
A lot of people believe that managing vibration can lead to your desired outcome and today. I’m going to show you how to calibrate your vibration to experience the reality you want. I’m going to share with you the hacks that I use in my own life to really get it to a pinpoint so that I create what I want easier than ever.
I’m going to be sharing with you exactly how you can calibrate your energy in the direction of what you want. Understanding that at a fundamental level, everything we experience in our life has to do with vibrational resonance. What does that mean?

Well, vibrational resonance means that everything in our life is a form of vibration and depending upon our own state of being, depending on our own thoughts, depending on the actions we’re taking, that’s going to determine what kind of reflection that we get in our life. If we want to change the reflection we get in our life, we must first change our vibration because everything we experienced as the outside is actually a reflection of the inside.
When it comes to recalibrating vibration, what I have found in my own life is that the way that I’ve had to do this is through observation. This is one of the first ones, observation because here’s the thing, our autopilot mind is always on repetition. It’s always going to fall back into what is familiar and because of that, unless we actually intend to stretch outside of that, we will continue to experience the same things over and over again. So, sometimes what we have to do is we actually have to break outside of that mold. That means that we have to put ourselves into a new environment.
This is one way we could do it. It means that we need to put ourselves into a new type of, a way that we are thinking. It could be like new books, audio books, reading about people. That’s something I’ve done. I’ll talk about that as well. But in general, when it comes to vibration, pay attention to first off what you are inputting into your body.
Now, this could mean to one of two things. Number one is information. For example, what is around you? What is in your immediate environment? It could mean what are you paying attention to? Are you watching reality TV? Are you around people that bring your energy down? Are you around people that when you talk about your dreams and what you want to accomplish in your life, they’re like, “That’s not gonna happen, man, that’s not going to happen to you.”
And you’re like, they’re not knowing and starting to doubt yourself. Like, is this really something I can do? Maybe it’s just all of this stuff I’m thinking about. Maybe it just isn’t real, right? All this law of attraction stuff, when in reality what you must do is either surround yourself with people that are going to encourage you or that are like-minded or simply observe their thoughts and realize that that’s their thoughts, not your thoughts.
This is something that I’ve done in my own life because back in the day I was constantly in environments that were bringing my energy down. I would pay attention to how I feel in relationship to being around other people. And I would then decide, do I want this to affect me? You know, I was paying attention to what I was watching.
So, one of the best ways that you can begin to recalibrate your vibration is to simply put new input into what you are perceiving of. This could mean going into a new environment as well. The good thing about going to a new environment is that when you go to a new environment, it shocks your brain out of the autopilot thinking.
You begin to actually wake up and you’re like, oh yeah, this is, uh, your brain can’t fall back into the familiar patterns because there’s no neural synaptic connections in the brain that know exactly what to do so that we kind of go on autopilot.
What you could do for this is you could simply go a route you’ve never taken before. Assuming that you have time to get there. If you normally get your work done at your house, maybe go to a coffee shop or you go to a library and you could be a deciding that you’re going to start to go to a yoga class.
You’re going to get around new people you see doing things like this begins to put you in the unknown, and the unknown is where your vibration can really begin… to change to a greater degree because right now our vibration is all comfortable. It is all familiar and when something gets infused that is not familiar, we start to go, “Whoa, what’s going on here?”
We might feel actually mentally tired from having to wake up from the autopilot mind, but know that that’s a good thing. It’s a good thing to wake up from the autopilot type thinking and the second one that I was talking about and saying, there’s two parts to this. The second part is literally the food you’re putting into your body.
There is an intimate correlation between the food that you’re eating and how you are feeling, and this is something that we can begin to actually put in nutrient rich foods, a lot of green foods, a lot of vegetables, a lot of a very natural whole foods. And as we do that, our body will thank us. You will feel your vibration raise when you do this. You will feel a greater state of being if you simply let go of foods with corn syrup.
If you eat less of unhealthy food like deep fried and fast food, you will begin to feel your vibration raise because here’s the thing your body has to put in work to digest that kind of food.
And the thing is, what is better than paying attention to your body, not just the mind. The mind wants stimulation. The body wants fulfillment. The body wants satisfaction. So, it’s about understanding that also, as you begin to make this transition over to eating a lighter diet or to eating more nutrient-rich foods, that you will change your taste buds. You will start to enjoy different kinds of foods.
Be aware of what you’re putting into your body and as you start to put better foods in your body, you will feel even better. There’s an intimate correlation between the food we put into our body and our mental clarity and we begin to increase our mental clarity when we eat foods that are more whole in nature and foods that actually serve us in a positive way. So those two ways I’d say are very powerful for recalibrating your vibration.
And now I want to move over to the power of momentum and that of acting as if we’ve heard that many times before in the Loi community. And it literally means that what you do is you imagine the best version of you, how you’d be acting. Pay attention to your body language. Pay attention to how you respond to other people.
Pay attention to all the different dynamics of how that version of you is and understand this cool idea that version of you exists right now. It is simply vibrating at a different frequency. Everything we can imagine exists right now because there’s an infinite number of parallel realities that exist, so whereas in the old way of thinking and we’re like, “Oh, I have to create my own reality. I have to create this vibration and then create the reflection in my life.”
It’s more so about allowing and choosing and the moment you recognize that that already exists is the moment you can then start to see the process as even easier. This is really about making it a natural process and all we have to do is start to make choices based on that version of us and what would that version of us be focused on that I look at the version of me.
For example, and how I am in my life and the kind of lifestyle I’m living, and I’ll be honest with you, I’m living a very abundant lifestyle. I do what I want when I want to do it. You know I love what I do. I love making videos. I love making content so it’s a win, win. However, I imagine the best version of me in what I would be doing, what kind of daily habits, what I have, what would I consistently be focusing on at the caliber of the way I prefer to be, so what I would do is I would pay attention to that version of me in my mind and I would embody that version of me.
Now I would embody the thought patterns, which means I read the same books. It means I may do the same habits every day. I may wake up and do the same daily routine as that version of me and if we can imagine it, we begin to connect. We begin to bridge to that parallel reality that already exists.
I start to take action from that place of like, okay, that version of me would make this many videos a day. That version of me would have and be doing this with the business. That version of me would be that focused on this and wouldn’t be getting into public speaking. It’d be doing more events. You see, so I look at this version of me and then I say, okay, how can I do that now? Because as I embodied the vibration, the level of mindset, the emotions of that version of me, I will begin to start to see the reflection in my daily life of that version of me. That’s what I do.
Make choices based on how that version of you would be, and as you do that, you start to literally go in that direction and realize that focus is power. I love making videos. I love creating content. I love helping people. I love traveling. I love everything that I’m doing in my life right now and it is easy for me to focus on because I love to do it.
What I encourage you to do is to find out what you are passionate about because it is very easy to focus a lot on what you are passionate about. So, you want to make sure that whatever you are passionate about, you want to make sure that that’s what you’re focused on because you will then be growing that within your life.
But if you have to try for like you just want to make money this way and it’s not because you’re really passionate about it, you’re going to have to exert a lot of energy to do it because it’s not in alignment with what you want to be experiencing. But an easy way to get through this is to pay attention to imagining the best version of you and the kind of actions you would be taking.
Pay attention to the kind of choices you would make. Ask yourself, what would this version of me be doing? What would the best version of me be doing? If you would be doing this, you would feel more connected to your heart.
Now I want to talk about this. Sometimes I underemphasize this. This is one of the most powerful parts. Connect to your heart space. Your heart space is thousands of times more electrically powerful than that of the brain. There’s electromagnetic energy that goes around your body. This electromagnetic energy is a vibration that has been resonating with certain experiences in your life. When we’re just in the head, we create from a place of duality polarization.
We create a place of good, bad, light, dark, getting what I want, not getting what I want. Instead of getting into the singular point of focus. When we are connected to our heart, it is a singular point of focus and we can then just connect straight to the source itself. Everything that you want your life is because of a feeling and an emotion that you will get from it. If you go straight to putting your hands over your heart right now, you will begin to feel more into your heart space.
You will begin to grow the electromagnetic energy around your body, just putting your hands over your heart and as you feel into the sensation, you’re bringing the energy from being excessively in the head. Normally it’s a lot in the head. Bring it into the body and then you are more present to the moment and as you go throughout your day, you’ll notice things happen even easier for you because you are actually there.
You’re not projected into the past, you’re not projected into the future, so I encourage you to every day to calibrate your vibration, to imagine the emotions you prefer to feel, put that intention into your hands and put it into your heart and feel into it until you feel the sensation inside of your heart. And as you do that, you are increasing your vibration to that of what you want to experience.
This is something I think will really change your life if you begin to apply it. Understand that everything in your life is this matter of vibration. If you want a meditation that will help you to calibrate with that version of you to raise your vibrational set point so that you create what you want. Easier than ever.
You can then decide and choose to make choices. I like all these double plays on words, attention, intention, choose to make choices. As the best version of you, what would you be doing? What would you be thinking? What would you be feeling? Start to embody that more and more. Put in nutrient rich foods, green foods, foods that raise your vibration. Pay attention to how you feel when you eat certain foods and start to eat foods that raise your vibrational set point. Understand, the more you do this, the easier it gets. The more you connect with your heart.
As you go through this process, the more you will find that you create things easier than ever, but remember, you don’t really have to create it. You just have to choose it because that already exists as a potential for you.
