Today, I'm going to be sharing with you that of understanding how to transform your life by transforming your self-image, and I'm going to give you a meditation that will also help you to do that. This is something that I highly recommend you listen to for 21 days. In doing so, you're going to wire in this new way of being, which is actually your authentic core being of who you are.

A lot of times it's about just understanding. There are these layers. There are these layers of beliefs that don't serve us. There are these layers of how we identify ourselves that cover up the true essence of who we are and our true vibration, and that's what keeps us in a low vibrational state.

Because the truth of the matter is, our natural vibration is a high frequency. That's why a lot of times you see the chart that I shared, the scale of consciousness moving up. The scale is not so much about piling on. This is a similar type idea and when it comes to self-image, understand that self-image is going to be what is the autopilot mind for the way that you see yourself.

The reason I'm sharing this before we get into the meditation because this will help you to understand exactly what is happening, understanding what is happening at a deeper level. Understanding that as you make these shifts within you, that's when your whole reality begins to change because your outer reality is a reflection of your inner reality and the inner way that you see yourself.

Just to give a little bit of a basis of what our self-image is, however, we see ourselves is going to be the confines of what we are capable of. If you see yourself as only able to make a certain amount of money per year than your thoughts, your emotions and your actions will link up to that self-image. If you only see yourself of being worthy to be in a certain type of relationship, then you will only attract people that are equal to that self-image for how you see yourself as worthy.

This is about being aware of what that is for you because the moment you become aware of what yourself image is the moment that you can then switch it and then let go of what is off inauthentic because the belief that you're not worthy of being in a great relationship, that's not really who you are.

That's just something that happened in a moment. In time. You may have decided, this is what I'm capable of. This is who I am, and in actuality, you are capable of so much more. A self-image is also kind of like that. Have a thermometer. I got my thermometer on the wall right over there and on the thermometer, it might say right now 75 degrees. I think that is what it says.

And if I were to open up the window because it's cold outside here in Vegas, it would start to bring in the cold. And then that cybernetic mechanism, which means it always returns back to the default, would kick on the heater to heat the house back up to 75 degrees. That is a cybernetic mechanism. If you see yourself as only able to make 50 k a year, then your thoughts, emotions, and actions will lead up to that.

That will be your reality. And the thing with most people is they simply are not aware of what their self-image is. They're not aware of the way they see themselves. They're not aware of the, uh, the, the thoughts, the emotions, the actions they're taking. And because of that, they live in the autopilot mind. They live doing the same things every single day.

They may wake up on the same side of the bed that may go and do the same things. They may go to the same job, talk to the same people, have similar conversations. With what I'm going to share with you, it may sound like in this meditation I'm saying to develop this new self-image and to reassert that this is more about making sure that your self-image is connected to your hearts. This is the power of what I'm sharing.

Transformation is not changing. Transformation is when you recognize that there's a whole new paradigm for going about how you can be, and when you're in that paradigm, your whole entire life changes and that paradigm has to do with being connected to your heart right now on the planet. It is a time of awakening. That is a time of more people becoming aware of who they are and what they're capable of. And part of that has to do with knowing that when you're connected to your heart, you're in a high vibrational state.

When I talk about in this meditation that's coming up and a couple of minutes and you hear me, guide you through it, understand this is more about being who you naturally are and being in a higher vibrational state. In this meditation, what you're going to notice is that what you do is you connect to your higher self and a very powerful way, and that then what you're able to do is you're able to go inwards to your heart and start to transform yourself so that you start to live as your higher self because transformation is about to change.

It's about getting to a totally new paradigm, a totally new level, which is who you naturally are. You're going to be able to let go of your old self-image and you're going to begin to be that authentic part of who you naturally are. Personally, I think this is going to be one of the most powerful meditations I've done and I think that if you've listened to it for 21 days, it will transform your life.

Let's go ahead and get into it right now. What I'd like to ask you to do is to take in a couple of deep breaths in and out with me, and every breath we take, what we're going to be doing is we're going to be relaxing our body and we're going to be putting our hands inside of our heart center. As we put our hands over our heart.

Even just doing that for a couple of minutes, we begin to bring the awareness from being inside of our head to inside of our body. And as the awareness goes into our heart, we start to grow that energy around our heart center. That's what the Heart Math Institute is shown. And just by doing this alone, we begin to start becoming and being who we naturally are.

Do this either laying down or meditating and sitting down, making sure that you aren't driving when you do this. And, uh, we'll go ahead and get into it right now. What I would like to ask you to do is to first off, taking a deep breath in, deep breath out with me and feel your body relax more and more. It's going to take a deep breath in every breath you take, know that your body's becoming more and more relaxed. Put your hands over your heart like this.

I began to feel the sensation inside of your heart knowing that as you put the sensation in there right now, you're increasing that electromagnetic energy inside of your heart, feeling more of that love that you naturally are. Go ahead and take another deep breath in. Deep breath out. As you breathe out, feel the sensation inside of your heart increase with more love. Feel your body relax. Begin to loosen up. Set the intention right now that this meditation changes your life.

That's how powerful you are, that you can set this intention right now, and by the end of this meditation, you will feel like a 100 percent better authentic version of you. Let's take in one more deep breath in. Deep breath out. Fuel our body. Relax breathe that out. Sink into this level of relaxation right now. Bring the awareness to your forehead and fill your forehead. Begin to relax. Feel behind your eyelids. Imagine the muscles behind your eyes relaxing.

As you bring this awareness throughout your body, you can feel your muscles loosening up relaxing. Bring it to your cheeks now. Feel that sensation in your jaw. Feel how to lose your jaw feels. Relax your tongue muscle. Bring the awareness now into your throat's. Feel your throat. Begin to relax now. Bring the awareness into your left arm, your left hand. Feel it, loosen up and relax. Breathe that sensation to your right arm, your right hand.

Feel it. Relax. I bring the awareness into your chest, underneath your hands, over your hearts, but the awareness inside of your heart center right now and imagine that there is a ball of energy inside of your hearts. Any color that you like and imagine that right now, this ball of energy is spinning in a clockwise position. I'm going to count down from five to one with every number I count. You're going to feel your body relax more and you're going to feel the increase of love, energy inside of your heart. You're going to feel that sensation increase.

Put your hands over your heart. Feel it. Imagine that ball of energy, any color that you like, spinning faster and faster, and the faster it spins, the more you feel this love energy inside of your heart for feeling it now begin to increase. You can feel this love. Begin to this warm feeling. Begin to spread throughout your body for three, feeling it now become more and more, more and more love to as you feel it now. Imagine it increasing even more and one now.

You feel it spread through your entire body, knowing that you feel more love now than you have in a long time. Know that this sensation is more connected to who you really are. Bringing the awareness from your heart into your solar plexus, right below that of your heart and feel that area of your body. Relax. Bring the awareness now down into your abdomen.

Fill your abdomen, loosen up, relax. Bring the awareness into your left leg, your left foot, Phillip, loose. Relax, becoming heavy. Bring the awareness into your right leg, your right foot. Feel heavy, your foot in your legs. Feel how relaxed you feel.

Imagine any old energy, any old emotions that you don't prefer to feel. Imagine them flowing out of your body by going out of your heels. Imagine that energy, that dark energy going out of your heels. As you put the sensation into your heels, you can feel that energy begin to decrease out of your body knowing that right now you are letting go of what no longer serves.

I noticed how light you feel now, how much more relaxed you feel, and now imagine yourself in a very relaxing place. It can be indoors or outdoors. It's a place you can go anytime you want to do inner work. It can be a real place or a place in your mind. Imagine that you were there right now.

Look around and notice what you see. What colors do you see? Imagine those colors becoming brighter and brighter. What kind of sounds do you hear? Imagine those sounds becoming louder and louder.

Notice how relaxed you feel in this place. How you can come here. Anytime you want to quiet your mind to relax. I notice that about 10 or 15 feet away, you see this doorway, this freestanding door in the middle of the place that you're at. Go ahead and walk up to this door and notice that at the top of the door it says your name, higher self.

This is the doorway into your heart and to the sacred space of your heart and to this connection with your higher self where you can get any guidance you want, any question you want will be answered, and you will feel the authentic core vibration of who you are. Go ahead and put your hand on the Doorknob, twist the doorknob open up the door, and noticed that you see a stairwell that is going down at the bottom of the stairs. You can see a very bright high vibrational light.

Begin to take a step down. Notice with every step you take, you feel more and more relaxed. You feel this increase in vibration happening inside your body. You feel this love energy that is increasing with every step that you take. Take another step. Feel this increase of energy as you get closer and closer to your higher self, inside of your heart, you feel this energy begin to dissipate. Things that no longer serve you.

Begin to feel yourself. Let go of vibrations that aren't serving you anymore. Take another step. You are 10 steps away from being at the bottom of the stairwell and from being in the presence of your high vibrational higher self. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You're going to feel the energy inside of your body. Increase with love unlike anything you've ever felt before,

and you're going to feel this connection to who you really are. Take it another step. Ten, feeling your body now begin to double with the sensation of love. Nine. Feeling this energy inside your heart. Begin to increase. Eight, feeling more love flow through your body than ever before. Take another step now. Seven, getting closer to the bottom of the stairs, feeling this light begin to increase inside of your body.

Six, five, double the amount of sensation in your love now. You really feel it flowing through you for three, getting closer to the bottom of the stairs. You're almost there to double the amount of sensation your body double the amount of sensation in your heart. One, now you are at the foot of the stairs. Take one more step and there you are. It is so bright you can hardly see and you feel this sensation flow through your body, unlike anything you've experienced before.

Allow the sensation to be there so in this vibration if any emotions come up right now, allow them to come up and know that it is a process of letting go and allowing yourself to be in this high vibrational state. This is who you really are. I notice that as your vision begins to become clear, as you get used to this bright light and this love sensation, notice that in the distance you can see your higher, which is you.

Your higher self looks like you just brighter, a very strong glimmer in the eyes, the most Compassionate Look of love in the eyes. Take a couple steps toward your higher self as your higher self. Take steps toward you. Your higher self tells you right now. Welcome home now. Any question that you have for your higher self, your higher self will answer for you. Ask your higher self any questions you might have, any guidance you might ask for and pay attention to what your higher self says.

Ask those questions now. Bank yourself your higher self for any information you've just been received. Ask your higher self if there's any advice at your higher self has for you and pay attention to what comes up now. Bank yourself, your higher self or any information that you've just received. What your higher self now tells you is that you are going to shed the old self-image.

Your higher self now walks you over to a chair, a chair with dials on it. This is a chair. You can come anytime you want inside this sacred space of your which is where you are now, and what you can do is you can let go of what no longer serves and why you're in a higher vibrational energy and your higher-self offers for you to sit down and notice that as you sit down, notice how comfortable this chair feels that just how it looks serious.

This chair fields. On the left side of this chair, on the armrest, you see that have a dial, and on the right side, you see another dial. What we're going to do is we're going to let go of the old self-image and this right here, this exercise right here will change your life forever because you will let go of what no longer serves. You will let go of the negativity of the emotions that no longer serve you, and you're going to feel them drift off.

Notice that on the left, it's labeled your old self-image, and right now it is on a 10. Well, we're going to do now is we're going to let go of our old self-image. Set the intention right now that you let it go, that it is served you. You're at peace with it, but it is time to let it go. I put your hand on the dial. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You're going to feel an increase.

Have energy in your body of letting go. You're going to feel like this old cell phone is drifted away. This false self of limitations drifts away and it begins to dissipate. It's going to be hard to remember the limited self as before. Put your hand on the dial at 10

and move it from 10 to nine. As it moves from nine, you can see this self-image in front of you, the limited self. Look how it starts to fade away. Eight, with every number that I count you feel this old self-image begin to dissipate. The negative memories leaving with it. Seven, looking at that self-image is becoming more and fainter now. Six, five, feeling yourself.

Let go. Of what? No longer serves four, three, double the amount of sensation, your heart feeling like it is dissipating the old self. Image two and now you can barely see your old self-image and one zero. Notice that the old self-image that you could imagine is dissipated. You have let go of your old self-image and from this point going forward, your life is forever changed. You are letting go of the false self. I feel how relieved it feels to let off those lower emotions.

Put your hand on the right side of the dial or the dial is labeled your authentic higher self. Notice that right now it's on level one, but I'm going to do is I'm going to count from one to 10 with every number I count. You're going to move the dial all the way up to 10. By the time it reaches 10, you're going to feel like you have 100 percent merged with your higher self. You're going to feel the love inside of your body unlike anything you've felt before, and you're going to know that from this point going forward, you are transformed.

Put your hand on the dial now and feel it. Every number I count, you're going to feel double the amount of sensation in your body. One, move it to double the amount of sensation. You can feel it inside of your body, inside of your heart. Begin to increase. Three, fueling it becomes more and more and more and more love for five, feel in this authenticity flow through your body. Six, feeling the energy increased even more.

Feeling this connection inside of yourself, unlike anything you've felt before. Seven, eight. Feel it now. Double again. Nine, allow this light to flow through your body. Allow this authenticity to merge with you and 10, this sensation is completely flowing through your body and you are more in the love vibration than you have ever felt before. Allow yourself to feel in this energy.

Know that this is who you are. From this point going forward, you are forever changed. You feel like the layers have been dropped. He felt like you can just be yourself and you feel like you're really living from your heart. Pay attention over the next few days of how different your life becomes.

Allow yourself to sink into your heart more and every time you put your hands over your heart, you will remember this sensation that you feel right now. Listen to this meditation for at least 21 days to get the maximum benefit out of it, and for now, I'm going to leave you in this higher self-vibration. Allow yourself to soak it in and just know that you are forever changed.

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you that have the manifestation formula that you can use for 2019. Many things are changing on the planet. You may feel that the vibrations are switching on the planet. Maybe you feel like in the last month, the vibrations have shifted quite a bit. For some people, this means that things are being brought up.

For other people, it may just mean that they feel this buzzing feeling and for some other people, they may say that there's not much of a difference. However, regardless, there is this quickening of vibration that is happening on the planet and because of this quickening of vibration, more and more people are able to refine their own light.

They're able to refine, let go of what doesn't serve and really be in a high vibrational state. The old ways, the old ways for looking about the Law of Attraction was like, here I am here. I want to be work, work, work, work, goal myself, 2000, 19 New Year's resolutions. All these things I'm going to try to do, but that gets sometimes results, sometimes not because the thing is you have to link up your self-image to that of the goals that you're trying to achieve.

You see, it's not about trying to achieve anything. It's about becoming the best version of you in bodying who you really are doing your passion and as are in that higher vibrational state, these goals that you have happened as a side effect, so it's about understanding the process in a new way of understanding.

This is more about us raising our vibration than it is about us actually achieving some external goal, and the more we realize this, the more we begin to tap into this larger reservoir of the energy of who we are because you see this is the thing.

More and more people on the planet right now are going through a spiritual awakening. Spiritual awakening is where we realize that we are not just our ego, our ego is something we use, and in the old school law of attraction way of thinking about it, a lot of the things that are designed are ego based. Doesn't mean it's all bad.

It just means that we're like, this is what I want. I, yeah, I and there isn't much emphasis put on vibration put on raising our own vibration because the way we went about it is mainly through willpower. Willpower will get you pretty far. You can even say, Oh, I'm going to new year's resolution. I'm not going to eat chocolate or soda anymore, and you can do that and you will get results with that. However, most people fall off because they focus more on that than they do the person.

They will become then seeing themselves as already healthy, seeing themselves as already able to achieve what they want. A lot of this has to do with self-image. A lot of this has to do with understanding vibration and when you make it more about the vibration, the goals come as a side effect anyways, so where in your life right now may you maybe you're focused on some type of external goal and external benchmark in the mind of achieving something and where is it that maybe by looking at it like this, you are in a way going about it backward.

Maybe in a way it's. It's like a carrot on a stick that's making you go in a certain direction, but that carrot on a stick is making you not enjoy where you currently are. You see 2019 is going to be a year of understanding our vibration and how to raise it.

When it comes to this process, what I'm saying is that's first off, raise our vibration. Let's focus on raising our vibration because as we raise our vibration, everything else will happen anyways, and whether you knew it or not when you came to Earth, you chose to be a part of this evolution of consciousness. This transformation that's happening on the planet right now, and if you want more information on this, you can check out Dolores cannon's work.

Their higher self would come through and they would ask questions, so it'd be like, why did this happen? This person's life, why did this happen? Or what can they learn from this? Or who are they in past lives or understanding the multidimensionality of our soul, but also through thousands and thousands of transcripts.

People all over the world that didn't know each other when their higher selves would come through, which has recorded. They said that the reason they came here right now is to go through this evolution on the planet to go through this ascension of vibration on the planet because never before has it been done or a whole entire planet goes through this transformation.

Normally it's a society, a culture, and right now we all are going through it collectively together. It's about being aware of that and having the awareness that we are more than just our physical bodies. We are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience and the more we tap into this, the more we tap into this larger reservoir of who we are.

We then allow things to happen in a much easier way. Just have that awareness as I get into the formula right now because it helps to redefine who we are and what we can do going forward in 2019 and how we can think about the process.

Maybe just a little bit different, a little bit different than before. Not nothing crazy or anything, but as a little bit different. You feel me? Let's look at it like this. Here's the manifestation formula. The manifestation formula is about combining the power of the heart, which means we're connected to our passion. We are doing what we love, we're feeling connected, and we're connecting to our heart first.

Before when we're even looking at our goals, do I do I want this, my mind wants this? There's my heart. Want this too and the power of the heart with the focus of the heart, combining that with the power of the mind, which means the focus that we have, so it's the power of the heart, plus the power of the mind. Combining these two things together and then having that of surrender so it is the heart energy mixed with the mental energy plus that have surrender, surrender, let go of the outcome.

Understand that your higher self may have a better plan for you. Then you have from the ego perspective, the mind is the ego, so align the ego's thoughts and focus to the heart to what you're really passionate about and in 2019, instead of focusing on the car, on the money, those as goals, those are side effects. Those are side effects of you doing what you love, their side effects.

Have you been in a high vibrational state? You can still have a desire or a focus on it, but people overemphasize those desires. They overemphasize the car, all that stuff. Nothing wrong with it. I'm just saying when you go for the vibration first, you're then aligned to it anyways and you feel better in the process. Imagine that while you're going yourself and Golan yourself at making $150,000 a year. When you last year I made 80,000 or whatever it is.

Maybe you set yourself that goal and the old way, 2018 way of doing it is I'm going to be here and I'll be happy once I get here so we externalize our own happiness and we're going about it the wrong way. When instead and tells and 19 you realize, hey, I'm going to feel happy now because I'm connected to my heart. My goals are really more so about vibration and because of that you then feel better and then along the process things happen easier than ever for you.

That's how easy it can be for you. It's understanding that this is here for you. The energy of you living your dream reality already exists. It's about tapping into the frequency of it. What is frequency? Frequency, vibration? What is that? It's a combination of what we think, feel and act may have heard me say that many times.

Aligning these three systems together. How do you think? How do you feel? How do you act now? Thing is a lot of these will leak into each other. If you act a certain way, you will feel a certain way. Think about it as body language. You have your heart head like this and you're walking out and you feel positive.

You feel confident because how you act integrates to how you feel, how you feel will be something that keeps you in a certain vibration that then your thoughts are aligned with that and you keep thinking that way over and over again and then it feels itself so when you. When I say these three things, the other thing I want to recommend to you is to change your self-image. See yourself as a high vibrational being. Understand that you are more than your physical body.

You are more than your ego. Your ego is like your Avatar in this reality. When we came here, we decided, we're like, Hey, I'm going to come into this system. I'm going to forget who I am. I know it's going to be a little bit painful, but here's the thing. Just like when you're playing the game.

Sims, if you've ever played that game before, you know that I am not actually that person I might be experienced in it. Of course, this is a more integrative experience than just that, but that's a metaphor. Just a metaphor and when you start to see it like that, you say, Hey, I'm more than just that of the ego structure, the separate self. We're led to believe that we're also separate.

We're not separate. We're all connected. The more we tap into this connection, the more we tap into who we really are. The more we see that we get a reflection in our life of that to understand, you are more than you think you are and you are also more than you can think. Think about that. You are more than you think you are, but you are also more than you can think. You are more than you could even think.

You have an infinite potential inside of you, and the only thing that keeps that filtered down is your beliefs about what you can accomplish, your vision for who you are, your heart, and whether it's connected to your head or not, so begin to see ways that you can connect to your heart to that of what you're doing by focusing on the vibrational frequency like to say that frequency as you connect yourself to the vibrational frequency of who you really are, which means connected to jog. When I make these videos, that was really good.

I'm going to be focused more on surrender for me. Find out one of these. Maybe there's three of these. There's heart surrender. I would say that head pretty good at. I'm good at. I had willpower. Every single day got me successful from that and it was my willpower. However, now this year and this last couple of months, I've been focusing my heart center.

How can I feel more connected to who I am? How can I more so disinvited these emotions now and how can I make sure it's more about the vibration I've been doing that for me in 2019 it'll be surrender. Letting go of the outcome and knowing that the universe may have an even better idea of what I could accomplish or do then what my ego can imagine.

This is what is simple. This is what will help you is understanding these three things, intention plus your mind. Also, set your intentions. What intentions do you have for 2019? Let's go. Let's talk about that for a minute. What intentions do you have for 2019? Do you intend to feel more connected to yourself? Do you intend to have more self-love?

Do you intend to accomplish certain goals? Whatever it is, set your intentions and sent them. This is coming out before new year’s and sometimes what people do is like, oh, I'll do it on new year’s after they've been to a party that has completely made them feel the next day like, like they wish they didn't go to the party because of a hangover or something like that. Then they'll write their intentions out there and they're not in a high vibration state when they do it.

My advice to you is to do it now. Write out your intentions for 2019 and then see yourself. Look at yourself. Image, how do you view yourself and make sure your self-image is connected to your heart because that's what's really important is your heart. Find one of these things that you can begin to focus on.

Maybe you've been living in your heart, but you feel like you don't have enough focus. Maybe you felt like you've been combining your head and your heart, but you haven't surrendered enough. Maybe you find that you've surrendered and lived in your heart, but you haven't done your head enough or focused enough. Whatever it is, find one of these things and begin to see how you could implement it more in your life

because understand that if you do this, things will happen easier than ever because it's more about the vibration than it is about anything else than it is about the goals because most people have these goals and the goals are side effects. The goals aren't really connected to passion or high vibrational energy, so that's the formula, the power of your focus, the power of your intention plus that the power of your heart, your passion.

What do you love doing for a living? If you don't know what you love doing for a living, set the intention. What am I passionate about? What will I love doing for a living? What am I passionate about at this moment and start to pay attention to the signs that come? You will get signs, things will come to you and follow those and that may be something that leads you to the next thing, the next thing, next thing that eventually gets you there, so set the intention to connect to your heart, but do you were in a senior in your heart for a couple of minutes a day, and then also surrender. Let go of the outcome allowed things to be.

As you do all of these three things, you'll find that your 2019 is amazing. Understand that there is this shift happening on the planet right now. Begin to refine your vibration. Begin to exist in this high vibrational state. Let go of things that no longer serve and understand that you are more than you can even imagine.

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you those three timeless manifestation techniques that I always go back to, which I find to be very potent, very powerful, and sometimes I'll go through phases of where I use them and then what happens is I learned something else and I start using that and I forget about these.

I know, wait, just put them from the front of the car, the burner on the oven. I put them in the back burner and then I forget about them and then eventually I'm like, Oh yeah, that's on simmer.

It's over there. Then I go get it and I come back to it. I'm like, Whoa, this is powerful. That's what happened. Or some of these techniques I'm going to share with you, I share it on early in my YouTube channel, kind of transformed the way I look at it but nonetheless, I started applying them again and they really work powerfully. I'm going to be sharing those with you now before we get into those techniques.

Understand a technique is simply us giving ourselves permission to make a shift. Because in our reality we experienced a reflection of what we believe to be true. We get a reflection of what we believe to be true. If we believe a certain technique works, then it will work. If we believe a certain technique does not work, then it won't work. Our belief in the technique itself has a huge determination as to what actually happens with it.

It depends on our buy-in. But here's what I want to help you buy into. They can choose to buy into it or not, but it's a perspective that I think can change your life. It is knowing that manifestation is a natural byproduct for the way reality works there. I said it, it's a natural byproduct for how reality works. You don't even have to try to manifest because it's already happening.

You may say, well, Aaron, I want to attract a person in my life and it's not happening. Well, then you're still manifesting a lack of relationship. You may say, well, I want money in my life, but money's not coming into my life. Well, you say, well, you're still. You're manifesting a lack of money in your life. If you see everything in your life as a manifestation itself, you see that manifestation is a natural byproduct of how reality works.

The power in that is knowing that you're powerful. You may say, well, I want to create more of what I want. That's what I'm here today to share with you is these three techniques that will help you create more of what you want, but the first part of this is me just share with you that if you break apart your beliefs about how reality works in general, then everything begins to change.

You see this thing people and even me, let's change our beliefs about money. Let's change our beliefs about relationships. Let's change our beliefs about health. If we're not experiencing what we want, that's powerful, but what if you changed your beliefs about how reality works? What if by doing that you then take away all those specifications, all the details, and then you change your life in a very holistic way? Then everything begins to change because you change the way that you relate to life.

For this, that's what I like to do right now is just to put your intention attention on understanding that in life you're always manifesting. It's just what are you manifesting? You’re always attracting something to you, which is what do you attract them to you? If somebody says, I don't believe the law of attraction works, you will attract circumstances that prove to you the law of attraction doesn't work, which means, of course, it does work because you're getting exactly what you believe you deserve and exactly the way you believe.

Reality works. You see how it see how it works? That is the power of our belief about this process. The truth is in life, all truths are true. Whatever we believe to be true is reflected back to us, so these three techniques I'm going to share with you in a minute. I know you're like Aaron, just getting to the techniques that just want the techniques.

These three techniques have no power other than the power you give them other than the power you give them. Here's the thing. These three techniques are very easy for our mind to understand and easy for us to connect to. Therefore, it makes it easier and it there's a lot of us that are using it, so it almost increases the probability of it in the collective consciousness as well.

However, if you don't believe they work, then you're not going to follow through with it and it won't work for you. The reason I say this because I want to give and put the ball in your court, I want you to know that this is up to you and what you believe to be true because you are where all of this comes from. That's how powerful you are. Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right.

That was a quote by Henry Ford, I think it was Henry Ford, some important, some important person, whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. Be aware of that. And as you're aware of that, you'll find that. Then you start to create what you want. I'm going to make sure this is a film in my real audio quick.

1. Shift into a more alert state

The first technique that I originally had on the back burner originally, I talked about them each time that I put it back and now I'm like, Whoa, this is really powerful, is simply the sleep technique. This is what you do. This works powerfully. This is something that you want to do every single night and this is what you do as you're going to bed at night.

You are shifting from an Alpha Beta state, the more alert state, kind of the stressful state, the Alpha state, the relaxed state, but still, alert. Then you have the Theta state. That data state is where the subconscious mind is. Most of our life is ran by our subconscious mind and when we're consciously trying to change things, it takes a lot, a lot of repetition.

There's a hack to it though if you feel the emotions of what you want to experience as you fall asleep at night, as you drift off into the Theta state, what ends up happening is as you're drifting off, you are then influencing and you're making whatever emotion you feel. You're making that emotion, become your new default emotion and it is influencing your subconscious mind because the language that your subconscious mind speaks in is the language of emotion.

As you fall asleep at night, feel the emotions of what you want to experience and here's a hack for that. When you do it, imagine it as if you're in it. I wouldn't imagine Aaron onstage speaking to crowds. I was if I was watching a movie and watch and Aaron do it as I talk to myself in the third person sometimes.

By the way, instead what I would do is I would imagine me onstage looking out at people smiling, using my hands, go and expand your awareness, doing these hand gestures that I do in my YouTube videos just on stage and everyone's sharing though, like, yeah, expand your awareness.

They're all doing it together with me and I'm wearing my merge. Do you even shift bro? Says it right there. And then what I do is I look up at people and I'm like, what's up? What's up? Of like, okay, let's shift our life. Here are the three benefit station techniques that will work like magic and all of this stuff, and then I'm doing it there.

You see I'm able to connect to it in that way, but not like you're watching it in a movie because you don't connect to it as much. Then now I find it. I don't know if it's ironic. Metaphor, hyperbole, whatever symbolism. When you're a kid, you are primarily in a theta state up until about eight to 10 years old, which means you're going around, you're absorbing the beliefs of your environment, you're absorbing the beliefs of your parents, the emotions that are around, and you're just absorbing them like a sponge, and until you become aware of what those patterns are, or you become aware of those emotions.

You'll continue to live them out most of your life because the subconscious mind runs most of our life experiences. The hack to this is as you're going to bed at night, feel the emotions that you want to be feeling to be experiencing because as you go from a Beta state to an Alpha state to a data state, you didn't have about a half an hour of buffer time to influence your subconscious mind, and as you do that, you make that emotion more of your default emotion.

It becomes who you naturally are. Feel that emotion as you go to bed at night. Watch what happens. This is very powerful. I have also created a meditation, very powerful meditation called the feeling is the secret, which is off of a book by Neville Goddard. I want you to see how powerful this is. Listen to it as you fall asleep and you'll find that your life begins to change in a powerful way.

2. Segment intending

The second manifestation technique that works like magic is one that I once again put on the back burner and looking at it again. It's called segment intending, segment intending. Here's the thing. If you simply start to set your intentions in your life, your life will begin to change. Simple as that intention our direction for probabilities that you want to experience.

What is the difference between desire and intention? I'll tell you that desire is an emotion that we have a longing for something else. Desire is only powerful once it is translated into intention, now desire vibrationally says, I really want that which also saying, I really don't currently have it because if you wanted it means you don't have it.

The difference is intention is a plan for action or a plan to experience it and expectation and the direction of it. For example, I can desire to put up my hand right now, but that desire does nothing because it doesn't mean I'm going to do it. I'm like, okay, desire it, but I'm not going to do it, but if I set the intention for it, I'm like, pull. The intention is synonymous with action as well, so be aware of that for you. What more intentions could you be setting?

Most people are completely in the autopilot mind. They're just in reaction to everything that's happening to them and because they're in reaction, they're not actually experiencing what they want because everything is stimulus-response. Therefore, they're not creating their own reality. They are, but they're just creating the same things over and over and over again because we get in life a reflection of what we think, act and feel, and if they're doing the same thing, things every day are the same things every day for this, they'll continue to create the same results every day.

Set your intentions to wake up from this. What is segment intending? I'll tell you, I'll tell you that to segment intending is thinking a segment as a small chunk of your day. For example, when I go and film this video, I set an intention that I get into a flow state. I set the intention that I enjoy making it, that I help people and uh, it's valuable information for people and as I do so it feels amazing.

I'm going to start getting the attention that I make sure that the sound is always working the first time so that I don't have to redo it three times, but this video is coming out pretty lit so I'm happy with it. It sets the intention for that. Then I'll set the intention to go edit the video and to have a fluid editing session to have it all come to happen easily all come together and then not to check my phone to just be focused.

And then also the intention to drive safely to the gym. And as I get in my car, I'm like thinking about how I'm going to drive to the gym. I'll be present at the moment, not checking my phone and listening to an audiobook or whatever. And as I do that, I'm increasing. Just a couple of seconds and tend to film a great video. I intend for it. I intend for this. I intend for that to go smoothly all this stuff. Then I go do it. Here's the best part about this process. As you do it, it compounds over time. You do it and then what happens is as you do it, then the next day you do it.

It then compounds. When I got to my car, now I automatically, I'm thinking about safe traveling in traffic because it is just a natural byproduct is a natural of me going out there on, anchored into that state. I'm anchored into feeling and emotion, which makes it easier over time because then you don't have to think about it as much. Then your autopilot mind becomes the setting, the intention. You see how powerful this is. This is so powerful because then you're waking yourself up from the autopilot mindset intentions for segments of your day. Watch what begins to happen.

3. Acting

The third technique that works like magic that is timeless and it is one you've probably heard of before, but I'm going to explain it in a different way. It is called acting as if I'm sure you've heard of it. Acting as if it is powerful because you start to embody the vibrational frequency of the reality you want to experience.

Here's what makes this different though most people are focused on the outer circumstance. They want to experience when they're acting, as if, well, I want to be a very wealthy and I'm going to imagine myself with money and I just make it rain in my living room all the time. Just money, money, money, money everywhere. That's what I imagine. I'm going to act as if I have money, so I'm going to get these papers.

I make it as monopoly money, just throw it in the air and be like, see, I'm acting as if that's not the way you want to go about it. Instead, what you want to do is you want to focus on the vibrational feeling of you doing what you're passionate about because it's the thing that passionate feeling is who you are. When I make these videos right now, it's who I am.

This feels amazing. I love making videos because this is who I am. That's why it's so easy for me to do something like, Aaron, you worked really hard, but do you work so hard? Don't you believe in the love attraction and just allowing things to come to you, but then I'd be denying myself because I love making videos, so this is more about vibrational frequency.

When you act as if and you align it to your passion, that's when magical things begin to happen because then you also raise your vibration and when you raise your vibration, you then start to experience a reality that is equal to how you think, act and feel, because your vibration is a combination of what you think. Act and feel. Your reality then becomes an equal to equal to that vibration. Follow your passion. How do you find your passion?

You set the intention, set the intention to find your passion and you'll start to see clues as to what that could be. That is the power of this process. Acting as if is more so about being, being who you really are. When I imagine the best possible version of me, I imagine me traveling the world, speaking in front of crowds and stuff and, and, uh, doing kind of what I do on YouTube, but in, in person.

The key, like I said, is to imagine it as if you're in it like I was mentioning earlier and to imagine, imagine the qualities in the emotions you'd be feeling and then to simply realize that that's who you are. That is, you, and as you realize that it becomes more and more your reality. It becomes something more so. It's easier for you to embody, so be aware of what that is for you and be aware of that passion, feeling that passion, the feeling is who you are.

That is this connection to your higher self and when you're in that state, you're in a higher vibrational state where things happen easier. If you're in the lower vibrational states, shame, fear, guilt, all of those negative, angry anger than trying to manifest as hard because you have those lower vibrational emotions keeping you down. Instead, find your passion. When you find your passion, you get out of those lower vibrations and then you're in a higher vibration.

Then your reality will manifest much easier for you. Now, of course, you're always manifesting in something, but if you're in the lower vibrations, you're going to manifest more reflections of those lower vibrations, so think about this in terms of vibration as well, but it's not faking it till you make it. It's just letting go of what doesn't serve. I look at myself speaking on stage. If I have a belief right now that says that that's difficult to do, that doesn't serve me.

It doesn't need to be. It doesn't mean I need a pilot of believers. That's Aaron. That's going to be so easy for you to speak on stage. It's easy. It's easy, easy. I don't have to think about it is easy. I just let go of the one that says it's hard because as you let go, you begin to raise up just like a bob under the ocean of Bob, like a fishing bob. You have a bob there. If you push it down and you let it go, just goes back up. It's the same type of thing.

Let go of the negative beliefs. You just come back up. That's the power of it. It's about more about letting go than piling on. Just to recap, the three manifestation techniques you can begin to apply today that will change your life is first off, simply understanding the power of as you fall asleep at night, feel the emotions of what you want to experience, feel inside of your heart.

Understand this is a head and heart connection. When you do that every day in your life, begin to change the feeling is the secret guided meditation. Listen to it for 21 days. I promise you, stay consistent with it and watch how your life begins to change. Set the intention for certain parts of your day for things to happen or for intentions that you have for outcomes. Watch how it compounds over time, and then you'll start to see that your life begins to go in the direction you want rather than being at the effect of everything in your life.

And then thirdly, acting as if another thing with acting as if is to be aware of what that version of you think does in fields and the emotion of that version of you and make sure you link it up. Some people are like, I want to own an art gallery studio, but they're not taking any action to make art every day. They're not studying the business model of an art gallery.

They're not trying to meet people already in the industry. They're not doing anything for it. You're not really acting as if when I did this, I started making a daily video because I knew the version of me that was a daily YouTuber, a daily video. YouTube vlogger was making daily videos. I became that version of me by knowing that's also who I am. If you're passionate about art, that is who you are.

You don't have to try very hard to set the intention to more so act as if. But make sure it's connected to your passion. You don't know you're passionate. Set the intention to figure it out. Would that be instead that meditation? Let's do with all of these. They have to have consistency. If you do it once, it's not necessarily going to work because you have years and years have piled on beliefs that no longer serve you. Make it a consistency. Commit yourself right now to the 21 days feeling like a secret and watch how your life begins to change and commit to it.

Today, we're going to be sharing with you how to go beyond the ordinary, how to create your life to be magical. Maybe you see me before. Maybe you've seen me on Instagram talking about that of Harry Potter and how much I like Harry Potter and how would I read the books, Harry Potter.

And then after the series, I was like, oh, I have to live in this world without magic or so I thought and it was kind of sad. I was like 15 years old and I was like, man, I got to go live with all these moguls. No magic. I remember for a while I got really excited.

I got a stick in my backyard. I was young. I got to stick it. I was like pretending to be pretending to could do magic and stuff like that. But guess what? Years later, I realized that magic is something you can create in your life when you learn how to let go of the subconscious and the beliefs that hold you back from experiencing more.

Let me explain what I mean. I met of the Harry Potter stuff kind of a metaphor. Um, although I think that in one reality, Harry Potter may exist that type of reality, which would be really cool, which like, why am I not there right now? But I digress anyways when it comes to understanding the magic of reality, the first thing to understand is that your reality will be consistent in the way that you define it. How do you define reality?

One time I read a book by, uh, by Tony Robbins and in it he talks, there's like this, there's this called awaken the giant within. In it, there is this one chapter where he talks about what are your metaphors for life, like your metaphors for life are going to control how you experienced your life. For example. Do you think, do you think that your life is an uphill battle? Because at that's the metaphor you use, think about, that's a metaphor. It's like an uphill battle, like going uphill.

It's really hard. Do you think that reality is hard in general? Life is not meant to be easy. Do you feel like you're just trying to make a dollar out of fifteen cents? Do you feel like that? Because if you say it habitually and even think about that metaphor, trying to make a dollar a dollar out of fifteen cents, it seems like you have to stretch that fifteen cents like by seven or eight times.

That's a lot. And it's like that's going to be hard, you know? And if you're constantly living. I remember I used to always walk around but like “Yo man, how are you doing? What's going on Bro?” And someone will be like a good man. I just try to make a dollar and fifty cents. I'm like, Bro, why are you trying to do that? ​

They're like, no, you still need like eighty-five cents more. This is about being aware of the definitions you have about reality because they may be limiting you. How do you define reality? Let me, let me kind of share with you how I define reality. I think reality is magical.

That's kind of why I'm making this blog because I think that a reality is magical. I think that reality is, is also kind of like a dream. I also define reality is that dream. Because guess why? When you define reality is a dream. It's more flexible. If you define reality as solid and fixed in only capable of matter, and you have to measure everything.

Everything has to be scientifically proven. If that's how you define reality, then guess what? Your reality can only show up in certain ways. It can't be that magical because everything is the way it is. And I got it. Understand it from an ecological point of view and I got to be able to measure it. All of these things end up making it limited skew of reality now. When we look at this, it's like, how do you define reality?

Back to the original question. Here's another powerful way of looking at reality. I think the reality is kind of like a form of a dream. Can you think that reality is like a form of dream? Uh, okay. Wait, sorry. Reality is like a game here. That's what I was going with. That reality is like a game. Think of it as a game, like as something fun, right? You and you playing the game.

It's normally a fun game, you know, you can play in Sims or like you make people walk around and go into the living room and they'd be like, Oh, you didn't live in new. Remember to bring into the kitchen in the kitchen. You can make some civilians could take the kids to school. Some people like that. Sims or maybe you're playing like Donkey Kong. I play Donkey Kong back in the day. Um, that was fun.

And the idea behind that is that there are ways of figuring out the game so that you do it in your favor. In a way that makes it more fun too. But if people think the reality is hard and things don't come easily and I'm a victim of circumstance, then that is going to be their reality.

Our definitions about life itself create a reality. I've been talking about this a lot lately because instead of us looking at the individual beliefs that we have about money, success, relationships, health instead of those individually, it's like I believe I can wait.

I can. We can have a 10% buddy effect in addition dead tonight. But to leave, I'm going to let go of don't believe. And instead of being like, oh, I'm going to believe that I can make $100,000 a year instead of $50,000 a year instead of all of those beliefs. What about your beliefs about reality itself? Those are individual beliefs like relationships, money, health.

How about reality itself? What are your beliefs about it? That's what I'd like to ask you to become aware of because if you want to make your life more magical, you have to start defining life as magical and in order to experience magic in your life like synchronicity, which is a natural byproduct of the way reality works. By the way, synchronicity is the understanding that everything is happening at the same moment.

Everything's happening right now. Your perception of it can then see how these now, this now moment connects together and you may say, well, I was just thinking about this kind of person and this person popped into my life.

I was just thinking about how I wanted to go watch this movie. And then I go somewhere and like the movies playing, somebody asked me to go watch wants me to watch it with them. These little things where like, oh, we brush them off. Like, oh, that's just coincidence. That stuff just happens. However, it's a natural byproduct for the way reality works.

Our thoughts correlate with our experience. When we become aware of that, it becomes very powerful because then we can go in the direction that we want and we can see that magic that's already there. Things in your life can be more magical. The more you pay attention to the synchronicity, not just the coincidence.

All of this happened. Everything is synchronicity. It's just how aware of you of what you’re thinking. Most people are just in the autopilot mind. This is where we're going to talk about the autopilot mind.

Dr. Joe Dispenza. All right. He's a guy that wrote a couple books. One is called how to break the habit of being yourself. I saw that title in the sauna once with someone who reads like live to have it. Not be Yourself, be yourself, but his point in it, it's actually really good book this point in it, is that who we think we are is a habitualized set of thought patterns, is talking about the ego.

We think this is who I am. This is what I can do. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions will always be equal to our reality or reality will be equal to our thoughts, feelings and emotions. Most people just stay in the autopilot mind. They're thinking the same things every day. They're feeling the same emotions every day. They're doing the same actions that every day and because of that, they create the same experiences every single day.

Here's the thing, you cannot create anything new from that same level of thinking, so the level of thinking that gets up on the same side of the bed every day that goes and brushes the teeth at the same type of way, thinking about similar thoughts goes, takes the same route to work, goes and talks to the same coworkers, have similar conversations, do similar things every day.

That habitualized way of thinking is only going to create more of the same, so if you want to go beyond that of the ordinary to go beyond that way you think, feel enact, you must be willing to go beyond all of those things and you must make the choice to do it. It's really that simple, to be honest with you.

Make the choice. You say this is my reality. This is what Dr. Joe Dispenza says, your personality creates your personal reality. Your personality is a combination of what you think, how you feel and how you act. If you continue to do these three things over and over and over again, you will continue to create the same results over and over and over again.

If you step outside of that by doing something new, thinking new thoughts, by doing something new as well, you could take new action. You could also feel something new. Once you do one of these. Also, normally the other things all link up, so if you do something you've never before, you're now thinking of new thoughts and you also feel it a little bit of uncertainty, so that kind of fearfulness comes in or that is that excitement comes in, whatever it is, but once you push through it, then you've expanded your own comfort zone.

You also expand your self-image. Think about that. If you have a self-image that says, I'm only. This is my box is my personality, this is who I am, and you do something beyond that. You'd been expanded your self-image. If you're normally like very shy and you feel weird about being around people and you say, you know what? That's like a way of always thought, felt and acted.

I'm going to go beyond that. You take little action. You start smiling at people that you walk by. You start engaging in conversation with other people and then as you start to do that, guess what? You start to change the way you see yourself. You didn't go from seeing yourself as somebody that is shy, not able to talk to people. They're like, well, now changed my self-image a little bit. I've gotten beyond that personality structure of how I thought felt an act and I can now be a little bit more open.

I can now be a little bit more of myself and I've redefined it. Your self-image also has a powerful impact over that of the kind of reality that you experience. The reality really is meant to be something that is fun. Reality is meant to be something that is a very cool experience.

Yes, there's going to be learning in it, but this is about having the awareness that reality is what we believe to be true. Things in our life are self-fulfilling prophecies. Whatever you think to be true is going to be reflected back to you. Back to the first question, what do you believe to be true about reality? TV was going to try and write in that but didn't really. It didn't really work. For this process, be aboard what that is, I choose. Here's my quote is a quote I've been saying for a while.

The more you realize that your life is a form of a dream, the more dreamlike your life will become. Let me say that one more time. The more you realize that your life is a form of dream is the more dreamlike your life will become. The more that you reemphasize that reality is rigid, very solid, the more that your reality will be that way.

How do you let go of those old beliefs by going within and knowing who you are, by going in and seeing what are your current self-fulfilling prophecies and I don't even say you have to? You have to believe that life is a dream. I'm saying just let go of the belief that life is solid, fixed and things only happen if you really, really try and you're a victim of circumstance or all these other things, so just be aware of what that is.

How can you and what are some practical steps you can take to make your reality more magical? You could first off, start to trust the universe more. If you have something that's on your mind, something that's bothering you, give it up to your higher mind, the larger consciousness aspect of you and ask for a solution to come into your life.

Ask for something to happen, ask for something to be figured out. When you go to bed at night, set the intention as you're going to bed at night to experience more of life is like a fun game, dream, magical. Set that intention because when you go to bed at night, here's the thing. This is why this is such a powerful technique. When you go to bed at night, you are drifting from the more awake states into the more sleep states and the more awake states are the Alpha state, the bid it.

If a state which is the await brainwave states, and then you go into the Theta state as you're falling asleep, the Theta state is where the subconscious mind is when you're drifting off to sleep. That is when you have this window of opportunity to influence the subconscious mind about a half an hour before. The subconscious mind speaks in the form of emotion.

As you're going to bed, feel the emotion of how exciting life is of how life is like a dream of how things are more flexible than prior to the thought of how magical things are, and then feel that emotion as you go to bed and watch how your life begins to change. Here's the thing though. You must do that consistently. Sometimes we'd be like, oh, this sleep technique. It's really cool. I did it once and got some results, but they don't do it consistently.

Do it consistently. It works. Fuel the emotions that you want to experience right when you are going to bed at night as you're falling asleep and as you do that, you will start to influence your subconscious mind in a powerful way. That's one way you could do it. The other thing you could do is this simply becomes aware of what your current self-image of what you are currently thinking, feeling and acting, and simply make the choice to do something new.

That is what Dr. Joe Dispenza set is. You cannot create something new from the known. You have to step onto the unknown so you have to do something you haven't done before. Maybe it's something like taking some small. At first, we were taking a new route to work where it starts to rewire your brain because you're not just seeing the same things every day.

Oh, this is a new route to work. Leave a little bit earlier, see how that goes. It's a little step. You can take these little steps, add to the momentum, make the choice that you are going to do something that the old personality wouldn't do. You may have said, oh, well, I want to be healthier. Well, the current health, the current version of me eat unhealthy food will start to make a choice to go to a healthy restaurant, to go to some nutrition class, to go and get a gym membership.

That is going to reaffirm a new reality that's going to be into the unknown. Your reality will become more magical because you're doing something the old personality wouldn't do to make a choice to do something that you have never done before. As you do all of these things, what you'll find is that when you begin to become this new version of you.

Reality really is meant to be magical. The more that you begin to believe that reality is magical is the more that your life will be magical because you will start to see it in your life. This is about being aware of your beliefs about reality itself and starting to break it down. You know they've even proven that 99.9% of everything that we touch and feel is made up of empty space.

There was a quantum physicist that said that. It's a funny thing because everything that we think of Israel is made up of non-real elements and it's 99.9% space, but yet it feels very real. But when you become aware of that, you realize that quantum physics that says that the more you know about quantum physics, the more you realize that we don't know anything about reality.

The reason I'm saying all this is to help break apart your beliefs about reality so that you can let go of the things that no longer serve and you can start to wire in this new way of being.

First off, just know that you are more powerful than you can imagine your beliefs about reality or influencing your reality. Begin to let go of what doesn't serve it. Start to embrace more of who you are. You are magical and the more you start to tap into that, the more you start to act out of the old personality and you start to do and be the kind of person you prefer.

The more your reality will become magical for you. With that being said, if you want that, that a meditation I was talking about, about going to bed at night, I've made a very powerful meditation. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you the game of reality 101, and how you can upgrade the level that you're at. Understanding that this is a powerful metaphor for understanding how life may actually be like if you study a lot of some of the ancient philosophies of understanding how the world works.

If you study and look into metaphysics, you see that it's highly probable that this reality that we experience is not the baseline level reality. This is something that Elon Musk was pointing out when he was talking in an interview within the last couple of years.

He said, the chances that this is the baseline reality, which means the actual reality itself that we think is actually real is less than a fraction of a percentage. Think of it like this, we in our society almost have virtual reality to the extent that we hardly know the difference between what we see and what we imagine and what we're actually experiencing.

We already are within 100 years of having the ability to not know the difference, so what's to say at a higher level of consciousness. We did not decide to come down into a lower level of vibration and forget who we are because that's one of the purposes of the game, to then have this kind of experience that we call life on earth and I'm going to be pointing to a couple of things so this blog is mainly meant to help you see the world from a new way.

If you so choose. With everything that I share, find out what resonates for you. Go within yourself because this is just one thing that one facet for the way that I see reality and I find it to be something that's very conductive to me accomplishing what I want. Filling and feeling this spiritual fulfillments within myself. This doesn't mean that we live in some type of a computer. Computer is a metaphor.

We are immortal, spiritual beings made of love and light that have come into this experience to remember that that's who we are, but it is not necessarily as dark as maybe the movie the Matrix made it seem where it's like these are just evil machine entities trying to get us, so this is a very loving thing. It's a very empowering thing and in general, what I want to ask you right now is what are your beliefs about reality itself?

Do you believe that reality is fixed? What I mean by that is very solid, very hard to change because if that's what you believed, that will be your reality. Do you believe that reality is flexible? What does metaphors that you use for your life? Do you believe that life is an uphill battle? Because that metaphor will be a self-fulfilling prophecy. You'll find that when you tried to do things, you're pushing and you're trying to go, you're trying to go and it feels like an uphill battle.

Whatever beliefs you have are going to be your experience, so a powerful understanding. One that I like a lot is reality being a dream because the more dreamlike reality, the more dreamlike your reality becomes. The more you realize your life is a dream, the more dreamlike your life becomes, and that's because then things become more flexible, they become less rigid in the same way.

Another powerful one, which is what this blog is about, is understanding that life is a form of game and when we start to see that life is a form of game, we can then find out ways of moving through it, enjoying the process, but how we can upgrade our level as well of what level we're at within the game of life itself. Just to give this a little bit of a basis that I had a marker similar I do right here.

Just to give this a little bit of a basis, let me explain a little bit about who we really are. We are unconditional love and bliss. We are multidimensional beings that exist at many different layers right now. When you go to bed at night, you may think, oh, I'm just having these subconscious dreams.

That's it. That's all I'm doing. When you go to bed at night, you wake up to higher states of consciousness that you don't remember because you wouldn't have any way to translate what the higher dimensions are like because in this reality you interpret through your five senses how you touch, smell, taste, hear, see, that's how you interpret reality and your brain is able to record memory and how it compares itself to see how things work, to then see which direction to move in.

However, understanding that, it's about knowing that in higher this source energy that you naturally are is of a very, very high vibrational state. It's unconditional love. It's bliss. It's when people are considered enlightened, they are more so embodying more of that source energy because they're less identified with the vehicle. Let me explain that. When we come into this reality, what we must do is we must have some form of limitation by a limitation.

What I mean is we have a body, a body that can only vibrate to a certain frequency before it gets transcended and the body isn't needed anymore. Some people call that ascension. However, in our life right now, we're going through this transition of consciousness. We have chosen to be here whether we're aware of it or not, and we use this body as a vehicle, as an avatar.

In the game of life, this vehicle is an Avatar in the game of life and we interpret our reality through the five senses and we go through life experiences. What happens is as we're born, as we grow up, as we go through social conditioning, we become identified with the body. We become identified with the ego and the ego doesn't have to be bad.

Some people say the ego is bad. The ego is what we use for a physical experience. The problem is when you become identified with only the ego, if you're aware of the ego, that's when things begin to change in a very powerful way. However, we come from source energy.

We have decided to have this life on earth right now and we interpret reality through the five senses of the body and we are in a way going through certain things in our life for learning because in the higher dimensions, when we are source energy, when we think of something or we want to experience something, we do it immediately. There is not time and space in this reality.

We have a longer stretched out time and space to where we come here and we're able to soak in experiences. If we're thinking of something, there is a delay factor, somewhat of a delay factor of what we think to what we experience, so because of that, it makes this life experience more interesting because we can more so soak in what is happening versus being in the higher dimensions where you're have such a high vibration that you immediately think of something and it's there.

You want to talk to someone. You're immediately there with them. If you choose to. Do you want to go to a certain environment, you create that environment? It is a very magical place in the higher dimensions. We would consider it magic and that is who we naturally are.

Then what we say is we say, I want to go and experience this lower vibrational reality where things slow down, where there's time to cultivate and their ability to learn lessons you see in the source energy and we want to learn something. It's instant Karma. We instantly experience it.

However, when we come here, there's a little bit of a stretch to where we can absorb in the experience a little bit more and we can learn from it. And another thing we do is we come on earth and we have all these physical bodies where we think we're all separate from each other.

There's also this game of separation that we play. When people go to war, that's when there's conflict, but then we go through this shift where we realize that we're all connected. That I do to someone else, I also do too.

Another aspect of myself from a certain point of view, but in this game of life right now on the planet, it is about knowing and remembering who we are. There is an awakening happening on the planet right now. This awakening is people becoming aware of how this vehicle works, their body, their Avatar, knowing that they are actually immortal, spiritual beings that come from source energy, that are source energy, pretending to play this game of life. I'm using this avatar. I am Aaron Doughty. I make YouTube videos.

This is who I am, but that is not just who I am. Just like you are not just who you think you are. You are so much more than that. When we come into this world, it's a difficult place. You want to know why you forget who you are. There are many other systems of reality in the universe where when you go, you retain your memory of who you are.

You know your purpose. When you're very, very young, you know why you came here. You have more of this buffer in between different dimensional states of consciousness, meaning your multidimensionality is more so a what you're aware of it and you remember that as you're growing up and with who you are here, you forget who you are. You go through a veil of forgetfulness because that makes the game more interesting. Imagine you are playing a game and you knew it was a game.

You may not take it as serious, but what happens is as you start to become more aware of you, who you are, you go through these layers and one of the first things you do when you start to go through this, as you have what is called a spiritual awakening, you become aware that you are more than just your physical body. You become more aware that this is what it is.

Does not bad, not good at just is this whole avatar vehicle structure that interprets reality through the five senses, but then you remember that you are source energy. You are more than you can even possibly imagine. You have more ability to remember these multidimensional states of consciousness of who you are, and that's one of the purposes of life is to remember who we are and here's the thing. In a way, life is like a dream.

Life is like a game. However, analogy you want to use it. Think of it like a dream for a second. If reality and life is like a dream, I know that in a dream you can become lucid, which means you become aware that you're in a dream. What happens when you become aware that you're in a dream? You can then direct to the dream in the direction you want.

You say, “Oh, I'm dreaming right now.” Well, I'm going to do this, and then you go do something. In reality, it is the same way. When you become aware that life is a form of dream or life is a game, you can then direct it the way that you want because then you see how the game works.

You start to see certain patterns and there's certain patterns within our reality of how our reality works and one of them is our beliefs create our reality, so from a level we decided that when we come into this reality, we have the ability to generate meaning.

Generating meaning is where the beliefs, the meaning is this happens, this means this. We start to see certain patterns and we create this pattern structure in our life, so our beliefs create our reality. The best thing is your beliefs create your reality. You can change your beliefs and start with this first belief. What do you believe to be true about reality itself?

More so than trying to change your beliefs about money, about relationships, about health? What are your beliefs in general about reality? Do you think that life is solid? It's an uphill battle, or do you think that life could be a form of dream? Do you think that life can be a form of game?

Because if so it will become more flexible in your life will become much more fun. Games are fun. Games are meant to be fun, so this is about loosening up our perspective on it and not taking it so rigidly and serious because this is a temporary experience and this is meant to be fun.

This is meant to be something that we can put our own intention into and together right now, we are going through this awakening some quicker than others. If you're interested in my content on YouTube, then most likely you are already there in it, so congratulations because that means you're upgrading yourself. Our beliefs create our reality.

We've become aware of our, how our beliefs create our reality. Our beliefs are also tied to our identity, our identity, identity, our identity as part of our Avatar, and how we identify yourself. The way that we see ourselves, our self-image is what is called a cybernetic mechanism. Cybernetic means that whatever the base point is, it will always revert back to the base point, just like there's a thermometer over there on the wall that is set to 76 degrees right now.

If the heater, if it. If I open up this door to becomes colder, the heater will kick on and it will bring it back up to 75 or 76, whatever I said it was something like that and that is a cybernetic mechanism and the same way. If you see yourself as only able to accomplish a certain status within the game, only able to make 50 k per year only able to have a certain type of relationship, then guess what?

That will be your reality because that's what you see yourself as capable of doing so you must first change that id, the identity. As you change that, then things begin to change in your life. What is the key to upgraded the game of life? Here we go. This is the secret right here.

Awareness. Awareness is the key to upgrading the game of life. Maybe you've seen me also shared before the scale of consciousness. The scale of consciousness is that from certain levels of vibration, and I'll go ahead and show that really quick because it's very powerful and this will help you understand how to upgrade in the game of life.

The more aware you become of your beliefs, the more you upgrade your level, the more you become aware of who you are as source. The more you upgrade your level, the more aware you become of how you can let go of these lower vibrational states of consciousness.

The more you upgrade your consciousness because you are unconditional love and bliss. We've just lowered our vibration by coming into an Avatar, physical body that is encapsulated within this time space, reality, and we experience our reality through it and remember realities and mirror so whatever we perceive are then getting that mirrored back to us.

Whatever we believe to be true will be mirrored, mirrored back to us, and the key is being aware of it because when you're aware of it, you start to take your power back. They are just in the reactive mind. You start to become more aware. You upgrade in the game of life, the more use you become aware of how you can respond rather than react, observing the thoughts as powerful in this mode, so let me show you really quick.

This scale of consciousness, you'll see the scale of consciousness right here. I'll go and put it in. You'll see on this gal consciousness, which I've shared many times, you'll see shame, fear, guilt. Eventually you'll see anger and the neutrality, big step at neutrality. Then you'll see that of willingness, acceptance, and then reasoning. That's the intellect and then love, love and above as who you naturally are.

This is what happens in the game of life. There are these different levels of consciousness. When you are in drenched entrenched into the lower vibrational states of consciousness, which is below neutrality, you identify with the physical body, you identify with the reaction mind. You identify with all this stimulus is that are happening and a big powerful step happens.

When you move from that into neutrality. Neutrality means you observe what is happening. You say, oh, this person said this to me. That's it. Oh, this person said this to me, this person did it. I'm watching the news, oh, this is happening, but I don't have. You don't have to feed into it and feel like you're reacting.

You can more so respond. That is neutrality because then you let go of the autopilot mind because those lower vibrational states of consciousness are just on autopilot. They're just running themselves out over and over and over again, and the more you identify with them, the more that's your reality and the more you say entrenched with it, so a big step you get to in the game of life.

When we get to neutrality, you learn how to start observing your thoughts. Then what happens is you get to that of reasoning. That's a big step. Then acceptance where you accept where you are, you understand you can surrender to the present moment. Willingness, the willpower to go in a certain direction. Einstein himself calibrated at all for 99 on the scale of zero to a thousand. It's because he took the intellect as far as it could possibly go.

400 to 500 is where you realize that your beliefs create your reality. It's a very powerful step because then you see that as you change your beliefs, you then also change the reflection that you're getting back, so that is very powerful. Then what you do is you work there for a while, but then you must actually let go of all the beliefs you have in order to get into love.

You must go beyond the intellect because the thing with life is everything you believe to be true is true for you because everything is a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's almost like a paradox because what's true for you may not be true for someone else, but it's not that one's right, one's wrong. It's just that they're true for two different perspectives. It's about being aware of that and knowing that eventually you let that go.

You didn't get into love and then love and above is who you naturally are. The way that you move up the scale is through awareness of where you are. Doesn't have to be a label, but just awareness of where you are observing your thoughts and forgiveness.

Forgive yourself, forgive other people, forgive things that have happened in your life as you forgive you. Let go of these lower vibrational states of consciousness. Forgive yourself, forgive things that people, people are always doing the best with where they are. They're doing the best they can in their life where they are and I get it because I've had an abusive step mom before and I look at her and say, well, how can I justify this? But she was also abused by her dad and she was treated a certain way, so she's playing out in an old pattern.

She's doing the best she can with where she is and she just believes that she has to be that way. I'm not saying it's right and I agree with it. I'm just saying I'm able to forgive it because I see that she's just where she's at. You see, so it's about awareness and when you become aware, you start to upgrade your vibration.

When you're in a higher vibration, you create things easier than ever. Your vibration is higher, so therefore things happen easier, so the game of life is about understanding that you came from source energy, that you are using this Avatar, a physical body to interpret your reality, but it is not just all that you are. You have this Id. You have this identity of how you define yourself and based on that you are perceiving your reality through those beliefs. The way that you upgrade the game of reality is awareness.

You become aware of who you are. You become aware that you are source energy. You become aware of the beliefs that you have and then what you do is you forgive. Let go, observe and start to exist from your heart. You start to feel from your heart. These are all ways that you upgrade your game of life into a totally new state of consciousness and from that place you then see that you are a multidimensional being.

You start to have experiences when you go inwards, when you meditate and you can start to go within yourself like everything I'm saying right now, see what resonates with you. Start to go within yourself and find out what your game of reality is about. Find out what is true for you because we've been conditioned to believe so many things. We believe that this is who we are and we're so much more than we can imagine.

Here’s something that will help you in this process completing the past. If you complete the past, you do not repeat the past and this is how you become more aware and the game of life and I it this meditation I'm going to share with you also drenches you in source energy vibration so you complete the past so you don't have to repeat it and then you get washed over with unconditional love and bliss.

Today I'm going to be sharing with you why you are here right now on the planet and understanding what you can do moving forward to really integrate this aspect of you because, in essence, this is actually more of who you are. Then you can even imagine and it's just about being aware of it and it's about embodying it.

It's about integrating it. In order to understand this, what I thought I would do is first I'll just explain a little bit about reality itself and just kind of put your attention and help you to guide your attention along these little realizations that may begin to expand your scope of awareness for how you see reality itself.

The reality that we experience through our senses, we experience through our five senses. We have taste, touch, smell here. These are all ways that we interpret reality. This is the mode, the vehicle that we use in our life experience and when we're born into this life, we have an experience where we start to identify with our senses.

We think that our senses are who we are and what happens is we become so identified with it so identified with forum, with being able to approve things based on some sense of a materialistic or some sense of a tangible way of understanding it, that we become entrenched in thinking that this is all of who we are. What happens is as we go through life, we may eventually come across what is called spiritual awakening.

A spiritual awakening is something that you've probably been through or are going through because you cannot perceive that which you are not the vibration of. If you are perceiving of this video and me talking about this, then you are either in the process of it or you've been through a form of it before, and when you start to go through that have a spiritual awakening, you become aware that there is more than just the physical ego structure.

You become aware that there's more than just the five senses and that is a very powerful part in our life. When we have a spiritual awakening, in essence, what a spiritual awakening does is it wakes us up to more of who we are. It wakes us up to who we are at a greater level, and it starts to in a way, wake us up from the dream of reaction. You could form a certain level say that our life is a form of a dream. It is just a long, consistent dream and that at a greater level of consciousness, we are immortal.

Spiritual beings live in temporary human experiences. We know that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It simply exists and in the same way, you exist right here, right now, and you will always exist because the thing is you cannot be created nor destroyed. You simply are. You may change your form, but that does not mean you do not exist and the reason I'm putting in guiding your attention to these different facets so that you start to see that you are more than you probably thought that you were.

Look to certain aspects of your life and see how your beliefs have been creating your experiences. We get a reflection in our life of that which we believe to be true, which we exist. We believe this is true. We get a reflection of it. We believe something's not true. Then we see the lack of that in our lives now that has shaped your whole entire life.

Maybe when you were young, you were told that children invest to be seen and not heard, so you started to be a little quieter. Not express yourself because that was the way that you thought the world had to work, but beliefs create reality. You can change that belief. That's where the power is. When it comes to understanding reality itself, reality is the meaning that we give it. If we believe something is hard then it will be hard.

If we believe something is easy, then it will be easy. Almost everything in our life is a self-fulfilling prophecy, meaning whether we think we can or we think we can't wear, right? It's about understanding that reality itself is much more flexible than we can imagine and when you go to bed at night and those dreams that you're thinking you're having, those dreams may be at dreams that are influenced and helping you to understand your subconscious mind more.

They may be messages from your subconscious mind or from your higher self and that might be a way that you interpret things or messages or whatever it is. However, at a greater consciousness level, when you go to bed at night, you are awaking to higher states of consciousness. You just don't remember it, but right now, if you are here right now, that it's a time you knew it because you cannot perceive that which you're not the vibration of.

And if you're here, then it is time. You know this, it is time. You know that every single night when you go to bed, you are awaking to higher states of consciousness. What I mean by this is you exist in many dimensions. At the same time, you just interpret your reality through the five senses and through the vehicle body that we use. You think that that's all that you are, but in actuality, you are so much more.

You are any mortal, spiritual being, living a temporary human experience, and every night when you go to bed, you are awaking to these higher states of consciousness. Here's the thing. In these higher states of consciousness, we have more awareness. We have a higher vibration. This is what we could call the third, fourth dimension. That's what people like to give these, these terms. These are just labels we don't have to get too identified with it. The third dimension is duality. Good, bad light, dark up, down on earth.

Right now, there is a level of duality. You'll see war. You're so people with opposing viewpoints. You'll see all these different perspectives. And you will see people that are having problems with each other that are emphasizing their separateness. This is part of the game of life. And right now, what we are going through is we are transcending those labels because those are not just who we are.

We're realizing that we are so much more now in this game where we have this third-dimension type experience of duality. In a way, this is kind of like a school. It is of like a place that we go where we forget who we are. One of the things with this multidimensional self is you have to understand that to come to earth you have to be a master teacher.

You have to be a master at holding energy in the third-dimensional realm of consciousness because it is not easy being here, you may have noticed that it is not the easiest thing to be on earth because there's a pain, there's attachment, there are these certain perspectives. But guess what? You wouldn't have come here if you couldn't transcend it.

You wouldn't have come here. You can do it and you can go through it and you can transform. The thing that makes this difficult more so than many other places in the universe is that we forget who we are. When we come here. There are many different places we go where we retain that memory from a baby, from however we come into it and we're learning. We are taught that growing up. Whereas we're taught here that we're separate. We're taught here to identify with our senses, to eat another Big Mac.

That's what we're taught, so we are in Greenwich, in our senses, with chemicals in our body and we disassociate from our soul and we feel lower vibrational states of consciousness. We think that's who we are in different realms of consciousness. When someone is born, they remember there any mortal spiritual being that is made of love and they don't have to go through as much pain.

Here, it's a little bit different here. We forget who we are because one of the purposes of life is for us to remember who we are, to literally remember who we are and like I was talking about earlier when it comes to spiritual awakening, the spiritual awakening that we go through is part of that. That is us remembering who we are, remembering that we are more than our ego structure.

Remembering that there is this connection that cannot really be explained. It can only be experienced. Everyone wants to understand spirituality and wants to measure it with science peruse. To me, that science in has this spiritual type thing proved to me that we are more than just our physical bodies. Prove it well. Besides having thousands and thousands of cases of people that have NDE or near-death experiences, who all have very transformative type experiences.

Some of them have very consistently similar experiences in many ways as well. Besides that, it can't be proven other than something that comes from experience, but once you know, you know it doesn't. It's not like we have these spiritual experiences of connection to our soul connecting to the multidimensional aspects of ourselves, and then somebody says, well, that's not real. And you go, oh, okay. You don't say that because you understand that. It's like, all right bro, you just haven't experienced it yet.

It's not like that. Some people get caught up in that, but kind of when you go through a spiritual awakening too, sometimes you get to that level where you're just like, you feel like people don't understand you and you're like, everyone else is just asleep. But in reality, it's about integrating and not having that spiritual ego. Anyway, multidimensional, self. When it comes to understanding these multidimensional aspects of us, we have existences and many different frames of reality.

We just limit ourselves thinking, oh, I can only be at one place at one time. That's it. I'm just one place. One time. That's me. That's not you. I mean it is you, but if you are so much more many of your spiritual guides, which by the way, you have spiritual guides. If you didn't know this, the spiritual guides that are with you all the time.

How do you know this? How do you know it is something that you can experience for yourself? Remember, beliefs create reality, so it's about understanding your beliefs. If you believe that that's not the case, nope, no spirits guides. You may create this blockage wall between you and your guides, but it's about understanding that you still got that connection where I've connection spiritual guys, these spiritual guides to you may look at the spiritual guys, make, oh, these are very wise spiritual guides.

They're very wise. However, here's the thing, are you ready for this? Those spirits are guides are other multidimensional versions of. You may say, well, I got this really cool guy, I really like them. Guess what? In a higher dimension, that's you. It's just that sometimes our guides will take forms, different names. I mean it's not like it's going to take it the same as, "Oh, I'm Aaron."

Maybe, maybe not, but it's more so understanding that we have multidimensional different aspects of us, maybe even aspects of our consciousness that are in different star systems, different realms of consciousness that flows through them and they interpret and can give us information because they are connected to us. That's something else too.

What do you think about that? Right. That's pretty cool. That's cool. Some people are like, oh, that wish it was somebody else, but we like to give away our power a lot. At the deepest fundamental court. You want to get down the rabbit hole going down the rabbit hole. We're all connected as well. We look to other people. Go your separate, your separate.

No, we have conflicting ideas. Let's fight at the fundamental core level. Our energy is all connected. If you were to look, if you look at heart math institute for example, which shows this an electromagnetic energy that goes far outside of our body. It's about understanding that. It's like there's more of this connection between ourselves and we can even imagine. Why is that so important to understand? We're all connected, we're all connected.

This game of life is what we have chosen to play because we can go through in this life more of an awakening and more of the remembrance that we are connected. Here's the thing, just to give a very general basis for understanding exactly why you're here and these different multidimensional aspects of you understand that earth is a freewill place. What this means is that it. There is duality. There's good and bad and that there may have been influenced in our past, have some more negative things.

Could have been either a, could have been other consciousness that may have been influencing the earth in a certain way, and because of that it may have dropped down a little bit in the past, right? It dropped down and it was just a lot of control. If you look at the way the media is controlled, if you look at the way some of the things in the world are run, some of the events that are orchestrated, you'll see that not, not all of it is of love and light.

However, it's part of the game that we chose to play. You chose to be here to help the collective consciousness because we are going through a transformation of consciousness right now on the planet. What is happening is the vibrations are raising. We are literally merging with our higher selves. Our higher self is a higher version of us. That's of a higher vibration. We are merging in this life with our higher self, increasing our vibrational frequency and becoming more aware of who we are.

This is a time of transformation on the planet and you may have forgotten that, but if you're here right now that it is time, you knew it. Here's the thing, in order for us to influence this reality, we couldn't just do it from the outside. What I mean by this is in the higher dimensions, we have abilities that you can't even possibly imagine. Imagine that you're not bound by time and space and the higher dimensions and you want to do something. You can instantly do it. You can instantly go somewhere else. You don't have to travel in the same linear way that we do in our reality.

You can instantly be there. You could literally create things from thought alone because there's not this buffer of time that there is here in this dimension and that's what you can experience. These higher dimensional beings that are you, other aspects of you, why couldn't they just influenced the earth and change it in a positive way?

Well, this is a freewill planet, which means the only way to influence this planet is from within, which means that we had to incarnate into the system itself in order to influence that read this reality, and the pain of that is that we had to forget who we are. We said you know what? I know this is going to be painful. I know that when I'm born, I'm probably going to go through things that don't feel good. I'm probably going to get a lot of reflections in my life that's going to.

It's going to show me a lot. I'm going to learn a lot, but it's going to be Painful, but this is a transformative time to be on the planet. I know that I can bear this kind of light and I can help the collective ascend in vibration, so out of compassion, you came here to earth and we are all here together right now as what some people call light workers.

People that are watching my content are definitely light workers. We are here right now to transform the planet by transforming ourselves, by raising our vibration. You may say, well, how do I transfer them? You transform the planet by changing yourself, by transforming yourself, because the outer world is a reflection of what we believe to be true. In that same way collectively, we are all going through this together as well. Our collective beliefs are creating our reality by us being here right now and starting to create this momentum, we are moving beyond the old ways of going about things.

The old control structure, the old power, the way that we're going about it that no longer serves you see, this is the power of being here right now. However, you are a multidimensional being in the higher dimensions. You have abilities that you can't even imagine. You are not bound by time and space. You can instantly do things that you want to do. You exist in many different realms at the same time because the only moment that exists is this moment.

Right now, we're just in this time-space matrix of 3D to 4D and we experience it through a linear type fashion, so we think that past the present, the future. However, it only exists now and when we start to realize this, we see that these multidimensional aspects of you are you. They may be future versions of you that may be past versions of you, but nonetheless, they are versions of you and you right now in your life are communicating back and forth.

When you go to bed at night, you may get certain dreams. Those are just ways your brain can interpret multidimensional existence. I had a dream last night. I was in some like beautiful grotto though these waterfalls and stuff and like this really cool environment. It was kind of magical. It was the best. ​

However, it's probably barely touching the surface of whatever it was. Maybe it was just a symbolic form of something I could learn. I don't know for sure, but in general, what I do know is that we are multidimensional beings. How do you know Aaron? Because I've experienced it because you can experience it too. That's why I'm telling you can experience it, but to do so, you have to go within. You have to open up the possibility.

That's why most of the very first part of the video is just showing you the possibility of it. Start to set the intention to connect with the multidimensional aspect of you. Set the intention right now. Set the intention and moving forward. Let go of how it happens. Let go of how it happens. Doesn't have to happen like you're in a dream and you just get this, this very strong sense that this is who I am. It could be certain symbols that start out with you.

It could start to, you know, some of the understanding who we are. We are so powerful that if we knew how powerful we were, it would scare us. That's how powerful we are. You may get certain symbols. You may get certain dream interpretations of understanding it. That's how powerful you are. That's how much you are more than you can even imagine.

You are multidimensional. You exist here right now with the dimensions of time and space, with the dimensions of this linear type reality that we experience where there's this buffer of time or there's something you want to create your life and you think about it. Then you work at it and you experience it however you are so much more and when you realize that that's just an experience, you can see that there's dimensional consciousness.

Beyond that, we just experienced our reality to the five senses. We get identified with our senses. We think that's who we are. We are more than our five senses and the way you experienced that. It's by going within. You experience it. You don't theoretically think about it, you experience it. That's where the power really is.

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you that of understanding the holographic manifestation process which goes beyond most law of attraction teachings, understanding really the mechanism for the way reality works so that if you want to change something, you know exactly how to go about that in a way that is really in alignment with the way things work.

For this process, let's first off understand what holographic even means. What does that actually even per curtail and when we think of Holographic, think of it like a Hologram. When you look at a hologram, you may see a certain image.

Within that image, there'll be the same image at a smaller level, so it's almost like the macrocosm-microcosm. It's an accumulation of all of those things that then make up that one bigger picture. In a similar type way, they have found that many of the molecules meant much of how we interpret our reality. There are different levels of this holographic type nature within us. If you were to look at the meridians on our body, for example, you would see

 that the way that it works is there are certain nerves that go through us that correlate with certain Oregon's on her hands. Same thing with our feet and that there is a correlation that we're able to see that and if you look at even the idea of us being over 70 percent water and you look at the planet herself as being over 70 percent water.

It's a very similar correlation because reality itself is holographic in nature. By nature. That's how things work. It's like there are just different levels to it. It's just kind of cool to think about. The reason I say all this is just to show you kind of a holographic means.

Holographic means it's a part inside of the hole, but it's also the whole itself, so like you are the not just the drop in an ocean but you are also the ocean in a drop. That's a very empowering way of looking at life in general and when we look at this, think about it in terms of what you want to experience and how you maybe have thought about it in the past.

Look at it from like the law of attraction where it's like, I'm over here. I want to experience that over there, so I'm going to set the intention. However, a lot of times what happens when we do that is we end up seeking something that is outside of ourselves, so we're going for something over there and if we want to change it, we think that we must change it over there and then try to get it in here.

In actuality, when you look at the holographic nature of reality and how things work, the way to go about it is more so to change us on the inside, how we relate to everything, how we define things in our life. And then the outside begins to change. This is also with the awareness that our reality is a reflection of what we believe to be true.

Depending on what we believe to be true, that's going to be what we perceive in our lives and if we are going out and trying to change other things were going about it backward. Think of it like reality is a mirror and it's always reflecting back to us the expression that we are putting out and we know that if you want to change the mirror, you don't go over to the mirror and you don't try to move the expression on your face.

You don't try to do anything that's going to influence. The mere except for first off, change yourself. A lot of times people will come to me and be like, Hey Aaron, I want to attract this kind of money in my life. I want to attract a relationship in my life. I want to attract all these things in my life and they want to change the outside.

The key is not to try to change. If you say, well, I always attract this kind of person in my life and I want to stop that pattern, then look within yourself and see how you can let go of those old patterns. If you want to attract abundance in your life, understand that there's always an abundance of something.

It's just what are you defining to be abundant? Are you saying lack is abundant in your life? You say, well, there is no abundance in my life. There's only lack. Well, then you're saying there's an abundance of lack in your life. That definition of the way you define reality is being projected out and other people are responding to that vibration you're putting out and the same way.

If you feel unworthy to be in a relationship and you go out into public and you're meeting people and you are projecting out that you don't feel worthy, guess what? They're going to feel that unworthiness off of you and that's going to influence how they interact in inner interact with you. 

Just like the microcosm, the macrocosm, just like what they're proving is that is reality itself may be a form of Matrix. It's a projection and that's empowering because at a greater level you are unconditional love and peace. That is who you are. This light to experiences more so just a dream that you might be currently having. It's a dream. It's a long consistent dream that has continuity, so we think it is all real.

There's a past, present, and future. However, be aware that in this process what you can begin to do is begin to remember who you are at a greater level. Because when you do that as well, when you remember who you are, you let go of a lot of the attachments that are holding you back in your life because the thing that normally stops people from attracting what they want is they have attachments, attachments to ideologies, attachments to perspectives, and these attachments literally way down people's energy.

Be aware of what that is and understand that if you really want to change your life, it is not about changing anything on the outside. It is about changing how you relate to the outside. It is about changing how you define things in your life because your definitions create your kind of experiences that you're having and the more you become aware of these things, the more that you start to take your power back.

For this process, what I also want to share with you is that of the self-image. It's been a while since I've talked about that, but our self-image creates our life experiences. Whatever you believe to be true about yourself and whatever you think your potential is. That will be what your subconscious mind keeps you within the reality of because the way ourselves image works as our self-image is what is called a cybernetic mechanism.

A cybernetic mechanism means that whatever we have, whatever we are tuned too we will do everything we can to be consistent with that. If you have a self-image that says, this is how I see myself, I see myself as only able to make $50,000 per year. I see myself as only able to be in this kind of relationship or relationship at all. All of these different definitions you might have, well you may say, well, I want more than that, but saying I want more than that isn't necessarily going to get you there unless you change on the inside. You change the way you see yourself.

You'd let go of those. The governor's switch that is keeping you within that realm of consciousness. For this process of understanding the holographic manifestation process, the key to it and the way you go about it, as you go within yourself and you change how you relate to the outer reality itself.

If you have these roles in your mind that say that making money is hard or all of these things, then what you do as you become aware of your definitions, because unless you change your definitions, the outside will remain the same unless you process the emotion of the past, feeling scarcity, a feeling not worthy. Unless you change those feelings of the past, you will continue to create them over and over again.

The key is going when you're within yourself and changing the way that you relate to the outside and you always ask yourself that question, what is this trying to show me right now? What is this circumstance in my life trying to show me? Because when you do that, then you see how you can change it on the inside versus blame. Anytime we blame someone else, we're externalizing our power when we're angry at someone else works during the night or power because we're also blaming them for something that they may have done.

The key to holographic manifestation is to bring it all within. To see that everything in your life is a form of choice. Even bad things that have happened to you, if you treat them as if you chose it because of some type of learning lesson you could have got out of it. If you treat it that way, it will then begin to transform for you because you then changed the way that you relate to it.

The key is to not go outside and try to change anything to change how you relate. If you're looking for more money, look at how you feel about abundance and what you think you're worthy of. If you're looking for a loving relationship, focus on the relationship with yourself because as you fill yourself up with love, you will then resonate with more and more people that can love you and they can then feel that off of you as well.

This is about being aware of how you interact with yourself. How do you feel abundant with yourself? How do you feel love within yourself? How do you feel healthy within yourself to then see how things begin to change on the outside, but this is what that awareness that the outside is simply a reflection and when you go within yourself and you start to see these little things, these definitions that you might have, that's when you start to take your power back?

Because our definitions many times are also subconscious we're not really aware of and we just say things like, people always DM and asked me questions like Aaron, how do I do this? When this, when this is happening? Well, within that definition itself, it says that all the girls that you meet are superficial and materialistic.

There's a definition there. There's a pattern that says that that's how reality is. That's not how reality is. That's something that's happened that you gave a meaning. And that meaning generated that kind of experience over and over and over again. The key to this process as being aware of those definitions and understanding that once you change the definition, you change the outer experience because reality itself is the reflection. That's the point of this blog is to instead of looking at reality and try to change reality, realize that reality is just a projection.

When you go out to meet other people, you're literally projecting your emotions and your things onto them and they're mirroring your beliefs about yourself. They're mirroring the patterns that you have within you, back to you, so be aware of that and the way that you change that. As you go within yourself and you see how you can let go, let go. Surrender. Set the intention to let something go. Set the intention to surrender, to pass patterns. Set that intention because as you do, you let go of the attachment you have to it and then you allow yourself to transform.

Transformation really is a choice and then at the level of letting go because the old paradigm doesn't work anymore. The old paradigm or isn't working in your choosing to let that go and the new paradigm is full of uncertainty, but that uncertainty is beautiful because that uncertainty will allow you to experience more than you priorly have. You cannot create something new from the old paradigm, the old way of thinking about things because if you think the same thoughts, you feel the same emotions, you do the same things.

You'll get the same results. If you want to experience more, realize that you must go within yourself and then transform from within yourself in a very powerful way. Take your power back. Understand that the more you take your power back in, the more you see things in your life as a choice. The more that your life will begin to transform before your eyes. Understand that at a greater consciousness point of view, you are unconditional love and bliss.

You may be having this temporary dream of life believing that this is who you are, but understand it's just a temporary experience. You are so much more than you can even imagine and when you go within yourself and you start to see how everything is reflection, you can then change from the inside and change from a much more empowering place because you're not trying to change the effects you're going within and you're changing from the inside out, so go within.

That's where the power is. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you a new model completely new way. You've probably maybe heard a couple of my videos before. Talk about it and maybe some other people as well is something quantum physics is beginning to learn more and more is understanding the nature of reality, understanding how reality works, and what quantum physics has showed us is that when it comes to this process, when we study and when we are looking at certain experiments when we're looking at them, we have an influence on what we are looking at so we actually influenced whatever experiment we're doing.

The understanding of this has to do with understanding probabilities. The probabilities now, which reality will we experience? Well, it will depend upon the one that we are focused on. The one we have intention on that has the influence as to which one we experience. When it comes to parallel realities in general, what makes it so much easier to shift to the parallel reality want or to manifest in general is simply knowing that the reality you want to experience it already exists. You don't have to create it from scratch.

We say in the law of attraction community lot create your own reality. That is something that implies that it doesn't already exist, that you have to try really hard and create something out of nothing. This is more about understanding vibrational resonance. Nikola Tesla said that if you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of vibration.

This is about the key. It also the key when looking at that at parallel realities is what is your vibration? Because your vibration will determine which parallel realities you are shifting to. Because the truth is is we are shifting every second whether we are aware of it or not.

What we think of as time is the movement through these parallel realities and when we start to understand that the only moment that really does exist at this moment right now in the way that we haven't experienced the past before, because when it was the past, it was now and we will never experience the future because it will happen now. By the time the future gets here, it will be in the now moment. The power in this is knowing that even though in our mind we can remember the past and in our imagination, we can imagine probable futures.

Those potential realities exist right now in the present moment. The key is embodying the vibration you prefer knowing that then that will become your reality. The easiest way that I like to explain that of understanding parallel realities is understanding that of a film strip. And I've heard this analogy before, it's very powerful for understanding. That makes it a lot easier.

You might see me like this and then like this and then like this, and then like this. All of these different frames are all existing right now in the present moment, just like you know that if you were looking at that film strip, you'd be like, well, they all the frames exists right now. You see with parallel reality manifestation.

What you do is you imagine and you can see the best strip of how you prefer to be and you can then take on the qualities of that version of you and decide that that's what you're going to experience. With this process, let's understand parallel realities that we are all individually creating our reality, but more so we are choosing our own reality. The choices that we make determine which realities we shift to and it also determines the probable realities, the things that increase probability is first off intention.

If you set the intention for something to happen, which means almost like a plan, it's a little bit more than a desire. The intention is kind of like a plan to do something in an assumption that it will happen. When you have that intention, you increase the probability of something happening. If I were to set the intention today to go to sprouts and get some food, having that intention will increase the probability.

Then what I can do is make the choice to get in my car and go on the way there. That will increase the probability as well. That is what shifts us from a parallel reality. Track two, parallel reality track. In general, here's the thing, most people are living in the autopilot mind. The autopilot mind is doing the same things, thinking the same things and feeling the same things because we're always in this habitual mindset.

The thing is the reality we shift. You will always be equal to how we think. Feel and act so for always being the old self and maybe the old self has layers of conditioning, of caring what people think of all these negative beliefs, that version of us will only experience a reality that is equal to that vibration so many times. The key to this is to get out of and to be aware of that old self-identity and that old vibration and awareness are simply all you need because when you become aware of it, you can then choose something else.

We simply aren't choosing because all the choices are already made on autopilot. Most people will get up every day on the same side of their bed, go brush their teeth, take a shower in the same similar type way, eat the same type of breakfast, go to work on the same route, talk to the same people when they get to work, have similar conversations as the day before.

This is all you can say, well, they're choosing that. Well, yes, they're choosing it, but it's an automatic choice that keeps them on the timeline that they're on. You see there's an infinite number of timelines that we can experience, but when we get locked into the autopilot mind, we stay on that timeline, so this is about being aware of those different timelines and then choosing the one that you prefer because the choice is what determines the shifting of parallel reality to parallel reality.

When you make a choice. Like right now, if I were to just go stop filming this video and go to the park right now, that's something I haven't done. Somethings very spontaneous. That spontaneous action will deviate the timeline that I'm on now. That may not be a bad thing. Now in general, when we look at the elasticity of time, there may be certain soul contracts you have is getting into the spiritual part.

There may be certain soul contracts you have that like almost like appointments that you've made to meet certain people to be around certain people and we can deviate on these timelines, but many times it will adjust so that we still make those appointments in whatever way. I was talking to a buddy the other day, uh, there's a couple of weeks, a couple months ago. 

You see there's little opportunities that are given to us on certain parallel reality tracks and then that leads to eventual appointments that we may have and that's why we have guides. We can call them guys. We can haul them parallel versions of us, the higher self that is guiding us through this experience because many times we think when we go to bed at night, we're just going to bed at night when it actually we're awake and higher states of and we're planning out certain appointments, potentiality, scene and looking at probabilities of parallel realities we can shift to.

With Miles and Melanie may have done is they may have met each other or they didn't meet each other at that time and what they did is then something else happened later on that allowed them to then eventually meet up and now they've been together for I think 10 years. You see, that is kind of how it works from the many different levels because parallel realities are something that we're constantly shifting to.

It's about understanding that what you want already exists. You don't have to create it from scratch. It's more so about identifying the frequency of what you want and there's certain, there are certain turning points of shifting to parallel realities you want is always normally comes from a choice. It's a, it is a choice, but it's a choice that's made with the awareness. There are certain times in my past that I made a choice.

I wasn't going to soak the pain of my past anymore. That's what drove me to learn meditation. There was the, uh, the biggest choice ever made was to go daily on YouTube when I was working a nine to five job that I didn't like. And it was a choice. It was, I had to change my energy, I had to change my mindset, changed my self-image.

And as I started doing the daily videos, I did change my self-image because I saw myself as able to accomplish more and then that reality became equal to that self-image that I had. The self-image is kind of like the identity or the vibration and the vibration is the combination of what you think, feel and act. I was then becoming the kind of person that think, feel and act as the version of me that was doing full-time YouTube because I was doing and making videos almost.

I mean every single day on YouTube while I was working nine to five job. Think about it in terms of vibrational frequency. The truth is you are shifting billions of times per second whether we're aware of it or not. We don't have to learn how to shift. That's another thing too. We don't have to learn how to do it. We do it naturally. It's a natural byproduct for the way reality works. Even when people look at like manifestation in general, I got to learn to manifest.

You're already doing it. It's just what are you doing it? How much awareness do you have and what are you creating or choosing? Most people just are unaware of that or they're just in the autopilot mind or they're in reaction to their life. You see, we are creating our own or choosing our own reality with our choices and which ones we shift to depending on that probability of the current momentum we have and the same way we are creating our own reality.

The society that we live in, the collective consciousness that we've chosen to be a part of is also shifting through these different timelines and there's like a variance. Almost like a bubble where we will all have certain experiences and we're sharing it together, but at the same time we have our own version of it. Some parts of it might overlap, so the worlds that we're shifting to right now, the society, the different governments, and whatnot. The idea is that collectively we are deciding this. However, there's a little bit of variance with that as well. By drawing in that energy and being fearful, they actually make it more probable that they shift to that reality.

Whereas somebody maybe likes me or you may be something that's not focused on that doesn't even experience that. Most of what we experience comes from our focus. That is going to be the general line of the parallel realities.  At the same time, it's a little bit of both and you begin to let go of the things that no longer serve you. Then you let go of those parallel reality attachments because in the present moment right now, as you change, you change the probabilities that you shift to and that's why they.

It's always about embodying the emotions you want now because then you experience more and more of those parallel reality versions of you. If you say, I really, really want something and I don't have it in the present moment, you're putting out a vibration of lack your body language will subconsciously mere that vibration of lack and therefore the reality that you continue to shift to will mere that vibration of lack, but if you feel 100 percent, whole and complete now and you're grateful for what you have, you're in a vibration of abundance.

You will then experience a reality of abundance. You see how that works. This about being aware of your vibration, how you think, feel and act and understanding that the parallel reality that you want to experience already exists. That people get into talking about the Mandela effect, the past that we have and the past. How sometimes we can agree or look at certain parts of our past and be like, well, don't.

No, it was completely different than that. Will understand that right now in the present moment, just as our probable futures are changing, depending on the emotions we have, the actions we're taking, the thoughts we have, the vibration, the past is also changing, but for some reason we think the past is set because it's in our memory, but every time you remember something, science shows us that you take the memory out of the memory bank, you look at it, you change as a little bit, and then you put it back.

The past that you think you had, you don't even really. It's not even that accurate, but we'll tell ourselves that story over and over again to the story we tell ourselves becomes one of the probable futures. If we let go of that story, we let go of those vibrations. We let go of those past influences that influence our future. It's about being aware of our past and choosing to let it go. The power of parallel reality manifestation is that you give yourself permission to let go of your past because in the present moment, as you change, so does your past.

Do the parts of your past that you remember? If I were to sit here right now and think of times I was confident and get into a confident state when I try to remember my past to remember, confident memories will be very easy if I try to remember things that made me feel unconfident when I was feeling confident, it'd be very hard to do because it wouldn't be as relatable.

Both reference experiences exist right now, but one has an easier recollection depending on my state. Depending on your state, how you feel, your vibration that will determine what parts of your past you connect to, but it's still changing. It's changing right now and the power of parallel reality manifestations, understanding you are not the result of your past. You are who you choose to be in the present moment.

Remember that you are not your past. The more you tell your story yourself, the story of your past, the more you live out that vibration, oh, this person treated me this way. I was this type of religion or relationship you'll continue to draw upon in the problem with futures. In the present moment right now, you continue to resonate with people that have the same type of characteristics that treat you the same way and all of that.

Let it all go. The power of this is knowing that you can let it go. You can be aware of it, allow it to be there isn't just simply let it go. That's where the power really is. When you go from there and realize that right now is the only moment that exists and you start to really embody the present moment, amazing things begin to happen because as you increase your frequency, you then experience a reality that is equal to that.

For this process, here is how you identified the reality you want to experience and you start to shift to it. What you do is right now, imagine to yourself the best possible case scenario, the fact you could experience. What does that look like? What are you doing in that reality? What kind of thoughts do you consistently have? What kind of emotions do you feel this version of you exists right now and you are connecting to it and anything you look at and pay attention to it, you draw upon qualities of it, so by just looking at that version of you and being aware of it, you can then see how you can bring those qualities of that version of you in your present moment right now.

Here's the key though. Here's the magic of this whole process. When you imagine the best possible version of you, don't just imagine it with everything you'd want on the outside, the house, the car, husband or wife. Instead of just thinking of that, think of the passion inside of yourself for what are you doing for a living? What are you passionate about? How do you relate to other people? Do it as more of something that's connected to your heart because when it is connected to your heart, it has more power.

It threads you into that reality you want easier than ever. This is more than the mental. This is a combination of the mental and the heart. What does that version of you doing the thinking and how is that in person have you acting? What you can begin to do is to begin to bring the current and the current moment right now.

Begin to bring those qualities and those vibrations into your present life. Give yourself permission to feel those now because think about it. We always give herself permission in the future I will feel x, y, z and then the future comes, but then we up the ante even more. Okay, well now I want more and we're never happy. The key is to be happy now because as we're happy now, as we're passionate, now we experience more of a reality of that so it makes the process quicker.

It actually speeds up the process. It's just that we're conditional in our mind. We have rules. What I feel this, then I'll be happy. That version of you already exists. Draw upon the qualities and do the passionate things at that version of you is doing. Do them. As I said, when I, the biggest choice I ever made, I mentioned almost every video I'm aware of it is when I worked at Barneys New York and I made the choice to make a daily video a day because I imagined the future version of me, how I would be doing acting and feeling and I thought to myself, what could I do now to get into shift to that reality?

And the idea that came to me was to make a daily video every single day. I the I. What happened is I felt that if I made a video every single day for a year, my life will be transformed and within six months I was able to let go of my job, could have done it sooner actually, but unable able to let go of my job and then just do what I love full time.

And it's been like that ever since. Vibrational resonance is where it's at. Imagine the best possible version of you. Bring those qualities and the vibration connected to the heart into the present moment, and understand that as long as you give yourself permission for that to be that version of you, everything begins to change. Give yourself permission to be that version of you. We just have all these rules in our mind.

Well, I'm not credible when I'm not this, I'm not that. Just be focused on being in the passion. That's why we're connected to our passion, not to some intellectual idea of will I pictured myself living in a mansion with this kind of family, blah, blah, blah, and being this kind of person. It's more so about the feeling, the passion. Draw upon those qualities now and as you do so in the present moment, you will then begin to shift to that parallel reality.

Remember, there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist. They all exist right now. What we think of as time is the movement through these different parallel realities. The best way for you to shift to the reality you want is to identify the vibration of that version of you, how you think, feel, and act, and simply decide that you're going to start to embody those qualities right now in the present moment, connected to your heart.

Understand that as you do, that you begin to experience a reality that is equal to that emotion, that vibration you can let go of your past. The past is not who you are. You are who you choose to be in the present moment. As you begin to embody this moment, now have that passion frequency. It will thread you to the all the timelines you could possibly want, and one of the easiest ways to shift timelines is simply making a new choice.

Make the choice right now to follow your passion. Make the choice right now to connect to your heart center and watch how your life changes. Something I'm creating right now is actually called the shift experience with me, Aaron Doughty.

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you that have a shifting technique that you can apply in your life starting today, and it has to do with the understanding outcome. This doesn't mean that we're necessarily attached to the outcome, but this is something that when we begin to dial in on, we begin to refine our vibration and we begin to experience what we want because as you may have heard me say many times, we get in life a reflection of our vibration.

Our vibration is a combination of what we think, how we feel, and how we act. When we change these three things, we didn't change our reality. The glue to these three things many times is actually our self-image. Let me ask you a question. How do you see yourself? Do you see yourself as successful? Do you see yourself as able to be in a happy relationship?

Do you see yourself as being able to be abundant when it comes to finances? Do you see yourself as healthy? How do you see yourself? Because the way you see yourself is going to be the way that you think, act and feel, and then you will continue to experience realities that are conductive to that vibration. When it comes to parallel realities, understand that.

Let me just first off explain a little bit about parallel realities in case you haven't seen some of my other videos before and just to kind of refresh it as well because it'll help us understand how we use the shifting technique.

The idea and the understanding of parallel realities is that we're shifting billions of times per second from a parallel reality, the parallel reality. That might seem like a, like high billion at the time for a second, but think about it. If there's one variable that has changed, it's a completely separate reality. Why would we, we may be over here relating to ourselves in a certain way. 

Well, those are two separate totally different realities. Even though I may look almost the exact same, but understanding that we are shifting between these different frames of reality every second helps us understand how much we are already shifting without even knowing it. When it comes to shifting parallel realities, understand that the only moment that exists is this moment right now.

We experience time, but time doesn't exist in the way that we think it does. What we think of as movements. What we think of as time is moving through these different parallel realities. If I were to right now on the editing software to stretch out this video that I'm doing, I would be able to stop it, stretch it out, and then see all these different frames of me going like this and like this and like this and like this.

And as I'm doing all of these different movements, I can see that they're all individual frames, but it looks like one long fluid movement. However, that's just because we have memory and we were able and we are able to tie all these realities together. The reason I say all of this is because what I want to begin to put your attention on is that you can really let go of the past, that mental pictures you have about who you are.

If you are tying it to your past, you will continue to create your past over and over again. People have a certain mental picture about what kind of relationship they deserve, and guess what? They continue to experience that pattern over and over again until they become aware of it so you become aware of it.

You then let go of the past, and the other powerful thing about understanding parallel realities is that as you change in the present moment right now, you also change which pasts you connect to. If you're confident right now, it's easier for you to remember other times in your past when you were confident, and it's also easier to imagine other times in your future where you may be confident.

If you feel unworthy right now, it'll be easy for you to remember times in your past when you're unworthy and in the same way. Imagine the future that's unworthy. However, in the present moment right now, depending on your state, that's going to be which really is you connect to, so they both exist right now. That's the powerful thing is they both exist.

It's about redefining yourself in the present moment, so that's the power of parallel realities and understanding. Also, you're always shifting whether you're aware of it or not. You're shifting because you're moving, so anytime you're moving, you are creating this change that the question is not, can you shift parallel realities because you're doing it already.

The question is, can you create a greater degree of change between your current reality and where you want to be? How do you do that? Well, when it comes to this, the best way to do this is to simply make a new choice. It is a choice. It is a choice to get out of the pain.

It is a choice to do something that you haven't done before. It is a choice to move into a new timeline. There's a certain momentum of the timeline you're currently on, the timeline you're currently on. There's a certain momentum that you have going if you were to make new choices, you deviate that timeline and maybe you liked the timeline you're on.

Maybe you're like, you know, I imagine if I keep doing what I'm doing right now, I'm going to move up in my company. I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that. Then that's totally cool. However, many people want to shift to a more probable timeline of something they want to experience. The way you do that is through your choices.

It's through what are you choosing right now in the present moment. You can either be motivated by pain or pleasure. Some people I know in my life, I had a lot of pain with working a job I didn't like, so I made the choice to put everything I ended up I had into something else. When it comes to mental images, here's the new part of the video.

I had to kind of give that as a base basis to lay the groundwork for everything I'm going to share with you now in the present moment right now, whatever you are focusing on, you are drawing upon that energy. Let me say what I mean about that.

For example, focus on Tony Robbins and his content, I will start to become more empowered. I will start to feel more empowered. My solar plexus may light up a little bit more and I'll feel more going in a certain direction because I'm drawing upon that energy.

If I were to study somebody that was a study, something to do with the third eye and listened to some speaker that's talking about the third eye, I may start to become more intuitive because whatever you focus on, you draw upon by you focusing on my videos, you are in a way, we are sharing our energy together and you are bringing some of my qualities into your life, whether you're aware of it or not, in the same way, whoever you are watching, you are drawing upon qualities of them.

It's almost like an energetic exchange. Even if you're not physically there. You may be around somebody or see somebody that's very funny. Well, by focusing on them, you're bringing more of that fun into your life. You are constantly exchanging energy with whatever you are focusing on and when you become aware of this, you can then start to focus on what you want to be more like. There was a time I was watching a lot of like vloggers and there's nothing wrong with bloggers.

I like floggers, but I was watching like certain like vloggers that do certain things. You do pranks or whatever, and after watching them I realized that yes, things are becoming more fun, but I also realized that what I was going to bed at night, I was having these crazy dreams and it wasn't necessarily feeding the kind of person that I prefer to become.  

And I realized this and what I did is I started watching other things. I started watching things that I knew would serve me. The key for me has been to always focus on things that I know will give me some sort of dividend meaning, like something that comes back to me now when it comes to mental pictures, understand like we were talking about a minute ago, everything we focus on, we're having an inner energy exchange with.

Think about the mental picture, a picture in your mind of you living your best life, you do exactly what you want to be doing. Maybe you're traveling the world, maybe you are in a great relationship. Maybe you are owning your own business. Maybe you are a with your family and you feel healthy.

Whatever it is, imagine and see that in your mind as a mental picture, as you focus on that version of you, which by the way parallel reality show was that that version of you already exists because all realities we can imagine exists right now.

It is simply about increasing the probability of it and you increase the probability that when you start to be in that vibration, how you think, act and feel, but using the imagination, you have to see the mental picture. You have the best quality version of you.

Understand that as you focus on that version of you, you are bringing more of that version of you into this reality so you can begin to see how powerful that is. And for this process, what I recommend you do is I'm going to link a, a parallel reality. Meditation's one of my most powerful meditations.

I say, listen to it for 21 days, it'll change your life. Read the comments just to see what is possible as well that's going to be there because when it comes to parallel realities, it's about really giving yourself permission to shift because you'll shift and then you'll say, well, what about this?

What about that? What about my past? What about all these things? What about all my friends? What do they think? What am I thinking? All of these things that you're thinking about what's pulling you back into the old reality. Stop affirming the old reality with your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

The more that you feed it, the more that you will experience it over and over again. If you start affirming the reality you want to experience, hold that frame, hold that frame room within. Know that that's something that will serve you. There's a certain level of conviction here and one of the things I'm doing with this video is showing you that shifting is as easy as a choice.

We just may believe that it has to be harder. You know, with manifestation techniques on how our beliefs create our reality that will have a belief that this stuff is really hard to do.

It does not have to be hard to do. Instead, it can be something that you do, that you see in something that you can give yourself permission to right now. You can give yourself permission right now to shift. You can give yourself permission right now to act and to be and to feel like that version of you and think about it a lot of times we will only give ourselves permission to feel a certain way.

Once x, y, z happens, it's just a thought in the mind. It's a thought in the mind because all realities exist. Give yourself permission now to feel the wholeness, the completeness, the happiness. Think about the best version of you, what you would be doing. What would you be feeling?

Remember, the mental picture is only there to give you some type of form or way of feeling that level of emotion anyways. The visualization itself is a symbol of what you want to experience. It allows you to feel a certain emotion from within your body and as you feel that emotion from within your body, you will draw upon more opportunities and synchronicities in your life that reflect, that change within you, but it's about understanding that it's more about the emotion than it is about the actual image.

That mental image, this is a combination of the head to the heart, the head to the heart, not just the head of the mental pictures, not even just the feeling, it's the combination of both. Set the intention, the intention is the plan. It is the. It is the putting it in the direction that you want to experience.

That is where the power is, and you start to tap into that. When you start to have that mental picture in your mind, become clear. Many people I see, they just don't have clear goals. They don't even know what they want. What do you want? It gives you that direction and that momentum that you can draw upon, but know that the reality you want to experience already exists.

You can literally connect to that version of you and draw upon the energy now to see what you can do right now to be in that vibrational state. Remember the reality that you re-experience is always equal to the vibration you are putting out. Your vibration is a combination of what you think, how you feel and how you act, and when you imagine the best possible version of you, you are drawing upon the qualities and the vibration of that version of you and then what you do is you start to embody it in the present moment by giving yourself permission.

There are actions you can do to do so. Sounds like a broken record. When I say this, I get it. I understand, but when I went full time on YouTube, I treated as if full-time YouTube was already my job because I knew that I'd get into the vibrational state of it, so I made daily videos while I had a job I didn't care about. I say that because that was the vibrational state that I prefer to be in.

What vibrational state that you prefer to be in? What do you prefer to be doing? Is it creating art? Because it so makes us every day or consistently or be passionate about or read about it puts your energy into what you're passionate about, into the mental picture of the best possible version of you and know what that is. Know what that looks like, know what that feels like.

Know what actions you take. All of that, because remember, whatever you focus on, you are drawing upon the qualities of that, so pay attention to where you put your focus because wherever you put your focus is where you are drawing upon that energy. This is about understanding the power of mental pictures. Also, the power mental pictures on your subconscious mind.

The powerful technique you can do before you go to bed is to imagine the best possible reality you want to experience as if you already experienced it. Put your hands over your heart and feel it as you're going to bed. Allow yourself to sink into sleep while feeling the gratitude for already been in that reality that will powerfully influence your subconscious mind, but remember, it's about the emotion now.

Just to think you're not just like, oh, I really hope this happens. A certain picture in my mind. Instead, allow yourself to absorb into your heart center and to combine the head in the heart. When you combine both of these things, very powerful things begin to happen, so this is what is available for you and like I said, the most powerful shifting meditation I have.

It allows you to give yourself permission to really shift and to let go of the old story. That's what makes it such a powerful meditation. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you that of understanding fifth-dimensional energy. Understanding these habits that if you start to do now will allow you to let go of the lower vibrational states, lower vibrational things that are holding you down so that you start to exist in a higher state of consciousness, and if you want to know the benefits of this, the first benefit is that you're literally going to be feeling better.

You're going to feel it in a higher vibrational state. You're going to relate to people in a more connective way is about. It's more of like an experience that you have when you start to apply these habits than just some intellectual idea was like, Whoa, I am more loving now. What is the fifth dimension, but as the fourth dimension, the third dimension, these are all questions you might be asking yourself right now and in order to understand these, let's first off understand when we talk about these dimensions.

It doesn't necessarily mean that these dimensions are different places. I mean sometimes it can be, but in general what I'm talking about here is a shift in consciousness where we in our daily lives can be embodying a third dimensional level of consciousness, sometimes a fourth dimensional level of consciousness or sometimes they fit dimensional level of consciousness depending on our energy state and depending on how we are relating to the world.

In general, I'm going to share with you some things. We're going to go down the rabbit hole a little bit. This rabbit hole is going to take us a little bit further down, so just stay with me with this is about understanding. First off, why are you here right now? Why aren't you on earth right now? Because at a grander level, you already mortal spiritual being that is having a temporary human experience.

This is something that many teachings around the world have known for thousands of years and it is one of the main purposes of our life is to remember that we are not just the ego structure and the ego structure wants proof of everything. The Ego structure wants to say, well, this is real. That is not real. And the ego wants to measure everything, but when you start to embrace your spiritual self and you start to more so understand that you are a spiritual being.

That's when your whole entire life will change. In a way, the earth is a form of a game. It is a game to be here, and part of the game is for us to remember who we are because this is a temporary human experience. Imagine you're playing a video game and in that video game, you know the whole entire time it's a game and you just start messing stuff up because you just, you just know it's a game.

Well, the reason that when we come to earth, we forget who we are, is that we think it is real because if you're just playing the game sims and you got someone that's like inside the living room and you make them go eat some Wheaties and then you make them go do this. You don't take that as serious as if it really does have an effect on you and there really are consequences of cause and effect.

The idea is that when we come here, we go through what is called a veil of forgetfulness. That's honestly what makes Earth a more difficult place is that we forget our connection to source. As we become socially conditioned, as we grow up, and that's painful, but the beauty of it is that then eventually you remember who you are and when you remembered that you are immortal, spiritual being, having a temporary human experience, a lot will begin to change in your life.

Then you'll start to understand that reality is what you make it. Reality literally is a blank state near that we see reflected back to us that which we are the vibration of, so when we realized that, we're like, okay, well how am I going to change my thoughts? How am I going to change my emotions? How am I going to change my focus?

Because then you change your life because your thoughts, your beliefs are creating reality, so it's about understanding that. First off, so far what I'm trying to show you is that you're an immortal, spiritual being. You come from higher dimensional states of consciousness. You actually are multidimensional in nature, meaning that right now you're alive. There's an issue I am on the planet, but when you go to bed at night, you are awoken to these higher states of consciousness.

You are awaking to this multidimensional aspect of you that is not limited by the five senses and that is a part of you as well and you're connected. Even though right now it's just that we don't remember it because you can't. If you remember two or three things at once, your brain would go crazy, but you've. You were like, oh, I remember what I'm having over there over here, but remember, as above, so below right now, we are here on the planet and many, many, many people, billions of people have decided to be here right now because of this shift in vibrational state of consciousness that is happening now.

How do I know this reading work from Dolores Cannon? She has 17 books out that is on that of understanding where people. What she did is she's a hypnotherapist. I was able to get people to the deepest levels of brainwave activity where they were in this hypnotic state to where their higher selves would come through and their higher selves.

They can then ask any questions called QHHT, quantum healing hypnosis technique. These people asking me questions, why did this person incarnate this time? What is it liking in this reality or what is, you know what happens after death? All of these things have been brought through and thousands and thousands of transcripts through thousands and thousands of different people all around the world, and there are these books that show that, and one of the consistent things that people say is that they came here because right now this is the place to be right now.

There's a shift in consciousness happening. There's a shift in consciousness from 3D consciousness into 5D consciousness. I say, what about 40? Actually, right now we are more than 40 consciousness than anything. 3D consciousness was maybe 50, 60 years ago. Honestly, and also when we talk about time, it all kind of collapses. It all kind of visit. It exists now 4D. You can think of more as like the dream state and time, fourth dimension, kind of his time.

What we're doing is we're going through and think of the third dimension as duality. We come to earth to learn duality. It's a difficult place to be. There's a lot of pain, but there's also a lot of pleasure and it's a beautiful thing. Duality means good, bad light, dark up, down, all these different opposites. Seeing Yang, left brain, right brain. When we are identified with our ego, when we're identified with our head, we are caught up and do it and with that duality comes this rocky road.

We could say this rocky road where things happen and it's like, this is good, this is bad. We have. We create this polarization of energy and in general, when you look out into society, you may see a lot of 3D type stuff like a war going on. That would be a 3D idea. It's like me versus you, but if I versus you understood that you are a reflection of me, you would look at each other, go, you want to fight, and you'd be like, wait, why are we fighting at a greater level?

We know that we're connected and then we would drop these walls. We would drop all of these perspectives of duality. We give so much. But when we emphasize how different we are and we attribute a meaning to it as this is great in this isn't great. That's when we start to teeter these, these scales because at a greater level we are infinite spiritual beings that cannot be defined by the color of our skin.

This is bad. You talk about segregation back in the early days here, not actually not too long ago, that segregation. That is a 3D concept. The idea is we're all connected and these, just like, you would wear certain clothes and you wouldn't look at other people and be like you are, you're close. But we go around pointing out people's clothes all the time. Like, oh, look at what they're wearing. But this is like, this is a temporary experience we're having.

We're immortal, spiritual beings. We've lived many, many, many lives and we chose to be here right now to you chose to be here. This isn't something like, oh, I have to come to earth. Does it transition right now? A transition from 3D to 5D. Anyway, I started to get into that of the habit. Let's understand 5D consciousness. First off for dimensions.

Some people just say is strictly time. When we talk about the fourth dimension, we can also think of it as kind of like a dream state. I've said this quote many times now, the more you realize that your life is a form of a dream, the more dreamlike your life will become. 3D is all about solidity. For this is the way that things are. This is now I can understand it.

Let me measure it. Let me look at it. 4D, the fourth dimension is more about understanding that life is a form of a dream and then as you know, it's a form of treatment because we're flexible, it becomes more something that is malleable. That's something that becomes very powerful. There is this understanding of this connection, but there's still maybe people that are manipulative.

There is still being made. There's still maybe people that are caught up in good and bad. In 5D consciousness, which is what we're moving into right now, and we have access to this 5D consciousness right now on the planet is more so about us connecting to our hearts, connecting to love, connecting to integration, connect into the awareness that everything on the outside is a reflection of the inside.

This is when we get even deeper down the rabbit hole because literally, everything that you perceive to have in your life is an extension of you. We just think that why we're here with this, my ego, this is who I am. In actuality, everything is an extension of us and what we experience in our life is there to show us something. Even if it's a show us what we're not. It's to show us something.

The fifth-dimensional habits are about understanding this connection out of duality, out of identification with thoughts and into that of our hearts. You see the mind is polarized, left, right, left brain, right brain logic, intuition. However, the heart is a singular point of focus. When you create from your heart, you do not create from duality. If you create from duality, many times you will create this, this rockiness of, well, I really, really want this, and if I don't have it, then it's all these.

There are these expectations, these stipulations, these rules, but if it's from the heart, there are no rules because you do it because it's part of the journey, not just because of the end destination. The Ego wants the end destination only, but a fifth-dimensional habit that you can begin to adopt is simply learning to observe the 3d. Observe the 3D observed duality.

How do you do that? By just looking at it and not labeling it and by letting it be there? Some people are like, oh, the government, oh, this, oh, that. The more that we focus on the resistance of it, the more resistance of it we create, so we'd be like, yes, the government does this and what is the back behind the government, whatever. Just observe it and acknowledge it for what it is. 

it's all here right now. You go out into the world, you look at the news it by via 3D level of consciousness. You are tuning to which may be. Then you start to agree with what they're saying. He starts to charge yourself with that energy. Then you go out into public and then you find other people that are also charged with that energy and you find things that you might head, but with them, you might have things that come up because of that charge of energy. It's about understanding that the things on the outside you can observe them and you can start to feel compassion for other people.

You can let go of the labels, let go of the rules and as you let go of those, you start to exist more in a state of being. The magic of the fifth dimension is that we start to get into a place of being rather than having her do. You see a third-dimensional state of conscious wants to do and have. It is so identified with the end result, but is about being who you really are.

It is about absorbing into the present moment. It is saying yes to the present moment. It is understanding that everything you experience in your life is a reflection. Even if I show you this scale of consciousness right here, that I shared a lot of my videos just I'll just use this as an analogy as well for you to look at. When you look at this chart, you'll see that have the lower vibrational emotion, shame, fear, guilt, all of those.

Think of those as the 3D level consciousness, 3D, levels of vibrational state of consciousness is what you could say. These are the emotions of 3D, the main emotions, shame, fear, guilt, anger. Then eventually get up to neutrality. Neutrality is a very powerful space because that's when we can be in the transform ourselves. For neutrality, we then can move into the higher states of willingness and reasoning. The reasoning is that the intellect, the reason is where we realize that our beliefs create our reality.

Love is where the fifth-dimensional energy is. Love is the awareness that we're all connected. Love is when you follow your heart. What are you passionate about? The thread that will move you up the scale the quickest is you following your passion. It's cliché. I know how cheesy it is. Just follow your passion, but it is the truth because the feeling of passion is your body telling you, hey, this is what you're meant to be doing.

This is who you are and then it's who you are, which means you are being and when you are being, you were in that fifth-dimensional energy and you aren't so identified with having to get somewhere else because you're being. You're enjoying the journey. You're saying yes to the present moment and you can think of it like acceptance and below you notice acceptance. You have to accept the third dimension, duality before you can move beyond it because if you resist it, you stay there.

When I first went through my spiritual awakening back in 2012, I became very angry with understanding how the government and people behind the government run things because there's a certain level of control. There's a reason you don't learn meditation in school. There's a reason that the news only talks about negative stuff and keeps you within a certain frequency band, but I got angry at that and I was like, why is this happening?

Why is this level of control here? However, what I've had to do was I had to accept it and allow it to be there and not negatively charge it by me fighting it. I was adding energy to it. Ill allowed it to be there and by allowing it to be there, it then began to go away and buy. Go Away. I mean, I just stopped perceiving of it. I stopped watching the news.

I stopped being around people that were draining my energy. When you look at the scale, simply knowing the scale begins to change your consciousness because then you start to see things in your life in a different way doesn't mean you have to label everything. Oh, you probably resonate a 3:50. I'm carrying out with you for a little bit, but I'm more at 400. It's not like that. It's more so like you just become aware of what's not serving you and you and awaken.

Take vibrational inventory where you are and where you want to be, but understand where you want to be is more just so being. You can be that now you can feel the emotions you want. When it comes to manifestation us 3D wave, the 3D way of manifesting is I want that, I'm going to do this, this, this, this, this, and I'm going to keep desiring it and all this stuff, and then I'll eventually get there.

It can work, but a fifth dimensional way of going about it, a fourth dimensional going about it would be wherever your beliefs, what are my beliefs, my beliefs are created, my reality, changing your beliefs and then seeing a new reflection, your life, fifth dimensional state of consciousness is about you focusing on being you. You saying yes to the present moment.

You're connecting into your heart center. If you want a fifth-dimensional habit right now, here's one of the easiest ones. That is also the most powerful. Put your hands like this over your heart. Feel this sensation inside of your heart and as you feel this sensation inside of your heart understanding, we're putting more awareness there.

As you put awareness there, it's growing the electromagnetic energy around your body and you are increasing this hearts love energy around yourself, and if you do this for five or 10 minutes a day, you will start to see your life change because you're bringing the awareness from out of the head, the 3D duality, good, bad, light, dark, all of this stuff and into your heart, which is a singular point of focus, so start to put that into what you do.

I'd say do it two or three times a day. Just takes a minute or two. Put the awareness in your heart and then go throughout your day. The other thing I recommend is the habit of following your passion. The habit of following your passion is the most powerful thing because it will raise your vibration.

I did that with my YouTube channel. I do that with me doing what I love every day, how I plan out my days. I put in my passion because when I'm in that state when I make this blog right now, I'm in that state, so it's like, okay, the more I make videos that are I feel so I do a daily video. If you're like, how do you do videos every day? Well, I love doing it so it's putting me in that flow state and why would I want to do more and more of it?

Love is about moving the fifth-dimensional energy, about moving out of this idea of separation and understanding that everything is a reflection and if you change, not necessarily change, but if you start to relate to it in a new way, things will happen very powerfully in your life.

Relate to it and allow it to be there. Understand that at a greater consciousness level, you are a part and you are multidimensional in nature, but you are unconditional love and bliss. That's who you really are. The more you allow yourself to be that, the more you will feel that emotion, the more you resist and you put all these labels and expectations and rules onto the present moment.

I like to combine that of understanding 3D, 4D, and 5D with this scale of consciousness right here because it helps me understand what I can do. You know, sometimes I'm working really hard and trying to get somewhere I'm not, and I'm like, okay, I'm going to three or 40 levels of consciousness when I'm in that perspective.

What I do is I'm more so focused on being that which I want to be allowing the moment to be still having the idea of the goals, but then I just give myself permission to feel those emotions right now instead of saying, oh, when this happens, then I'll feel this way.

That's what I have found to be very powerful. When you talk about, when I talk about this, the other part of this is understanding that of completing the past, when you complete the past, you let go of 3D and 4D things that are keeping you in trenched in those lower vibrations.
