I'm going to be sharing with you those secrets of the higher-self that no one tells you. I'm going to share with you ways of understanding this from a deeper level so she could start to apply things in your life in a powerful way.

Maybe you've experienced it before where you intended to create something in your life. You had a focus and intention, but sometimes there was some type of blocks that were happening.

Maybe you've had a feeling that at a certain level, maybe that was being held back from you. Well, I'm going to share with you the truth on that and I'm going to share with you more on who you actually are from a greater level of consciousness.

To begin this, let me just say and explain it using this. Let's say this right here is source energy. We are at our fundamental core, unconditional love, and bliss. That is who we naturally are. What happened in reality, what we decided to do is that we were going to have experienced and one of those experiences includes earth.

The thing about earth is that when you incarnate on earth, you forget who you are at a greater consciousness level. What happens is in many different other realms of reality, there are this. There is this remembrance of who you are.

There is this remembrance that you are in the immortal, spiritual being, living in a very short temporary human experience on earth. We live for about 100 years and the key is knowing who we are and we say, okay, I'm source energy.

I'm going to forget that that's who I am to see if I can remember, and I'm going to go through different experiences. I'm going to learn. One of the main parts and purposes of life is to learn to grow and to experience.

What happens is we're source energy, so what we decide if we're going to come down to earth and we're going to forget who we are. In a way, life is a form of a kind of like the metaphor of a video game. The reason this is because if you were to just be playing a video game, you wouldn't be taking that video games so seriously, but if you were actually to think it was real, you would treat it very differently.

In a way, we are led to believe that everything we experience in our life is real. Even though everything is over 99.9% empty space. Even though we such a small vibrational range of reality, we can only interpret it with our five senses, which are very limiting scopes of how we perceive. Nonetheless, we have that kind of experience that we can learn.

This is what happens. We come from source energy. Source Energy is unconditional love and bliss. That is our natural state of being. That is who we really are. What we do is we come to earth, we can call this. We have these two aspects of ourselves.

We have this higher self-part of us and we have this ego self. The ego-self is a lot smaller than that of the higher self. The higher self is closer to this higher vibrational source and really our ego-self could be at that level as well.

But the thing is the ego has attachments. The ego has identification with form. The key is knowing that when we come into our lives, there are specific desires we have from the higher self-perspective. I'll just put for higher-self right here. We as the higher-self have specific desires to experience in our life. Sometimes we may experience blocks.

When we have an intention from the higher self and we have a certain path, a certain life path of certain things we want to experience in our life, this could be life events, this could be meeting certain people.

You could think of this as appointments we've made from a higher-level point of consciousness, this higher-self aspect of who we are. This is still who we are. We are connected to the higher self. It is a part of our soul.

The ego-self is when we identify and when we react to our environment, the ego-self wants to have.

The ego self is still an aspect of us, but many times what happens is we get lost with the ego, so for example, we may have certain desires and these aren't necessarily bad, but we may just be focused on the money.

We may be just be focused on the relationship and what happens is if we are so focused on these, but these don't fit into the larger consciousness, the larger life plan that we had, then sometimes these things will be blocked.

This does not mean that we don't have free will. This means that the purpose of life, one of the purposes is for us to link up with the higher self and to align with the vision and the purpose of it.

I'll give you an example of this. I remember for a long time I wanted to be abundance. This is about five years ago and I wasn't making YouTube videos yet. I wasn't even really thinking of sharing my message with the world and I always kind of knew in the background that that was one of my purposes, but what I did is I just like, okay, I want to make money.

I learned how to do this thing called kindle publishing, which means I was going to freelance writers to write books and then market it and then make a royalty on Kindle publishing. I did that, but I knew it wasn't part of my purpose and I knew that at a level it was almost going to hold me back and distract me from getting on the path to me doing what my purpose is.

My purpose is to be making videos or to be sharing these ideas in some form or another now because that desire was out of alignment. It made me almost drained my energy to do it, to deal with the different people that were writing the books, to do all of these things that drained my energy.

What I learned was is that was out of alignment with my higher vision, which eventually I ended up because I let go of that. I ended up finding and realizing that what I really wanted to do was to share my own message.

1. Your higher self is constantly planning out

The first secret of your higher self that no one will tell you is that your higher self is constantly planning out and figuring out ways for you to get in alignment with this larger life plan over here. Let me explain how this might look as well.

Every night I'd be talking about this in a minute. Every night when you go to bed, you are reconnected as your higher self and you are reconnected to this larger stream of consciousness.

You're really always connected to it, but you're more focused with it. In a way, what your higher self is doing is it as planning out different parts of your day for the next day, for you to experience to see which route you go to see how it can help powerfully influence you.

This is still a portion of you, so don't think that because it's like, oh, I'm the ego wise by herself doing this to me. Your higher-self loves you because your higher self is you, but what's your higher-self does that night is in or in general, it is figuring out ways of getting your attention. It is figuring out ways of getting you to see things.

What it might do is your higher self, which is still an aspect of you will maybe have it so a certain event happens. Maybe something that would normally trigger you happens and when this thing happens, it wants to see how you responded.

Then that kind of probability, that way that person could have helped you isn't in your life. What happens is they'll give you someone else later on, but until you are aware of the signs and two, you are aware of what is being communicated.

You may just keep to blocking it out until you are ready. They always have that saying that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. That in a way is what happens with that. Of our ego self to our higher self, so there are many times that you go to bed at night that when you go to bed at night, your higher self is you.

You are as your higher self and you are planning out your next day. You are planning out what you will experience, seeing how you can learn, what kinds of things will come into your life.

Sometimes you think, oh, this is just happenstance. Just circumstance just happened. It may have been literally an appointment that you have made on this life path that you had from your higher self-perspective.

This doesn't always go according to plan, depending on the ego, but the higher self is always making little situations to get you to go back up here, and this is important because this alignment is where you want to be.

This is the highest vibrational state of place being that you want to be in. The funny thing is that the money, the love, all of these things, the little eagle. Once you get that, when you come here, when you go according to your life plan, because you learn and then you are in a way rewarded for it, but it's almost a higher vibrational state if you want to create from a higher paradigm.

First off, go with the higher-self life plan and when you do that, your vibration raises and you create things easier than ever. This is about really understanding that at a greater level.

2. Higher-dimensional state of consciousness

The second secret of your higher self that no one tells you is that when you go to bed at night, you are literally awake and a higher-dimensional state of consciousness.

I can recognize even at the ego point of view, I can recognize that right now I'm experiencing reality through the five senses. I can hear taste, touch, smell. I can have this level of interpretation of reality, but when I go to bed at night, I wake up to a whole new level of reality.

What you think of as your dreams may just be little symbols that your brain can understand what you're doing and higher dimensional realms. Remember, we come from source energy. We come from a higher dimensional state of consciousness where simply dreaming that this is who we are. I'm dreaming this dream of separation.

That's just a form of experience that I'm having and what I'm doing is intending to connect to other people, to help other people to in a way wake up to understanding who they are from a greater consciousness point of view, but at the fundamental level, we're all connected to the better I put out to the world, the more comes back to me because literally in a way it's selfish because I'm helping other people knowing that these other people are other versions of me.

But nonetheless, when I go to bed at night, I wake up to this higher state of consciousness. I wake up to this unconditional love and bliss and in higher dimensional states of consciousness, I am awaking.

The thing is in reality, I only interpret reality through the five senses. These up here, their senses, we don't even understand. There are ways of our brain could not even comprehend what we're doing up here, so we get little dreams.

I had a dream last night that I was in a classroom and I was talking to this person and that's like, that's like something that we might experience, but that's a symbol. The Dreams are symbols that communicate a message from our subconscious mind or from our higher self to that of our ego.

Mind also depends on how you use your dreams, but in general, when you go to bed at night, you are awake as this higher self and you are existing in this unconditional love and bliss. That is who you naturally are. You could in a way say that reality is more of a form of a dream than anything else.

And right now, from a higher-self point of view, you are in a way kind of asleep dreaming that this is who you are, a dreaming that you are your ego, but you're always connected to your higher self.

That is the second secret that a lot of people don't tell you that you don't really learn, but you at a higher level when you go to bed at night, you are awake to these higher states of consciousness. But when you come back and you wake up, you totally forget everything you're doing.

It's not even that you just forget, it's that your brain doesn't even have it a reference experience to begin with. Imagine up here, you can instantly, you know there's, there's so much more ability.

You can instantly go somewhere. Imagine you have the ability to manifest what you want instantly. Imagine you have the ability to feel unconditional love and bliss with everyone in your environment. Well, imagine you remembered that as the ego self. You would be like a separation. I got to experience all of this here.

You would kind of like, you wouldn't want to be here, but the thing is you have to desire to be here or you have to think that this is what is real. I look around right now and I see the grass outside and I see all of this stuff and his beautiful from a certain perspective.

But knowing the higher-level state of consciousness, it may kind of detract us from our life purpose. That is something that we do as well. When it comes to the higher self, we are at nighttime. We are awaking to these higher states of consciousness.

3. The higher level of frequency

The third secret of your higher self that no one tells you, and this is one of the game changers in my own life, was your higher self and is that your higher self is always broadcasting to you. A frequency, a higher level of frequency of who you really are. And this higher level of frequency is and connects to your ego in the form of passion.

What happens is when you follow your passion, what you're doing is you are connecting and becoming your higher self. For example, when I started making YouTube videos, I eventually started to feel this flow state as I was making the videos, as I was making the videos, I would feel like it was almost like just this rush of energy I felt like I was just didn't have to really think much.

Actually, the more and my ego get out of the way, the more I just felt this rush of energy and that was assigned to me that says, hey, keep doing this thing. Keep doing this passionate thing. ​

f you simply follow your passion more, you will start to exist in this higher, higher state of consciousness that then naturally aligns to all these appointments you've made from a life, the life purpose that you have and also the life plan that you've made.

Become aware of what that is by simply asking yourself the question, are you following your purpose in life? And if you're not following your purpose, it's okay. Set the intention to find out what that is.

The intention is so powerful. I intend to figure out what that is and then pay attention throughout your days going forward. Of what that could be, but nonetheless, the more I started to do my passion, the more I was doing what I love.

I know that my next step is doing public speaking events because when I did one at the beginning of the year, I went to this talk in La. When I did it, I felt such a rush of energy when I was on stage. When I was up there and I was talking to other people and I was giving a speech, I could feel it and that was assigned to me.

That was my body's translation. I was telling me, “Yo, Aaron, continue to do this.” This is going to lead you to the next best thing. This is something you're eventually going to be doing more. That was the message that I got.

This passion, whatever it is, is going to lead you to more and more things that are conducted to that passion. It may start off small. It may be like, you know what?

I'm passionate. I like this type of book and I'm going to read more on this topic. You start reading more on this topic and by reading more on it, you start to develop momentum with it. It leads you to the next best thing which is you meet somebody that's of the same vibration.

You see these will lead you to the next best thing to the next best thing, but this feeling of passion is a higher vibrational state of being to where then whatever you want to manifest, it just comes so easily. You don't have to try very hard. It's something that just naturally happens.

For me, living in abundance is easier than ever because I exist from this higher state of consciousness of my passion. We all have that connection. I'm not special. I just have learned over time how to really hone it in.

And how to really do it as much as I possibly can because I love it so much. These are the three secrets of your higher self that no one tells you. The first thing you can realize is that it blocks come up.

There's a certain life plan that you have and your higher-self, in general, is figuring out different situations that can hook you in and get you to understand and to learn.

The main purpose of life is to learn. It's to evolve is to raise your vibration and the more that you choose to do that, the more you're going to be living in alignment with this and the more things are going to become easier to manage us anyways. When you go to bed at night. Secondly, you are in this higher state of consciousness.

You are experiencing a whole new reality when you wake up in the morning. You just get dreams that interpret and give you a symbol as to what that could be, but really you are so much more at a deeper level. And the third secret is that the feeling of passion is your body's translation from your higher-self telling you, “Hey, keep doing this thing.”

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you that have an attorney to give way to go about that have an Abraham Hicks teaching that I've seen out there, and it's not necessarily something that is bad. I want to kind of clarify. I'm not dogging that of Abraham Hicks at all.

What I am saying though, is that there are many different ways of going about transforming our life. There are many different ways of going about using what is called the law of attraction to create what we want.

However, there are certain times that I think that there are certain ways of going about it that I think it gets to the core a little bit more and that when we do make a huge difference. There's this one teaching and for those of you who don't know who Abraham Hicks is a great teacher, somebody that's been teaching since I think the 19 seventies or eighties and been sharing a lot about the law of attraction and it's about understanding that it's about the thoughts about focus.

It's about emotion and aligning our motion to what we want to experience. There is a recent meditation that I did on getting into what is called the vortex, which is an analogy for understanding a very, very fast spiral of an energy of how we can tap into a higher vibrational state so that we create easier than ever.

But in general, Abraham Hicks is about understanding how we can tune our thoughts and tune the best feeling thoughts to that of what we want to experience and how that will begin to transform. However, in our life there is one part that I've heard that works, but I think there's a better alternative to it and it's this idea of any time we put our thoughts on something, and it's something that we don't prefer, that what we should do is just switch the thoughts.

We should just change our thoughts now. That can work many times for many different reasons. For example, you are going and uh, you're at work and somebody comes up to you, starts venting to you and you don't want to feel the negative emotion of that person venting to you. A great thing to do could be just to remove yourself from the situation, go to another side of work.

If you can get away from that person or change the subject, whatever it could be. That could be the best-case scenario, but you could do now. However, the thing is when we get too much into the habit of that being our mechanism for how we change our life is just by kind of letting it go and removing ourselves from the situation.

What that does is that just solves it on the surface level. You see many times what the best-case scenario thing that we can do is to actually embrace the moment and to complete the process. What do I mean by this? Well, more so than the law of attraction is what we create or what happens in our life deeper than that is that our beliefs create our reality.

Is this something that I used to talk about at the beginning of my YouTube channel a lot and it's something I've starting to come back to because I find it so powerful because many people are focused on the things they're focused on the surface level, when even though we may be focused on a certain car, a certain house, certain relationship, we may focus on those things, but the thing is if we don't believe those to be possible for us or if we don't have our beliefs align with that reality, we won't experience it.

It's about understanding that what we can begin to do is we can begin to get to the core of what we believe to be true. In the past, we've had things happen before and by having things happened, there are certain patterns that are created within us.

Think about it like this. There is an energy field around our body that is constantly at the fundamental core. We are unconditional love and bliss. That's who we are, but as we grow up, we go through certain experiences and there was a moment in time when something happened that caused a disruption within our energy pattern.

It could have been something small when we were a kid and our parents are telling us that you're meant to be seen and not heard, and at that moment we made a choice. We made a decision that this is how I have to be and that caused a disturbance in the energy pattern.

And then what happened is we carried that energy pattern with us for years and we may be 20 years old, 30 years old, whatever it is, we may be that age carrying around the same disruption that happened when we were six years old and not even know it.

You see when we get to the core of what we believe to be true and when we decide to be and become aware of the beliefs that we have, that's when everything changes because then we do what is completing that pattern. What does a completing that pattern mean?

Well, anytime and most of the time when we experienced someone negative in our life, maybe somebody that's venting to us at work, what we dislike in them is also what we dislike in ourselves. This is where we get deeper into understanding what is called shadow work, but what we dislike about someone else, we also dislike about ourselves so we might have a part of our self that is also that negative person that we dislike about ourselves.

Therefore, we resist that on the outside. Here is the thing when it comes to these beliefs that we may have, maybe it's a belief that somebody told us, kids, there has been to be seen and not heard or something that happened when we were young.

Like for example, I went through a lot of childhood stuff growing up and it made me feel like I wasn't worthy. The key though is anytime somebody was treating me like I was treated when I was younger because I had a, you know, the. I don't want to get too much into it. You've heard me talk about it in other videos, but anytime I would feel a certain way, the more I would resist that feeling and the more I would just switch my thoughts. It was almost like that more than energy pattern would emphasize itself.

It's almost like the more I would just switch my thoughts, the more it would kind of ripple in there. The key to completing a past emotion or a past memory or whatever it is to feel it 100 percent into. To allow it to be there, to let the emotion be there.

Because when you let the motion be there, you let it be okay. It's a huge paradox, but then it starts to actually go away. It starts to actually complete itself. You see, it's just that in the past when something happened, we resisted it and the moment we resist it is the moment we caught up in our energy pattern, but the thing is when we shifted from that resistance to allowing it to be there, it then just flows through and as it flows through, we let go of it and we heal it.

The key is actually to heal a lot of these patterns that may be holding us back and we may find that we keep attracting the same type of person over and over again and we're just not even aware of it. Right? It may be somebody like, I always attract this kind of guy or this type of girl. I always attracted and I don't know why it happens and even though the faces change, it's always the same type of person.

 Someone that takes advantage of me or whatever it is. The thing is if we're unaware of that, will continue to create it over and over and over again because we have a subconscious pattern that thinks that that's what we're worthy of, and we could say, we'll just switch your focus, but you see switching the focus doesn't get to the core of why that is there and what that is showing us.

Just switching the focus is making it in healing it in the short term, but what we want to do is we want to let go of the pattern that no longer serves us and we want to allow us to complete it so that we can transform it.

This is where we get deeper because we get deeper than just the surface level and we get to the core, the core root of why we feel unworthy of what had to happen for us to feel like that is what we deserve. But you see, when we start to ask ourselves these new questions, that's where our life begins to change. Let me ask you a question.

What beliefs do you have about the way reality works? What do you believe to be true about what you're worthy of? We always get in life that which is equal to what we believe we deserve, so if instead of looking at the surface level things, we start to ask ourselves at our core, what do I feel like I deserve? We can then see if there's any disruption in that.

If there's anything like, well, I want this, but I don't deserve it, then that's where you can pinpoint and start to say, well, why do I believe I don't deserve this?

It's inquiry that allows you to let go of those old beliefs. Self-Inquiry, ask new questions. What would I have to believe is true? To be thinking that I deserve somebody that takes advantage of me? What would I have to believe is true? To believe, to believe that this type of thing as normal for me in my life to be experiencing this level of scarcity?

Well, I believe that money is this way or that in order to have money got to work really hard or all of these things, and then you get to the core and in the light of awareness is where everything begins to shift because you've gotten to the core of what you believe to be true and there are times at the Abraham Hicks way of going about shifting.

The focus can be very powerful. I'm not saying it's never applicable, but what I'm saying is at the fundamental roots at the core, what we want to learn to do is we want to learn how to get to the core more often.

The core of who we are, understanding that our natural state is that of unconditional love and bliss and that's anything in any time we experience something less than that unconditional love and bliss. There's been an energy pattern.

Something that has happened, a way that we have responded to life in general that has caused us to feel a little jolt. And at the moment we felt that jolt is the moment that we decided and identified ourselves as different and as that level of being.

And that's what we're deserved. That's what is equal to. If you're wondering in your life what you believe you deserve, all you have to do is look around because if you're experiencing a relationship you don't prefer. If you're experiencing that, have, uh, a level of abundance that you wish you had, whatever it is, then it's because you may believe that the fundamental core that that is what you deserve.

The key to getting beyond that is to ask yourself new questions. What would I have to believe is true to be having this kind of experience. And a very powerful healing modality is to actually do this thing where it's considered the completion process.

He has founded some ancient texts, but there's a guy in India that teaches it. It's called the completion process. And it's about feeling and really embodying the experience of a past childhood trauma or whatever it is. Whatever your fundamental core could be, the thing that's holding you back and as you completely feel into it, you don't just feel it and think it, you actually in the, like you, you put yourself in that same emotion where it may be scary and maybe negative emotion comes up.

And just to know that that's okay. And as you redo that, you allow that energy to leave your body because you're letting it be there. You're allowing it to be there. And the analogy, there was this, uh, I was listening to one of the teachings, and he was talking about how somebody witnessed a, a, like a murder on the beach when he was young. It was like this guy that was, you know, this guy is like 40 years old, but when he was six years old, he was a fit to fishermen, killed each other or one fishermen killed another fisherman.

And when that happened, he started to associate so much pain with going to the beach and so much fear that he would even think about walking to the beach and he would, he would start to get really afraid and he would start to like liver up and anxiety. That's because he's had some neuro associations with that at the fundamental core. He's associated and figured that go into the beach is painful.

Also, there's that fear there. I mean, imagine being six years old and seeing something like that. You see in that kind of scenario, even though he's 30, 40 years old, whatever, however old he is now, and he's still afraid of going to the beach, it's really the 60-year-old inside of them that's afraid to go to the beach and it's because that hasn't been allowed to be there is because it's been resisted for 30 years. He's walking around with that and it hasn't been healed.

The key to that is if he were to imagine and then live in that same, relive that experience in his mind, and they'll let that experience be there. Then it begins to go away and then all the energy patterns within his body, we store emotions in our body will begin to release, but they have to feel it and allow it to be there.

You have ever seen in a dream where you're in a dream and what happens if you have maybe a nightmare. Someone's chasing you and then you stop and you say, you know what? I'm going to let this thing get me, or whatever it is, and then all of a sudden it goes away because you surrender to it. If you're running from something, it means someone's chasing you.

If that is the case, then what that is it's just about understanding that what we can begin to do is to stand firm and to allow whatever experience it is to come up. You see in the Abraham Hicks way of that person that was six years old and saw the deaths on the beach with the fishermen, it wouldn't really serve him to just keep focusing on self.

Every time you focused on going to the beach, instead of focusing on the old experience, focus on, you know, the next best feeling thought. What I'm saying is the Abraham Hicks way works in many different ways. However, there are times when it's more about getting to the fundamental core of what we believe to be true.

Do you have a fear of going out in public? Do you have a fear of speaking in front of other people? You see? For me when I was, how old was I? I was a freshman in high school and I gave a talk. I gave a class presentation with four other people and when it was my turn to speak, I got in front of the class and I completely just dropped.

I have no idea what to say. I do not remember what I'm supposed to say. I couldn't remember anything and I just silent like crickets and everyone is just staring at me and I was like, I got scared and then somebody else, like after a minute of that, somebody walked in and it was like a very traumatic experience for me and that was when I was in ninth grade, a freshman in high school and I said, you know what?

Sophomore year I said, I'm going to go in and I'm going to go to forensics debate. I'm going to conquer this fear and I'm going to learn how to speak. And what I did is I went in and the first couple tournaments were not so great, but eventually I started to develop a passion for it.

I started to speak differently. I started to have this passion in my voice and then all of a sudden, they're doing it consistently. I became someone that was getting placing at an award, so you know, we'd have tournaments every month for forensic debate. I was somebody that was consistently placing and consistently doing well and then I became very passionate about it and now I speak for a living. It's interesting.

But what I had to do is I had to face the fear and allowing it to be there. I didn't push through it and I got to a new level. I didn't have changed my identity, to be honest with you, but you see if I would've just thought, oh, the next best feeling thought I wouldn't have got to the fundamental core of realizing and facing that fear.

By facing fear, we realize that fear is an illusion.

And by facing the fear, we realize that fear is an illusion. I guess what I'm really trying to say to you is that you are so much more than you know, when, when you get to the core of who you are and when you face your fears, you're going to find out that when you face your fears, your fears are illusions.

They're just there to keep you safe. I had that painful experience of speaking in front of people. My self-image and my, my ego were like, don't do that again. If you do that again, you might get paid. It's trying to protect me. But I had to push through that and I had to allow the emotions to be there. I'd allow it to be. Then it transformed and the same way.

There are times of when it's better to ask yourself the question, what would I have to believe is true to be having this kind of experience? And as you ask yourself that question, the beliefs will come up. Your brain is always looking for patterns, and when you ask new questions, the brain will start to find new answers.

Ask yourself the question, what do I believe to be true? Am I worthy of having a great relationship and abundance of money? Am I great? Am I worthy of having and being able to do what I want when I want to do it, to do my passion for a living?

Do I believe I'm worthy for that? And if not, it's okay. But start to ask yourself the question, what beliefs are holding me back? And then ask yourself the question, what memories did these beliefs stem from? Maybe it came when you were five, six years old, and you hardly remember it.

It's about becoming aware of what that is and deciding that you are more than you can even imagine and that sometimes it's okay to get at the surface and just change the thoughts, but sometimes it's better to go within and to really decide I am worthy. Use what I was talking about, that completion process where you allow yourself to feel a negative emotion or you allow it to be there because then it will flow through you.

It can help you to release stored emotion that can help you to release old belief patterns. But when it comes down to it, we always get in life a reflection of what we believe we deserve. Let me ask you a question. What do you think you deserve? Because I'll tell you right now, you deserve more than you can imagine, but get to the core of what that is and then you begin to change everything in your life.

I'll be honest, I really believe that this is the next level rather than just the Law of Attraction kind of like the surface level. Because a lot of people change their focus. They'll go from focusing on one thing to another thing. I used to do that as well. If something was a, I wanted to track something, I would focus on just that thing and I would always experience more of that thing, but there would always be some type of subconscious block unless I became aware of what that was.

What that belief was that was holding it back. And I've shared this analogy before, but someone can think about a Ferrari or Lamborghini all they want and they'll go out and know the thing is done. Then they go out and the public, they're going to see more Ferrari's and Lamborghini's because they're constantly focused on it, but whether they actually have that come into their life experience that will depend upon if they believe that they are worthy of it.

If they believe they are doing enough for it or what their beliefs are about actions and that will have a determination on if they actually allow it into their life. There's a lot. There's more to play than to just, I focus on this and I achieved this. That's I like simplicity. I'll be honest with you. I like it when things are very simple and things can be simple.

That's why today I'm going to share with you a way that you can go about this to transform what you believe, but not even just to do that because part of the transformation of your beliefs is understanding this idea and this is something we're going to go very deep into. If you heard my last podcast episode, I announced that the shift experience with Aaron Doughty, it's called the shift experience, is coming live here within the next few months.

I'm working on it right now. It's going to be both the courses that I traveled. It's going to be courses that I have. It's going to be digital step by step program plus a not just a program. It's going to be an experience. There's going to be meditations. There's going to be a. The transformation is a shift. It's a shift that can only be experienced. It's not a theory, it's not an idea, and the way I'm doing it is I'm making this something I've never seen done before and that's making something in actual experience in of itself.

When I do traveling and I do a seminar, I'm going to go on tour sharing the shift experience with people and helping people move through that shift experience and one of the levels through the shift experience as you must first become aware that your beliefs create your reality, but then what happens is you get to this deeper level of understanding this truth.

This truth is that in life, all truths are true. Whatever you believe to be true will be true for you. From another person's perspective, someone else may believe the exact opposite of what you believe and they may have a totally different experience, but the thing is both of those are valid. It's not that one person's right, one person's wrong and the roar that the world in the world that we live in, the way that it works is it's not about right and wrong because right and wrong are subjective.

It depends upon the person, so when we move from needing to be right or needing to be wrong, we can see that that's only coming from the ego. The ego is the one that's involved with the belief systems.

In order for us to have a transformation, we must go beyond the ego. We were go beyond that of the reactive mind. We must go beyond that of the social conditioning because most of us have beliefs that are completely ingrained in social conditioning itself.

Social conditioning is doing what we think we should do.

Social conditioning is us doing what we think we should do. It's moving with the herd and many of us have that desire without even knowing it. That's also kind of like a tribe mentality.

There have in the past been benefits of social conditioning. Some of the benefits are you don't need to actually experience jumping off a cliff to know that if you jump off a cliff, you'll die.

You could say, well, that's common sense, but there is also ingrained within our psyche. Ingrained within us is just a knowing, an instinct in a way of that, so it's about being aware that yes, in the past also condition may have served us, but now social conditioning is it a completely different level because when we go into society or completely in, in embellished into our senses and that is what the media, that is what all of these companies are doing is they're embellishing us into our senses.

That's why we have corn syrup and sugar and almost everything you see it is. It is in a way emphasizing the senses. It's overstimulating us. You see this reality TV shows that people becoming very dramatic and going through some crazy situation and that's triggering us into the lower states of consciousness and we think then that that is normal when it has actually not normal.

Well, I mean maybe it is from a certain perspective, the normal, but it's also completely inefficient. It's just that many people watch desperate housewives of whatever or whatever TV show it is not seen as a bad thing if you watch those, but what I am saying is be aware of the emotions at that puts you in because the more you experience that has lower vibrational emotions, lower states of consciousness, the more you're going to look around and experienced that in your life.

The more that triggers that within you, the more you're going to go out and also see other things and other reasons to be triggered in that way. A lot of it has to do with awareness. But the thing is who we think we are. Not all that we are, it's just that growing up we have been conditioned into believing that all that we are is the ego.

Although we are in the reaction mind the reaction that we have to our environment, not knowing that there's another perspective you see in life in general, there's never a right or wrong because right or wrong always comes from the point of the ego. It's does this work or does this not work? Is this efficient or not efficient? These are the kinds of questions we wanted to be asking because then we can see that belief. We can have beliefs.

I'm not saying no one should have beliefs. We should transcend all the beliefs, but what I am saying is that when you start to go beyond belief, so you start to go beyond your ego, things may work out even better for you. This is when we get more into like Zen type philosophy of understanding that when you let go of the outcome, you allow so much more into your life.

This is what changed my life because I used to have this belief and it is a belief and I'll even say this and I enjoy. I love what I do. I love making videos. I love getting to do what I want. When I want to do it, I love making content for Instagram and all of this stuff. I love what I do, but it is a lot of work. I'm not going to lie, so I love taking action, so let me say it this way. Is it the action that gets me the results or is it the belief in the action that I have that gets me the results you want to know my answer? I don't know, but it's a belief system that at this point works for me, but it's also I love taking action, so it's a win-win. There are people, if you follow Abraham Hicks, there are people that are big followers a remix.

I say, you don't have to take action and that works for them, and I say Bravo. I mean, that's great. Remember, this is not about who's right, who's wrong. This is about what is efficient for you. For me, I am somebody that is, that likes to take action. It's funny. It never used to be that way.

I used to just be the theory, intellectual thinker, but towards the shift that happened when I started doing daily videos and February 2017 and when I started doing daily videos, all the sudden I started really enjoying taking action and now it's just a part of my self-image. I'm not sure exactly what it, what was the big change if that was the big change, but I love taking action and therefore I just keep doing it. I'm going to love.

I know I'm getting ready to get into fulltime like touring the world, doing public speaking. I know I'm going to love it. I just know it. It's and that's going to be an action taking thing. You know I'm going to be in front of people. I'm going to be speaking. I'm going to be in a big foot in front of large crowds, so it's about perspective and knowing does this work for me?

Because if a belief system is working for you, you can acknowledge that, but understand that that is not the truth of reality. This is when he could start to pick apart and start to pick apart your beliefs about it, your expectations about it because the one truth in life is that all truths are true and that there are certain beliefs that will serve you.

You may pick them up and use them for a while, but then eventually you may put them down. What if in five, 10 years after I'd taken so much action, I become so successful. I'm at the peak of my game. I say you know what? I'm going to do less. I'm going to sit back. I'm still going to do energetically what I want. So maybe it requires less action, but maybe it changes my belief systems and maybe that then works for me is I don't have to take as much action as I have before.

And I'll tell you that at the beginning of starting any endeavor, whether that's going full time with your passion, whether that's you intending to, uh, to get some new pattern going, some new momentums new habit. It's always harder in the beginning because it takes a while to develop the momentum. With the belief of me taking action, it was a, it was more difficult in the beginning, but now it's a lot easier than it has ever been. I could do a lot less now become even more abundant.

It's already worked, but I still love taking action so I'm still attached to it. In a way, it's like a tool that I'm using because I enjoy using the tool, but the tool is not where the power is. The power is in the, in what I give the meaning I give the tool because all things in life also have no built-in meaning.

We are running around generating meaning about what things mean and based on the meanings that we generate, those who develop the beliefs that we have. And what I am saying is that we can go beyond the ego and into the awareness that if we use these beliefs were doing it from a place of awareness.

We're not doing it because it's the way reality works. You know, even me, that as much as I want to say is you have to take action to get results. I used to say that and even now I might slip on a video and say that, but here's the thing that's not inherent built-in reality that you have to take the reaction to get results because that's not even true all the time. It's there's.

There have been times when people have taken very, very little action, got massive results are science. People win the lottery, so it's theirs. I'm not saying that as probable for everyone to win the lottery or anything, but that persons still had to most likely buy a ticket, but you see even that can be brought down because you can say, well actually his aunt bought him the tickets and then he won the lottery. You see, there are always exceptions.

There are always ways of looking at things from a different point of view and the more we break down our current belief systems is the more we expand ourselves beyond belief.

You see just, I've shared this recently so I'm sorry for being repetitive with it, but I'm kind of excited about it and it's kind of random, but the other day my buddy I've been coming, I've been actually having this shift experience I'm talking about. It's been happening to me this last month and a very grand way and it's really changing my life and I'm becoming aware of this perspective of going beyond the ego and I been.

Not that I'm enlightened, but I'm becoming aware of going beyond that of the beliefs that I have and I did this little experiment when I was with my buddy Victor, but if you guys don't Ms. May know Victor from YouTube. I'm Victor's best friend.

We were going out to place to eat in Vegas that we always go and there's this cashier there and there are this cashier and every time we go she kind has like a bad attitude and will say something over to like, we're like intending to be nice to her.

Like, “Oh, hey, this is what we want.” But she always has like this kind of, this mean look and she's very short and she looks like she just really irritated. But this is what happened. We realized after I was going through this experience myself, I said, you know what, what if one of the reasons she's like that is because we expect her to be like that. This doesn't mean that we're like, well actually it does. I'll get to that in a minute.

But here it is. That person is in a bad mood. That's the store we have in our mind. We go up to order something, she's in a bad mood and it reaffirms that the 10 other times that she's done it, that that's just the way she is. What I realized is, this is a couple of days ago, this is like four or five days ago we go up, she said bad mood and then I got work going outside.

We always eat outside. There's like an indoor eating area and an outdoor eating indoor-outdoor eating area. We go outside, we have our number or whatever we ever like drinks. She's like, he was like, yeah, she's always in a bad mood. I said you know what? I said it's kind of popped into my head. What if she's always in a bad mood?

Because part of it is we expect her to be in a bad mood, so we perceive of her being in a bad mood and it's almost like we subconsciously bring that out of her and I said, why don't we shift our expectation in our belief that next time we talk to her, she's going to be nicer, and that's what we did is we decided at that moment that we were going to know. She's just simply kind of soften up and loosen up and we had a little more compassionate.

We didn't really care whether she was in a good mood or a bad way. Why do we have this expectation that she has to conform to our ideology and our mind of how she should be? The next day was two days later we go in and I kind of forgot about that, but I did have the intention. I remember the intention. Oh, it's okay whether she acts one way or the other, I'm going to let go of the outcome.

I'm to embrace it instead of expecting because before I was resisting it because I was expecting, I was like, she needs to be nicer. Like, like as if she has to confirm my belief system, I go in there, I start ordering and she's like being way more attentive. I'm like, wow. She's actually thinking. I remember one time I asked her if we sound dumb, but there's the ice machine.

They have a really good ice, like you've heard mom, but back in the day the sonic ice. Whereas like little, it's like little pebbles of ice. I love that ice though. And normally we go over to the ice machine and fill it up and it takes forever to fill it up.

And normally it will like it's normally so busy that it doesn't actually work all the way. Like you're a failure if your glass up halfway and then you'll have to wait like 15 minutes for the ice machine to kick back up to where it makes more ice.

They usually have this like that'll a sink full of ice that they keep just in case that happens and it always happens. Sometimes I'll ask her one time, I remember like a week ago, I asked her to fill it up and she just pointed the ice machine goes.

She goes, go over the ice machine and do it. It should be working. I was like, oh, okay. I've never had them say that. They normally just fill it out because there's a thing of ice there, you know. I remember that. I was like, Dang, why does she been like that? That was a week ago. I changed my belief that she had to be in a bad mood and then all of a sudden, she's in a good mood or she's in a much more attentive mood and there her.

Her demeanor has changed. Could it be that reality is of itself has always reflecting back to us our expectations and our beliefs and I may have been pulling out of her and just showing up at the days that she was having a bad day or that was just the way she expected to respond? Because the thing is there's also this thing called the state law of state transference.

Law of state transference as to do with understanding our state of being and how contagious or state of being is. One of the reasons I think people, like watching my videos and even maybe listening to my podcast, is because I think people can feel the passion that I have underneath what I'm talking about because it's my passion so people can feel that. I've had a lot of people say, I feel like a jolt of energy.

I feel energized when I watched your videos. I'm like, that's really cool, and a part of it is because even though it's on camera, there's a state transfer that happens and when it's in person, it's even more. I know that. That was in person. I was meeting these people and I was speaking and I could just feel that people could feel it more so than just online.

It's different. It's a different understanding, but the thing is everything in our life is a reflection of what we believe it to be true.

And when we start to go beyond that of our beliefs beyond that of our ego and realize that it's all an illusion. This is when we get even closer to transformation. Remember the movie, the Matrix. You remember when neo is, remember neo is being introduced and he's realizing that everything is a matrix that's patterned thought.

Everything in our life as a pattern or habits are on the pattern. Our thoughts are on pattern or thoughts of 90 percent of what we thought the day before and we're just in the autopilot mind and even the people walking around almost everyone, those patterns, the social patterns of the way social conditioning works, patterns of sports, patterns of everything, and the moment we start to wake up as the moment we wake up from the Matrix and we realized that we are living in a programmed type society and then what we can do is we could start to take our power back.

We can start to go beyond belief. Here's the thing. I'm not telling you to not use beliefs. I've seen used beliefs that are working for you with the awareness that they're just, that they're just beliefs and they're not inherently truth in reality. I think the one true thing in reality is that all truths are true.

I think that that truth alone is a game changer and you can begin to transform your consciousness because you can realize anytime something is happening to you, what belief would you have to believe is true for that to be there to be reflected back to you.

This can be your new mantra that changes your whole life. What would I have to believe is true to be having this kind of experience? Because any emotion we have, any emotional response we have comes from something we must first believe to be true.

You can say, well, what about love? Well, love is who we naturally are. Well, maybe that's a belief. I don't know. You see, there are certain perspectives that work and there are certain perspectives that don't work. By inherent feeling is that we are unconditional love and bliss. That is who we naturally are in that everything else is an illusion, but it's an illusion that we may be attached to. We may get a high from being angry at someone.

Sometimes people do get angry, they get angry and they feel high. They feel a rush of energy. That's why anger on the emotional scale of vibration is higher than that. A shame and guilt. It's moving the energy, even if it's still negative, even if you still feel cheated, you at least start to take your power back because, in shame and guilt, you don't even feel like you have power, to begin with.

But anger, you didn't have a position. This person shouldn't have treated me this way. Things should be different and you feel more of a rush of energy, but this is the thing. These are all different illusions, different things we can experience for the sake of learning, but at the truth, the fundamental core, we are unconditional love and bliss and we go beyond that of belief.

We go beyond that, of having to know of having to we go beyond that, of having to a project some type of becoming better. You see, most people are in personal development or trying to become better. They're trying to. They're trying to get to that level of, uh, accomplishing what they want. The more we emphasize that we don't have that which we want is the more that we emphasize the lack and resistance for most people are trying to attract using the Law of Attraction from the paradigm of a lower state of consciousness.

Not everyone, but a lot of people are. They feel a lack. They feel anger. Why is this way? They are in trenched in their old belief system. The key is not to become better. The key is not to accomplish more. The key. The key is not to do more.

The key is to transform your level of consciousness, not by doing anything but by realizing the truth. The truth is all truths are true. The truth is you can move from doing and having to be. Most people go for having to do and they stay there.

The most of their life being is when you let go of the game, itself being is when you let go of the ego, always having to become more and you realize the truth, and the truth is you're in the trap there. A trap of the ego.

Even as you hear this right now, you might be like, well, what is he talking about? I'm trying to understand it. This is an intellectual experience. What I'm saying is go beyond the intellect. Just be whatever you get from this situation.

Whatever you get from this type of experience of listening to me is what you get. It's just what you get or does it mean anything that'll depend on what you get. It depends on what the meaning you give it. There's no inherent meaning in anything I'm saying. If it resonates with you, then great. If it doesn't resonate with you, then great. It doesn't matter. None of it actually matters. This is an experience that I'm sharing with you right now.

This is a part of the transformation experience. If the shift experience is all about understanding that the ego is something you could become more aware of, and when you become more of the wear of your ego, you start to transform your level of consciousness, but you see the ego always wants more. What I am saying is when you shift into being, you'll just get what you get. This, when we get into mysticism, we start understanding that we can break apart our own beliefs because the meaning you're trying to cling on to everything I'm saying right now. You might be trying to clean, go onto it like what is he saying? What does he mean? What does he mean by this?

What I mean is that there's no meaning in anything I say other than the meaning you give it. Any belief system that I've ever, that I've ever projected on my YouTube channel is not true unless you believe it to be true. None of what I say is actually true is only true if you believe it to be true because your beliefs create your reality. What you believe to be true will be reflected back to you, but even those beliefs you may decide in two or three years don't serve you anymore. You may decide in 35 seconds it doesn't serve you anymore.

Transformation happens in the matter of a second. It happens that quickly and it is not something that has to build up from the all of these things and found tons and tons of information. It can happen and the moment you decide and you realize that your ego has been running your whole entire life for such a long period of time and that it's no longer serves you in the way that you thought it did, that in a way most of what you experience was either a lesson or it was meaningless based on the meaning you give it.

You see, you generate meaning. It doesn't mean I'm saying life is meaningless and actually I am saying life is meaningless. You give it meaning. I've been afraid of saying that for so long on YouTube channels. I'm like, “Oh man, people are going to really like, I don't know, not going to like it.” People don't like to be told that they generate the meaning because people don't realize how powerful they are.

Maybe you feel afraid to know that there's no meaning in life other than the meaning you give it. It can be a very fearful feeling or it can be very empowering. The feeling is actually a very freeing feeling when you realize the meaning of life.

When you realize that you give things, meaning when you realize that your beliefs create your reality, that you can use your beliefs for a certain period of time, but you can also go beyond them and understand that you are so much more.

This is what the shift experience is about. Not only that you feel on an emotional scale of consciousness, you feel totally different. You start to let go of the things that no longer serve you. From that point on, everything in your life begins to change because you become at the cause rather than at the effect.

 It's almost happening through me. As weird as that sounds. It's, it's something that's taken on a life of its own so I can feel the power of it. And when people watched the video, I've had one or two videos where I talk about the shift experience. I think it looks like people can feel that as well. It's really cool. It's very empowering. This is something I believe is going to be my signature message over the next probably 10 years and I think it's going to be something I help a lot of people go through inside than me.

I'm going to be sharing with you powerful modality or a way for seeing the world that transcends that upbeat old school ideologies that just no longer work. What I mean by this is sometimes the way that we go about understanding certain concepts is through outdated terminologies, outdated understandings, and then what that causes are that causes us in a way to hold ourselves back.

There are ways of going about this process of letting go of what we call Karma of understanding that what we're putting out and what we're trying to attract, the Law of Attraction.

We may be experiencing blocks. There's a way for going about transcending all of this in a very easy way, and the way I'm going to share with you how to do that is actually very simplistic.

In order to understand this, let's first off understand the way that most people understand the three processes. Then I'm going to share with you the new modality. It's not really even knew to be honest with you, but it's being now interpreted through understanding what we know with quantum physics and what we know at this level.

The way most people look at this process is when they think of Karma, they think about it in the form of something that is acquired that they carry around their whole entire life. You may say, “Oh, well, I'm experiencing this negativity in my life right now.”

Most likely this has come from some type of past experience and maybe even some people believe that this past experience could have been a past life one that they are not even aware of. The key to this is understanding that the Karma, in general, is a pattern, and Karma, in general, is what we are putting out.

A lot of times what we are putting out, what we're doing either to other people, what we're allowing to happen to ourselves, a lot of times, whatever that is simply unconscious.

It's something we are not aware of and because we are not aware of it, we, therefore, continue in the same pattern over and over and over again without even realizing it.

The truth is, when it comes to the Law of Attraction, many people will intend to and think about having a certain type of experience in their life. Maybe they want a certain type of car or relationship a certain, but they may experience blocks in the process.

One of the reasons that block me be there is because they have patterns that are and they are unaware of in these patterns. They're unaware of, have a lot of momentum and they have a lot of pool.

Even if they think of that thing at the deeper root, they don't believe they're worthy of it at the deeper root, it's like they're not able to perceive it because more so than just what we think our beliefs create our reality.

If we have beliefs that say we're not worthy of belief, saying that's going to be really hard. If we have beliefs that say it's a negative, things have consciously to be a certain way, then it will constantly block that out. It's about also being aware of those beliefs. But the key is to everything I'm going to be sharing with you.

The key is bringing the unconscious, what we're unaware of into the awareness, because the moment you bring it into the awareness, you didn't stop the pattern. Let's look at that as past lives. What we think of as past lives, the old school way of thinking about it. 

When we think of past lives. The way we think about it is this is our current life and this is a thousand years ago. Say we had all these lives lead up to this current life and there's something I did hear something I did hear something new to here, and this is all holding us back right now in the present moment and will continue to play itself out even in the future.

And the idea behind this is knowing that the old school way of looking about it is that all of these equals who we are right now in the present moment. The key is that is the unconsciousness that we're unaware of.

Let me share with you a totally new perspective, a way of looking at Karma past lives, the Law of Attraction that I think could totally transform your life and it transformed my own life. Here's the truth.

This is the present moment right here. We normally believe that we are the result of all of these things that happened in the past. The truth is, is that as we change in the present moment right now, as we change and we become aware of what we were constantly, we were priorly unaware of as we change in the present moment, we also change our past, so what we think of as our past and our future.

It doesn't exist other than in mind. The truth is these changes the paradigm for understanding reality in general because what we know is that there's an infinite number of parallel realities.

Okay, exist and because there's an infinite number of parallel realities that what we think of as the past and the future is only relevant to who we are right now in the present moment.

This is the thing as we let go of unconscious patterns, as we change in the present moment, we not only change the probable futures we could experience because this is always in flux. The future is always in flux. Depending on the actions we take in the present moment. If you go to a clairvoyant person, they tell you something's going to happen. There may be a certain amount of momentum for certain things to happen, but the truth is it's not actually set.

It's not fixed. It's changing as we change in the present moment. This is the empowering thing. As we change in the present moment right now, we also changed the past that we connect to. For example, even right now in my physical life right now, I say this is the present moment.

This was when I was zero years old, and this was, you know, this is in the future potentiality and right here, this is me right now. If I am able to remember times, I was very confident in my life. I can remember when I, this one time I was going into, um, one of my old jobs, I was ordering a sales job and I remember going in, I remember just feeling on top of the world. I was in the right place at the right time. It was a sales commission job.

It was like the right moment, right time that I was making more money. I was a, everything was just aligning for me. I felt really good. I had very contagious energy. Everything was just perfect. If I remember that and I focus on that, that state of being and being there right now, their neuronal structure in the brain.

The way that my neurosis genetic connections or connecting my brain, our wiring in a certain way to where if I wanted to remember any other state from my past that was similar, it'd be very easy to do because it's already wired in a similar way, so the past that I connect to will be in alignment with that way of thinking.

However, if you were to say to me, hey, Aaron and I'm in the peak state of remembering that you would say, “Hey Aaron, can you remember when you were not confident at all when you felt totally the opposite?”

It would be hard for me to remember right away because I'm already thinking and pulling upon the past that are more relatable. Are the past that is in alignment with that way of thinking of the confidence. Take me a minute to think about the other ones and then go in the other direction.

The idea is that we are not the result of our past, we are who we choose to be in the present moment as we change our actions, as we change our thoughts, as we change who we are in the present moment, we change the past and the future that we connect to.

The truth is the future is not set and, and the past is not set. We can have a certain way of thinking about the past, but every time we remember the past, what neuroscience shows us is that we take the memory of the past.

Say I take the memory of when I was 11 years old. And uh, I got rejected by some girl that I wanted to go to the dance with, right? Eleven years old. I say every time I remember that I take it out of the memory bank. I look at the memory in my mind and then I put it back. Every time I put it back, the memory has changed.

The idea is by the time you've looked at a certain memory, 10 times, it's a completely different memory. And most people will think of a certain memory hundreds of times because what we do is when we look at the memory, who put down our beliefs, we put down our interpretation of it, which may not actually be what actually happened.

I interpreted that event when I was 11 years old as I'm not worthy. This just isn't for me. I just need to a keep to myself. You see? That was the interpretation, but it wasn't actually true. It was just one experience. But as I dealt with that pattern, now in the present moment.

I let go of that past experience. That past experience no longer has weight over me in the present moment. With a lot of people do is they have a lot of unconscious things that happen in the past. And because they're unaware of it in the present moment right now, very carrying patterns with them that they don't even realize.

For example, when they were six years old, they saw their mom and their dad argue about money and it got into a very heated fight. And subconsciously, you thought to yourself, you were just a little six years old, you thought money is bad, it's pain, there's not enough.

That's those are the beliefs that you made when you were six years old and you may have carried those beliefs even to now, and he made me say, well, I want to attract a whole bunch of abundance in my life, but it's hard for me to do. And that belief in of itself, that unconscious pattern that you've been carrying around is, is currently influencing your present life.

But really, it's an unconscious pattern from the past. But as you become aware of it in the present moment right now, you then change your past. You didn't relate to your past in a completely different way and your whole life will change. This is what happened to me. There are certain things, there are certain patterns that will continue to go on that we'll continue to present themselves to you unless you become aware of it.

For example, I had an ex-stepmom that I was in my life between the ages of me being about seven or nine, seven to eight years old to about 15 years old. My Dad divorced when I was 15. In between that time, she was a very angry person.

She was a very abusive person, so me and my brother went from before that we were allowed to have TVs playing Nintendo do all the things that normal kids did have friends. She came into the picture and then all of a sudden me and my brother weren't allowed to have friends. We moved into a different house and all of a sudden, we're required to work outside all day long.

We're not allowed to eat only a certain amount, so we were very malnutrition and she was a very angry person. My dad was a firefighter when he wasn't home for 24 years, 24 hours on 24 hours off. We were with her and she was very abusive and we couldn't say anything because if we did, we'd get punished even more because we were around her around her more than we were around my dad, so we were afraid, but we were.

I was experiencing that pain and then all of a sudden 15 comes around and all the sudden I have all this freedom because my dad divorced her. He kind of came to a sense and realize what was going on and all of a sudden me and my brother are then allowed to.

She kind of turned us and brainwashed us, not like her mom or allowed to be around her mom again. We're allowed to do a lot of the things. Normal kids, they were allowed to have friends, were allowed to go to school activities because before if we got in trouble, the only thing that got taken away because all we do is work outside with school activities.

We had to work to go to band. We had to work to be able to go to a forensics debate and all that stuff. It was a very unique situation. But I don't say that to say pity me, just explaining to you that that was a certain pattern. Being around her influenced the kind of worthiness that I felt about myself. This is what, this is interesting that happened.

She was abusive and she has some type of personality disorder. But anyways, she is um, a certain way she treats people that pattern even though I've never had to really deal with her again. Then after that 15 years old, I then go and I get a job and I have a job and everything.

One of my managers, my manager at the time, this one job that I got worked at Nordstrom's and in a woman's shoes, my manager that I worked for three years had the same exact personality almost to a t of my old stepmom.

She would talk down to people. There is somehow it was almost, she was protected by upper management, so she didn't like, even though people went up to HR to complain about her because she was talking down to people and she was very manipulative. She would never get fired because she was protected by upper management, so we were.

I was experiencing the same personality again in a different person. The same. It was my manager. This is an interesting thing. She was in my life up until I learned meditation and up until I learned how to let go of the pattern into forgive everything that happened in the past until I was able to heal.

All the sudden that manager got fired. She should've got fired a long time before, but it took a while, but all of a sudden something happened to where it was black and white. She had to like get let go. It was very interesting to me, but that moment on I don't have to deal with that kind of personality traits again, but I attracted to me even after 15 years old, that same type of manipulative controlling person. I had one, two, or three people in my life.

I had an ex-girlfriend that was kind of similar to that kind of control like that when I was 15. That was when I was like 17, 18 years old or something like that for like a year or two. It was very interesting, is interesting to me that I was playing out those patterns without even knowing it.

Those patterns had power until I became aware of them. The way you become aware and the way you let go of these patterns is by feeling it, allowing the patterns to be there and recognizing it. It is really that simple because, in the light of awareness, you realize that you no longer need to have it. You realize that it served its purpose for something for you to learn and now you can actually let it go and when you let go of those old patterns, you then change your past experience.

I choose to reconnect to this past experience just to explain it to you so that you can understand it, but in the fundamental level, I have changed so much since then that I connect to a different past and I connect to even relate to the old past of the way that I would have identified myself in the present moment, but what we think of as past and future is not as set as we think.

Let's talk about past lives for a minute. Maybe you go to a past life regression test and a past life regression is tells you this is who you were in a past life and it's very relevant to the life that you currently have. This is the thing with past lives.

We as a soul are so much more than we can even imagine, so much more than what we think and who we think we are. We think I exist right here in the present moment and these are my past lives and these are my future lives or future potentials.

The truth is, these past lives exist right now. They're not so much past lives as they are parallel incarnations of the same oversoul. What this means is that a greater level is being who we are so much more than we can imagine and what we may do is we make connections to parallel incarnations of ourselves.

It's parallel incarnations of our same oversoul, but they are not exactly us because the US that we are in this life is through a certain interpretation, but they will be relevant. If it's relevant, then you may connect to certain past lives, but they're actually parallel incarnations because the only moment that does exist at this moment.

Right now, the idea of the past is in the mind, the idea of the future is in the mind. I remember, for example, one time my mom went to a past life regression list and at the time she was feeling disempowered because her husband at who's getting a divorce with her husband at the time, this is like, it's like 2011 and 12.

And when she was going through that procedure, this guy kind of left her and uh, was uh, was like not giving her anything, like I'm not giving her like a move. He moved out and was like before he was supporting her, they were both like working in business together and then all of a sudden you said you're not in my business anymore.

And my mom was kind of left. She kind of felt powerless. Right? In the present moment when she was talking to this past life regressionist, what this person was telling her is that in the past lives you with this person had very similar experiences. He left you in a village. It was a very similar type thing that they were able to pull on.

The truth is there's an infinite number of parallel paths and futures. Some may be more relevant than others, but as we change in the present moment, we change and we connect to a different past. Then she was able to see, oh, I was disempowered here too.

In the present moment, the key is for me to take my power back and not let it affect me so much. That was the kind of message that she got from that. For example, I remember that in 2012, 13 I hadn't got on YouTube yet.

I knew I wanted to speak for a living and share these ideas, but I hadn't done it yet. I remember I met somebody and this person told me that in a past life and like my couple of past lives that I've had or whatever on earth is what she said.

She said that in my past lives I was sharing ideas and in almost every single past life I had I was killed because the ideas I had were groundbreaking and there was a control structure in place that kept me from being able to put out that information safely.

One past life I got literally thrown into a pit in public and like this public arena, like Roman times or something and like a lion, Brittany in the shoulder and then in a different one I was in like Egypt or something.

It was something similar I got, I got in trouble for teaching and sharing some, some ideas that would like to help enlightened people in a way or like, oh, you know, spray expand their awareness and then I would get in trouble and they don't get, I get killed again, and then this life I didn't have to get killed. You know, that was the idea behind it.

The idea is that in the present moment right now, I have a lot of energy towards creating content towards speaking. The past set, this person connects to will be passed that align with that same message of what I'm doing now. But the key is that they all exist right now in the present moment.

What I think of that room in time, I'm connecting and drawing upon information from that life, but it's not really something that's set the way that I think it's set because as I change in the present moment, so to the past, change the type of pass that I connect to because we're so much more than we can imagine.

An infinite number of passing an infinite number of futures. The key is being aware of what patterns I'm currently living, which ones are unconscious, and how I can take my power back and I'd take my power back through just by being aware of what is unconscious.

That's the name of this whole game. That's the key to this whole process is knowing that the past and the future only exists in our mind. There's an infinite number of paths and endless number of futures as we change in the present moment, we let go of all of this, that the power in this as well as knowing that we can let go of the past and knowing that the past changes as we change, we can then see that we are who we choose to be in the present moment.

We don't have to keep telling ourselves the same story over and over and over again because in the present moment right now, billions and trillions of our sales are dying and being reborn every couple month or maybe less, but we're constantly dying and being reborn every moment.

 But if we keep telling ourselves the story of the past that we connect to the past lives, I have power over us. None of this has power over us.

If we become aware of what we're putting out to other people and the patterns that we have, we take our power back, and we let go.

If we become aware of what we're living right now, what we're putting out, the energy we're putting out to other people, the patterns that we have, if we become aware of them, we take our power back and we let go of all the Karma from the past and we start to create for ourselves a brighter future potential.

But they all exist right now in the present moment. The truth about the Law of Attraction, the truth about past lives, the truth about Karma is that when we become aware of all of this, when we become aware of these patterns that are priorly unconscious, we then start to take our power back and that we are not the product of our past.

We are who we choose to be in the present moment as we change. Does the past that we connect to in our memory? It is the past we connect to as far as our soul and the past lives that we could connect to.

I want you just to understand that you are so much more than you can even imagine and the more you tap into this, the more that you begin to transform your life and all you have to do is become aware of the patterns that are there.

For this, what I recommend you do is start to ask yourself a new question. What patterns can I become aware of? What would I have to believe is true to be having this kind of experience? And you can trail the memories back. You can literally start to remember the last time you felt disempowered.

Remember the last time you felt disempowered and something happened, and then remember that memory and they keep remembering the memory. Go back in the timeline. Okay? That's. And then once you remember that memory, the way that you think about it will start to wire in a way to wear it. Then it's easier to pull upon the memories of your past to find out where that root memory came from.

You may find a lot of your root memories come from when you were a very young watching, and if you trust the process and you keep going backward, you reverse engineer and go backward in your memory. You'll be able to find those root causes. You can look at them and then let them go, and then you literally will change your pass in a very powerful way. With that, all of this is a powerful understanding.

It's something that will change your life and you begin to apply it. Don't let people tell you that you are a victim of your past. Don't let people tell you that you're not worthy. Just know that you are who you choose to be in the present moment and the more you become aware of your patterns, the more you put out good energy. The more you understand this, the more it will change your life.

I'm going to be sharing with you more on what is called the shift experience. The shift experience is a total transformation when it comes to the level of consciousness that someone is currently at.

The shift experience is going to be a process by which I am at the moment creating right now, which the result is people becoming more aware so someone becoming more aware of who they are at a greater level and experiencing a shift in consciousness.

This is about raising up the ladder of vibration. If you remember the chart that I've shown many times and from the book called power vs. force, there's a certain level, there's a certain spot to where we begin to come at a certain place where everything is happening to us to then have this explosion of energy that goes out.

Having this way of where we wake up from societal conditioning and where we start to create our lives in a very powerful way, well, this is an experience that I've been through myself.

Not saying I'm enlightened, but what I am saying is I have had this shift in consciousness and I believe that anyone that wants to have this shift that is willing and able to go within themselves to look at certain aspects of themselves and to really let go of what no longer serves can also go through this shift in consciousness.

 Going through this shift in consciousness means waking up from societal conditioning. Going through this shift in consciousness means existing in a higher vibrational state, which means that the emotional, the emotional vibration that you feel on a daily basis is higher than that than it was before. In a way, raising the base point elevation, raising the vibration of how you feel on a daily basis.

This is about understanding that you can direct your life in a conscious way. Many people walk around at the whims of what's happening at the whims of societal conditioning, at the whims of the circumstances in life, but when you start to have this shift, this shift in consciousness, you start to create your life in a much powerful way.

You start to literally command and direct the course of your life when you especially align with yourself at a deeper level. This I believe, is the missing key to so many people experienced in what they want. Many people are using the Law of Attraction from a lesser paradigm.

They're using it from a place almost a feeling, the lesser emotions of feeling shame, fear, guilt, trying to attract something higher, but not able to experience and resistance, and that's because they haven't experienced the shift.

The shift is going to be something that I am right now. It's going to be a step by step process that shows people how to experience the shift and how to transform the level of consciousness. My goal and my intention are to help millions of people shift their level of consciousness by going within, letting go of what doesn't serve and waking up from the collective hypnosis of societal conditioning.

That's something that resonates with you. I'm going to be explaining with you three general ways that you can go through this shift to experience that in your own life.

1. Hypnosis

The first step to this process, so the first way you can go about it is understanding first off, that in society in general, there is a hypnosis that is going on. If you remember the movie matrix, for example, you may remember that Neo was the first step for him, was being aware that he is in the Matrix, being aware that everything in his society, everything that he was experiencing was a form of program and in a way that is a metaphor for life in general.

When we become aware that in life, everything is on autopilot. When we become aware that everything is constantly being in a way sprung on us. When it comes to the media, whether you're Republican or Democrat, whichever side you're on, you're within the thought bubble.

You're within the hypnosis of whatever ideology that represents. The thing is when we get caught up in duality, when we get caught up in societal conditioning and we're in this hypnosis, we're not able to really create our own reality because we have too many factors that are tearing us one direction or the other.

Whether we fight it or against it doesn't matter whether we push the pendulum further and we resist it or whether we embrace it. It means that we're being constantly kind of thrown around based on her own emotions. You may have felt this.

Have you ever saw who won the presidency or something else happened and you felt negative emotion because of it or you felt the positive emotion of it. If you felt that emotional pull that comes from a level of unconsciousness.

If we have these perspectives that things are happening to us, if we have the perspectives that we are a victim, then we remain within that hypnosis and this for some people can be kind of hard to hear, but I was in it as well, so I'm not saying it as if I am somebody that's always been entitled and always been aware of this.

I went through the same exact thing, but one of the steps is waking up to reality and understanding that what we experience in reality is a small sliver of what is actually potential or possible. What we experience in reality, the bits of information that we are constantly absorbing because our five senses, that's what they are.

They absorb information. The five senses we use can only interpret about 4,000 bits of information out of that to have billions, I think they say it's such a small percentage is crazy. Whether it's we're constantly dissecting 2 million bits of information out of billions and billions and billions. It's like a fraction of a percentage that we're able actually to interpret what is real.

The thing is from society in general, from the government or whatever we want to call it, the ways in the way we're constantly brought into our senses were brought into overeating or brought into watching five, six hours a day of television or brought into getting emotionally charged.

When certain sports teams win or lose. This is charging us and keeping us in this deep hypnosis state and until we become aware, first off that we are asleep or were asleep, we can't actually wake up and until we start to observe this, that's when we start to gain our power back.

Because when we start to observe it and we go, wait, I've believed this to be true my whole entire life. I've believed so much in the government and all of these things, believing that what I saw in the news was actually what was happening in the world when really it's a completely skewed, exaggerated perspective that's meant to put us deeper into this hypnosis reaction.

There's a reason they don't teach parts of the Law of Attraction in school. There's a reason they don't teach a lot of the spiritual development in school because at a certain level we aren't conditioned to know about our true power of who we are and until you understand that this is a deep Liz, what we've experienced in reality is a form of illusion.

It's something that has been in a way projected to us to keep us in this hypnosis. Then we don't actually wake up. The key is to wake up from this hypnosis and the shift experience will help us to do that. That's what I'm creating right now.

That's where a lot of my energy and my time is going into creating this shift, so as well, if this is something you're interested in, can you let me know below? 2. Your Story

The second thing that we must become aware of when it comes to this process is the story that we tell ourselves. We all have a story that is going on in our mind about who we are, about what happened in our past, that story has within it beliefs and we have our beliefs and our story and that controls the destiny of our life that controls everything that we experience.

Because the way we see yourself, the way we interpret the quote past has a certain pattern to it. Things happened. We put dialogue to it and we give meaning to it and that meaning we give to it to the past is then tied into the way we see ourselves.

And then that continues to perpetuate out into the future. People are continuously creating the same thing they experienced in the past, over and over and over and over again. And the key to this is becoming aware of how to unleash the chains that are attached to the past. And once again, I don't say this as the man on the mountain top as I am perfect whole, complete.

I say that because I've moved through these different layers and what I've learned to do is to let go of my past because I went through a lot of stuff growing up that was more negatively focused, that wasn't great experiences and I identified with the pain of my past, identified with having an abusive ex-step mom and when I was under that reigns of that kind of control, and when I was being treated a certain way, I started to think this is what I'm worthy of.

Even after my dad divorced her when I was 15 years old, I go out into the world. I'm allowed to have friends. I'm allowed to eat food again, like my allowed to like eat as much food as I want versus being deprived of it. I'm allowed to do things I wasn't allowed to do before.

I'm allowed to watch TV, but I'm allowed to have friends, all of these things, but I still felt that lack. I still felt I wasn't worthy and I kept manifesting into my life. People that were of the same type of vibration of my stepmom.

I had a manager at the job I worked later that was almost the same type of personality disorder, the same type of sociopathic tendencies and she was in my life for four years and it was almost the same person. It was crazy. The moment I began to change my story was the moment everything began to change because as I let go of the past, that's when I let go of the patterns that no longer served.

You see, most people are reliving their story over and over and over again and their past is their future because they haven't dealt with the past and they haven't changed their story. The story is an integral part of this. It's an important part of this. And also understanding the beliefs we have.

Our beliefs create our reality. If we believe in the social structure of the way the government runs things and the media and we believe in everything that we're told, then we're at the reaction mind.

We're reactive to everything and therefore we're experiencing everything at the whims of circumstance and the key to this is moving back into our power, shifting to a level of consciousness where we wake up from societal conditioning and we say, no, I'm going to be the director of my life. Imagine that there's a director's seat within you, and then what's been happening is for years you have been in a way walking around this cabin inside of yourself with the director's chair right there.

All you have to do is sit down and start to direct it, but that chair has been empty and instead it's been on autopilot. The whole body, the whole system, the whole mind has been on autopilot based on reaction.

The shift is about sitting in that director's chair, looking at the past scripts, the past stories. Waking up and being aware of everything around that is an illusion and then deciding that you are going to move in the direction you want.

Void of suicidal conditioning, void of the old story that no longer serves you. Choosing to be how you prefer to be. That's what the shift is about and you must become aware of the story and you must sit down in that director's chair. It's your chair. It's there for you, and that's what the shift experience is about.

3. Heal past experiences

The third thing you must do in order to experience the shift is that healing past experiences, so we have the story. Let's become aware of our story was changed the story. Let go of the story, but also, we must heal the past part of also how I let go of the past of my stepmom is I had to forgive her.

I had to let go of the pain. I had to heal myself and once I healed myself, it's funny how it works because then that manager that I had, she finally got fired.

She should've been fired forever ago because of how abusive she was verbal to all the other employees talking down to them saying really mean things, but she was protected by upper management so it didn't happen. Funny how it works.

When I changed my story and I heal the patterns of my past. A week later she gets fired because it no longer resonated with the patterns within me. I changed the script, so healing is an important part of this process.

There are many people and myself included, still going through these layers of letting go of things, but in the past what's happened is maybe something happened when you were five or six years old and you gave it a certain meaning. Maybe like me.

My parents were divorced when I was five or six years old and I don't remember exactly what was going through my mind at that time, but I know that affected the way I view relationships.

I know that affected the way I see life in general. The key is I've been learning to heal and to let go of these layers because at a certain point when they're five or six or eight years old, we're not old enough or mature enough to actually look at something that's happening and go, oh, well, this doesn't have anything to do with me. This just has to do with my mom and my dad.

When we're that age. We absorb it all and we internalize it all. It's about being aware of the meaning that we generated at an early age. Maybe somebody told you when you were young, something means about yourself.

Maybe you got into a fight when you're, you know, eight years old or something and that influenced and created resistance within you that maybe you're carrying around even to this day, even though it maybe it's been 10, 15 years. It's about being aware of those patterns.

Being aware of any patterns within you that haven't been healed that haven't been completed, and then completing those by allowing them to be there, observing them and then letting them go. When we let go of the patterns that no longer serve us, we start to transform our lives, so healing as another important part of this. This isn't about just having the story and just completely forgetting about it.

It's about having this story letting go of the story, but also healing it so that that version of us has healed to shift experience about understanding that the reality we want to experience already exists.

It's about understanding parallel realities, understanding what science has learned about quantum physics, understanding consciousness, understanding how we transcend from lower levels of consciousness into higher levels of consciousness.

Because in these higher levels of consciousness, we create what we want easier than ever because our vibration is higher. I went through an experience back in 2012. I learned meditation. I learned how to observe my thoughts. I learned about the story that I had constantly.

We're playing on repeat and I had this shift of consciousness change and when that happened, my base point of feeling good was all normally on a scale of one to 10 town feeling amazing, feeling not great at all.

I fell about three to a five, wasn't great, wasn't horrible, but it wasn't that great and then what happened is I went through this shift and this shift brought me into a seven or eight out of 10 and I started to feel high all of the time. I don't do drugs, I don't drink. I don't even do caffeine. Not saying that to brag or anything. I'm just saying this comes from a generation from within a generation of energy, from within.

Maybe you've understood or seen how much energy I have. This is how I feel. This is how I am. This is from this shift in consciousness. This is the thing that I believe I have to offer to the world is to show people how to get the same type of result that I've got him through my own experience. This isn't through some type of theory.

This isn't just something I read in the book. This is something that I live. You can ask the people I'm around the most. They will tell you, this is how I am all the time. This is how I live. I live in this vibrational state.

 Not that I'm perfect and I'm not enlightened, but this shifting consciousness is something that I believe I can help people do in a powerful way.

Like I said, if you want to experience the shift in your life, you have to wake up to the true reality of knowing that you most likely have been under a deepening of gnosis your whole entire life and that this is something that we wake up more and more too, and then we started to light to go.

You have to become aware of the store. You have this running your life experience that beliefs that are tied within that because our beliefs create our reality and then you have to heal the patterns of the past, the patterns of the past and the pain of the past.

Because as you let it go, you don't have to keep creating that same pattern over and over and over again. You can experience this shift in consciousness by understanding more about who you are. You can experience this shifting consciousness by getting into the director's chair, observing everything around you, and then starting to let go of what the longer.

This is just the way it works. We always get a reflection in a life of what we believe to be true and when we start to become aware of what we believe to be true, we started to take her power back.

This is about understanding that I used to say this is the beginning of my YouTube channel. When I first started, I really emphasize this and then I kind of went off and did some other stuff, you know, quantum physics and stuff, and now I'm coming really coming back to this understanding our beliefs create our reality because my intention is, I mean it's just a thing that happens when you change your beliefs, your reality changes.

If you believe, I just did a video on this today to come out a couple of weeks but on the belief about money. What do you believe about money? If you believe money is bad, bleed money is evil, then you want to try to morph it into your life because there's a belief system that negates that experience like in order for someone to say, I'm a good person.

If they think money is evil, that is like, well, I don't want evil. I'm a good person and it reemphasizes that, but this is about being aware of the beliefs we have, but you see, this is the funny thing. Our beliefs create our reality and at a certain level of consciousness. Maybe you've seen the consciousness scale that I've shared so many times before on this scale of consciousness at the bottom we have zero.

We have lower emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, and eventually moves up the anger that eventually a neutrality, which is where we want to observe our thoughts. We don't know how to observe our emotions. Then eventually we get up to the willingness and then love is or then a reasoning is that 400, that's the intellectual and then 500 is love, unconditional love.

That's when we really started to transform our consciousness and most people are using the law of attraction from the 300 and below range. Maybe not you. If you're interested in my videos, you've very possibly could be at 400 or above because that's more of the intellect. That's more of like, okay, I understand this. It's less about needing.

When somebody messages me, I get people I can always tell where someone is not in a judgmental way like, look at you where you are, ha more just like when people are DM me on Instagram or on different social media like air and how can I attract this x into my life? I can tell that they're not coming from a high level of, they're not coming from the four to 500.

It's not like we don't want to think about this in terms of levels, just where they're currently at with their current, uh, the current stage of the relationship, but they're coming at it from a place of maybe feeling angry at the ex, maybe feeling shameful or guilt or something.

They're feeling some lower emotion trying to attract someone else back into their life. Now, the key to what I would answer that with, and I normally don't answer those questions anymore because I get them every single day. I get people asking me and I understand they're in pain, but they're just, you know, I, there's no way I can answer everybody.

And it's just something that there was nothing really, I can say that will change everything for that. But what you want to do is you actually don't want to go to a track that back does not what you want to do. You want to learn how to become completely okay with yourself and you want to learn how to let go of the neediness and as you let go of the neediness or you let go of thinking that they're going to make you happy. That's when things begin to change.

But we see we may have a belief that says, if this person comes back into my life, I can then be happy, but that's externalized, in are happy happiness and putting it outside of ourselves. And the truth is as we can be happy now because we choose to be happy, we can now decide that being single we can be happy.

And the biggest paradox is that by doing that, the only real way to attract an ex back is to get back on focusing on yourself and become the best version of you. And as you become the best version of you, that energy is contagious and other people can feel that.

Sometimes the best thing to do, maybe to completely forget about the x, to acknowledge something that you learned from it, to become at peace with it, and then to maybe just hanging out with friends and to focus on increasing your state and then what will happen to something funny as you really let go, as you really let go, that person may try to come back into your life, but when you're attached to them, they can feel that it's an energetic thing so that the will normally come from a 300 below.

You know the scale of one to 1000, 700 and above and is like enlightenment. Five hundred. His love for hundreds of reasoning. A 300 below is a, sometimes more than 200 kilos, more than negative emotions, but the key to this whole process is actually transcending the identity or the ego and the ego exists majority.

Maybe the ego is this throughout the whole thing, but you start to let go of the ego more and more. When you get to 500, 500 is unconditional love and bliss. It's letting the moment be. It's becoming present to the moment. This is where I've been tapping into now. Now I'm saying I'm enlightened, but what I am learning as I'm learning that the intellect can only go so far, so while the beliefs create our reality, what I want to start tapping into is going beyond belief.

Understanding we can go beyond the intellectual processes, go beyond even having a focus because if we have to focus on if we have to try to make ourselves better, that's implying that we're not already holding complete.

Let that sink in a little bit because it's a powerful idea, but who wants to be better? It's the ego. The ego is always tried to accomplish more. The ego always wants to become more so, therefore, the ego will do what it can. It'll change your self-image. It will take new action, it will focus. It will do all of these things, but why? Because the ego believes that his ego is not good enough already, but what if we could transcend identification with the ego?

What if even if we got to the very, very peak of the ego, that was still only a five, a 400 level of consciousness which is higher than 95 percent of the planet because most people are in unconsciousness, they're unaware of their beliefs, they're unaware of what they're thinking, they're unaware of how their thoughts create their experience and there in the victim mode.

Most people are in victim mode. If you're watching my videos, most likely you are not in victim mode or you might be, but you might be coming out of it because you are at least aware that your thoughts correlate with your experiences in your life. However, my encouragement to you say, I want to open up a door for you. Imagine you're in front of a door right now, and I opened up the door and I'm like, look, this is who you really are.

You are an infinite being having a temporary human experience. When you logged into this game of life, you forgot that you were an infant and being maybe now you remember, but you forgot at the time, or maybe you actually even knew that when you were a baby, but then you grow up conditioned by society thinking that you aren't holding complete thinking, that you are this limited being that you are this ego structure.

You are this avatar and then identifying with all the beliefs, all the thought patterns, all the painful memories, all the reference experiences thinking that that's who you are, but in actuality, that's just the character that you're playing. We're all playing an ego, a character, and the idea is that who we really are as an infinite spiritual being, and when I open up this door, you realize you are in infinite spiritual being, having a temporary human experience.

You've simply forgotten that that's who you are, but you start to become much more powerful when you remember this idea. In a way, we exist in these higher vibrational states of emotion. These higher vibrational states. Let me remind you, or $500 or above on the scale of consciousness, 500 is a love you eventually get to joy. Peace is like six, 700 enlightenments like 700 and enlightenment is who we naturally are.

That's our natural state of vibration. But what we do is we incarnate into the earth and when we come into earth, we in a way start to have a baby could say that maybe even babies are enlightened. Who knows? And then we start to learn stuff and it takes us out of the present moment. We are literally in a theta state growing up in a theta brainwave state.

We're just absorbing our environment. We're literally hypnotizing ourselves. That's what a theta state does. That's why in order to change our own beliefs now or change our own like identity, now what we have to do is we have to get to a theta state, which means we have to either get to a meditative state or we have to use binaries beats or we have to, um, somehow, you know, as we're going to bed at night, we're slipping into a theta state.

That's when we begin to change our subconscious mind, but when we're growing up, up until about the age of eight to 12 are always in a theta state for the most part, and then we start to get more of an Alpha state, an Alpha state as we get a little bit older, like eight to 12, and then by teenager we start to really build this solid identity of who we are, but it's all flexible and the idea is yes, will we could do is right now we can know, hey, our beliefs create our reality.

Let's go change our beliefs. Let's change our identity. Let's pile on a new identity right now. I think I can only make $50,000 a year. Let me pile on and believe now that I can make $100,000 a year. That's even more. But here's the thing. What I'm saying is yes, that can work, that can work because like the work of psycho-cybernetics from back in the day, it's an old book.

It's a good book that shows the power of our self-image, of how we see our self and how will always act in correspondence with the way we see ourselves. However, what I'm saying is what if we go beyond the ego and we realized the Eagle can only get us so far? We go beyond belief. Yes, beliefs create our reality. However, believes are only a small sliver of it. When we transcend the ego itself, even as you hear this right now, are you hearing it from the point of the ego?

Most likely because that's what we interpret our reality through the ego, but understand that that is only a small part of what actuality reality really is, and we can start to ship from the reaction mode of social conditioning. The reaction mode of everything is happening into the present moment of knowing. We can allow the moment to be and we can observe from a neutral place.

The observation is where the power is because in the observation is the awareness, the light of awareness and as we allow the moment to be and we start to let go more and more. It's a huge paradox, but the more we let go, the more we raise our vibration. It's not about the pilot audit, new idea, the idea of the pilot on the new idea.

All of that stuff comes from $500 and a counselor for $99 below because it's reasoning. It's intellectual illness. Einstein calibrated at four 99. He was right at the verge of knowing that love is all there is, but he was still wanting to understand it from the intellect. It's a lot of things in life that we want to go beyond. We have to let go of them. We have to let go of being right. That's another thing too. Our ego wants to be right.

It wants to know what it knows and not know what. It doesn't end. It doesn't know what it doesn't know, but it's this I know and I don't know, and I'm right and wrong. Black and white, light and dark and left and right, just like we have a left and right brain. You ever find that interesting that we have a left brain and right brain and that is the reasoning.

That is as far as we can take it, it's still going to be polarization, still going to be duality left brain right brain, but when we transcend into our hearts, which is a 500-level consciousness, that's a singular point of focus that is void and that void, but that's transcending duality, but most people identify with their ego. They identify with their Avatar, and what I'm saying is you could still use the avatar. I'm not saying to make the ego the enemy. What I'm saying is to be more aware of the ego.

When you begin to absorb that, you start to understand there is so much more to life.

To me, I'm more aware of how you think you are and if you think that you're not holding complete and if you think you have to pile on these new ideas, understand that there is so much more to life and when you begin to absorb that, you begin to understand there is so much more to life.

That's when your life begins to change. That's when you can go beyond the ego, the ego, beyond and that is what I'm finding to be very, very powerful now is I'm starting myself to go through a shift in consciousness and it's been there. It's been there since 2012. I had this shift in consciousness in 2012.

Been kind of in the background and 2012 I went through kind of an awakening experience where I felt on average, maybe you've heard me talk about this before, on a scale of one to 10, I normally felt like I was at a three to a five out of 10, which means I didn't feel absolutely horrible, which is it would be like a one or amazing, which would be a 10, but all of a sudden I started to observe my thoughts and I started to realize that my beliefs created my reality and I could let go of a lot of beliefs that didn't serve me.

I believe that wasn't worthy because I had an abusive ex-stepmom from when I was seven years old or 15 when my dad divorced her. She was in my life and her kind of, it was bad in my mind that I was a victim, that I was, uh, that I, that these things happen to me and that I wasn't worthy. And then I also believe that had ADHD because Dr. Timmy had ADHD.

I take Adderall and all of these things and I became free in 2012. I realized that those were just constructs of the mind and I started to become aware of those beliefs. I didn't have to identify with any of them anymore. And all I did was reframed them. Oh yes. I went through a lot of pain growing up and I had an abusive, a sociopathic ex-stepmom. She still is that way.

I feel bad for my sisters because they have to deal with her still because that's their real mom. And she was not my real mom, but I had to deal with her. But I reframed it and I realized that that painful experience led me to a spiritual awakening. There was light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe I wouldn't have gone through my spiritual awakening as quickly as I did and beyond that, I look at ADHD, I realized I can reframe that.

Instead of thinking I have this disorder, I just have a lot of energy and I have to balance out a lot of energy and I have to do find ways of doing that. Meditation was what I found and that changed my life. Then I realized, well, what other. Oh, so I was able to look at all my beliefs, become aware, as aware, as much as I could and as I did, I began to let go of within serve and then all of a sudden, I went from a three to a five out of 10.

I started to feel like a seven or eight out of 10. I started to feel high all the time. I didn't understand why, but now I'm understanding that I went through a shift in consciousness. Not that I'm enlightened. I'm not saying I'm enlightened, but I let go of the baggage of my past and I let go of the lower states of consciousness.

That is my natural set point now, but now I'm realizing there's even more than that. The scale of one to 10 is obsolete. There could be a 10, a 15 out of 10. It's all relative, but I'm realizing there more. But the way you go beyond all of this is you have to realize the truth. The truth is the ego is not all that you are. You are much beyond that of the ego.

The ego is just a small sliver of who you are and when you become aware that you are unconditional love and bliss, you are already enlightened. That enlightenment is a realization, not something you can attain. Then you can start to let go of trying so hard.

You can let go of trying to become more of having to focus and having to have the vision board and all of these things. I'm not saying they don't work, but understand and just be aware that the only work up into a certain point because at a certain point you have to let go of the linear thinking. At a certain point, you have to let go of duality.

At a certain point, you let go of polarization and when you do that, you let go. You step into a field of uncertainty and amazing things will happen. You go beyond the mind, beyond reasoning and into 500 level consciousness or above. You can allow the moment to be. You can be present at the moment. You can be aware of the ego and you don't have to let that have power over you.

You are so much more than you know, and this is what I'm starting to learn about myself and I say that not as I. I'm more than anyone else, but what I want to do is I want to embody this frequency. I want to embody this realization, this state of consciousness, this beingness to beyond that of an intellectual idea so that I can help other people create this shift.

Something I have coming up, I'm going to plug it right now. I have something coming up that is called that I'm creating right now. It is called these shift experience with Aaron Doughty. I'm going to be speaking, traveling the world, doing seminars, talking about the shift experience of how you can shift your level of consciousness into that, have more of who you really are, understanding how you can shift your beliefs. You can shift into a transformation for the way you are and your state of consciousness itself.

This is not an intellectual idea. This is not something you learn. This is something you experience and I believe that the shift experience that I'm creating right now, which will also be a digital program, is going to be the main thing that I help people do over the next 10 years or however long it is. I want to help people create this shift in their life. This shift in consciousness and this so you might say, well, is this the law of attraction stuff? It is related because when you shift your consciousness, you attract things from a higher vibrational paradigm.

When you shift your consciousness, you increased your state of being. When you shift your consciousness, everything in your life will begin to change and that's why I'm creating this. It's not only a digital program. Have a step by step process with meditations and ways to go about this, but in create into an experience, but also I'm going to be traveling the world and giving seminars on this exact idea, be given workshops on it, so if you are ready to shift, let me know and I will continue to work at it and get it out asap.

It's going to be understanding the reality, the way it works, but also understanding how we can tap into it in a group dynamic as well online, even just us all setting the intention, it's going to be something that intention flows through the whole thing. I'm going to be sharing with you three ways that you can make it so that negative people don't affect your energy anymore. Understanding that you can begin to become instead of the cameo and everyone else's movie.

You can become the star of your own movie to a place to where when people come up to you to affect you in a certain way, or if their intention is to bring you into the same emotion they're feeling, I know that that happens a lot, that you're able to just maintain your frame and be in this state that you prefer.

The reason I'm doing this is that I get asked so often, so many people ask me, they say, Aaron, how do I make it so negative? People don't affect me. This has happened in my life and I feel like it's bringing me down. What do I do so that these people don't affect me, and there's always a couple different answers I have. When it comes to this process, understand that.

  1. Understand the most important thing in your life

First off, the idea to understand is that the most important thing is not what happens in your life. It is what and how you respond to what happens. Your response to what happens is what determines almost everything in your life. Because this is the thing, our state of being, how we feel creates our life experience.

Think about it like this. We feel a certain way. We go out into the world. We always experience things that are equal to the vibration of what we are feeling and what we're putting out. If we are feeling a certain way, we go out into the world and say we feel disempowered. Other people are going to be able to take advantage of us because they are playing off of that vibration.

They can feel it and it's almost like in a way we attract people that are of that vibration subconsciously and part of it may be because we believe that is what we deserve. The thing is you deserve more than other people taking advantage of you. You deserve more of other people than them bringing you down, but the first thing you have to do is you have to take responsibility for your own state.

You have to take responsibility. Think about risk. What responsibility means? Responsibility is the ability to respond. The difference is normally when we're asking the question, why is it these people affect my negative, my energy in a negative way? What we're implying is that they are doing that to us. No one is ever doing anything to you without first your permission.

What this means is that if somebody is negatively trying to affect you, the only way you will experience that negative effect from them is if you agree to it at some level is if you say, yes, that is what has happened. Let me give you an example.

This is one example that I've used before. If somebody were to come up to you right now, if somebody came up to me right now is like, Hey Aaron, I hate your purple shirt. I think it looks so dumb and blah, blah, blah, and therefore you're dumb.

If they were to say that, I would look at it, but the thing is it wouldn't actually affect me because I wouldn't even agree to the premise that the shirt I'm wearing is purple. The idea is that I don't have to internalize whatever is being said. I don't have to internalize that.

Have the purple shirt comment because it's something that doesn't affect me because I don't even relate to it. You see, the thing is it only affects us when we're in reaction mode, but the key is to shift out of reaction and instead shift into a response, and the one thing we always have the ability to do is to respond.

That's what responsibility is, the ability to respond. The first way to never let negative people affect your energy is by understanding that you have the ability, you have the frame of choosing your response to external stimulus and as you choose that response, you can choose to not relate to what they're saying.

I imagine that they come up to you, and they're telling you they hate your purple shirt, but you're not wearing a purple shirt. You don't have to relate to what they say. You can be like, okay, well obviously either they don't see colors the right way or you just don't agree and you think there's maybe something crazy with them. You don't want to judge them, but I'm just using that as an example.

  1. Letting go of labels

The idea is to not identify with whatever they say on the second way that you don't let negative people affect your energy is by letting go of the label of other people be negative. This is something that sometimes in a way the expectations we have for people. This is something I've been diving more into understanding, but when we're around other people, people a lot of times are responding to the way that we expect them to respond.

For example, if you were to go somewhere and talk to someone and expect them to be negative, they're more likely to be negative if you have that expectation of them because in a way they almost link up to it. However, if you expect that they start to become more positive, they may actually go the other way around.

What I recommend is actually not having it one way or the other to where you expect them to be positive. Expect them to be negative. You can set the intention that you have more positive interactions through your day. But what you could do is you could just not label them as being negative and by not labeling them as being negative, what ends up happening is when they don't have as much effect over you and in a way, you're not toning them into that vibration.

You're not toning them into that expectation. It's about being aware of your own labels because sometimes even as you start to say that this person is negative, what will happen is that will cause you to also link up with more and more negative people because of the identification in your own mind.

It's about being aware of that label. That's something that I went through because I realized that when I was especially first going through my spiritual awakening and I was around a lot of people that had more of that kind of, uh, of response, especially to what I was sharing or if I was talking about it.

And what I would do is instead I would say, okay, I wouldn't put them in this category as negative. I remember there was this guy used to work with at Barneys New York when I used to have my sales commission job before I went full time on YouTube and everyone there thought he was the most negative person and everyone, they're treated him and always talk about how bad behind his back and stuff and I would always go out of my eye. My kind of always the kind of person I would always go and root for the underdog.

In a way, I would never talk bad about him and. But what I would do is I would be friends with him and what I've found is that because I treated him differently than everyone else, everyone else fit, you know, experienced the negative side of him when he was around me who was actually a lot more positive because I wouldn't label him as such.

And I was not trying to control how he was, but I was just in my own frame. You seem like I was talking about it at the beginning. When you instead are the see the star of your own movie. You take yourself out of the cameo role. And you're not trying to be in everyone else's movie. That's when everything begins to change.

  1. Social conditioning

The third way that you don't let negative people affect you is a combination of two things. One, it stops people pleasing. This is something that's hard because it's in a way like social conditioning, but what we can begin to do is understand that we must have our cup full before we can give to other people and what we can begin to do is at the same time understand that it's okay to say no.

You see, as you change your vibration, what will happen is as you change your vibration, you will begin to resonate with new people. But sometimes what will also happen is some people will fall out of your life. Some people that no longer resonate, and you have to let that be okay.

That's just kind of a part of the process, but people that fall out there may be a momentum going where those things remain attached for a while, but eventually, they end up going away. But you have to trust the process and know that it is part of the process.

It may seem kind of scary, you may let go of a couple friends that are negative around you, and what will happen is you let them go and it's scary because like, well, what are you going to do now? But the thing is if you trust the process, then you leave room for people to come in.

You didn't have time for the allowing someone else, someone new to come in that has more of that positive vibration. It's okay to say no. If someone's asking you to hang out and they drain your energy every time you're around them, it may be time to say no.

If you're going to compromise your energy and you're going to compromise your own state, that it may not be a good thing because that person may be locking you into a certain level of perception in your reality because it's constantly bringing your vibration down.

Of course, you can do the first two parts of what I'm talking about and maintain your own state, but there are times that people simply are set in their own ways and it's kind of will. Always think if I bring all my friends with me and bringing them all up to a high vibe will, it's possible, but it's best to just focus on you, so focus on you.

It is okay to say no. It is okay to start to let go of the necessity to people please, and this is something that when you start to do you start to maintain your own vibration. What does the need to people please come from and most likely comes from a level of deservability. I'm not worthy unless everyone else is happy as well, or I went through a lot of pain growing up, so I want other people to just simply be happy.

But the key is knowing that the way you affect other people is by a contagious type of energy. Reframe the idea of people pleasing instead of thinking of it like you have to make other people happy instead be and remain in your own authentic expression of who you are. Be at your core and that will inspire other people to be at their core, but maintain your own state, maintain your own frame.

It's only when we get out of our camp, we can get out of our star role. We try to get to the cameo role of everyone else and make someone else happy that we start to do someone else's job and when we do someone else's job, we take on the emotional baggage of that job, but it's not your job. The key is to let go of needing to people please let go and it's okay to say no to people that are draining your energy.

And by saying no to that, you're saying yes to something else. Always remember that by saying no to this. You're also saying yes to this. You know, I run a business and I'm busy a lot and there are sometimes that people want to do things or hanging out and stuff and sometimes I have to say no, but by saying no to that, I'm saying yes to something else and maybe by saying a saying it's, it has to do with understanding the priorities.

Of course, there are, there is time that I make for spending time with family or spending time with a and just enjoying myself. Like I'm on vacation right now in an Airbnb with my buddy Victor, and this is a time that I will, you know, let go. Of course, it's done filming a video because I'm in the habit of doing it, but the rest of the day to day going jet skis, doing some cool stuff and that's the intention for it.

You see? But by normally having the priority straight, everything else begins to align. Remember that you don't have to agree to the reality of someone else trying to make you feel negative. Understand those people many times aren't trying to make you feel negative. They're just in a pattern of making you feel what they feel, but let go of the label of the being negative and understand that you always have the ability to respond and how you choose and that as you take your power back, you start to switch the energy dynamic.

This is about being empowered, not about trying to control other people, but by observing them and not labeling them as negative. If you labeled them as negative, that will become the reality. You will almost pull that out of them in a way because of your expectation itself. Remember that by saying no to someone you're saying yes to someone else by saying no to some activity that will bring you down.

 You're saying yes to more energy. You were then increasing your state of being.

As you increase your state of being, you experience a reality that is more equal to that which you want to experience and that's when eventually with the momentum you will not experience as many negative people in your life.

The more I have refined my vibration over the years, and I'm not saying I'm enlightened, I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I've noticed that there's less and less negative people in my life because of that because I'm able in a way to maintain my own vibration without being at the whim of the environment and because of that just things don't resonate as much.

It's almost like that momentum begins to build, so trust that process. Understand that if you do these three things, they can change your life and you may let go of things that no longer serve, but you will allow room for things that do serve.

I'm going to be sharing with you a guided meditation that is inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza that will help you to wire in the content of one of his books and help you to create what you want in your life powerfully.

If you haven't heard of Dr. Joe Dispenza before, he has some amazing information about understanding the power of the mind and mixing that with the quantum world of understanding how our reality is created and how our thoughts influences what we experienced in our life. He has a book that this meditation is inspired by and the book is called How To Break The Habit Of Being Yourself.

I remember when I first saw the title of this book, I was actually in a sauna at the gym and there was some lady that was reading it and I remember seeing the title and thinking, hmm, that's not. Doesn't sound like something that you really want to do. I would want to break the habit of being you, but then I saw it was by Dr. Joe Dispenza, which I remembered that I saw in the movie what the bleep do we know?

I thought to myself, okay, let me get this book and see if maybe it's not what I think, and it wasn't what I thought. It was much deeper than that. It was understanding that who we think we are is that a familiar thought patterns, it's familiar reference experiences and it's a certain belief that is just continuing to perpetuate the same result over and over and over.

The idea is that we think on average, 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day. Of those 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day, 90 percent of them are recycled from the day before, which means we're constantly thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same emotions, doing the same things, getting the same result. Who we think we are is just habitual.

That's why the title of the book is how to break the habit of being yourself. Here’s what we are going to do is that we're going to get into a guided meditation that will help to wire this all in, but more than that, it's a guided meditation that will help you do this one thing. The thing that Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about is how our personality creates our personal reality.

Our personal reality is just an accumulation or a reflection of our personality. Our personality is a combination of three things. The three things are what we consistently think, what we consistently do and how we consistently are. You can think of thinking, doing, and being.

These three things combined make up our personality. If we want to change what we experienced as a reflection in our life than we must first change how we think, what we do and how we are, how we are being, so we must move from thinking to doing, to be. The thing is most people will stay. What I see a lot happen, and this was me for a long time too, so this isn't me necessarily talking down to anyone because I had been here as well for a long time.

I was in the main majority thinking mindset. I was thinking about what I wanted. I knew what I would know, what I wanted, thought about how cool it would be. I would think about it. But the thing is just thinking it doesn't actually materialize it unless it's moved onto the later stages.

Because the thing is when, when we talk about our physical reality, the way our physical reality works is everything that you've ever seen around you has first I've been thought of, but then it has been something that is sort of consistently and then moved into some sort of action and then some sort of being. This is about understanding the three different stages and how these three things make up our personality.

The thing is we may look at this and say, oh, well this looks like it's hard to change, but the thing is, is it's really not that difficult to change once we understand what I'm about to share with you. When it comes to this concept of understanding this, we must understand that our body, that our brain is constantly firing in certain neurosynaptic connections, is having a certain way that it fires and it, the thought patterns and loan will go down the path of least resistance, which means whatever we consistently think about, we create these pathways in our brain and it makes it easier and easier for us to think that way.

What's going to happen is the way we're thinking, doing and are the way you were being, this has to do with understanding. Just habit. How do we change a habit? Well, we must first off become aware of whatever we are thinking. We must become aware of what we're doing. We must become aware of how we are being, and we become aware of all of these things. Then we can begin to change it if we're unaware of it.

It's just on autopilot. In a way that we can begin to do is to wake up from that autopilot mind and understand that the first step in this process is simply becoming aware of what we're thinking, what we're doing, and how we are being. If we become aware of these three things, then we can change it, but if we don't become aware of it, it just remains on autopilot and it continues to run itself out over and over and over again.

Let me ask you a question. What thoughts on a daily basis are you consistently thinking? What actions every day are you consistently taking? How are you consistently being and how do you view yourself now? These are important questions because when we get it, we become aware of them. We could then in a way take inventory and be like, well, so I prefer to continue to experience this?

And when we start to become aware of that, that's when we can then make the shift. That's when we can then make the change from being at the cause of our environment to engaging and deciding that we're going to choose something different.

This is something that radically changed my own life because I realized that what I could begin to do it before I was a fulltime YouTuber, I decided that I wanted to be one, so I thought, well would a fulltime Youtube or do, and that's stuff we're going to be doing in the meditation when we're looking at the best possible version of us and what we would be doing and being versus just thinking.

We're going to look at all three of these categories though in the meditation and what we're going to be able to do is we're going to be able to wire in the thought processes of the perfect version of us, what we would consistently be doing, paid attention to the actions of daily habits would have, and then what, how we would be being, what emotions we'd be feeling.

Here's the thing in general, when it comes down to this whole process, we have a tendency to think that it's very complex. It's actually very simple. What you want to do is you want to think about what you think about what you do and how you are and what you feel.

You want to think about these things on a daily basis, on a daily basis. What are you consistently doing on a daily basis? What are you consistently thinking about on a daily basis? What are you consistently feeling on a daily basis? Because these three things are what creates your life.

Normally we think, well, in order for me to be good where I want to be, I got to do this and then I'm going to have to like to call some type of talent agency or something or whatever your goal is. We have this long list of things, but the key is if you actually just do a couple simple things every day that rewire in this new identity, this new way of thinking, doing, feeling, and being, then you change everything so it's not necessarily trying to figure out your whole life.

It's figuring out your whole day because when you figure out your whole day, that's where everything begins to change. You can imagine the best version of you right now. Imagine what you'd be doing for a living. Imagine what you're passionate about. Imagine the kind of people you'd be around, imagining your body language.

Imagine all of these things and imagine what that version of you with daily habits, that version of you would have. Because when you imagine this on a daily basis, we break it down and we make it very simple and then we can actually change. But if we believe it's this really complex thing, it's hard actually to take a change with it, take charge.

The key to this process of what glues all of this together is this. As our identity and the way we view ourselves, we could also say that this is our self-image that has a powerful effect over all of these things because however, we see ourselves is going to be whatever we do our best to remain consistent to the secret sauce to this whole process is understanding that when we change what we consistently think, do, feel or be, then we change everything and it has to do with how we see ourselves has to do with ourselves.

 Image what we are always subconsciously you remain consistent too. If we change this and this is our personality, which is also a link to our identity, we then change our personal reality. It really is that simple.

Our personality creates our personal reality. When we change, how we think, what we do and how we're being, how we're feeling, we change everything.

It's about moving through those stages, seeing herself like that and making the conscious choice that that is who we are. That was kind of like a summary of the book and of the teaching. And now what I want to do is I want to help you to wire it in with a powerful meditation.

What we're going to do is we're going to do in meditation right now and what I'm going to do here in a second, I'm going to cue the music and what I'd like to ask you to do is if you can to lay down or sit down and what we're going to do is we're going to wire in this new personality of understanding that it's okay for our personality to change.

We have this negative connotation in a society that changed our personalities. A bad thing, our personality changes depending on our state of being on our mood. Have you ever had it to where you're really nice in certain states and then in other states or a completely different person will literally? There's a different personality trait to each of those states of being.

We don't need to be attached to thinking, oh, it's a negative thing if I'm changing my personality that will keep us stuck in rigid within the old way, and that'll keep us stuck in the past because we associate negativity with it. It's about being aware that it's okay for us to change these things and the key is for us to embrace it and to move forward in that direction.

We're about to get into meditation and set the intention right now that by the end of it, you felt like I knew a vital person with a new level of personality that will create a new personal reality. What I encourage you to do right now is to lay down, sit down if you can. Let's take a deep breath in. Deep breath out and fuel our body. Relax more and more.

Take a deep breath in, breathe out. Feel your body relaxed more and more. With every breath you take, simply know that you are going to soak, and you are going to drift into a deeper level of relaxation. I'm going to ask you to put your hands over your heart and to know as you put your hands over your heart simply.

You are growing the electromagnetic energy inside of your heart and that this for many people is the missing key in of itself because when we connect to our heart, that's when we begin to make our body and our mind a holistic type system. Let's take another deep breath in.

Deep breath out and fuel our body. Relax, breathe out. Feel yourself relax more and more and feel you could feel it down the energy inside of your heart center beginning to increase. He feels the tingling sensation in your heart. Begin to grow. I encourage you to close your eyes if you can and feel the sensation inside of your head.

Feel the sensation behind your eyelids. Imagine your eyelids, your eye socket muscles relax. Bring the awareness now to your nose. Imagine your nose loosening up relaxing. Bring the awareness into your jaw. Feel how to lose your job feels, how relaxed you're feeling. Relax your tongue, bringing the awareness to your neck, feeling your neck relax more and more.

Bring the awareness now to your left arm, your left hand, and imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through your hand, carrying away any energy that no longer serves. Bringing the awareness to your right arm, your right hand and feel as you loosen up and relax. I'll put this sensation inside of your hearts and you could feel the tingling sensation.

Begin to grow with more and more love. Imagine that there is a light energy, any color that you like flowing through your heart center and imagine that it isn't a ball of energy spinning clockwise and the faster it spins, the more you feel this love increase inside of your body, allowing emotions to come up that are there and just release them and relax. Bring the awareness into your abdomen, into your hips and your left leg and foot.

Feel it. Relax your right leg and foot it. Relax. Imagine that there is a big wave of emotion, a wave of energy flow through your body that starts at your head flows through like a wave, and then releases through the heels of your feet. Imagine that right now you are letting go, have any energy that no longer serves, and it is leaving you through the heels of your feet.

Feel the energy in your heels. Imagine that you are letting go of what no longer serves you feeling lighter, feeling more present to the moment than ever before. Imagine that you are in a very relaxing place. It's going to be a place inside or outside can be very relaxing, very zen place that you can go anytime you want to do some inner reflection.

Anytime you want guidance, you can come to this place, so imagine at this place, what do you see? Look around. Notice your environment. What does it look like? Imagine those colors and imagine the picture becoming much more vivid. What do you hear? Imagine the sounds becoming louder and louder. What do you feel in this environment mentioned that feeling becoming more and more powerful?

In this environment, look around and notice that they're in the corner is a chair, and in this chair what we're going to do is we're going to become more aware of wiring in this new way of being, a thinking, feeling, and doing so.

Notice that the chair is about 15 feet away. What we're going to do is we're going to take 10 steps and with every step we take, we are going to feel our body relaxed more and more. We're going to feel the energy inside of our body increase inside of our heart center, feel more love, more certainty that we are connected, knowing that we are about to make a powerful shift in life.

Begin to walk in this direction. Take the first step, but every number I count, you're going to feel more and more of this love inside of your body. 10, take another step. Nine, every step you get in every step you take, you feel this increase of energy in your body. Eight, another step, getting closer to the chair now.

Seven, double the amount of relaxation. Double the amount of love. Six, you can really feel it now inside your heart center. Five, getting closer to the chair for three, just a couple feet away now to double the amount of relaxation your body double the amount of love and one. You are at the chair and you recognize that as you get to this chair, there's a very comfortable feeling about it.

You know that anytime you want to wire in a new way of being, you can simply remember this and sit in this chair. Turn around and take a seat in this chair and as you sit down, feel the energy begins to increase in your body because when you sit in this chair, you begin to link up to the best version of you. You begin to resonate at the same frequency of the thoughts of the perfect version of you.

You begin to feel inspired to take the right action of the perfect version of you and you start to feel the same emotions as the ideal version of you. While you're in this chair, what you find it very easy to do is to imagine the best possible version of you, what you would be doing, thinking, feeling so begin to imagine what that is and notice that you're getting more clarity as to what you can be doing, thinking and being just while sitting in this chair, what comes up?

What do you feel inspired to do? What do you feel like you were thinking about and feeling? Put your awareness on thinking, what are the thought patterns of this ideal version of you? What would you be consistently thinking about and pay attention to? What comes up?

Because in this chair there is always an answer that comes up to bring your awareness to the doing the best version of you. What would you consistently be doing? Allow whatever it is to come up. Yeah, bring your awareness to the feeling and the bean.

What would you be consistently feeling? Pay attention to whatever comes up. Everything in your life is a reflection of how you're thinking, feeling, and acting, and if you change the way you identify yourself and you simply decide that from this point going forward, this is who you are.

Your reality will change because reality is just a reflection of this identity. What I'm going to do right now is I'm going to count down from five to one with every number I count. You're going to feel a shift in your vibration. You're going to feel and be able to decide right now that moving forward, this is who you are. If you get a reflection of your old life, it's okay.

You're simply going to know that you have made the change and you're going to simply know that you have broken the habit of being the old you. I'm going to count down from five to one. With every number I count, you're going to feel an increase in your heart center and a simple knowing that you have shifted your life forever.

Knowing that from this point going forward, you're going to create more of what you want than ever before. Five, feel yourself and feel present to the moment for put the awareness inside your heart center and feel it double with love. Three, feeling this energy now increase inside your body even more to feel the uncertainty that you are shifting yourself to a new way of being. One, feel it now flow through your body simply.

Feel this energy flow through your body and know you are the way you prefer to be. You have shifted how you think, how you feel and how you act from this point going forward. If the old identity creeps up, no, it's okay. There may be still a little bit of momentum from the past identity. I'd allow it to be there.

Simply recognize it and then be this way. Anytime you want, you can remember this meditation and you can feel this energy inside of your heart. This knowing that you have shifted, and you have officially broken the habit of being your old self.

I'm going to count down from five to one with every number I count. You're going to feel yourself becoming more alert, more present to the moment knowing you're going to have an amazing day today that you're going to see a reflection of this new state, change that you've had, this new way of seeing yourself.

Five, fill yourself now, becoming more alert, more present to the moment for feeling the energy increase, feeling your alertness, increase three, filling yourself, starting to wiggle your hands and toes to one. Feel yourself now more present to the moment and I want to congratulate you because you have shifted.

You are a completely different person now and from this point going forward, you can begin to exist in this vibration. You can begin to exist in this state of being if you so choose, and many times in life. It can be as simple as we make it.

It can be as simple as a choice that we make, that when we make one choice, everything in our life begins to change and I want you to know about before the end of the day to day, you will get a new reflection of this shift and it will be something that feels very empowering, so be on the lookout for it and simply know that you have made a powerful shift by doing this meditation.

I do recommend you do this meditation for 21 days to consistently wire it in so that you really start to make the change that you want in your life, and I think that if you do it, you will start to see results pour into your life quicker than ever before.

Consistency is key because we're not just shifting one little thing. We're shifting the way we see ourselves. We're shifting something that's been on autopilot for a very long time. Results can happen quickly, but the key is in the consistency.

3 Ways to Architect Your Own Reality

Today, I'm going to be sharing with you three ways to architect your own reality, understanding the deeper fundamental thread that underlies all of us. It's understanding the probability that we live in a form of simulation. I'm going to share with you what that means and how to consciously manifest through it.

What we're going to be going deep on is understanding more on what is called the simulation theory. This is a theory that it is highly probable that we do live in a form of simulation and there are certain tale signs that this is the case as well. Like for example, if you look at what we can interpret through our senses, we can interpret a certain range of frequency. We could say that everything in our life is a form of vibration.

That is what quantum physics shows us. It is just simply vibrating at a different frequency and we have these sense perceptions and these sense perceptions can digest and it translates different vibrational interpretations.

We can see between infrared and ultraviolet, we can hear a certain decibel range, but we can't hear the range or the sound of a dog whistle for example, but does that mean that the dog whistle sound doesn't exist? Of course, we know it does exist, but we can only hear in between that range. We can only see and we don't see necessarily x-ray.

We don't see gamma ray. There are certain levels of light frequency that we don't see. There are certain levels of a size of molecules that we can and can't see. This has to do with understanding just our senses in general, our senses are interpreting vibration now what we believe to be true with something that's reflected back to us in our life, so depending on our perceptions, on how we relate to the world that we live in, that will have a determining factor of how we feel, which then is also translated into what we experience.

Becoming aware of this intimate correlation between how we think, how in what we believe to what we experienced. We can start to see that in a way things are very predictable when it comes to the momentum that we already have going on.

 One of the biggest misconceptions with this whole simulation theory is believing that we live in like some little computer box or living in having this negative connotation around it.

By knowing and being aware that it is highly probable that we live in the form of virtual reality or simulation is very empowering.

Here is the thing, knowing and being aware that it is highly probable that we live in a form of virtual reality or a simulation is very empowering.

Let me tell you why now this is only given negative connotation because of what we see in the movies or the way we think about it. When we think of technology, we think technology is very unreal, very inorganic and very, uh, like as if we lived in a computer.

We can let that go through. This is how we can begin to see the process. We can be good to know that at a higher level of consciousness, what we may have wanted to do was to have a way of experiencing more things in a shorter amount of time with limitation.

From a higher level of consciousness, I believe that we are caught asleep dreaming that we are here in the way we dreamed that we're here is we log in to the reality of this virtual reality of the simulation so we can have a certain experience.

We are still connected to that higher self-version of us. We're still connected. That was actually really more of who we are, but we have simply agreed to forget for a certain period of time and the come here to have some type of experience because unless we forget who we are, we don't have a complete experience.

It's almost like if we knew we were playing a video game and we knew it in the video game, we might not take it as seriously as if we actually thought that that character is who we are. The key is we go through this life experience we experienced that have the understanding of as making sure that we were making sure that we experience.

And we have this kind of experience so that we can see where we are and how and what we learn, but if we are always going away and we were always thinking that there was no correlation to it with echo, what we experience. If we were thinking and identifying and not knowing that we this Avatar is real, then we wouldn't take it as seriously.

This is very empowering because what this means is this means that you are so much more than you priorly thought that at a higher level of consciousness you exist and that's actually more of who you really are.

It's simply that you have decided to come through in the life at this moment in time because there may have been a couple intentions that you had and some of these intentions may be to experience life with other people. To go through a form of transformation to remember that you logged into this game of life and to also in a way to upgrade your abilities, you upgrade your abilities.

When you become more aware of who you are, you that have more ability to focus and the see the correlation between what you think and what you experience, but if you are unconsciously aware of it, you can't actually go in the direction that you want because you don't know what you want or you don't know what experience or what you're currently thinking.

This I believe is very empowering and when we see that, we can then see that if for us to create what we want, it has to do with understanding the energy dynamics. It has to do with understanding the awareness of what we're thinking. It has to do with understanding many different forms of this perspective. In general, here is one of the things that happen when we met when we incarnate into this simulated reality.

There's virtual reality. There are many different virtual realities. By the way, there's virtual route. We could call these all simulations, all virtual realities, and we could think of it in the form of its just different experiences, different tastes. There's one in different solar systems, different universes, but nonetheless, they're all for experience there.

Also for a period of time, we can identify with the flesh body and believe that we go through this linear time-space reality, which is a very short sliver of time and then go onto another experience because we are eternal beings and we want this contrast of experience and there's always something to be learned as well.

It's like why maybe I. I went through a lot of pain. You're telling me that that wasn't real and it's not real. The experience of being in a virtual reality or being in this reality is real, but at a fundamental level, we do have to ask the question, what is real is what is real? What we define with our senses is what is real, the higher level of consciousness that we are. It depends on the perception that we have.

This is something I've been tapping into. I've been sharing on the YouTube channel for a while now and it's something I find very powerful. It's understanding the system itself of the simulation that we live in, and we call this the universe. Let's just call it the universe because most people when it comes to manifestation will say, the universe I want, the universe showed me this, or you know, the universe, uh, when aligning with it.

This is something that I found to be very powerful. It's often overlooked. The system itself has an intention. The system itself has this intention to do something that's called lower entropy. ​

You can think of as chaos disorder particles that are very spread out. We are always expanding, but at the same time, the goal of the current simulation we're in is to grow, is to progress, but at the same time, it's to lower entropy.

When we lower entropy, we increase love because the goal of this system is to become that which we naturally are, which is love. At this, as allows us to do is to learn things in this experience because mostly everything comes back to love. Think about it.

If you act out against somebody that you love, you normally regret it normally, then understand that the only time you really make the right choice is when you choose love naturally who we are.

1. Understand the intention of reality

The higher-level version of us is rooted in love. That is who we naturally are, but we have forgotten this because we've come into this experience with the intention of remembering what the intention of seeing the correlation between what we think and what we experience, but that's why the first way to architect your own reality is to understand the intention of reality.

In general, the simulation we live in that is to increase love into lower chaos. This is when we ask ourselves the question, am I doing and am I adding loved the world?

Am I becoming more efficient? Am I progressing my progressing myself? When you start to ask these questions, you start to get a new effect in your life and if you start to see that you're experiencing a lot of blocks in your life, could it be because

you haven't tapped into the desire to feel more love and to the embodiment of the love that you naturally are and sharing the love with other people? That is the fundamental core of the universe. Here's the other thing of this manifesting in architecting in this simulation, the reality is about lowering the entropy, which means increasing the love and also adding value to other people.

The universe or the stimulation or the virtual reality we live in will help you out when you add more value to people around you. This doesn't mean that you have to make YouTube videos or you have to do kind of what I'm doing. I'm not saying that if you add value to people in your family if you make people feel better if you add value by you being you, you're adding value to the system itself because you are following your passion.

The passion is your body's translating, that is telling you is your body translation that's letting you know, hey, this is what you're meant to be doing in your life, and if you follow that thread, it will lead you to architect your reality in a way that you could never even think possible before.

That's the first way you manifest your own reality is by understanding how to align with the universe, by adding value to other people and increasing the love in your life and lowering the entropy, lowering the chaos.

That's my intention with a lot of my videos is to help people become more at the core of who they are and to gain their power back from maybe giving it away because that's something I went through growing up.

I went through, given my hope, I felt like I didn't have my power, so when I went through that as a kid and I grew up, now it's like I want to get. I want to help people to do the same thing in a different way.

2. Understanding probabilities

The second way we architect our own reality is understanding probabilities. Within the system that we live in, there's an infinite number of probabilities. We could also call these parallel realities.

What we do is we increase certain things happening when we set intentions, intentions and aligning that with our emotion is the secret to us manifest anything. We want the emotion, the focus, the intention. If we simply combine these two things, things begin to radically change in our life. What we do is when we set intentions, we increase the probability of something happening.

If you get into your car to go somewhere and you set the intention, you have a safe drive, you've increased the probability of you having a safe drive. If you set an intention that when you call your mom or a family member that you connect with them over the phone and you talked, you know, just talk to on the phone, but you connect to them and you make them feel like you care.

You set that intention. When you talk to them on the phone, they will feel that from you. It's about setting more intentions because when you set intentions, you increase the probability of things happening. The question is never being something possible? It is always possible.

The question is, is it probable you make something probable? When you set intentions, it's about understanding the power of setting intentions because when you do that, everything starts to align. In general, what I've found is the more I follow my passion, the more I have a higher frequency, so my intentions become more powerful.

That's something that I found as well, so what I encourage you to do is to pay attention to what that may be. What is your passion? What do you love doing? Because as you find that out, you'll see ways of using that and ways of applying it, so intention, everything is possible. The question is, is it probable and you make it probable with setting your intention?

3. Understanding the Avatar itself

The third way you architect your own reality has to do with understanding the Avatar itself. You are more than your Avatar, but sometimes we identify so much with the Avatar could call that the ego that we think this is who we are.

What I have found very helpful is viewing myself in a way where I can observe the different characteristics of my life, almost like looking at myself as an Avatar and the way that I see that I'm logged into an experience so I can almost look at myself sometimes from the third person, say, Aaron is doing this, and by doing that I shift my perspective to the higher self.

I still know that this is an aspect of me, but I don't identify with it as much and what I do is I can then see it in a more neutral type state.

It's almost like unless we see it from this point of view, our own beliefs blind us because all of this is just the way reality is, but knowing that I am more than my Avatar, I am more than this just experience that I'm having that I think I'm able to observe my thoughts and see why I get what I get. In my life, maybe ask yourself the same questions.

This may seem kind of harsh at first, but you could be like, why am I getting what I'm getting in life and maybe you're experiencing some of what you don't like, so you say, oh, well, am I attracting that? Or there's something in your vibrational frequency. There's something in the beliefs that you have that architecture reality that's causing that belief.

It may be something from childhood and maybe a whole bunch of different things, but become aware of what that is and as you can observe it from a neutral place, you can then start to take your power back.

This is about you becoming aware of who you are and at the same time becoming aware of the Avatar and the different perspectives you may have because as you become aware of that, you can then decide how you take your power back. Sometimes I look at certain patterns in my life and I'm like, Oh yeah, look at that.

I should be doing this a little bit differently, or I see things that are just kind of like, oh, I'm stubborn in certain ways. I'm very disciplined with a lot of things I do because of how focused my vision is, but at the same time, I see how that can hurt me and sometimes that stubbornness gets in its way so I become aware of it. I'm like, oh, and then I can change it.

Observation is the key to this. Observing it from a neutral place, because when you wake up, when we observe it, we started to be in the power back. Remember, you are so much more than you can possibly imagine. You in a higher level of consciousness exists right now.

You're simply dreaming that this is who you are, so knowing that you can begin to have more fun and to understand that this is a fun experience. You're meant to gain your power back, to then manifest what you want and remember the ways you can do that is first off, understanding the intention of the system itself, which is to lower entropy into increase love.

When you add value to other people, when you're doing what you're passionate about, you increase that love in your life and you add value to other people, which the system will then help you in the process. Secondly, you become aware of your intentions.

You simply set more intentions by inset more intentions. You're going to be increasing the probability of things happening and then thirdly, become aware of the avatar itself.

Observe those thoughts and then architect the direction that you want to go. As you had that perspective, things will change in a very powerful way. I've created as well a free guided meditation.

I'm going to be sharing with you three secrets of gratitude that you may have never heard of before, why it is the most underrated thing when it comes to manifestation and how you can powerfully apply it in your own life. I'm going to be showing you how gratitude works and a completely new way. We come and are source energy.

That is who we are. We have a temporary physical life that we perceive through our senses and what happens is when we are feeling disconnected from that source energy that we naturally are, which is a very high vibration, think of this as a very high vibration.

We come and are of a very high vibration naturally. The idea is that when we come here, we have certain experiences in life that sometimes make us feel less than that high vibe experience. Now what happens is in life we always get a reflection of our vibration.

If our vibration is that of a lower frequency, we will only be able to perceive of that that is equal to whatever that frequency is, so maybe you've seen me before as well. I showed that chart on consciousness. You'll see at the lower end of the chart you'll see emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, than eventual neutrality.

The truth is when we learn how to observe our thoughts and not have let them have that much power over us, and then eventually you get into that of willingness, love, bliss, and then enlightenment towards the top.

The idea behind this is that closer towards the top is our natural state of being. This is why many people in the past that have been enlightened have said enlightenment is not something you attain. It's something you realize because what you do is you let go of all the stuff underneath all the lower emotions and then what's left is your natural high vibration.

When we are in and we are feeling gratitude, what gratitude does when we say that I am grateful for whatever in my life and it could be something as simple as I am grateful that I woke up today. It could be something that simple. It doesn't have to be materialistic necessarily.

Things like I'm grateful for this, a treadmill bike thing that I have or I'm grateful for the couches and the painting that I just got or whatever. It doesn't have to be that, but it can. It's either way with this, but it's about understanding that source energy is where we came from and what happens when we feel gratitude when we're saying thank you for what I have.

Thank you for this experience. What we are doing is we are unifying ourselves with fulfillment. This is the thing with the Law of Attraction that I've shared many times before is that people want something and when they want something, they are saying, I don't currently have it. If you say, I'm over here and I really want what's over here, whatever this thing is, we're saying, I really want this.

We're saying I also really, really don't currently have this because that wants emphasizes the lack. What gratitude does is gratitude allows us to unify with the source energy and what then ends up happening is by unifying with source energy, we start to fill fulfillment. We start to feel whole and complete.  

  1. Unifying ourselves

The first secret that no one tells you with that of gratitude is that literally when we feel gratitude, we are unifying ourselves with source energy. It is of a higher vibrational state of consciousness. If you look at that chart of consciousness, again, it is towards the top. It would be close to love, joy, peace. Because gratitude is unifying us with who we naturally are.

What are some easy ways that you can feel gratitude? Well, the easiest way that I've found to do it is to simply do it right when you wake up in the morning because right when you wake up in the morning, you have in a way a clean slate. What I do is when I wake up in the morning, I will think of two or three things that I'm grateful for and what I do is I put the awareness inside my body and I really feel it.

The first or second time doing it, you might not feel it as powerfully night, might not be this a static joy or bliss, but the thing is with consistency it will become easier and easier for you to fill, to feel. And what happened is over time you develop this momentum. I used to play around with this idea too because I first read this book. It's called the science of getting rich and I read, and it's like a 60-page book.

I read it when I worked at Nordstrom's in women's shoe sales commission job, and I remember reading it and was talking about how literally gratitude unifies us with source consciousness, which is our natural high vibrational state, and that when we do that, it raises our frequency. I remember focusing on gratitude when I was at my job and I was on the sales floor helping people and I would feel gratitude for every, every situation for every person that came in.

Even if they didn't buy. I feel gratitude just for being there and what would happen is it would raise my state. I would start to find more and more reasons to feel grateful and then that turned into making more money while I was there. Because then I'm feeling so grateful that my energy is more magnetic than the people around me.

At the same time can feel that so that it's almost like a contagious energy or it is a contagious energy. The key is to start off small but to increase the amount of focus you put on what you agree for. For this can really be a habit that transforms your life if you apply it.

  1. Fountain of fulfillment

The second secret of that of gratitude is that by doing this, what you do by feeling gratitude, you turn on the fountains of fulfillment. Thinking of that, I kind of mentioned it in the last one, but this is the difference.

When you're in this high vibrational state, imagine this is like a high vibe, so Harry Potter, electricity right here. Imagine that you're in this high vibe state because you're in this high vibe state and you're feeling fulfilled because you're focused on what you already have, that you're grateful for, that fulfillment, that completeness, that wholeness.

What happens is when you go out into the world, either other people will feel that off of you or there'll be certain opportunities and events in your life that then resonate with your vibration, so it's almost like you, oh, you always get in life that which is equal to when you're feeling in equal to the gratitude that's already in your life.

You increase your frequency and then what happens is a natural byproduct of that. Gratitude is the materialistic things, is what you desire, the kind of experiences you want to have, so what most people do is most people go straight for that of whatever the goals are, thinking that that's what they want.

The key is knowing that even though you may get that thing that you want to manifest in your life, that's not necessarily what will make you happy, that happiness comes from within. Think about it. Sometimes we say, oh, that'll make me happy, but all it is we're giving permission in our own mind for when X, Y, or Z happens, then we can feel happy. It's almost like just give yourself permission to feel it.

If you start to feel gratitude now for what you already have for simply being alive, then what'll happen is you start to resonate with higher and higher expressions of what that is. Instead of thinking of gratitude as something that you, something that you do to get something else, realize that you can feel gratitude for the lower barrier entry. What I mean by this is you don't need it to be something that's on a pedestal.

It's like I have to feel gratitude. Think of it as natural for you because it's part of who you naturally are for you to feel that, so the key is to simply know that gratitude is a natural state of being for you and in the same way that you don't visualize, many people also visualize because they want what? Visualize Asian. We'll get them.

I'll visualize this because then that will eventually come into my life. The key to visualization is doing visualization because it's an end of itself. Do visualization because of the vibration it makes you feel because you condition in the emotion of it in the same way.

Think of gratitude because gratitude is and feels amazing. It feels amazing to feel gratitude and when you feel gratitude and you're in that amazing state, amazing things happen, but don't necessarily intend to feel gratitude because of what it will get you, because then it in a way it takes away the power of it.

Gratitude is your natural state of being. It doesn't have to be on a pedestal like that, so that's something that I have found to be very powerful is going straight to the gratitude for what I already have and like I said, to do it right when you wake up in the morning and as you do that, it begins to grow.

It begins to grow and it becomes easier and easier for you to feel. But remember in life we always get that which is equal to our vibration. Gratitude literally increases our frequency and then from that point going forward, we get a higher expression of what that is. We will literally see opportunities come into our life that prior we may have not seen.

This is because those opportunities may have always been around us, but we weren't resonating at the frequency to perceive them because there could have been that lack of vibration of thinking that I really, really want that.

Therefore, I don't currently have that. Therefore, the thing that's always been around us, it could be an opportunity, could be something, someone, a person reaching out to you to help you, but they'd never felt inclined to help you because they subconsciously could feel that lack. Remember as well, people will feel the vibration of whatever you are putting out.

For example, if you didn't feel good about yourself, if you felt like you didn't have good self-esteem, you didn't feel worthy. You go out. You may be around other people and those other people may feel that unworthiness on you.

They may treat you accordingly and then you may think to yourself, wow, nobody sees the value in me, but the key is feeling the gratitude about you first, feeling grateful for what you already have because as we do that, you increase your frequency and then other people respond to you based on that.

That's why it's really true that the more you love yourself, the more other people can love you because the more you love yourself, the more you admit that love, and as you admit that other people can feel that and it reminds them and helps them to feel into that state of being.

  1. Create the potential for the opposite

The third secret to that of gratitude has to do with merely understanding the electromagnetic energy of our heart, so our heart emits electromagnetic energy and we have what is called a toroidal field around our body. This is something that the Heart Math Institute is shown. This is something that has also been shown that the heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. We have a toroidal field that goes around our head and when that goes around our hearts, now what happens is when people create from the head, people are creating from dualistic type thinking, they create polarity.

The idea is that we go to create something in our life like I really want this, but we're in our head. What happens is we also create the potential for the opposite of whatever this is, so the key is to get out of duality, to get out of the polarization by getting into the heart center.

When you get into the heart center, things happen magically. When you get into your heart center, you will find that you start to experience a totally new reality because this is actually who you are. When you feel from your heart when you're speaking from your heart, when you're doing things that you're passionate about, it has an increased vibration, threaded through it, and things will happen in alignment with that.

The key to this is actually very simple. Right now, what we can do is we could do a quick one or two-minute exercise that will increase the electromagnetic energy of your heart, help you to feel more present to the moment, and also help you to unify with more of what you want to experience in your life.

All you going to do for this. Let's get your hands like this. Put your hands over your heart and maybe you feel your hands, whether they're warm or cold or room temperature, and you could feel it over your heart center right now. What we can do is we're going to take in a deep breath in, a deep breath out, feeler of body and relax. Take a deep breath in.

As you breathe out, put the awareness in your heart and the more you put the awareness in your heart, the more the energy grows. Set the intention that you feel grateful inside of your heart center feel and focus on one thing that you could feel grateful for right now if you really want it to. Someone in your life could be a certain situation that's happened in your life recently that's given you an opportunity that you weren't aware of before?

Could it be something small that you recognize the other day that maybe sometimes you take for granted? Could be something as simple as I got up today. I'm breathing, I'm alive. Feel healthy today. Whatever it is, focus on that gratitude and focus on it being inside of your heart. What happens is as you do this, maybe you feel it.

I'm sure you feel it now more than you did a minute ago. Even when we first put our hands over our heart, can you feel that tingling sensation in your heart? Can you feel that the more you put your attention to your heart, that it begins to rise, it begins to raise an intensity? You can feel it more and more.

The idea is that this energy inside of your heart, this gratitude is huge, unifying you with who you really are. The key is when you wake up every morning then side of your bed to put the awareness into your heart center.

I literally will do that. I'll be laying in bed and I'll put hands over my heart like this. What I'll do is I'll focus on two or three things that I'm grateful for and the funny thing is, is when I do that, those days always turned out much better than the days I don't do it.

I promise you, if you do this, you will feel a difference and it will be a positive thing. Every morning you wake up, put your hands over your heart like this. Make it a habit. Make it a routine and focus on two or three things you're grateful for and know that the more you do this, the more powerful it gets.

It's simply we haven't been putting that much awareness into our heart center because we've been more focused on what we want. Focused on the day to day things, the day to day tasks. The more you put the awareness in your heart, the more that electromagnetic energy will grow, and as that frequency increases, as that energy field expands, you will also expand your life in a very powerful way.

You'll experience more opportunities. It looks more of what you want. The heart is the key to creating what you want in a powerful way. Thousands of times more power from that in the head and the more you tap into it by putting the awareness in it, the more you are going to be increasing that love to source energy of who you naturally are and the opportunities in your life that may be around you right now, but just not in the right frequency because that's what we can do is put our body into that frequency.

When you begin to resonate with the source energy, you begin to perceive things in your life.

Remember, source energy is who you naturally are. When you begin to resonate with that, you begin to perceive things in your life that priorly weren't there.

That secondly, the secret that no one tells you is that the fountains of gratitude will give you the byproducts of that, of what you want to create in your life or experience in your life because it's saying, I'm already 100 percent fulfilled and the universe will then give you more and more to feel fulfilled about. And then thirdly, put the awareness in your heart and watch how everything begins to change in your life because you've increased the vibrational field of your body in a very powerful way.
