing wrong with that. I'm sure people do it, but I wasn't passionate about it, but I knew I wanted to do it because I wanted to make money doing it, right? I wanted to get out of my nine to five job because at the time I worked at Nordstrom's.

When I was learning kindle publishing, I worked at Barneys New York and I was learning it working and I was like on my off time I was trying to figure that out, but as I was trying to figure it out, I just. I kept filling resistance. It was, I wasn't actually passionate about it. It was hard for me to focus on like learning it, all those things. It was like, it's kind of difficult for me to understand, not even understand because now it'd be a lot easier for me to understand because I'm in business now.

And I understand business at it at a deeper level, but, but what makes things easy is when you're doing what you're passionate about. I would do things like that. I remember one time I wanted to flip, I bought like a, about like a pair of these Nike's or something cheaper and I wanted to uh, to flip them online and I went to flip them on EBay and I ended up getting kind of scammed into one of those like people from like Malaysia or something like that, I want you to ship it and you ship it and they send like a fake PayPal notification that, that they paid you or something like that.

Like that didn't work out either. A couple of things that didn't work out. Then I kept getting signs. It's like, okay, this isn't the way to do it. And maybe those were like ways I was thinking was like, get me out. I was trying to escape from the job that I had because the present moment wasn't good enough. I didn't want to be there, you know, but I wasn't going straight to the core. I was going straight to the side effect. I was going straight to the car. The thing that I wanted, I was just focused on that, but what it changed was when I started to go deeper within myself to say what do I really love doing? And then I started focusing on my past. I started realizing that in the past I did forensics debate in high school. I loved public speaking.

I love debate. I love talking. I felt like I remember when I was doing debate in high school I was doing, I was speaking at a conference and I, the only reason I got into debate in high school was because I thought it could push me through my fear of public speaking because in in ninth grade, which was my first year, freshman year I do this event.

I do this a project with like four other people for an English class and I get in front of class and I just completely blanked, couldn't remember it. I was going to say, and in that moment that I blanked, um, it was very embarrassing because there's a silence and I didn't know what to do and uh, I don't remember how that ended up, but I definitely remember that experience. I was like, you know what, next, the next year I'm going to do forensics debate to push through that fear.

I do forensics debate and I'm like the third or fourth tournament I started speaking in a certain way that was more cosmetic. It started to flow through. And from that moment on I started winning. I started doing well and I loved it. I loved the feeling. I loved how passionate I was about speaking. A couple of years ago, you know, I was like, okay, well I've always known I wanted to be a public speaker, but I was like, okay, well what do I really want to do with public speaking? Like what? How can I add value to other people or you know?

Then at the moment I was going through a spiritual awakening now starting to see life in a completely different way and I realized that then I had this kind of perspective that a lot of people didn't like. I realize we're in a lot of people around me that understood it. I started sharing the ideas and that's when I started the YouTube channel. But nonetheless, the more I did what I was passionate about, the more I connected to my heart center was the more things started to happen for me in a powerful way.

It's almost like the heart connection of my passion is also connected to that of what I set to experience in my life. Because remember, like I was saying, there's this, there's this perspective of us that is this ego perspective that just wants all the side effects that wants everything. And then there's the, which isn't bad, but the key is to connect it to the heart, which is the higher self.

This thread is what we are meant to accomplish in our life and the universe will work with us when we are connected to this higher self, so the key is if you don't know what that is, that's fine, but set the intention to find out what that is.

When you're connected to your higher-self, you'll find that things just happen so much easier for you.

Set the intention to connect with your higher self because when you're connected to your higher self, you'll find that things just happen so much easier for you anyways, so that's what I found to be a complete game changer is when I went for the things that I'm passionate about.

First, I feel more fulfilling and things just happen easier because my vibration is higher. I'm creating from a higher level of consciousness, a higher level of vibration. That's the first secret of intention is elevate your emotion prior and go straight to the passion. Go to the passion.

I'm telling you, you call for the passion, go for the passion first, and then everything else falls into line after that. All the side effects, all those things you thought you wanted, like think about it. You go straight for the relationship now, but you're not doing what you're passionate about.

You're of a certain vibration. You may not be as compatible as being in alignment with you doing what you love, which means that the person you become into a relationship with is probably going to be somebody that's also not aligned with what they love to do it. Someone that also may not feel like they're whole and complete, but if you feel whole and complete, now, if you go straight for what you're passionate about, you love what you're doing.

Everything else as a side effect of that. That's what I found is just such a game changer because then your vibration changes and when your vibration changes, you always get in life. That is which is equal to your vibration. That's what I found is powerful.

2. Understanding probabilities in life

The second thing I want to share with you is understanding probabilities in life. It is not that we attract, you know, the, the old school way of thinking about it is like we attract things into our life from outside of our life, but everything exists here in now.

What quantum physics shows us is that everything exists now. The key to what we experience is not us attracting that from over there to India here because when we say that, we're also emphasized in the lack. We're saying that's over there in the bar. We say that's over there. The more that that is over there, the key is understanding probabilities.

Everything is about probabilities. Nothing is ever is it the question of is this possible? Anything is possible. The question is, is it probable? The way that we increased probabilities is by setting intentions. I intend dot, dot, dot. The thing is we are all habitualized into the same thoughts. We think every day. We think on average, 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day. Of those 95 percent of them are recycled from the day before.

What this means is that we're constantly creating over and over and over again the same things because we get up on the same side of the bed, go brush our teeth, we brush our teeth. Then we'd go do this. Then we'd go do that. We do everything in the same way. We're probably thinking similar thoughts. We go to work. We talked to the same person that we talked to the day before.

We probably have a similar conversation and all of these things trigger the same emotions. The emotions triggered the same intentions for us to act in a certain way and all of these things begin to create the same reality over and over and over again. When we look at probability, we can see that order for us to create a new probability. What we may have to do is we have to get outside of our comfort zone.

We have to do something we haven't done before. We may have to think and set the intention for us to stretch. Think of this as stretching outside of what we've done. The more that we stretch, the more that we get outside of that bubble that we've created, that reality bubble of the 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day that are all recycled, 95 percent of them.

The key is to stretch out a little bit and get out your comfort zone a tad. Maybe go to that class you've been thinking about going to maybe uh, you know, the other day I went to this place down the street is an infrared sauna place. Just random, right.

But I just, I went there and I found out I love infrared saunas. They're not as hot. I go to the Sauna at the gym, at the gym. I go to a and it's like 180 degrees in there, but this sauna is 160 degrees, but it's infrared, which means infrared is like different way that it heats up. The body heals the body from the inside out.

I done cryotherapy, do a lot of stuff with my body because I idea I work out a lot and stuff, so I find that I enjoy doing that. But other than that, it's like I'm getting ready to do more public speaking. It's going to be new for me to do public speaking every week, but I know it's going to be the next level because in the uncertainty is where we increase probabilities.

Think about it like this. We're thinking consistent thoughts every day. We can't create anything new. We have to do something new to then bring through a new set of probabilities because the autopilot mind wants. Imagine them autopilot mind just wants to kick back on, wants to make things easy, so if we create from the old paradigm.

If we create from the old level of thinking than we create from the level of the autopilot mind, which means we're always going to get what we've always gotten before, but the key is when we start to do the new things, we get into uncertainty.

There’s a certain level of certainty to a certain level of uncertainty and in that uncertainty, there's more magic that can happen because it has less set from the set of what we've done before. This is a lot of times when you see people with beginner's luck, you've seen people with beginner’s luck.

They do something for the first time and they do really well at it or like something amazing happens, well because they didn't have as much expectation and they had an open level of probability. Their mind is more open, their heart was more open, so get and do something new. Magic starts when you do new things and when you put yourself more into that arena and to doing is stretching out a little bit more than you've done before, and as you do that, you'll find that things happen even easier because you give it a probability to happen.

It's all about probabilities. You increased probabilities. When you try new things, you increased probabilities when you set the intention, and remember when you couple that with your motion to amazing things happen.

3. Meditation

The third thing I want to share with you is meditation. Why meditation? Well, the thing is most people's thoughts are scattered around everywhere and mine are too. Sometimes you know, did this, I'm doing this, I'm doing this. I get in the head and one right in the head. We don't create from a powerful place. Remember, we have to get to our hearts, but the thing is our thoughts and our focus is so powerful.

Our focus is so powerful. The more we focus on stuff, the more that we experienced that stuff, so the key is that many of us have our thoughts scattered. We're like, well, we don't even know what we want and other part of intention, little Freebie here is having a vision for what you want to experience, but don't have a vision like just the house and the car.

Have a vision for the kind of person you will become so that it emanates from the bean level. What'd you can then do is set that intention and to have it to where when you meditate, you focus on observing your thoughts and would that will help you to do is that will help you to observe all the thoughts that don't actually serve you.

Maybe the thoughts of the autopilot mind and the more you become aware of the autopilot mind is, the more you become aware that you can let it go. Of the things that no longer serve, you can let go of the identification with the thoughts, the identification with the mind, and you could be. It's about being more than anything else, but the reason meditation is so powerful is because it acts as a mechanism to clean the slate of all this scattered thought, all this scattered intention.

Meditation is where there is so much powerful power and all you had to meditate. What I do every morning, I go into my meditation room. I have a little meditation room and all I do in this room is I meditate. I don't really do anything else. It's a meditation room and the reason I do that is because when I go into that area, it primes me as well to get into a certain state to use the power of priming.

What we do or what I do is I sit down and I started a candle flame. The reason that candle flame is because when my eyes are focused on one spot, the eyes aren't wandering around. When they eyes wander, the mind wanders. But if I keep the eyes on one spot, I find it's easier than what I do is I observe the thoughts that come into my mind. And here's the secret, here's the key. Here's the thing, there's so many people miss. I allow the thoughts to be there.

I allow them to be there. I observed them from a neutral place. It's okay that they're. Most people resist the thoughts. I think all of those thoughts aren't supposed to be there and because the thoughts aren't supposed to be there, what happens is they create resistance and that resistance causes more thoughts that are equal to that vibration.

The key is to let go and to allow those thoughts to be there. I allow the thoughts come up. I don't like I allowed them to be there. I observed them from a neutral place. But the paradox is that when you allow them to be there, they naturally start to go away anyways. What happens is then they go away and then they keep going away. More and more. I observed them, I let them be there and then they go away.

I let them be there, then they go away, and then what I do is I set intentions for my day, the intentions I set for my day and normally to create an amazing video to add as much value as I can to the people that I that are that I'm done, I'm with Adam adds value to the people that are consuming my videos, my content, and I have some other intentions with the gym and whatnot.

Those are the intentions. I set those intentions and increase the probability of those happening, but then I elevate it with emotion and I do a part where I connect to my heart. I just put the attention, the awareness in my heart. Maybe you've seen my meditations before it almost every single one I have is connect to the heart center because when we're connected to the heart center, we increase our vibration and the electromagnetic energy of the heart, like I've said before, is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head.

That's what I do for meditation. Think of it more as a way to wipe the slate clean of the scattered vibrational thoughts, and it allows you to pinpoint in the new raise your vibration towards the intention that you have. All of these three things, the three secrets of intention that no one tells you but me because I love you.

These are and include the elevated emotion, being connected to your passion. Expand out that of your perspective from the ego self to that have the higher self. Follow your passion, set the intention to find out what you're passionate about. Do that more and more than what you can begin to do is to see everything as probabilities. It's never a question is, is this possible?

It's always is this probable and the way you make things profitable is by getting outside of the autopilot mind and by choosing to do something new, stretch outside because in that uncertainty is where amazing things can begin to happen and also in the uncertainty to you elevate your emotion naturally because you'll be excited to do something you haven't done before.

And then thirdly, meditation helps you to get rid of the scattered thoughts so that the intention is you do have, are more powerful. Observe those thoughts, allow them to be there and everything will begin to align for you. These are all ways you can transform your life and a very powerful way. What I'm going to be sharing with you that new perspective that I had been coming to understand when it comes to consciousness when it comes to manifestation in general. First off, let me say that this is the new type of style I've been doing. What I do is 5, 10, 12 minutes of the information section of the blog, and then what we do is in the last part is we wire it in with the meditation so that we can make learning more of a dynamic experience.

It's something we can really absorb at an energetic level rather than it just being all inside of the head. This is the new style of been doing. Let me know what you guys think of this style. It's something I've been doing for a couple of weeks now and I've had a great response from you guys, but I just want to make sure that this is the style that I should keep going in. With that, what I'm going to be doing is sharing with you this new idea of probable realities.

This is an interesting idea because normally I've explained many times before on that of parallel realities, the understanding that there are an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and that we're constantly shifting through different parallel realities that what we think of as time is actually the movement through different parallel realities, but we have memory. We have a way of stringing all of these together with our brain to say, oh, this is now.

This is the past, this is the present, this is the future. But they all exist right now in the present moment, we're simply shifting our focus to different parallel realities. Of course, there's an infinite number of parallel realities, and this is also what quantum physics is showing us, and there's a different aspect of that.

I want to talk about today and it's this interesting aspect I've been studying when it comes to an understanding what some people call a big toe. TOE stands for theory of everything, so a theory of everything and what they found out is that a lot of times the scientists have come up with what's called a little toe, a little theory of everything.

A theory of everything is a little toe version of that would be it explains a certain part of life. It might explain the reality within we live in, but it doesn't explain anything beyond that. It might explain a certain facet of why we experience things in life, but nothing beyond that. A big theory of everything. What has something that's all inclusive of all of this?

This might sound a little bit different. Maybe you haven't heard this before, but there are very credible scientists that believe that we live in a virtual reality. This is actually very empowering. This might seem kind of scary, like what do you mean a virtual? Well, think about it. They have the technology and they will especially have even more technology the next five or 10 years where you put it on and you don't know the difference between what you have on the helmet you're wearing.

You don't know the difference between that reality and the reality that you're in now. They will eventually have that capability. Maybe even eventually. It's something that goes beyond that of just some like helmet we put on. It could be some level of consciousness thing where it's like a simulation, but in actuality think about it.

What do our senses do? Our senses interpret information. Everything in our lives is consciousness and consciousness is different. Data streams of interpretation did it. Different data streams of information, so what we can see is that our senses, what we can hear, see, touch. All of these things are interpretations of vibration. What if we exist as a mortal spiritual being? Still consciousness. Sometimes when we think of virtual reality, we think of just technology, but nonetheless, it's like a metaphor and that metaphor is that when you are playing a game, for example, you can get very involved in a playing a game.

Maybe it's playing some video game like Sims, right? You're playing Sims, you have an Avatar and you're going around and you're playing your game. Sometimes what happens is we become identified with that Avatar and we think that that is who we are now in a similar way. What I believe happens now, this is kind of like a more general idea, but I believe that we are immortal, spiritual beings living a temporary human experience.

We have logged into this game of life that when we log into the game of life, we have these sensors, these sensors we can interpret information through and we can use these. There are ways of enhancing our perception. There are ways of enhancing and having abilities, like being able to, you know, senses beyond that. They call that the sixth sense. Being able to see beyond that of just what we can, you know, some people can see auras for example, which are just different data streams.

That's all they are. Some people are trained to see it, some people can naturally see it and I think that at a fundamental level when we're born, we actually all have the ability. We just tone it out as we get older based on our own belief systems, but nonetheless that within the reality that we live in, we've logged in for a period of time. We have forgotten who we are at a greater level. We've forgotten that we are playing in a way a metaphorical game.

The purpose of this game is to integrate. The purpose of this game is to first off, remember that you're playing a game. We call that spiritual awakening and from then to be able to influence the game and the reality direction that you want. The way we influenced the game is through that have intention. When we set intentions, we increase the probability of something else happening.

We in a way, take think about it as what we experienced in this game is dependent upon the choices that we make and the energy state that we exist in. When we are modifying these things, we then are modifying the future. Probabilities were making certain things more probable. Anything is possible. The question is not, is this possible?

It's not possible. It's probable and the way that we create an increase in probability is through our intent. It's through our emotion. It's these two things combined, intent, emotion, so in a way, we are living in what we could metaphorically be called virtual reality. We've forgotten that we've logged in as science is actually starting to show that this is much more probable. This is much more likely than a lot of the other theories of everything. If you look at a recent talk with Elon Musk, he says it's very highly probable that we live in a simulation.

This can be scary because we think simulation, we think, oh, this is the. This is technology. This is like we're living in a computer. It's more so about understanding that we are conscious and that if we are aware of this, we are becoming more aware of who we really are. We're becoming aware like imagine that you're playing a video game and you thought that you were the character in the video game, so you were reacting to everything that happened in everything was so serious.

Everything was so important, but then all of a sudden you realized that there's also an energy that's flowing through that character. That energy flowing through that character is actually a different perspective that's more expanded, that has more ability to influence in a powerful way. That's what I believe we do when we connect to who we really are.

We call this the higher self, the higher self as the person playing the video game and the ego self as that of the Avatar. You know, the movie recently came out with recently, it's been years now, but the movie Avatar, the movie avatar kind of points to this idea. What if we could get consciousness and one of consciousness could then put itself into the idea that you're on one planet and then on a different planet.

There's some virtual reality going on. Of course, that's a great movie and everything, but is it far off from possibility? Because I believe that at the fundamental core we are a consciousness that our senses are interpreting information, that we are immortal, spiritual beings. Having a temporary human experience and the goal of the game is to integrate and to feel more love.

The vibration of love is the purpose of playing the game. It is the love is the realization. We are naturally love, but the idea is to move through that of the game and realize that that is who we are and the more we exude compassion and love for other people with the understanding that those other avatars are other versions of us at a greater level, the more we expand our awareness to a totally new level. You see this is kind of a new idea, but this is something that I've been studying recently.

I find it very interesting and it's a very empowering definition because it means that we can shift our perception to that, have the higher self, to that of the consciousness that we are to understanding that we already moral spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. You know, when I went through my spiritual awakening, and I had this feeling that in a way metaphorically speaking, that life in a way, it's kind of like a video game.

We log in, we have challenges, we have problems that we deal with, but then we learned how to transcend them and through that transcendence that creates pressure. We ended up moving up, and we ended up learning more about ourselves and it's something that we wanted to have the experience of. Imagine that in the higher realms we could call it the higher dimensions that anything you want, you immediately get that there's instant manifestation.

That is the way that reality works. That's natural for you, that you live in unconditional love naturally. How much love or how much learning would there be with that? Of course, I'm sure there'd be some type of learning, but what I think we've chosen to do is to become a part of this life experience, to remember who we are, to go through. The challenge is to slow down the manifestation process from an instant to then we have to think of something consistently.

We have to set the intent, and as we do that, we then create the probabilities of what we want to experience. I think that that is a likely or a possibility for the way reality could work and in a way, we've logged into this game of life and together collectively are also experiencing this reality together in many ways. We all have our own interpretation of it.

One of the ways we also create our reality in the VR type analogy in the virtual reality is through our interpretation of things because the way we interpret it has a lot to do with what we experience and everyone will have a little bit of a different interpretation. Some people might see the same event and have five different interpretations for it. There are five different people now. Nonetheless, they'll all respond to that differently as well, but it's about understanding that things in life are fundamentally neutral.

Depending on our perspective. We can change things around and when we start to put it in the direction of an intent, that's what increases the probability. Set the intention and how do we set an intention? Will you literally think of what you want to experience as an outcome, as the outcome? What do you want? 

That's what I'm going to do later on today. I'm going to set the intention that I eat healthy food. I'm going to set these intentions and I'm making it more probable and based on the choices I make as my "Avatar" right now, I'm going to then experience the ramifications of that, but know that you at the fundamental core are unconditional love.

A choice is what determines the probable future.

That is your natural state of being. That's part of the purpose of life is always remembering that and always choosing that perspective because a choice is what determines the probable future.

You experience and are ever-shifting, and I think that parallel realities, VR, they can all interlinked together.

Collectively I think that as well, we have decided to be here for a very important time on the planet because we've all decided to go through an awakening of consciousness to become aware that we are not the avatars, that we are immortal, spiritual beings that are all connected and that when we realized this, we expand our awareness to a higher level of consciousness and things appear completely differently.

This is about having the understanding of who we are at the fundamental core. It knowing that we all agreed here to be here for a certain reason and that we're all going to. Move this through this together and create the probable futures that we want in a collective type way as well as individual, but the individual way we do it is to understand our intent.

What is your intention? Very powerful formula, increase intention, elevated emotion. Feel it within your heart because that heart feeling is who you naturally are. That will very powerfully put you in the direction of what you want and make things much more probable. With that, let's go ahead and move into a meditation.

This meditation is going to help to wire in this understanding of intention and how we can apply intention in our life. How we can understand what we can experience, what we want in a very easy way. What we're going to do right now is take a deep breath in. Take a deep breath out. We're going to relax with every breath that we take. We're also going to put our hands over our heart because by doing so, we grow the electromagnetic energy around our body.

And we start to feel at the authentic core of who we are really. Let's take a deep breath in. Deep breath out. Breathe that out. Feel your body. Relax your hands over your heart into your market and know that the more you pull your awareness in your heart center and more you are growing, the electromagnetic energy. The more magnetic you are becoming, the more you are seeking.

As you breathe out, feel the energy. Once again, your heart center. Feel the one thing your hands warm no more. You were rowing magnetic energy. Imagine any color that you might imagine that this ball of is vibrating. Imagine that this ball of energy being used to spinning as it spins, you're feeling the energy of your heart. More and more, you're feeling your body relax.

You're feeling any emotions come up. Set the intention that you set the intention. Imagine the energy spinning faster and faster to count down from five. I feel this energy spinning faster and faster for feeling it. Begin to fight three more warmth. Come in feeling more relaxed too. You're really feeling this inside of your body low. What I know now that you are more immersed in your space, just smile with your lips and also natural smile.

By doing this, you feel like your body feel. Imagine yourself in a very relaxed wiring. It's going to be outdoors or even don't. A shuttle is a comfortable room. Whatever it is, a natural kind of colors. What's in the environment becoming louder and louder. How do you feel? Notice of this place. Go walk over to notice what the chair looks like, chairs, title, brainwave, and anytime you sit in this chair, you're going to begin to influence yourself in a very powerful way because the Beta brainwave state is where you influenced to go ahead and now turn around and sit in this chair and notice that as you do, you feel more relaxed.

You feel a tingling sensation at what we are not to do is going to increase. No, understand that everything in your life is a function of probability, a probability of you experiencing what you want in your life. End of the opposite all depends on these two things combined. Create a higher probability now in this chair. Notice how these, think of your desire noticed how easy flowing the thoughts are. What are your desires and your goals?

Imagine the scenario where this intention comes to fruition. Imagine what it would look like. Imagine the outcome of this intention coming true by doing this work in increasing the probability that didn't happen because as you see more of this outcome, you are making it something that is more than you feel emotional and also something that you expect to happen.

Imagine that there's a dial on the side of his chair. The dial goes from one to 10 and 10 is the accumulation of both an elevated emotion and that have an increased intention. What we're going to do is we're going to move this style from one to 10. By the time we get to 10, we are going to feel more of that emotion in our field, that intention with very strong throughout our body or we're going to know and we have influenced our mind. Go ahead and put your hand on this dial with every number I count. You're going to feel a part of your body. Feel with every number I count, it doubles in confidence that attention three, four, five, feel this energy flowing through your body. Six, seven, eight, really feeling inside your heart center. Now knowing that this is something that is highly, highly probable. Eight, nine, 10, now feel this energy in your body.

No, just the probability of this happening. Know that even when you get out of this meditation, you're going to feel more connected to this probability. You're simply going to have an ease and know that it is eventually going to come to fruition, so set the intention before the end of the day. It's some new sign that will be happening in the present moment is really come back to a week. Going to count down from five to one when every number, I can feel more relaxed, more present in the moment, more certain your intentions come to five.

Feel yourself now becoming more alert and present for three to feel yourself now. Start to wiggle around one. You can open up your eyes. Feel yourself present to the moment knowing that you have just increased the probability of these things happening for you, everything and anything is possible. The question is, is it probable and what you have just done is you have increased the intention with an elevated emotion that will now make it easier than ever for this to happen. Now, I'm going to be sharing with you those three hacks that you can use when it comes to an understanding how we create our own reality under the presumption that we may live in a simulated reality.

This is actually something that Elon Musk recently talked about in a talk where he talked about the idea that it's highly probable we do live in a simulated reality. He said that the chances that we live, that what we experienced as real in this reality is less than a one percent chance.

It's a fraction of a one percent chance that this is the baseline reality, which means, and then even just think about it in the next five or 10 years, we're going to have technology to where we do not know the difference between what we are experiencing to what we are imagining to what we wearing. Whether that's a VR headset or whatever it might be.

We won't know the difference and even now if you've ever tried the technology which I have, it's hard to tell the difference. It's almost like you feel like you're there. If that's the case, what's to say that at a higher level of consciousness we may have already done something like that where we could have an experience like we're having right now what we call life.

Having an experience that we do where we can experience a lot of things in a period and my general basis of this, the way I view it is I believe that at a higher level of consciousness, we exist right now and a way we are dreaming that this is who we are.

I'm dreaming that my name, Aaron, I make YouTube videos. I'm in Sedona right now making videos. That's something that I'm experiencing from a certain percentage or a certain level of consciousness, but at a greater level. I'm actually also much more expanded beyond that.

You are so much more than you can imagine.

Just like you are in your life right now. You may not be aware of it, but you are so much more than you can imagine.

When you go to bed at night. I believe you are awake to these higher states of consciousness. It's simply that you don't have a way of interpreting it in your current reality and maybe even our brains can only interpret that which we already have reference experience for.

Because of that, we may not have reference experiences in our current life of us being in higher dimensional states of consciousness like that. It's not really relatable, but it also might not just be relevant.

It might not be relevant for us to remember that in higher states of consciousness, we experience unconditional love and bliss because then when we wake up here and there are these things going on and there's all this stuff going on, it seems like it could be negative. It may distract us from the life experience, so that's one thing that we experienced when we come and have life on earth as we forget who we are, we forget who we are at many other places on earth.

We remember who we are. This is something that if you want more information on this, you can read books by Dolores Cannon. Dolores Cannon has brought people and she's a hypnotherapist. That was a she for like 40 years. She got people to one of the deepest levels of brainwave activity where then what had happened is people's higher selves subconscious mind would come through and she had asked questions like, why did this person incarnated at this time?

What is this person's relationship with this person in their life? And what happened was is these people would come out with these things of things that there's human self really. Couldn't even imagine like things they wouldn't even imagine saying and it was all in recording and the per books are transcripts of those and there's a lot of people that say the reason they're here right now is because they are waking up to this type of a transition that's happening on the planet or becoming more aware of who we are at a greater sense.

This is something that also correlates with that, of understanding the probability that we live in the form of stimulation because assimilation is like us. It almost like a video game of us, uh, have us playing a video game. We log into a certain game or having a certain type of experience and if we identify too much with the Avatar, that's what we call our ego.

And in a way life is a way where we get, we incarnate and we forget who we are. We forget that we're much vaster than we can imagine. We think that we are just the Avatar or just the Ego not knowing or remembering that we are so much more at a greater level. Sometimes we identify a little bit too much with that of the Avatar that we experience.

This is all kind of a metaphor for us, understanding the probability that we most likely to live in a form of simulation movies like the movie the Matrix, for example, was such a well-known movie, partly because it resonated with the truth. It really resonated with people at a deep level because it's something that is a metaphor is something that is very profitable.

1. How the rules work

Let's first off talk about the different hacks of this system of living in a simulation. The first one is when we become more aware of how the rules work within the simulation, we then are able to hack it more. What this means is when we have, we could call this a spiritual awakening. When I had my spiritual awakening back in 2012, I became more aware that I am not just the ego, I'm not just the Avatar. I became aware of a larger perspective.

And in that larger perspective, I became aware that I could choose my thoughts, my emotions. I could start to see things from a new point of view, and as I did, I woke up from the unconscious mind. Most people are creating their life at it with the Law of Attraction in an unconscious way.

They're just not aware of the thoughts they're thinking they're not aware of the emotions are having. Therefore, they create the same things over and over and over again, and they may be trying to create from the paradigm of that ego its perspective.

The key is when we learn to observe our thoughts, the key is when we learn how to take ourselves out of, out of the reaction mind, and we learned to observe our thoughts, observe the emotions were having observed the actions we're taking into direct it and really let go of what doesn't serve, but also direct it in a much more powerful way.

When we become aware that is probable, we do live in a simulation, we become aware that we didn't have more ability to direct it. Think of this as a metaphor of a lucid dream. If you have a dream and in that dream, you become aware that you're dreaming, what will you do? Probably different stuff than if you are reacting with the ego and you were just blindly going through the dream. All of a sudden, you're like, Whoa, I can fly.

I can do whatever the hell I want. You might want to go and experience what it's like to be in a huge house and to be around and have a relationship or whatever it is. You can imagine whatever you want instantaneously in a lucid dream because you're all aware of it, but if you're not aware of it, you just kind of flow through and they're having an experience that's on autopilot.

The key is to be aware of the idea because once you're in a dream and you become aware that it's a dream, you become lucid. Then you have more flexibility in the dream. In the same way, it's similar in the life with the probability of it being a simulation because then we become aware that we can powerfully direct our thoughts. Let me ask you a question. How do you view yourself about manifestation?

How do you view yourself in relation to the Law of Attraction process in general, because if you believe it has to be hard than the experience you create is that it is hard, but that's a belief that's been almost interwoven into the fabric of the way you experienced reality, but it's something that's almost self-imposed at a subconscious level? The key is you don't have to try so hard.

Manifestation is a natural byproduct of reality itself, and if you say to yourself, I'm not manifesting things into my life, you are manifesting the experience of you not manifesting things into your life, which is a manifestation in itself. The key is being aware of what you are manifesting in. You're always creating something in your life. The reason I say that is you can begin to loosen up and let go of it.

Having to be so hard. It doesn't have to be hard because it's a natural byproduct of reality. You're doing it right now, even if you're aware of it, even if you're not aware of it. The question is not what can you create your life? It's what will I and what do I intend to experience in my life because you're going to create something might as well be something you want, so this is about being aware that when you become more aware of not just the ego-self but others, larger consciousness of who you are.

That's when things begin to change, also aligned with the greater version of you. I know that I'm meant to be making YouTube videos because I feel passionate when I make videos. Maybe you love reading about a certain topic. Follow that passion because that passion is aligning you with this larger consciousness aspect of you that exists right now.

You may just be dreaming that this is who you are, but the way that you connect to it, as you align with your passion, you aligned with what you're excited about.

2. Lessening the entropy

The second hack is an understanding, something called the lessening the entropy. Entropy means chaos. This is the way that the system of the simulation that we live in works is anything that brings people more in harmony with each other. The system likes that. The system, the stimulation, the universe likes it. When things are brought into harmony, that's why the Law of Attraction, we always attract more of whatever we are experiencing.

Anything that lessens the degree of entropy in our life is going to help the system itself. For example, one thing I realized earlier on when I was making YouTube videos is that the more I add value to other people, the more that comes back to me.

This is because at a deeper level, I'm connected to those other people and there are other people connected to me. We are all one consciousness, so anytime I'm especially making content that helps people to understand more about who they are. Anytime I do that, it's like the universe wants it to happen because I'm going to help more people.

Not even just me, but it's like beyond just the ego, but it's almost like this information wants to come through because it lessens the entropy. It lessens the chaos in society because the system wants this unification. This unification is represented as you can think of it as a representation of source connection.

Oneness, like all enlightened people, talk about this in the unity of connection. We're all connected to it. It's about lessening the entropy, lessening the chaos, and understanding that when we start to align our goals to the goals of adding value to other people, that's when powerful things really begin to happen because what we put out is what we get back because literally, the people were putting out stuff too, is another version of us, so we start to tap into a level of consciousness that is so much more beyond ourselves, so in a way to hack the system of the simulation, start to add value to everyone involved because that will come back to in a very powerful way.

There are always ways to do it. You may look at me and you'd be like, well, you make videos on YouTube as different. I don't make YouTube videos. I don't do this. You add value just by being you, by you getting to the core of your passion. To the core of what you're excited about. By you doing that, that's when things really start to happen because that you may not know it, but that influences the people around you. Even people that aren't into my whole stuff, what I talked about on YouTube, friends, and stuff, they're like, oh, Aaron's going pat. Aaron's passionate about what he does. He's full time doing what he loves.

They may just be inspired by that. You know what I'm passionate about. This art thing, I'm going to start doing it more. You know you never know how it's going to leak out, but by you being yourself, you inspire other people to be themselves, so start to see it as more of ways of tapping into the system of helping other people because what you put out is what you get back. Those other people are other aspects of a deeper level of consciousness. You're asleep at a higher level of consciousness dreaming that this is who you are. You're so much more than that and you can experience more of that by tapping into it.

3. Elevated emotion within increased intention

The third hack is one that I read the book called becoming superhuman by Dr. Joe Dispenza and a lot of his other work, but it's a simple idea and it's a combination of two things and these two things I found hack reality the most.

If you combined these two things, everything in your life starts to go in a very powerful direction. That is an elevated emotion within increased intention. This is why passion is so important because it's so easy to focus on things you're passionate about. An increased intention or an increase. Let's start with an increased emotion. Something that you're passionate about. Get to the feeling. What are you passionate about? What's natural for you?

When you combine the emotion with the intention, think to yourself, I intended dot, dot, dot. What do you intend for in your life? Set your intention that if you simply set your intentions in your life, you're going to experience more of what you want in your life. Experience and tensions or like the direction. Most people are focused on what they don't want they are focused on, what they want in the sense they don't currently have it.

They're feeling resistance, which is that lack of emotion. You want to align your emotion to that of what you want to experience. If you want to know how to do that, anything you want in your life is because you believe you will feel better if you have it. That's a traditional Abraham Hicks quote. Anything you want to experience in your life is because you believe whatever that thing is, it'll bring you a certain emotion. If it's a relationship, you want connection and compassion.

If it's money, you want freedom, security, whatever that means to you, but what you begin to do is you begin to break down whatever that is into an emotion and you find ways of feeling that emotion right now in the present moment. You can feel love, compassion, security, freedom in your life right now. Let me say, well, I don't have a whole bunch of money.

Do you have the freedom to go walk to the park? Do you have the freedom to go to your fridge and eat something right now? Because if you do, then you have some level of freedom. Do you have someone in your life you could feel compassionate about even if it's not a relationship? Maybe it's your mom, your dad, sister, brother, whatever it is, you have someone in your family you feel passionate about. You can generate that emotion right now with focus.

Remember, focus equals feeling. I'm a strong believer that manifestation, in general, requires for certain things to manifest. A great amount of focus, so easy for me to focus on my business. I mean creating videos because I love it and I spent probably 12 hours a day doing it and it's easy because I love doing it so it manifests in a certain way for me because of that, it's a.

it's a side effect of that focus. Focus equals feeling so focus on perspectives you're already grateful for. That's the emotion and increased intention. What do you want to experience? What do you want? Have a clear picture of what that is. Many people are focused on what they don't want. They're focused on how they hope something doesn't happen. For guy goes up to a girl, he may be more focused instead of I'm trying to connect with that girl or getting their number, he may be more focused on not getting rejected.

Most people are focused on their life on shale, not failing, focused on not failing. You're still focused on failing. You want to be focused on you achieving what you want, your goals. That's where you want to head. Whatever you focus on grows, you focus on that outcome. You'll experience more of it, so that's a hack that if you begin to apply the elevated emotion with the increased intention, becoming clear as to what you want, aligning your emotion to it, it starts to really influence you in a very powerful way.

These three hacks or things that have totally changed my life and it's something you can easily apply by understanding, you are so much more than you could possibly imagine. When you become aware that it's highly probable that you are in a form of simulation, that you are unconditional love and bliss. You exist at a higher level of consciousness.

You're just dreaming that this is who you are. When you become aware of that, you start to gain more of an ability because then you like in a lucid dream, you're in a dream and you're becoming lucid to it. Then you can control it and in a way, it's more so about direction than control in life. You want to let go at the same time, but you want to become clear as to what that is.

When you align your energy to that of lessening the entropy, lessening and adding value to more people, understanding that what you put out is what you get back. When you connect to that, things will start to happen very powerfully for you because it's almost like whatever you want to experience also wants to experience you.

The universe wants to manifest through you because you're going to use it to something that adds value to more than just you to everyone else as well. I found that very, very powerful in what I do. Creating videos for people, and then thirdly, increased intention, increased emotion, use that combined the two and it will pop powerfully.

#10: 3 State of Being HACKS for using the Law of Attraction

Welcome back to another episode. I'm back at it again with another episode for you because I said I would do two episodes a week, maybe three, maybe even once a day. You can follow me on Instagram (aaron_doughty44) where I take questions, ideas for the podcast. I also post live Q&As there. And today's going to be all about understanding our state of being with the Law of Attraction.

I'm going to share with you three hacks, three metaphors, three things that I've done in my own life that has radically changed my life. And it all stemmed a year ago. Well, actually, a lot of this happened a while ago. I've learned some of this while I worked at a sales commission job, which I'm going to explain a little bit about.

There was this experience I had, I've kind of shared this before. The place I went and Costa Rica called Rhythmia. Uh, this place I went to and it's a life transformation place. My buddy Victor Oddo, who's also a YouTuber and we went there and it was a real cool experience.

I was waiting for victor to get there because this is before he moved to Vegas and like now when we go in November this year we're going to fly on the same flight, but last year we had different flights so he had to fly in from LA because that's when he got his ticket, so I flew in from Las Vegas. We were like two or three hours apart, so I was waiting for him to get in.

I was like, okay. When I got there and got there a little couple hour early, I was like, okay, I'll go to the transformational breath workshop and I didn't know what to expect, but I remember going in and had this profound experience where I had no idea what to expect.

First off, I didn't even know what transformational breath work was. I go in and basically you go in and I'm in this big room. It's like this. It's like a place out of a dream, you know, I'm in this room, I'm in this huge room that's like half, half, half outside. There's grass everywhere around this like room and uh, like on the outskirts of it and just real comfortable.

There were blankets and a pillow is that each of us had and there were like 20 to 30 people and then there's a guy that was leading it. His name was Christian. He was really cool. And what we did is he went through this breath work that we were certain breathing pattern we're going to do. And the idea is that all of the traumas from our past are lodged within a breath pattern.

As weird as that sounds, it's, I found it to be true. What happens is at a certain moment in our past we decided that subconsciously this is who I am or this is how I have to be. Maybe it was like someone told us to be quiet or something when we were younger and then we gave that mini-me. We're like, Oh, I'm not supposed to talk so much.

Kids are meant to be seen and not heard, you know, it's like a common saying and we immediately are breathing pattern changes and we feel not so empowered and then that becomes our breathing pattern that we carry around for the rest of our lives, not knowing unless we deal with it. And what happened was, is, you know.

I kind of figured, oh, I went through a spiritual awakening years. I've been through a lot of this stuff, you know, and into the ego kind of steps in. But in this breathing breath workshop, you're breathing very deeply in through the mouth, like, like really brief a deeply for like 40 minutes straight. And in that 40 minutes, so much stuff will come up.

You'll let go of patterns, you'll let go of all these tensions and stuff. And when I did it, I had this profound experience where I was like letting go of a lot of the stuff that I went through in my childhood, a lot of pain that I went through. Um, I let go of so much stuff and I started. I guess it's a common thing that happens.

Certain parts of the body will kind of go numb. Not in a painful way at all. It's actually very euphoric feeling, but my, my hands clenched up very tightly and almost like a praying mantis position and it felt so tense, like my hands felt so tense and then they went numb and I'm breathing really deep and I just kept thinking to myself let go, let go, let go.

And I kept getting a message to let go and the message I got in my mind when I was going through this breathing and then you eventually you're allowed to hum or you know, make noises. Some people were crying, some people are laughing, you just, you let go of all the patterns. Right? And I'm like banging my hands against the floor, trying to get feeling back into them, but it's also releasing all those direct Brit breath patterns and all of that.

I had to develop like this strong ego because of like the, like the child abuse and stuff. I went through with my step mom, I had to like, maybe you've heard my story before, but I had to become something. I had to become more, I had to, it almost, it affected my worthiness of how I felt and I had to develop this armor around me, this armor that nobody could, nobody could really like get to and that that affected my breathing pattern and that affected also like the energy that was stored inside my body.

But the whole message I got was that tenseness in my hands was my ego not wanting to let go of control. It was like a kind of a symbol or metaphor. But nonetheless, what I learned through that experience is the power of letting go and how that affects state of being. Because I had these beliefs that things had to happen very hard.

You know, I'm still someone that takes a lot of action because I love what I do. But I remember afterwards I talked to one of the instructors, there was one main instructor and then there was like a couple other instructors and there was this one. She was really cool and she was telling me, she's like, I can look at your breath pattern and know what kind of personality you have. I'm like, really? I was like, what is mine? She goes, you're an overachiever.

You breathe in real deep and you have to like you bring your back muscles into it. She goes, that's that sign of an overachiever. Someone that's very successful like people with that are normally successful people, but they try. They have to try really hard. They have to make things happen and the thing is things can be easier. You can allow yourself to let things be easy and I was like that. That really resonates because I've kind of developed the mindset of like take a lot of action, take a lot of action, which got me results.

1. Letting go of your state of being

But a lot of resistance along the way as well. I've learned how to integrate, letting go into my state of being. That's the first one I wanted to talk about today. The state of being is the most important thing when it comes to Law of Attraction, because how we feel, we always get a reality that is in, that is in conjunction to how we feel.

What I mean by that is we always get in life that which is equal to our vibration. If our vibration is high because of our state of being, then we will perceive of more of positive things in our life. But if when things happen, we give things negative meaning are we decreased our state of being, we then experience a reality that is full of reasons and full of things that reflect that state of being.

The key is to understand state of being and how important it is. And the first one I want to talk about was letting go and let go. Imagine this, let me use another metaphor because I know metaphors make it a little bit easier to understand them.

Imagine that you are sowing some seeds. Sowing what you sow is what you rate. You're putting some seeds into the ground and you're growing something and when it starts to grow, you get impatient and you go and you're like, is it working? Is it working? And you go, you dig up the seeds and you look to see if everything is happening the way you think it should and every time you dig it up you at the same time, butcher up those seeds, butcher up and it ends up taking longer and every time you check.

You check every two, three days. You keep prolonging the process. You keep prolonging the process when instead, if you were to just let go and allow it to do its thing, trust the process, things would happen even easier, but many times in life, what we do is we sell the seeds of our goals.

We say, Oh, I want this to happen. I want this to happen, but then what we do is we keep taking inventory right away. Is this happening? Is this happening? Why? I don't see it yet. I don't see it yet and because we keep saying I don't see it, that we start to impose the vibration that things aren't happening yet and by doing that we end up blocking the experience from happening.

Trust the process allowed things to happen because by allowing things to happen, you end up letting the universe do its thing. You end up letting the process work in a way that is powerful. The first one I was the first one to talk about was just letting go. Trusting the process, knowing things can be easy.

Allow things to be easy. Things don't have to be hustle, hustle, hustle. The more I do that, the more I find that I allow things to happen. Of course I balanced it out. You know, I still take action because I love what I do. I love making videos. You know, I've already made. I made a YouTube video this morning.

I've made three Instagram videos that are going to get edited and go up probably the next week. Now I'm doing a podcast, you know, I just keep going because I love what I do, but at the same time I let go, so if I felt resistance I would let go and I'd go do something else. I kind of learned it when I can put myself into a state of being. There's something else I want to talk about with state of being.

There's this podcast, kind of like the three things with state of being that makes all the difference, that will increase your vibration, help you achieve what you want. The first one is letting go, learn to let go. Trust the process. You don't have to do everything. Things could be easier than you thought.

2. Create an anchor

The second part is creating something called an anchor. What is that? It's something that's from NLP, which is called neuro linguistic programming, which is like mind hacks. NLP is a whole science behind it. I'm Tony Robbins really made NLP really big, but there's certain things I use from NLP in my own life that helps to put me in a certain state of being now, even before I was on YouTube doing what I'm doing. I used to use anchors. Anchor an anchor is something that we sat that anytime we do, it puts us into a certain state of being.

First off, there's an intimate correlation between our physiology to our state of being so if we put our hands on our hips, s for analogy, we put our hands on our hips in what is called the superman or superwoman pose. What in our chest is out our neck or our chin is level to the floor. Our hips are tucked in that will physiologic that that will change our physiology and change. The hormones in our body will increase the serotonin and dopamine.

The amount of cortisol, the stress hormone, we literally feel better, feel more confident. That affects us now. That is an anchor in itself because of the physiology that's involved. Now, something else that we can do is we can create an anchor and I create an anchor because it's a trigger to get me to a certain state of being.

For example, let me just use one that I think you'll know is the one that I use in the beginning of all my YouTube videos. I say, welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. When I say expand their consciousness, not only is there a certain tonality to that, but I use my hands in a certain motion.

Even as I started even as I said, is spans a certain motion. My hands just naturally went up into the, expand your awareness, expand your awareness. You know how I do that little hand gesture. Now my look kind of funny to some people, but every time I do it, that hand gesture, it gets me into that state of being of the flow state because I made 700 YouTube videos and naturally I've tested it before I've gone to whole foods or something.

I'm in whole foods. I'm like, I wonder if this works here. Go into an aisle, no one's looking and I go, my name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness and as I do that, I naturally feel that surge of that state of being, that surge of that emotion, of that flow state, it works because it's an anchor that's been set that I can feel anytime I want. If I'm ever feeling not so great, I might just do that and I'll fill in the flow state.

That's an anchor and I've said anchors even more unconsciously. Years ago I used to work at Nordstrom's before I worked at, you know, I used to work at sales at Nordstrom's. I worked in women's shoes, sales commission job and I worked in salon shoes, so I sold like five to $800 pair of shoes I had a certain type of customer at.

Sometimes the customers would get to you, sometimes you'd be helping someone, you know, Barney or Nordstrom's is known for having very good customer service so people expect a lot, you know, sometimes it'd be helping people and I kind of get drained energy. I go into the back stock room and I'd feel like negative emotion, but what I learned is how to set what is called an anchor. And my anchor was, you're probably going to think this is dumb.

I've shared it once or twice before, but you remember that show back in the day it was called Jersey shore was like these, uh, these people that are like all muscly and Tan gym, Tan Laundry and in New Jersey. And I was like this, it was this reality TV show. I'm sure you've heard of it before at some point, but it was just this corny show that I watched and me and friends would get together every Thursday night.

We would watch it. It was just fun, you know, it was just like it. And I would, I would, there was this, there's this one guy's name is Pauly D and he'd go, oh yeah, he would say just like that. He'd say, Oh yeah. And he would do like this little gesture. And it was just so, it was just so ridiculous, but I thought it was so funny. I'd go into work and I would say, “Oh yeah, I would say it just like that and I will do my hands in a certain gesture and by doing that I did it enough to where I would just naturally feel good when I did it.”

I just figured it out one day because I had a bad customer. But there was this guy that I used to always see at my job and anytime I saw him I didn't, you know, every time I saw him in the back stock room I go, Oh yeah, we would just always say to each other.

Remember one time I was mad at like those customer was, it was like walking me, which means that we're going to buy anything. But they were like demanding. I was having to run all around trying to find them stuff and I just knew they weren't going to buy and I go into the back stock and I see my friend and pattern and a pattern into it. I go, oh yeah. I say to them, and when I said it to him, I just felt not good state of being. I was like, wait, I don't have to let this customer get to me.

I could just feel good because I choose to. I could do this state of being thing and kind of triggered me and then all of a sudden, I know that I could just feel that good state of being because of it. What I'm saying is find your Jersey shore version of that. You know, I don't really. I can use it now, but you know, now, now I've evolved to a much higher level where I say expand your awareness. I'm so above that Jersey source stuff. I'm just being sarcastic by the way.

I used to expand your awareness, so I'm not kidding about that, but there's different levels of you can find out whatever works for you. That was more of a funny way that I used it, that I thought it was funny and the other coworkers didn't stuff so increased my state of being, but set yourself an anchor. What could your anchor be? The way you set an anchor is very simple. You get yourself to a certain state of being, so when you're feeling really good, when you're feeling the way that you want, do a certain gesture, you can do the clap your hands together and pointed out like, Oh yeah, you could do like my expand.

Your awareness is like my hands go out. You could like touch your nose. You could put your, uh, your, your, your index finger knuckle against your thumb. You could do like the Star Trek, the star wars or star trek or whatever the, the live long and prosper thing. You can do anything you want, any hand gesture you want, that gets you to that state of being, and by doing that, you will start to pattern yourself into that high vibe state.

3. The meaning

The third part I want to talk about is the “meaning”. What does it all mean? The meaning of the situations in our life? What? What do things mean to us? The thing is that whatever we give to the situation in our life will be the effect we get out of it. If we give something a negative meaning that something happens and we're like, oh, this is, this is bad, then we will get a reality that reflects that.

Whatever meaning we give that. The key to this is to know that we don't have to, we don't have to give things a negative meaning unless we, we choose to. It's really a choice. For example, let me give you an example of this. I used to work at Barney's New York. I worked at pretty much, I've only had two other jobs before I went full time on YouTube.

I work at Nordstrom's for years and I worked at barneys for a few years. Barneys New York. They're both women's shoes. They're both high end retail places. Barneys New York a little bit higher and the Nordstrom's. But while I was working at Barneys, which the last place I worked for Barneys New York, but in Vegas, by the way, sometimes it's, say Barnes Nardo used to live in New York now. I've never actually been in New York. I want to go there one day and I will, but a side note.

At Barneys New York I was working with this guy, there's this guy there and the way it works is customers come up and uh, or you know, we find the customers walking around and at Barneys New York you don't help as many people as at Nordstrom's because it's a higher end client. There's not as many people looking for $1,200 shoes and there are people looking for two to $400, pair of shoes or whatever.

You don't have as many people. But I remember there was these two coats, two people came in. It was a mom, it was a mom. It was like, it was a, it was a lady that was like 50, 60 years old or 50 years old. And it was her mom that was like 80 years old. And you could tell the mom she had feet that were like very narrow.

You can kind of tell that, uh, she probably, you, she walked very slowly. You can tell. She probably wanted something very comfortable. And at Barneys New York we didn't really have any comfortable shoes because it was more of a luxury store. It wasn't like a place that you go to get like very special type of shoe, you know, but they came in and they kind of had an attitude they had to, were there, they're from New York and New York people are very direct and they went up to my coworker and they said, hey, this is what we're looking for, blah, blah, blah.

And they had like an attitude with him and then he goes, Aaron, can you, you know, he's like, Hey Aaron, can you help them? And he put me on the spot because I would've, if you would've asked me in the back when I wasn't around the customers, I would have said no because I could tell that they had like an attitude and stuff and he kind of put me on the spot.

I kind of had to help them because what going to say no, I'm not going to help them, you know what I mean? Um, he just didn't want to help them because he mainly just made his business through Instagram. He had a lot of Instagram followers through his social media that he didn't really help customers very often, uh, you just sit in his back on his phone post pictures on Instagram and sell.

The thing is I had a choice to take that customer now, but I took it because I was put on the spot. I take up this customer and I remember walking to the back, I was like, either I could, I had a choice. I can either be huffy and puffy about it or what I could do is I could give it a positive meaning. I said, yeah.

I said, you know what, I'm going to choose for this to be a positive meaning. I remember I, I, they, they, they're like, we want a shoe in seven narrow, we want this, we want that. And they kind of had an attitude because they had a bad experience with that guy before he passed him onto me. First off, we don't have any seven narrows. We don't have any, you know, we just had regular sizes.

We don't have very comfortable shoes and stuff. And I'm like, whatever, I go in the back, I bring out a whole bunch of shoes that they want, you know, and basically what happened is I started to connect to them. I started to feel connected to them. They actually had a good, a pretty good attitude. It was just that there are direct to that from New York, so they have a certain vibe, but they were just more so ticked off by the other guy because of his, the way that he treated them because it could, he had kind of an attitude back with them.

But I ended up having a really good, uh, experience with them. I ended up connecting to them. She was really nice. She was a successful lawyer. She bought her mom like six pairs of shoes. She bought herself like three or four pairs of shoes. Shannon spending $6,000, which means I made like 600 bucks and commission on that one sale and like 40 minutes of helping them. It was a very good experience. And it was, I gave it a positive meaning I stayed in a good state of being.

And it turned out really well and that to me like that meaning I gave it was everything because if I would have given that a negative meaning I would have had it been in a negative state have been and things would have happened as well. And I remember going into the back ringing them up because we had like the, the cashier was in the back and be like this little room.

And that guy was like, Whoa, I didn't know they're going to buy that much. Of course you didn't, you know, maybe he wouldn't have sold that much because he would have wanted to. Had a good state have been about it. Who knows? But from that moment on, I just knew that I could choose my own state of being.

And that by choosing the meaning I give to the situation the meaning that this doesn't have to mean I'm going to have a horrible day. Doesn't have to mean I have to decrease my state. I can choose the meaning, I give it and I chose that I don't have to give my power away. I can choose to be in the right state, have been, have I been in that state of being?

Everything happens better, so that was the story I wanted to share with you because there's so many times I went into a sales commission job before you know. Now I'm full time doing what I love, but when I was doing that, I would give things positive meaning and because of it, it would make all the difference in the world.

State of being is intimately correlated with how much money we make. It's intimate correlate with the kind of people that we meet. It's intimately correlated with every experience in our life, so first off, focused on your state of being and everything will begin to change. That's why in this blog, I wanted to share those three things with you.

The power of letting go. You can let go, stop digging up the seeds, allow things to be easy for you. Then what you can do is set yourself an anchor, a powerful anchor. You can go, oh yeah, you could say that could have your little jersey shore type accent. When you say it too. I'm not judging you, I'm not looking. It's all good and you can just create your own anchor.

Whatever that anchor is and like my “Expand your awareness”, put yourself into a peak state, start to do some action over and over again with doing it five or 10 times.

Set yourself a peak emotion and it will naturally bring up your vibration.

You'll start to develop that, that peak emotion, use that set yourself a trigger that anytime you're feeling negative emotion, set yourself that emotion or set yourself that anchor that you do, it will naturally bring up your vibration.

Then thirdly, the meaning you give to situations, choose to give it a positive meaning. We get in life a reflection of what we believe. If we believe things have a positive meaning, we will proceed with the reality that that is the case. With that being said, let me know what you thought of this week's episode.
