I'm going to be sharing with you exactly how you can make manifestation much easier than it has been before. This has to do with actually more so the energy that we go in with the manifestation, how we think about it, how we relate to it.

And also, the processes, the energy that we're putting in, the direction of what we want to experience. For me, this is something that for a long time I felt resistance with resistance, with manifestation because I believed that I had to take so much action.

The action is still powerful. I still believe that taking action is a very powerful thing, especially when it is leverage with that of the energy underneath it, the intention, the energy alignment as you go into the action. You know, when I first made this channel and I started to grow on YouTube, I was so focused and so much promoting on the channels.

There was a lot of resistance that I brought along with that because I believed it was all about action and not so much about the energy, but it's about this perfect balance of that, of action with the energy alignment first, but the energy alignment first must be there in order for things to really actually happened. The fundamental belief about manifestation is what's going to determine whether it's easy for you or something that's harder for you.

Let me ask you a question. What are your beliefs about manifestation? Is it hard for you to manifest what you want? Is it something that doesn't come quickly? Is it something that you have to try hard for? Is it? Does it seem like it's kind of hard to create your own reality?

Think about that. You have to create your own reality. Think about how much comes along with that, but what if I had a better option for you? What if I could put you in the direction of you realizing you don't have to create your own reality? What if instead of viewing it like you had to create your own reality, what if it was more so about acknowledging that the reality you want to experience right now, it already exists?

It is simply vibrating at a different frequency, and all you have to do is choose what you want in your life. To make the same choices that that version of you makes and that as you made the same decisions as that version of you start to refine your vibration and then begin to experience what you want in your life.

You see, this is a little bit of an idea that I've been sharing more and more on the channel lately because I think it's so powerful. It understands that every parallel reality you can imagine exists. This is what science is showing us and that because the only moment that does exist is right now, every different perception is a different angle of the same moment.

This means that your manifestation exists that the version of you experienced that exists right now. What'd you could begin to do is use your imagination to make the choices in alignment with that version of you. This is how easy it can be. It's funny even to begin with because think about it with manifestation, with the Law of Attraction. How good are you at the Law of Attraction? How good are you at manifestation?

Would you ever go up to someone and say, “Yo, how good are you at gravity?” It's just the way that it is. You get what you believe to be true. You get more of whatever you focus on, and when you walk around, you stay on the planet because of gravity, so in the same way, you would never go up to someone and be like, you're good at this whole gravity thing, aren't you? I see you're still here. It was like, yeah, I've been practicing.

You know, this whole gravity thing for a long time. I've become a master at it, but in reality, when it comes to manifestation, it is more so about what are you focusing on because the focus is where the energy goes. What beliefs do you have about the whole process you ever met somebody that maybe didn't have any idea about the Law of Attraction? They weren't consciously aware of it, but they experienced precisely what they want.

Things just always aligned for them at the right place at the right time. People just flocked to them. Well, they were using the same law without even knowing it. It's like people walk around on the planet not falling off because it's not like they're like, oh, don't you understand about gravity?

Haven't you been practicing gravity if you didn't know about gravity, probably just fly off the earth? It's part of something that we all agreed to. We all decided that when we came here, one thing we would do is we have this gravity that keeps us on the planet, and another thing is that whatever we focused on, we would grow more of in our lives and if we wanted, we could focus on things to a certain point to where it manifested.

The point of everything I intend to share with you today is that you don't have to try so hard. You can make this so much easier, but by realizing that just like gravity is a natural byproduct of the law that we experienced in our life and he would never go up to somebody like, “Yo, how good are you at gravity?” You can see the same thing with the Law of Attraction.

Everyone is using it whether they are aware of it or not. They may not know that they're using it, but they're using it. The power is that you understand that you are using it. What you can begin to do is to see how you relate to manifestation. How do you relate to the process? Because if you believe it is hard then it will be hard if you believe you have to try harder than you will.

If you believe that things don't come easier than they will not come easily. Make it more about not so much trying to control from the ego's perspective

If you believe that things don't come easier, then they will not happen quickly.

I caught myself there, says I try, but no. What you want to do is instead you want to know. It's more about allowing things to happen from a larger view of consciousness. You see there's the ego you that thinks it has to do everything. You know, I developed a, a strong discipline over the last two years because I've gone full time doing what I love and I've had to create a particular discipline to keep the momentum going. But sometimes that starts to create resistance.

I have to let it go. Let me ask you another question. It's a pretty good question. And the same way that you want to attract maybe someone into your life and the same way that maybe you want to attract more money into your life and the same way you want to attract anything in your life. What if that thing also wanted to attract to you? What if there was someone else out there that wants to you in their life?

What if the vibration of abundance wants you? Because you are in alignment with it? The reason I'm asking these questions because I want you to know that this can be so much easier than you make it. If you let go of the control of the ego, of thinking, you have to do everything and you just put your sights on the feeling.

We're going to get into a meditation here in a little bit, but first off, I want you to know that this is about the emotion and this is about the feeling because when you make it more about the feeling, you're going straight to the source anyways.

Being able to do what we want when we want to do it, options. What is the relationship representing? Compassion, connection, love. You see it's an emotion that everything we want is based in. But here's the best part of the process. You can feel those emotions right now because you choose not to need things to happen in a certain way.

You can simply choose that that's what you experienced and then you will start to embody more of that vibration. Your state of being, your state of being is the one thing that you always can direct because you choose the meaning in your life. There's like a rainy day, doesn't mean it's positive or negative. It depends upon the perception.

You could choose what that means. You can want to be happy and have neuro associations in your brain that anytime that a, b through pattern recognition through any time it rains, you start to feel good because you like it or you start to feel bad because you don't like it. That's a choice, in the same way, it's a choice for you to decide the things in your life have a definite meaning and that as you do that you increase your state of being.

What I want to encourage you to do before we get into the meditation is to understand that the true degree of change is not whether the outside manifestations change. It's whether you on the inside change, regardless of the outside manifestations. With this means is that you're not looking around like, okay, I've started to feel this love in my heart.

Whereas the relationship, where are you? Instead what you do is you start to feel this self-love. You start to feel this connection to your heart. This knowing that you are whole and complete. You focus on the love you'd feel, any relationship. Then you go out and guess what?

Things begin to happen. You begin to resonate with it, but if the first time you do something and you don't get the exact one-on-one reflection that you thought you were going to get and you decrease your state of being and you say, ah, it's not working, then guess what? It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.

You then literally shift yourself to a less state of emotion, and you will then experience the reality that is congruent with that less state of emotion, so instead gives things a definite meaning. Understand that manifestation is so much easier than you've ever thought before because it's just a natural byproduct of the way reality works.

Whatever you focus on, you get more of your beliefs. Create your reality. Know that this can be easy and honestly, this should be titled how to go beyond belief with manifestation. How to not just believe manifestation is easy.

With that, let's go ahead and move into the meditation. This meditation is specifically intended to help you to make the manifestation process so much easier than you've been making it, understanding that you can allow things to happen, that things are a natural byproduct.

Have your thoughts of your emotions, and that when we start to get more into the emotion, everything in our life begins to change. This also has to do with building up trust in the universe because when you trust the universe, the universe will mirror that back. When we don't trust the universe because we think the ego has to do everything.

We create resistance. I want to show you how to let go of that resistance in this meditation. Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in, deep breath out, and what we're going to do is put our hands over our heart because that's going to grow the electromagnetic energy overall heart, which is where the manifestation emotion power is in our body. Let's take a deep breath in. Deep breath out. Breathe it out. Feel your body relax more and more.

Put your hands over your heart. Begin to feel into your heart center. Take another deep breath in. Deep breath out and feel your body relax even more. Every breath you take, you know your bodies could they become more and more relaxed. You will feel more and more of this love flow through your body. Put your awareness in your heart center and imagine a ball of energy in your heart.

Any color that you like and imagine that as this ball of energy in your heart spins clockwise. The vibration in your heart is increasing more and more, your feeling more connected to who you are. Imagine this ball of energy spinning clockwise faster and faster, and as it spins faster, you're beginning to feel this buzz inside of your heart to grow more and more, feeling more and more of this emotional energy inside of your chest. Grow. You're feeling this warm sensation. Go through your whole body.

I invite you to close your eyes if you can and to imagine now with every breath that you take your body sinking deeper and deeper into more relaxation. You're feeling your muscles. Loosen up parts of your body that prior felt tense. Start to loosen up. Bring the awareness now to around your head so your forehead relaxes. Loosen up your eye muscles and feel your eye muscles behind your eyes. Begin to relax. Feeling warm, listening station. Go down to your jaw. Feel your jaw relax.

Imagine your tongue loosening up. Bring the awareness into your neck, into your left arm, your left hand. If you lit, relax, bring the knowledge to your right hand, your right arm. Feel it rested, the loosened up. Feel the sensation in your chest. Feel that vibration inside of your heart center.

Begin to buzz more and more with the sensation into your stomach. Feel the relaxation flow through your body. I put the awareness into your left leg and foot that relax your right leg and foot. Feel it, relax, know that with every breath you take, you are feeling more relaxed than ever before. We set the intention that right now, throughout this meditation, no, and set the intention that you will become the version of you or a manifestation is easy.

You will know by the end of the day to day that manifestation is so much easier than you have thought before. Imagine yourself right now in a river, in a boat. This is a very peaceful river with a stream that is going in a certain direction and you are in this boat and you feel very relaxed.

You feel very peaceful, serene. This boat that you're in is comfortable and notice that the stream just easily carries you in the direction that you want to go. Begin to notice as you look around, what do you see? Do you see trees? Maybe you could hear the sound of the water as you're going down the stream. As you look around, you noticed there are birds, animals.

Notice how relaxed you feel in this space and allow the river to carry you downstream because at the end of this stream is exactly what you want to manifests. I understand that as you go down the stream, things are becoming more and more clear to you that you can allow manifestation to be easy and the same way that you can allow the stream to carry you where you want to go.

Maybe sometimes you believe that you have to get your paddle and you have to start going in a different direction. You start banging around a little bit because the ego doesn't know that the stream is carrying you exactly where you need to be. Allow this stream to carry you and know that it is bringing you to the manifestations and all the good you want to experience in your life.

Know that anytime you feel an inclination to take out your paddle into frivolously, go in a certain direction. Know that that is just the ego. Trying to control you can trust the direction of this stream. You can trust that everything is happening the way it is meant to happen and you can allow because by allowing the stream to take you where it needs to go, you will get there even easier anyways because you can then just focus on enjoying the ride.

Imagine that right now. You're in that boat and you can think of whatever you want. Think of what you want to manifest right now. Is it a relationship? More abundance. Think of the version of you doing exactly what you'd want to be doing in your life. Imagine that right now with detail and imagine what that would feel like inside of your heart, but the awareness in your heart center. Imagine that that energy is growing more and more powerful.

Notice that this is a part of nature. This is a part of the way reality works. There is a stream of energy that you are connected to and when you allow, when you focus more on your state of being, it will naturally carry you exactly where you want to be.

You can allow manifestation to be easy because it is easy. It is a natural byproduct of the way things work. This boat represents you. It represents your focus. It represents how you can allow the next time you find yourself paddling around, desperately trying to get somewhere.

Remember, this is meant to be easy. Focus more on your state of being and things will happen anyways. Imagine yourself floating down this river going exactly where you want to go and imagine and know that this is easy. This is a natural byproduct of the way things work and this is who you are meant to be.

Imagine that the more you go down the stream, the more you feel this love inside of your heart because the more you are aligning with who you were meant to be. What I'm going to do now is I'm going to count down from 10 to one, and with every number I count, you're going to feel like the manifestation process is becoming easier and easier.

You're going to feel like you can just allow the river to take you to where you want to be and you're going to allow yourself to increase the emotion in your heart. Begin to relax with 10. Feel yourself now floating down this river. Nine, feeling this river you carry further and further eights. Feeling this now, how much trust you can have in the process? Seven, six, five. Feel this stream of energy underneath you. You can feel this movement for three.

Feel this energy in your heart to increase now too, and one. Feel yourself now in this allowing energy, trusting the direction of the boat, trusting the direction the stream is carrying you, knowing that manifestation from this point going forward is going to be easier than you could ever imagine.

Soak in this allowing energy because this is how easy it is meant to be. After this point, going forward, manifestation will be easier than ever. Set the intention that when you come out of this meditation, you will get a clear sign before the end of the day. That manifestation is meant to be easy. Set that intention.

I'm going to count down from five to one, every number I count. You're going to feel yourself become more alert, more present, and by the time I reach one, you're going to feel his loving energy in your body. Knowing today is an amazing day knowing that things will happen easier for you than ever before. Five, feel yourself now starting to become more present for feel yourself now in your body. Start to wiggle your toes.

Three, move around a little bit to one. You can open up your eyes now and know that things from this point going forward will be easier than you can ever imagine. I want to congratulate you because you just made the manifestation process so much easier because now you know you can allow things to happen. I recommend you listen to this meditation for at least 21 days to get the maximum benefit out of it.

I think you can absolutely transform your life and allowing things to be easier. You could even imagine understanding that this is all using metaphor. The way the brain works is the metaphors powerfully sink into the mind to stream represented the universe.
